Abstract

一种可步进的给药装置,包括:承载组件(1),给药导管(2)、线管(3)、螺纹杆(4)、螺母(5)、信号记录器(6)和连接杆(7);其中,螺纹杆(4)的中部套接有螺母(5),螺纹杆(4)的下端接触承载组件(1)的下部内壁,螺纹杆(4)的上端穿透承载组件(1)的上部,螺纹杆(4)的上端设置有驱动结构;承载组件(1)内还设置有用于限制螺母(5)转动的限位件,以当螺纹杆(4)转动时,实现螺母(5)的上下移动;以当螺母(5)上下移动时,带动给药导管(2)上下移动。通过该装置,可以实现给药导管(2)的步进,从而可以给更大的区域进行给药操作,且在给药导管(2)附加有用于检测神经元信号的电极丝,实现了给药与信号检测的一体化,且可以有针对性的检测给药的区域,信号的获取更及时也更有针对性,从而使得获取到的信号更准确。

Description

一种可步进的给药装置 技术领域
本发明涉及生物医学实验装置领域,特别涉及一种可步进的给药装置。
背景技术
在生物学实验中,实验动物的给药方法有很多,腹腔注射、静脉注射、灌胃等方式。但对于脑部神经和脑疾病的研究来说,以上给药方式存在严重不足:
一是有些药物不能透过血脑屏障,达不到预期效果;
二是给药剂量小,一般为几微升甚至更少。
传统针对实验动物的给药方式在针对脑部神经和脑疾病的方面受到限制。
为此,还研发有中枢神经给药的方式,其多用于目的核团或脑区对药物的反应,目前国际公认的实验动物脑内急慢性微量给药方法为预埋导管法:具体方法中,需要在立体定向仪定位将一合适直径和长度的带内芯的管道(导管)埋置于目的脑区或核团,用牙科水泥和小螺丝将管道的外露部分固定于颅骨表面,此外,在进行给药之后还需要检测以及记录神经元的信号,通过脑部给药记录神经元电信号的变化,以证明药效或是观察给药后行为学变化。
但是这种方式由于导管是固定的,只能针对固定的位置进行给药,一个这种装置无法针对多个位置进行给药,无法实现更全面位置的给药;且目前的这种方式占用了过多的体积,在脑部埋置导管后不能再埋置进行信号记录的微电极阵列,这使得例如急性给药后对神经元电信号的准确记录就无法实现。
由此,目前需要一种更好的给药装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提出了一种可步进的给药装置,通过该装置,可以实现给药导管的步进,从而可以给更大的区域进行给药操作,且本方案中在给药导管附加有用于检测神经元信号的电极丝,以此实现了给药与信号检测的一体化,且可以有针对性的检测给药的区域,信号的获取更及时也更有针对性,从而使得获取到的信号更准确。
具体的,本发明提出了以下具体的实施例:
本发明实施例提出了一种可步进的给药装置,包括:承载组件,以及与所述承载组件连接的给药导管、多个线管、螺纹杆、与所述螺纹杆契合的螺母、用于记录神经元信号的信号记录器、和用于连接外接立体定位仪的连接杆;
其中,所述螺纹杆的中部套接有螺母,所述螺纹杆的下端接触所述承载组件的下部内壁,所述螺纹杆的上端穿透所述承载组件的上部,所述螺纹杆的上端设置有驱动结构;所述承载组件内还设置有用于限制所述螺母转动的限位件,以当所述螺纹杆转动时,实现所述螺母的上下移动;
所述给药导管的外壁以并列的方式固定连接多个线管;一个或多个所述线管内容纳有用于检测及传递神经元信号的电极丝;所述电极丝连接所述信号记录器;所述螺母固定连接所述给药导管,以当所述螺母上下移动时,带动所述给药导管上下移动。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述承载组件包括:位于上端的第一支撑板、位于下端的第二支撑板、立柱;其中,
所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板上均设置有导管连接孔、杆连接 孔、以及立柱连接孔;
固定连接多个线管的给药导管分别穿过所述第一支撑板上与所述第二支撑板上的所述导管连接孔实现与所述承载组件的连接;所述连接杆分别穿过所述第一支撑板上与所述第二支撑板上的杆连接孔实现与所述承载组件的固定连接;所述立柱分别穿过所述第一支撑板上与所述第二支撑板上的立柱连接孔实现与所述承载组件的固定连接;
所述第一支撑板上还设置有用于容纳所述螺纹杆的驱动孔;所述第二支撑板上设置有凹槽;
所述螺母设置在所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板之间;所述螺纹杆的长度长于或等于所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板之间的高度;

以此,本方案提出的一种可步进的给药装置,通过该装置,可以实现给药导管的步进,从而可以给更大的区域进行给药操作,且本方案中在给药导管附加有用于检测神经元信号的电极丝,以此实现了给药与信号检测的一体化,且可以有针对性的检测给药的区域,信号的获取更及时也更有针对性,从而使得获取到的信号更准确。

实施例1
本发明实施例提供了一种可步进的给药装置,如图1-6所示,包括:承载组件1,以及与所述承载组件1连接的给药导管2、多个线管3、螺纹杆4、与所述螺纹杆4契合的螺母5、用于记录神经元信号的信号记录器6、和用于连接外接立体定位仪的连接杆7;
其中,所述螺纹杆4的中部套接有螺母5,所述螺纹杆4的下端接触所述承载组件1的下部内壁,所述螺纹杆4的上端穿透所述承载组件1的上部,所述螺纹杆4的上端设置有驱动结构41;所述承载组件1内还设置有用于限制所述螺母5转动的限位件,以当所述螺纹杆4转动时,实现所述螺母5的上下移动;
具体的,通过驱动结构41转动螺纹杆4,螺纹杆4由于其下端被承载组件1的下端的内壁顶住,无法继续向下移动,由此,螺纹部分转动,而螺母5也被限位件所限制不能转动,而螺纹杆4转动,会驱动螺母5向上或者向下移动,而给药导管2固定连接该螺母5,从而在螺母5的上下移动可以带动给药导管2上下移动,从而实现了给药导管2的步进,以此给药导管2可以在驱动结构41的调节下实现不同位置或者不同深度位置的给药处理。
具体的限位件可以有多种不同的实施例,例如在螺母5上还钻有上下贯通的圆孔,以此情况下,限位件可以为圆柱形钢杆,该限位件以穿过圆孔的方式对螺母5进行限制,此外,还可以为与螺母5的形状匹配的筒状结构,同样可以起到约束螺母5转动的效率,此外,还可以利用螺母5外围为多边形形状的结构,采用例如方形柱的方式,通过方形柱外围的某一边或某一面抵住螺母5的某一边的方式对螺母5的转动进行限制,避免其转动。
所述给药导管2的外壁以并列的方式固定连接多个线管3;一个或多个所述线管3内容纳有用于检测及传递神经元信号的电极丝8;所述电极丝8连接所述信号记录器6;所述螺母5固定连接所述给药导管2,以当所述螺母5上下移动时,带动所述给药导管2上下移动。
为了能第一时间在就能对脑区中给药位置的神经元信号进行检测,为此,在给药导管2的外围附着线管3,线管3中容纳有电极丝8,以此在给药的同时进行信号的检测,后续电极丝8检测到信号之后会传递到信号记录器6中进行处理,以及还可以传递到其他的装置进行进一步的神经元信号的分析。
通过本该装置,可以实现给药导管2的步进,从而可以给更大的区域进行给药操作,且本方案中在给药导管2附加有用于检测神经元信号的电极丝8,以此实现了给药与信号检测的一体化,且可以有针对性的检测给药的区域,信号的获取更及时也更有针对性,从而使得获取到的信号更准确。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1-3所示,所述承载组件1包括:位于上端的第一支撑板11、位于下端的第二支撑板13、位于中部的第三支撑板12、立柱14;具体的该立柱14就可以作为限位件以限制螺母5的转动,其中,
所述第一支撑板11、所述第二支撑板13、所述第三支撑板12均设置有导管连接孔、杆连接孔、以及立柱连接孔;
固定连接多个线管3的给药导管2分别穿过所述第一支撑板11上、所述第二支撑板13上以及所述第三支撑板12的所述导管连接孔实现与所述承载组件1的连接;
所述连接杆7分别穿过所述第一支撑板11上、所述第二支撑板13上以及所述第三支撑板12上的杆连接孔实现与所述承载组件1的固定连接;
所述立柱14分别穿过所述第一支撑板11上、所述第二支撑板13上以及所述第三支撑板12上的立柱14连接孔实现与所述承载组件1的固定连接;
所述第一支撑板11与所述第三支撑板12均设置有用于容纳所述螺纹杆4的驱动孔;
所述螺母5设置在所述第一支撑板11与所述第三支撑板12之间;所述螺纹杆4的长度长于或等于所述第一支撑板11与所述第二支撑板13之间的高度;
所述螺纹杆4分别穿过所述第一支撑板11上与所述第三支撑板12上的驱动孔,且所述螺纹杆4的下端被所述第二支撑板13所挡住,所述螺母5套接在所述螺纹杆4上在所述第一支撑板11与所述第三支撑板12之间的区域。
具体的,在该实施例中,承载组件1包括3层支撑板,具体的可以为金属板或者高分子材料板,立柱14穿过这三层支撑板将这三层支撑板固定连接成为一个整体,立柱14起到支撑作用,立柱14可以有一个或多个, 具体的只要能稳定支撑起这三层板,为其他的组件提供固定支撑。
螺纹杆4穿过上层的支撑板与中层的支撑板,直到下端顶到最下一层支撑板上,防止螺纹杆4继续下降,螺母5设置在上面的两层支撑板之间;螺母5固定连接给药导管2;
固定连接多个线管3的给药导管2穿过这三层支撑板,基于螺母5的上下移动而移动。
至于连接杆7一则固定在这三层支撑板之间,可以为圆柱形或者立方体(例如可以为长方体等等),连接杆7用于连接外接设备,具体的,可以用来连接立体定位仪,以便后续实际操作时准确定位。连接杆7也可以起到支撑这三层支撑板的作用。
在一个具体的实施例中,为了更稳定的转动螺纹杆4,所述螺纹杆4的下端还设置有头部(其形状可以类似螺丝的头部或者螺钉的头部等等);其中,为了更稳定的转动,且不容易破坏掉最下层的支撑板,所述头部的横截面的面积大于所述螺纹杆4中带有螺纹部分的横截面的面积。
更具体的,头部可以为半圆弧形的形状或者球形。
具体的,所述螺母5为多边形的形状,例如可以为6边形,4边形,5边形等等,所述立柱14为方形,所述限位件包括一个或多个所述立柱14。通过立柱14可以顶住螺母5的某一边,从而限制螺母5的转动,从而约束螺母5上下移动。
为了减少其他设备,避免占用更大的空间,所述驱动结构41包括:螺丝十字槽或者螺丝一字槽。
以此,在具体的驱动时,可以利用一字型螺丝刀或者十字形螺丝刀嵌入到驱动结构41中,以手动的方式进行转动,进而驱动整个螺纹杆4转动。
在一个具体的实施例中,为了更简单可靠的实现连接,所述信号记录 器6以粘结的方式固定在所述承载组件1上;所述固定连接多个线管3的给药导管2以粘结的方式实现与所述螺母5的固定连接。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图4所示,所述线管3可以为硅管。通过硅管可以做到特别细,从而尽可能减少占用的空间,利于整个装置的微小化,以及尽可能减少对给药区域的影响。
在一个具体的实施例中,为了更好的进行信号的传递,所述电极丝8与所述信号记录器6的连接处以涂抹银漆的方式实现封装。通过银漆可以实现更好的绝缘,保证信号的顺利传递。
在一个具体的实施例中,给药导管2的长度可根据脑区自行设定,电极丝8的长度可以与给药导管2长度一致或稍长1mm。然后将该给药装置(也即微电极阵列)埋置在脑中用牙科水泥糊牢,电极丝8用于神经元电信号记录,给药导管2用于给药,这样可以在给药之后迅速的记录到神经元的变化情况
具体的承载组件1中可以由三块长度为7.5mm,宽度为6mm的PCB(印刷电路板)板组成,此外用两根分别为0.8mm和0.6mm长度不等的铜柱固定在位于上端的PCB板上,将中间的PCB板也固定在两根铜柱上,将螺丝(也即螺纹杆4的一个具体实施例中)从放入上面与中间的PCB板中,在螺丝下方旋上螺母5。再将第三片PCB板固定在长铜柱上,压在螺丝的底部上(此时位于上层PCB板螺丝的头部可以作为驱动结构41),以防止螺丝的底部下移以使得无法步进。
再在三层PCB板上插入holder(也即连接杆7),holder作用是将整个微电极阵列固定在立体定位仪上,便于将微电极阵列埋入目标脑区。将PCB板与铜柱和holder的连接处涂上环氧树脂,用热风枪吹至环氧树脂胶变色凝固。注意不要将环氧树脂涂到螺丝上,否则无法步进。
在给药导管2外侧壁涂上AB胶,将9根长度为1.2cm硅管,粘附在 给药导管2外侧,硅管尽量环绕给药导管2四周。将给药导管2插入3层PCB板,再用AB胶将螺母5和给药导管2粘在一起,AB胶切勿粘到螺丝上。
AB胶干后将connector(也即信号记录器6)粘在三层PCB板的侧面上。将准备好的四股电极丝8插到硅管中,将电极丝8四根单股丝连接信号记录器6蝇角上,四根电极丝8连接上信号记录器6相邻的四个蝇角后涂好银漆,还可以将地线参考线焊到给药导管2的预设位置上,用AB胶将connector的蝇角封好。
具体的信号记录器6如图6所示,可以为目前已有的设备,其作用是用于记录神经元的电信号,例如可以采用型号为A79026-001型号的信号记录器6,其DATA CODE(数据码)可以为1839。当然也可以选用其他已有的信号记录设备,只要能记录神经元的电信号即可。
最后,将微电极阵列倒置埋入小鼠脑中,从给药导管2给药后可记录神经元信号的变化情况。
实施例2
该实施例2与前述实施例1的除了所述承载组件1以外,其他的部分相同,具体的,在该实施例中,所述承载组件1包括:位于上端的第一支撑板11、位于下端的第二支撑板13、立柱14;其中,
所述第一支撑板11与所述第二支撑板13上均设置有导管连接孔、杆连接孔、以及立柱连接孔;
固定连接多个线管3的给药导管2分别穿过所述第一支撑板11上与所述第二支撑板13上的所述导管连接孔实现与所述承载组件1的连接;所述连接杆7分别穿过所述第一支撑板11上与所述第二支撑板13上的杆连接孔实现与所述承载组件1的固定连接;所述立柱14分别穿过所述第一支撑板11上与所述第二支撑板13上的立柱连接孔实现与所述承载组件1的固定连接;
所述第一支撑板11上还设置有用于容纳所述螺纹杆4的驱动孔;所述第二支撑板13上设置有凹槽;
所述螺母5设置在所述第一支撑板11与所述第二支撑板13之间;所述螺纹杆4的长度长于或等于所述第一支撑板11与所述第二支撑板13之间的高度;
所述螺纹杆4的下端穿过所述驱动孔,套接上所述螺纹,直到所述螺纹杆4的下端接触所述凹槽底部。
具体的,在该实施例2中,只设置有两支撑板,为了保证螺纹杆4的转动的稳定性,其下端不至于滑动或移动,设置有凹槽,对螺纹杆4的下端进行限位。
此外,所述立柱14设置有多个;所述立柱连接孔的数量可以等于或大于所述立柱14的数量。

    其中,所述螺纹杆的中部套接有螺母,所述螺纹杆的下端接触所述承载组件的下部内壁,所述螺纹杆的上端穿透所述承载组件的上部,所述螺纹杆的上端设置有驱动结构;所述承载组件内还设置有用于限制所述螺母转动的限位件,以当所述螺纹杆转动时,实现所述螺母的上下移动;

  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述立柱设置有多个;所述立柱连接孔的数量等于或大于所述立柱的数量。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述承载组件包括:位于上端的第一支撑板、位于下端的第二支撑板、位于中部的第三支撑板、立柱;其中,
    所述第一支撑板、所述第二支撑板、所述第三支撑板均设置有导管连接孔、杆连接孔、以及立柱连接孔;
    固定连接多个线管的给药导管分别穿过所述第一支撑板上、所述第二支撑板上以及所述第三支撑板的所述导管连接孔实现与所述承载组件的连接;
    所述连接杆分别穿过所述第一支撑板上、所述第二支撑板上以及所述第三支撑板上的杆连接孔实现与所述承载组件的固定连接;
    所述立柱分别穿过所述第一支撑板上、所述第二支撑板上以及所述第三支撑板上的立柱连接孔实现与所述承载组件的固定连接;
    所述第一支撑板与所述第三支撑板均设置有用于容纳所述螺纹杆的驱动孔;
    所述螺母设置在所述第一支撑板与所述第三支撑板之间;所述螺纹杆的长度长于或等于所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板之间的高度;
    所述螺纹杆分别穿过所述第一支撑板上与所述第三支撑板上的驱动孔,且所述螺纹杆的下端被所述第二支撑板所挡住,所述螺母套接在所述螺纹杆上在所述第一支撑板与所述第三支撑板之间的区域。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹杆的下端还设置有头部;其中,所述头部的横截面的面积大于所述螺纹杆中带有螺纹部分的横截面的面积。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述螺母为多边形的形状,所述立柱为方形,所述限位件包括一个或多个所述立柱。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述驱动结构包括:螺丝十字槽或者螺丝一字槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述信号记录器以粘结的方式固定在所述承载组件上;所述固定连接多个线管的给药导管以粘结的方式实现与所述螺母的固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述线管为硅管。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种可步进的给药装置,其特征在于,所述电极丝与所述信号记录器的连接处以涂抹银漆的方式实现封装。
