下面将结合附图对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
下面参照附图,对本申请实施例的针通纸绳200进行描述。
图4为针通纸绳200整体示意图。针通纸绳200采用单根纱线201构成纱圈,纱圈之间串套成圆后沿一个方向不断延伸串套形成。
图5为针通纸绳200局部放大图,针通纸绳200具有沿着串套轨迹相互近似平行的纹路。
编织针通纸绳200所使用的纱线201具有如图6所示的截面,该截面呈现为一根线两端相互远离在圆周部分,其他部分以一个点为圆心折叠形成一个类似圆形的面。
可选地,针通纸绳200包括多个纱圈;针通纸绳200通过多个纱圈之间依次串套成圆后沿一个方向不断延伸串套形成。
可选地,纱圈采用单根纱线201构成。可选地,纱线201包括多个支线211;多个支线211具有间隙,且多个支线211彼此缠绕连接。
可选地,沿着针通纸绳200的圆周方向任意相邻的两个纱圈串套的方向相反。
采用上述实施例的针通纸绳200,至少具有以下有益效果:
纱线201具有类似一根线两端相互远离在圆周部分,其他部分以一个点为圆心折叠形成一个类似圆形的截面,纱线201在其纤维弹力的作用下有向离开其轴心的力,因此编织而成的针通纸绳200具有较好的膨胀效果,触感更加柔软。

纱线201仅经过向其轴心的折叠,编织而成的针通纸绳200其各个部分的应力较小,编织后的形变较小,因此针通纸绳200的形状更均匀。
纱线201仅经过向其轴心的折叠,纱线201纤维不倾斜或者少量倾斜,纱线201的长度不缩短或有少量的缩短,因此这样编织而成针通纸绳200节省材料。
纱线201经过拉挤形成具有类似一根线向一个点折叠成圆形的截面,纱线201在其纤维弹力的作用下有向离开其轴心的力,因此编织成的针通纸绳200各个部分之间具有较大且较多的孔隙,与外界的接触面较大,在后期循环再生或者降解处理时与药剂或者微生物接触面积更大,有利于后期循环再生或降解处理。
下面参照附图,对不同于上述实施例的针通纸绳200的形状的针通纸绳200进行描述。
针通纸绳200的编织方式和针通纸绳200的侧面纹路和上述实施例相同,此处对此不再赘述。
如图7,本申请实施例的针通纸绳200的纱线201具有类似以一点为圆心向外呈放射状的连续的线形成的圆形截面。
可选地,针通纸绳200包括多个纱圈;针通纸绳200通过多个纱圈之间依次串套成圆后沿一个方向不断延伸串套形成;并且沿着针通纸绳200的圆周方向任意相邻的两个纱圈串套的方向相反。
可选地,纱圈采用单根纱线201构成。可选地,纱线201包括多个支线211;多个支线211具有间隙,且多个支线211彼此缠绕连接。
可选地,纱线201还包括连接端221;多个支线211依次首尾连接,,且多个支线211以连接端221为中心向外部延伸布置;其中连接端221作为多个支线211连接汇聚的端部,其中连接端221是多个支线211折叠之后形成的空隙,通过利用连接端221和支线211的布置能够使得纱线201具有类似以一点为圆心向外呈放射状的连续的线形成的圆形截面。
采用本实施例的针通纸绳200,至少具有以下有益效果:
纱线201远离其轴线的部分呈现拱形,故其具有更大的离心的弹力,因此编织而成的针通纸绳200具有更好的膨胀效果,触感更加柔软。
纱线201仅经过向其轴心的折叠,编织而成的针通纸绳200其各个部分的应力较小,编织后的形变较小,因此针通纸绳200的形状更均匀。
纱线201仅经过向其轴心的折叠,纱线201纤维不倾斜,纱线201的长度不缩短,因此这样编织而成针通纸绳200节省材料。

可选地,纱线201包括多个支线211;多个支线211具有间隙,且多个支线211彼此缠绕连接。
可选地,纱线201还包括连接端221;多个支线211依次首尾连接,多个支线211以远离连接端221的一端彼此缠绕连接;其中连接端221作为多个支线211连接汇聚的端部,其中连接端221是多个支线211折叠之后形成的空隙,通过利用连接端221和支线211的布置能够使得纱线201具有类似圆形梳子的截面。
采用本实施例的针通纸绳200,具有和上述实施例相同的有益效果,在此不做赘述。
如图9,本实施例提供一种包芯针通绳100,包含上述实施例的针通纸 绳200和绳芯300。
可选地,绳芯300的截面形状呈圆形。
采用本实施例的包芯针通绳,至少具有以下技术效果:
包芯针通绳含有绳芯使绳子具有更好的耐拉性能。
包芯针通绳含有上述实施例的针通纸绳200具有如上述实施例相同的有益效果,此处对此不再赘述。
另外,在本申请实施例中,采用上述实施例所述的针通纸绳200,但是即使在采用上述实施例的另外两种实施方式的所述的针通纸绳200的情况下,同样可实施。
本实施例提供一种包芯针通纸绳200的制造方法,包括以下步骤:以圆柱状的绳芯为中心,沿着绳芯的外侧壁采用纸质的纱线201编织;纱线201经过向其轴心的折叠形成针通纸绳200缠绕于绳芯的外部。
本实施例中,利用绳芯和针通纸绳200的编织形成包芯针通纸绳200,使绳子具有更好的耐拉性能。

工业实用性
本公开实施例提供的一种针通纸绳,编织而成的针通纸绳具有较好的 膨胀效果,触感更加柔软;能够更加节省材料、形状更均匀;在后期循环再生或者降解处理时与药剂或者微生物接触面积更大,有利于后期循环再生或降解处理。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种针通纸绳,该针通纸绳采用纸质的纱线编织而成,其特征在于:该纱线具有类似一根线向一个点折叠成圆形的截面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:该纱线具有一根线两端相互远离在圆周部分,其他部分以一个点为圆心折叠形成一个类似圆形的截面。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:该纱线具有类似以一点为圆心向外呈放射状的连续的线形成的圆形截面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述纱线远离其轴线的部分呈拱形。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:该纱线具有类似圆形梳子的截面。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述针通纸绳包括多个纱圈;
    所述针通纸绳通过多个所述纱圈之间依次串套成圆后沿一个方向不断延伸串套形成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述纱圈采用单根纱线构成。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:沿着所述针通纸绳的圆周方向任意相邻的两个所述纱圈串套的方向相反。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述针通纸绳具有沿着串套轨迹相互近似平行的纹路。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述纱线包括多个支线;
    多个所述支线具有间隙,且多个所述支线彼此缠绕连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述纱线还包括连接端;
    多个所述支线依次首尾连接,且多个所述支线以远离所述连接端的一端彼此缠绕连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述一种针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述纱线还包括连接端;
    多个所述支线依次首尾连接,多个所述支线以所述连接端为中心向外部延伸布置。
  13. 一种包芯针通纸绳,其特征在于:该包芯针通纸绳包括绳芯,如前所述权利要求1-12任一项所述的针通纸绳以绳芯为中心套设在绳芯外部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述一种包芯针通纸绳,其特征在于:所述绳芯的截面形状呈圆形。
  15. 一种包芯针通纸绳的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    以圆柱状的绳芯为中心,沿着绳芯的外侧壁采用纸质的纱线编织;
    纱线经过向其轴心的折叠形成针通纸绳缠绕于绳芯的外部。
