Description

Camera cover mounting structure
This disclosure relates to a camera cover mounting structure.
Patent Document 1 describes an in-vehicle camera. The in-vehicle camera includes a bracket that is attached and fixed to the inside of the vehicle on the windshield, and an in-vehicle camera body. To attach the in-vehicle camera body to the bracket, first, while hooking each boss of the in-vehicle camera body on each hook-shaped part of the bracket, the work of sliding from below to diagonally rearward and upward along the glass surface of the windshield is performed. .. When the hand supporting the in-vehicle camera body is released for the above work, the in-vehicle camera body returns slightly to the front side, and the engaging protrusion of the in-vehicle camera body is fitted into the engaging hole of the bracket in accordance with this movement.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2013-203250
By the way, the windshield is fixed to the vehicle body from the front with an adhesive, the in-vehicle camera is fixed to the windshield from the passenger compartment side, and the camera cover is attached to the windshield so as to cover the in-vehicle camera. It may be installed from the side. In this case, when the camera cover is attached to the windshield from the passenger compartment side, a force acts in the direction perpendicular to the windshield, and the windshield may be displaced from the vehicle body side. In order to suppress the input of force in the vertical direction to the windshield when the camera cover is attached to the windshield, the camera cover is attached to the glass surface of the windshield as in the mounting structure of the in-vehicle camera described in Patent Document 1. It is conceivable to slide diagonally from the bottom to the rear and upper side along the However, when the mounting structure of the in-vehicle camera described in Patent Document 1 is applied, the camera cover is slid diagonally from the lower side to the upper side on the rear side along the glass surface of the windshield, and then the engaging protrusion on the front end side of the camera cover is formed. Since it is necessary to tilt the front end side (engagement protrusion side) of the camera cover toward the windshield side with the boss as the axis in order to align with the position of the engagement hole of the bracket, the front end side of the camera cover is tilted toward the windshield side. There is a possibility that the windshield will be pushed forward when it is made to move. Therefore, when the camera cover is attached to the windshield from the passenger compartment side, a force acts on the windshield in the vertical direction, and the windshield may be displaced from the vehicle body side.
Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a camera cover mounting structure capable of suppressing a vertical force input to the windshield when mounting the camera cover.
In order to solve the above problems, the first aspect of the present disclosure is to attach a camera cover for covering the camera from the passenger compartment side to a bracket attached to the windshield from the passenger compartment side at a predetermined cover mounting position. In the camera cover mounting structure, the bracket includes a bracket-side first locking portion and a bracket-side second locking portion, and the camera cover is locked to the bracket-side first locking portion at the cover mounting position. It includes a cover-side first locking portion and a cover-side second locking portion that is locked to the bracket-side second locking portion at the cover mounting position. The cover-side first locking portion moves the camera cover from the initial position on one side in the predetermined direction along the rear surface of the windshield to the cover mounting position on the other side in the predetermined direction along the predetermined direction. By moving it, it is locked to the first locking portion on the bracket side. The cover-side second locking portion is locked to the bracket-side second locking portion by moving the camera cover from the initial position to the cover mounting position along the predetermined direction. The bracket-side first locking portion locks the cover-side first locking portion at the cover mounting position to regulate the movement of the camera cover in the direction away from the windshield toward the vehicle interior. The second locking portion on the bracket side restricts the movement of the camera cover to the one side in the predetermined direction by locking the second locking portion on the cover side at the cover mounting position.
In the above configuration, the cover-side first locking portion and the cover-side second locking portion are on the bracket side by moving the camera cover from the initial position to the cover mounting position along a predetermined direction along the rear surface of the windshield. It is locked to the first locking portion and the second locking portion on the bracket side. The first locking portion on the bracket side locks the first locking portion on the cover side at the cover mounting position to regulate the movement of the camera cover in the direction away from the windshield toward the passenger compartment, and the first locking portion on the bracket side regulates the movement of the camera cover. The 2 locking portion restricts the movement of the camera cover to the above-mentioned one side in a predetermined direction by locking the second locking portion on the cover side at the cover mounting position. In this way, the camera cover is attached to the bracket by moving the camera cover in the direction along the rear surface of the windshield (the other side in the predetermined direction). Therefore, when attaching the camera cover to the bracket, The force that presses the windshield in the vertical direction can be suppressed.
The second aspect of the present disclosure is the camera cover mounting structure of the first aspect, and the windshield is inclined from the front lower part to the rear upper part in the side view. The one side in the predetermined direction is the front lower side, and the other side in the predetermined direction is the rear upper side.
In the above configuration, the one side in the predetermined direction is the front lower side and the other side is the rear upper side. Therefore, when the camera cover is attached to the bracket, the camera cover is rearward along the rear surface of the windshield. Move it upwards. Therefore, when attaching the camera cover to the bracket, the camera cover is moved in the direction of pulling up along the rear surface of the windshield, so that the camera cover is moved forward and downward along the rear surface of the windshield (direction of pushing down). Unlike the case of (moving to), it becomes difficult to press the windshield, and the force for pressing the windshield in the vertical direction can be suppressed.
According to the present disclosure, it is possible to suppress the input of a force in the vertical direction to the windshield when the camera cover is attached.

It is arranged at a predetermined initial position (position indicated by a alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 8) in the predetermined direction (one side in the predetermined direction). When the camera cover 10 is arranged in the initial position, the camera cover 10 does not press the bracket 30 toward the windshield 2 (see FIG. 2). Next, the camera cover 10 is moved from the initial position to the cover mounting position on the rear upper side (the other side in the predetermined direction) along the predetermined direction to bring the cover into the cover mounting state.
As shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 9, when the camera cover 10 is arranged at the initial position, the first locking rod 13a of the camera cover 10 is located in front of and below the inner space 37 of the first hook-shaped portion 31a of the bracket 30. Located in. Further, similarly to the first locking rod 13a, the second locking rod 13b, the third locking rod 13c, and the fourth locking rod 13d of the camera cover 10 are also inside the second hook-shaped portion 31b of the bracket 30. It is located in front of and below the space 42, the inner space 46 of the third hook-shaped portion 31c, and the inner space 52 of the fourth hook-shaped portion 31d (not shown). When the camera cover 10 is moved from the initial position to the cover mounting position, as shown in FIG. 9, the first locking rod 13a of the camera cover 10 is moved forward and downward into the inner space 37 of the first hook-shaped portion 31a of the bracket 30. Then, the camera enters along the predetermined direction and is locked to the first hook-shaped portion 31a, so that the cover is attached (the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 9). Further, similarly to the first locking rod 13a, the second locking rod 13b, the third locking rod 13c, and the fourth locking rod 13d of the camera cover 10 are also inside the second hook-shaped portion 31b of the bracket 30. Enter the space 42, the inner space 46 of the third hook-shaped portion 31c, and the inner space 52 of the fourth hook-shaped portion 31d from the lower front along the predetermined direction, and enter the second hook-shaped portion 31b and the third hook-shaped portion 31b. It is locked to the portion 31c and the fourth hook-shaped portion 31d, and the cover is attached (not shown). The first hook-shaped portion 31a, the second hook-shaped portion 31b, the third hook-shaped portion 31c, and the fourth hook-shaped portion 31d of the bracket 30 in the cover-mounted state are the first locking rods of the camera cover 10 at the cover mounting position. With the 13a, the second locking rod 13b, the third locking rod 13c, and the fourth locking rod 13d locked, the direction away from the windshield 2 toward the passenger compartment 4 side (omitted with respect to the windshield 2). The movement of the camera cover 10 in the direction of being vertically separated (the direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. 9) is restricted.
As shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 10, when the camera cover 10 is arranged at the initial position, the cover-side protrusion 18 and the locking opening 14 of the camera cover 10 are bent portions of the locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30. It is located in front of and below 58. When the camera cover 10 is moved rearward and upward from the initial position, the inclined surface 18b on the rear surface of the cover-side protruding portion 18 of the camera cover 10 comes into contact with the inclined surface 58a of the bent portion 58 of the locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30. Further, when the camera cover 10 is moved rearward and upward, the inclined surface 18b of the cover-side protruding portion 18 elastically deforms the locking claw portion 32 upward as the camera cover 10 is moved rearward and upward. Further, when the camera cover 10 is moved rearward and upward and the camera cover 10 reaches the cover mounting position, the locking opening 14 reaches below the bent portion 58 of the locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30, and the locking claw is reached. The portion 32 is restored downward and enters the locking opening 14, and the rear end of the bent portion 58 of the locking claw portion 32 and the opening edge portion 14a on the upper side of the locking opening 14 are aligned with each other in the predetermined direction. In the abutted state, the locking opening 14 is locked to the locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30, and the cover is attached (the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 10). The locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30 in the cover-mounted state locks the locking opening 14 of the camera cover 10 at the cover-mounted position, and the camera moves forward and downward (one side in the predetermined direction) with respect to the bracket 30. Restrict the movement of the cover 10. With respect to the locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30 in the state where the locking opening 14 of the camera cover 10 at the cover mounting position is locked, the opening 18c opened downward from the cover-side protruding portion 18 of the camera cover 10. It is accessible.
As shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 11, when the camera cover 10 is arranged at the initial position, the boss 15 of the camera cover 10 inserts the enlarged diameter portion 59 (see FIG. 4) of the boss insertion portion 33 of the bracket 30. .. When the camera cover 10 is moved rearward and upward from the initial position, the boss 15 enters the narrow hole portion 60 (see FIG. 4) from the enlarged diameter portion 59 of the boss insertion portion 33, and moves rearward and upward in the narrow hole portion 60. After moving, the cover is attached (the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 11). The boss 15 at the cover mounting position inserts the rear upper end side of the narrow hole portion 60 of the boss insertion portion 33 of the bracket 30. The narrow hole 60 of the boss insertion portion 33 of the bracket 30 in the cover-mounted state suppresses the movement of the camera cover 10 in the vehicle width direction with respect to the bracket 30 in the state of being inserted into the boss 15 of the camera cover 10 at the cover mounting position. To do.
In the above configuration, when the camera cover 10 is arranged at the initial position, the camera cover 10 does not press the bracket 30 toward the windshield 2. Therefore, when the camera cover 10 is attached, it is possible to suppress the input of a force in the vertical direction with respect to the windshield 2.
Further, by moving the camera cover 10 rearward and upward along the predetermined direction (direction along the rear surface 2a of the windshield 2) from the initial position, the camera cover 10 is moved to a predetermined cover mounting position with respect to the bracket 30. Since it can be attached, it is possible to suppress the force of pressing the windshield 2 in the vertical direction when attaching the camera cover 10 to the bracket 30.
Further, when attaching the camera cover 10, the camera cover 10 is moved rearward and upward along the predetermined direction. That is, the worker can attach the camera cover 10 by moving the camera cover 10 in the direction of pulling it backward and upward along the rear surface 2a of the windshield 2. Therefore, for example, the camera cover 10 can be attached to the rear surface of the windshield 2. Unlike the case of moving forward and downward along 2a (moving in the direction of pushing down), it becomes difficult to press the windshield 2 when the camera cover 10 is attached, and the force of pressing the windshield 2 in the vertical direction can be suppressed. it can.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress the input of the force in the vertical direction with respect to the windshield 2 when the camera cover 10 is attached.
Further, the locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30 in the state where the locking opening 14 of the camera cover 10 at the cover mounting position is locked can be accessed from the opening 18c of the cover side protruding portion 18 of the camera cover 10. Therefore, the locked state of the locking opening 14 of the camera cover 10 by the locking claw portion 32 of the bracket 30 is easily released from the opening 18c of the cover-side protruding portion 18 of the camera cover 10, and the camera cover is released from the bracket 30. 10 can be removed.
In the present embodiment, the bracket 30, the camera 3, and the camera cover 10 are arranged at the upper end of the rear surface 2a of the windshield 2 in the vehicle width direction, but other than the rear surface 2a of the windshield 2. It may be placed in a position.
Further, in the present embodiment, the camera 3 is fixed to the bracket 30 to which the camera cover 10 is attached, but the object to which the camera 3 is fixed is not limited to the bracket 30, and for example, other than the bracket 30. The camera 3 may be fixed to the bracket or the like.
Further, in the present embodiment, the fixing portion of the bracket 30 to the rear surface 2a of the windshield 2 is a plate-shaped fixing plate portion 34, but the shape of the fixing portion of the bracket 30 to the rear surface 2a of the windshield 2 is limited to a plate shape. It is not something that is done.
Further, in the present embodiment, the left and right hook-shaped portions 31a to 31d, the left and right locking claw portions 32, and the left and right boss insertion portions 33 are provided for one fixing plate portion 34.
