具体的,在本实施例中,所述前端盖31两侧的内表面设有第一卡扣件312,所述抽屉面板2两侧外端设有卡接于所述第一卡扣件312的第一卡接孔26,以实现所述面板边框3与所述抽屉面板2之间的卡扣连接,从而使所述面板边框3与所述抽屉面板2之间的装配牢固稳定。所述下端盖33的上表面设有向上凸起的卡接条331,如图6和图7,所述抽屉面板2底部设有卡接于所述卡接条331的第二卡扣件28,从而使所述面板边框3与所述抽屉面板2之间的装配更加牢固。
优选的,如图7,所述抽屉面板2于所述倾斜面22上端和两侧以及所述把手件211上端设有向外凸起的遮挡框221,所述遮挡框221相抵于所述前端盖31镂空部分边缘处,从而,一方面,能使所述抽屉面板2和所述面板边框3间的装配更加稳固,另一方面,用塑料的所述遮挡框221遮挡住金属的所述前端盖31镂空部分边缘,可以防止用户被金属制的边框划伤。
如图8,所述抽屉本体1前端面设有向前凸伸的边框12,所述抽屉面板2包覆在所述边框12上。
具体的,所述边框12两侧插接在所述抽屉面板2两侧与所述倾斜面22之间的形成的空隙中,所述边框12下部插接在所述抽屉面板2底部与所述把手部21之间形成的空隙中。
所述边框12与所述抽屉面板2之间通过卡扣连接。
具体的,在本实施方式中,所述边框12上端和下端分别设有多个第三卡扣件121和多个第四卡扣件122,所述抽屉面板2上端设有卡接于所述第三卡扣件121的第三卡接孔27,所述插槽211设有卡接于第四卡扣件122的第四卡接孔29。
当然,于其他实施方式中,也可以将所述第三卡扣件121与所述第四卡扣件122设于所述边框12两侧,并将与之配合的所述第三卡接孔24和第四卡接孔29设于所述抽屉面板2的两侧,或者采用其他的卡扣连接的方式,只要能够实现所述所述抽屉本体1与抽屉面板2之间的卡扣连接即可。
所述抽屉面板2为透明件,以方便用户更轻易地观察抽屉内部情况。
所述抽屉本体1、抽屉面板2、面板边框3和面板侧板4间的装配步骤为:
S1.将所述限位块41插入所述限位凹槽311中,使所述面板侧板4的前端面贴合于所述前端盖31两侧内部。
S2.将所述面板边框3和所述面板侧板4通过所述第一螺纹接口34和所述第二螺纹接口35以及相匹配的所述第三螺纹接口42以及所述第四螺纹接口43进行螺钉连接,从而使所述面板边框3与所述面板侧板4装配为一体。
S3.将所述折弯结构321插接于所述插接槽23中;将所述第一卡扣件312与所述第一卡接孔26卡接;将所述卡接条331与所述第二卡扣件28卡接,从而使所述面板边框3与所述抽屉面板2装配为一体。
S4.将所述第三卡扣件121与所述第三卡接孔27卡接;将所述第四卡扣件122与所述第四卡接孔29卡接,从而使所述抽屉本体1与所述抽屉面板2装配为一体。
综上所述,本发明抽屉通过将一体成型铝合金的所述面板边框3与所述面板侧板4装配后,包覆在所述抽屉面板2上,再将所述抽屉面板2与所述抽屉本体1装配为一个整体;从而,一方面,使得抽屉外观简洁美观,提升抽屉档次;另一方面,消除了拼接缝隙的存在,避免了食材残渣遗留带来的清洁难的问题。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱抽屉,包括:
    抽屉本体,和
    抽屉面板,其形成有把手部,并与所述抽屉本体连接;
    其特征在于,所述抽屉还包括:
    面板边框,为一体挤出成型铝合金件,并与所述抽屉面板连接,其包括前端盖、上端盖和下端盖,所述前端盖包覆所述抽屉面板前端面及所述把手部,所述上端盖和所述下端盖分别包覆所述抽屉面板上部和下部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述把手部包含把手件和避让腔,所述把手件设于所述抽屉面板底部前端,所述抽屉面板前端面设有向内倾斜的倾斜面,所述倾斜面底部向前延伸,与所述把手件相接,所述把手件与所述倾斜面底部构成开口向上的所述避让腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述抽屉还包括面板侧板,连接在所述面板边框两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述前端盖中间镂空;所述上端盖由所述前端盖上端垂直向后延伸;所述下端盖由所述前端盖下端垂直向后延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述前端盖两侧边内侧设有限位凹槽,所述面板侧板前端面设有插接于所述限位凹槽的限位块。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述上端盖末端设有折弯结构,所述抽屉面板上端内侧设有插接于所述折弯结构的插接槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述前端盖与所述抽屉面板间通过卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述抽屉本体前端面设有凸伸的边框,所述抽屉面板包覆在所述边框上,所述边框与所述抽屉面板之间通过卡扣连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉,其特征在于,所述抽屉面板为透明件。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,该冰箱包括权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉。
