[Solution] The problem is solved by a gusset packaging bag comprising: a front surface; a rear surface; both lateral surfaces that connect the front surface and the rear surface to each other; a body part in which an item to be packaged is accommodated; and a gripping part that is formed on a top side of the body part with the front surface and the rear surface superimposed on each other. At least one of the front surface and the rear surface of the body part has an opening forming part. The opening forming part has a base point part that is formed in a region above a position corresponding to an uppermost part of the item to be packaged accommodated in the body part and below the gripping part, a pair of widening perforation parts of which the separated distance gradually widens in a lateral surface direction toward a direction of a bottom side opposite to the top side from the base point part, and a pair of extending perforation parts that extends along a top-bottom direction from the widening perforation parts.

Description

Packaging bag
The present invention relates to a packaging bag.
Film wrapping in which a bundle of tissue paper is wrapped with a flexible resin film A wrapping bag for wrapping one or more tissue is a main body for accommodating articles to be packaged and a holding provided on the upper part of the main body. It has a hand part.
In such a packaging bag, a finger hook hole for finger hooking is provided in the handle portion, and a purchaser or the like of a film packaging tissue is housed in the packaging bag by hooking a finger on the finger hook hole. The film packaging tissue can be carried around.
On the other hand, in a packaging bag for packaging products such as toilet rolls, an opening forming portion for forming an opening for taking out the packaged product is provided on the upper surface or the top surface (Patent Document 1 below). The opening forming portion for the toilet roll is not always suitable for film packaging tissue with different shapes and softness.
A film wrapping bag that is flexible but has a substantially rectangular outer shape, and is packaged together. From the viewpoint of easily maintaining the shape during group wrapping and preventing breakage during transportation, the film is made of film. It is also possible to increase the film thickness and not provide the opening forming portion.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-08654
However, if the thickness of the film is increased and the opening forming portion is not provided, it naturally becomes difficult to open the package. In addition, the opened part becomes messy and looks bad, and does not give a hygienic impression. Further, it is not preferable for the user that the contents cannot be easily taken out in the packaged product.
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is that the packaging bag is unlikely to be erroneously opened when the packaged product is carried, the packaging bag can be easily opened and the contents can be taken out, and the unused packaged product can be simplified. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9 which are embodiments.
The packaging bag 14 according to the present invention has a front surface 46 and a back surface 46 and both side surfaces 43 and 43 connecting them, and the main body portion 44 in which the packaged product 1 is stored and the front surface 46 and the back surface 46 are overlapped with each other. A gusset packaging bag 14 having a grip portion 45 formed on the top side of the main body portion 44. Hereinafter, the film-wrapped tissue 1 will be mainly described as an example of the product to be packaged, but the product to be packaged is not necessarily limited to the film-wrapped tissue. For example, a product such as a film-wrapped paper towel or the like, which is a bundle of household tissue paper wrapped in a film, can be used.
The main body 44 is a bag-shaped space, and is closed with the packaged product 1 enclosed by the adhesive portions 41 and 42 on the nadir side due to heat fusion or the like. The gusset packaging bag 14 has a front surface 46 and a back surface 46, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in a portion where the side surfaces 43, 43 are folded inside the bag and flattened to be the top surface side. And are heat-sealed to seal the opening on the top surface side as the top surface side sealing portion 41, and the top surface side of the top surface side sealing portion 41 is formed as the grip portion 45, and then The bottom side opening 40X of the gusset packaging bag 14 in which only the top surface side is sealed is widened, and the packaged product (film packaging tissue shoes 1, 1 ... In the illustrated form) is inserted from there, and then The bottom surface side is also sealed by an appropriate sealing means such as heat fusion to form the lower sealing portion 42.
The gusset packaging bag 14 has side surfaces 43, 43, which are also called gussets or gusset portions, which are portions folded in a flat state, and each surface connected to the side surface 43. The second surfaces connected to the side surfaces 43 and 43 are the front surface 46 and the back surface 46. The front surface 46 and the back surface 46 are relative to each other, and which surface is the front surface is not limited.
The grip portion 45 is a top surface that serves as a boundary on the top surface side with the main body portion 44 in which the film packaging tissue 1 to be packaged is included in order to improve portability in a state where the packaged products 1, 1 ... Are included. This is a portion located on the top surface side of the side sealing portion 41. The grip portion 44 is preferably formed with a finger hook hole 47. By forming the finger hook hole 47 in the grip portion 45 in this way, the portability of the packaged product is improved. The shape of the finger hook hole 47 is not limited to the illustrated form, and a known form can be adopted.
As the gusset packaging film constituting the gusset packaging bag 14, polypropylene film and polyethylene film are desirable from the viewpoint of cost and openability. The melting point of the film is preferably 150 ° C. or lower. The packaging film having a low melting point can be heat-sealed at a low temperature, which is preferable for sealing and forming the grip portion 45. However, if the melting point is excessively low, the packaging film may be scratched due to friction with the packaged product 1. The practical lower limit is 80 ° C., as it increases the risk of sticking and puncturing. Examples of the polyethylene film include a linear low density polyethylene film (LLDPE), a low density polyethylene film (LDPE), and a medium density polyethylene film (MDPE). Among them, in the present invention, a linear low density polyethylene film layer (LLDPE) having a density of 0.910 to 0.940 g / cm 3 and a melting point of 110 to 120 ° C. is particularly preferable in terms of heat fusion property and cost. Suitable. In addition, polyethylene terephthalate film, nylon film, vinylidene chloride film, single-layer film of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, laminated film containing those films, and surface treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition on those films. An applied gas barrier film may be used. Biomass films derived from plant materials such as sugar cane, potato (starch), and corn can also be used. It is also desirable to use a biomass film for the gusset packaging film from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
The thickness of the gusset packaging film constituting the gusset packaging bag 14 is, in addition to flexibility, cost, and heat-sealing property at the time of packaging, tearability that can be easily opened at the time of opening, and abrasion resistance against the enclosed object. In addition to the circumstances peculiar to gusset packaging, such as flexibility that does not put an excessive load on the finger when carrying the finger through the finger hook hole 47 provided in the grip portion 45, the relationship with the packaged product 1 to be included is taken into consideration. And select as appropriate.
From this point of view, the thickness and softness of the gusset packaging film are preferably 10 to 65 μm measured in accordance with JIS P 8118 (1998), and a handle ometer method in accordance with JIS L 1096 (2010) E method. The softness measured based on is 5.0 to 50.0 cN.
In the packaging bag 14 according to the present invention, when the packaged product 1 is carried by the grip portion 45, the packaging bag 14 is unlikely to be erroneously opened, the packaged product 1 can be easily opened and the packaged product 1 can be taken out, and the unused portion. It has a characteristic opening forming portion 5 that can be easily fastened in a packaging bag to wrap the product 1 to be packaged. The opening forming portion 5 is formed on at least one surface of the front surface 46 and the back surface 46 of the main body portion 44.
The opening forming portion 5 according to the present invention is a base point portion formed in a region located above the position P corresponding to the uppermost portion of the packaged product 1 housed in the main body portion 44 and below the grip portion 45. 51, a pair of widening perforations 52, 52 whose separation distance gradually widens in the lateral direction from the base point 51 toward the bottom side opposite to the top side, and from the widening perforations 52, 52 to the sky. It has a pair of stretched perforations 53, 53 extending along the bottom direction.
By sequentially dehiscing the widening perforation portion 52 and the extension perforation portion 53 from the base point portion 51, an opening having a lid-like edge piece 55 that can be opened and closed on at least one surface of the front surface 46 and the back surface 46. The portion 50 is formed.
The base point portion 51 is a portion that serves as a starting point for dehiscence of the perforations 52 and 53, and for example, a small edge piece 56 that can be easily torn and picked by pressing with a human finger. It is the range surrounded by perforations and slits that are formed. Instead of tearing it by pushing it with a human finger, it may be a small edge piece cut so that it can be picked in advance. The shape is not particularly limited, but is a substantially circular shape, a substantially quadrangular shape, or the like. In such a starting point 51, for example, after pushing in the index finger, the small edge piece 56 is picked up by the index finger and the thumb and pulled to the bottom side, so that the widening perforation portion 52 and the extension perforation portion 53 are continuously performed. Can be dehiscenced and an opening can be easily formed.
The position of the base point portion 51 is the central portion on both sides of the back surface 46 or the front surface 46, preferably the center, and is preferably 5 to 15 mm from the lower edge of the grip portion 45, that is, the lower edge of the top surface side sealing portion 41. Since the gusset packaging film is adhered to the grip portion 45 by heat fusion or the like to increase the rigidity, the base point portion 51 is set to a range of 5 to 15 mm close to the grip portion 45, and when the operation of pushing with a finger is performed. The gusset wrapping film is pushed in without being excessively stretched, and an opening base point can be easily formed.
Examples of the preferable base point portion 51 include a slit in which a tie portion (uncut portion) is formed at least in a portion closest to the top surface, and a perforation, as shown in FIG. The length of the cut portion and the tie portion in the case of perforation is not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the cut portion is 0.1 to 15 mm and the tie portion is 0.1 to 15 mm. Perforations are prone to continuous dehiscence.
The widening perforations 52, 52 are composed of a pair, and each widening perforation 52 starts from the base point 51 and is continuous with the base point 51, and they are opposite to the top side from the base point 51. It is formed so that the separation distance gradually widens in the lateral direction toward the bottom side of the sewing machine. For example, it is formed by arranging perforations so as to draw a substantially C-shape from the base point portion 51 toward the bottom surface. Each widening perforation portion 52 may be a straight line or a curved line, but it is desirable that each widening perforation portion 52 is a straight line in which the perforations are likely to be continuously dehiscenced. The pair of widening perforations 52 and 52 need not be arranged symmetrically with respect to the direction along the nadir direction, but the pair of widening perforations 52 and 52 are both straight lines. Moreover, it is desirable that they are arranged symmetrically with respect to the direction along the nadir direction. When the small edge piece of the base point portion 51 is picked and pulled, a force is applied symmetrically to the widening perforations 52 and 52, and the pair of widening perforations 52 and 52 are similarly likely to be continuously dehiscenced.
The widening perforations 52 and 52 continuously dehisce the perforations from the base point 51 to form an opening portion that widens from the top side to the bottom side in a substantially C shape.
Further, the widening perforations 52 and 52 are 40 to 60 mm from the base point portion 51 to the top surface side sealing portion 41 which is the lower edge of the grip portion 45 to the bottom side and the front surface 46 or the back surface 46. It is desirable that the film extends from the boundary position E with the side surface 43 to the center side in the width direction in a range of 5 to 20 mm. With such widening perforations 52 and 52, continuous dehiscence is likely to occur.
The separation distance L1 between the bottom ends of the pair of widening perforations 52, 52 is, for example, a substantially straight hexahedron shape like the film packaging tissue 1 as shown in the illustrated example, and the objects to be packaged are stacked. In the case of the embodiment, it is desirable that the length (width) L2 of the packaged product 1 is more than 90% and 98% or less. With an opening of this degree, the packaged product 1 can be taken out more easily. In particular, if the object to be packaged 1 is a slightly deformable flexible film packaging tissue, it can be easily taken out.
The length of the cut portion and the tie portion of the perforation in the widening perforation portion 52 is not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the cut portion is 0.1 to 15 mm and the tie portion is 0.1 to 15 mm. It becomes easier to open continuously.
The stretched perforations 53, 53 are formed so as to be continuous with the bottom end of the widened perforations 52, 52 and extend from there along the nadir direction. Therefore, the stretched perforations 53 and 53 are also composed of a pair like the widened perforations 52 and 52. The distance between the pair of stretched perforations 53, 53 is preferably constant as shown in the figure, but widens toward the bottom side as long as it does not affect the take-out property of the packaged object. It may be made to be narrowed or narrowed. Further, the lengths of the stretched perforations 53 of the pair of stretched perforations 53 and 53 do not have to be the same. It is desirable that the stretched perforations 53 and 53 are also arranged in a straight line in the same manner as the widened perforations 52 and 52. The positions of the stretched perforations 53 and 53 are preferably located on the bottom side of the widened perforations 52 and 52, that is, in the range of 5 to 20 mm from the side surface 43. The stretched perforations 53 and 53 form a wider opening, which makes it easier to take out the packaged product 1.
The bottom end positions of the stretched perforations 53 and 53 are not necessarily limited. However, if the stretched perforations are arranged up to the bottom of the gusset packaging bag, a wide opening is formed and the take-out property is improved, but the risk of erroneous opening during carrying or displaying increases. In addition, if an excessively wide opening is formed, there is a high possibility that an unused film packaging tissue will unintentionally come out of the opening. Therefore, the position of the bottom side of the stretched perforation portion is appropriately determined in consideration of openability and storability. Preferably, it is preferable to design so that one or two film packaging tissue can be easily taken out.
More specifically, as shown in the illustrated example, the packaged product 1 has a substantially straight hexahedron shape like a film packaging tissue, and in the case of stacking the products, the length L4 of the packaged product 1 in the nadir direction is set. The length should be 95-110%. It becomes easy to take out the packaged product 1. Further, considering the general size of the film packaging tissue, the specific length L3 of the stretched perforations 53 and 53 in the nadir direction is preferably 35 to 55 mm.
The opening forming portion 5 configured in this way easily dehisces the widening perforations 52, 52 and the extending perforations 53, 53 in order from the base point 51, and easily forms the opening 50. On the other hand, since the base point portion 51 is located in the region above the position P corresponding to the uppermost portion of the packaged product 1 housed in the main body portion 44 and below the grip portion 45, the packaged product 1 is stored. It is difficult to perform an operation of grasping and lifting the grip portion 45 when carrying the vehicle, and it is difficult for the base point portion 51 to rub against the packaged product 1 included in the grip portion 45 in such a lifted state. Further, when the central portion in the width direction of the grip portion 45 is gripped by hand, the gusset packaging film is pulled in a direction substantially along the extending direction of the widening perforations 52, 52, so that the widening perforations 52 are opened. It is difficult to dehiscence unintentionally. As described above, in the packaging bag 14 according to the present invention, the packaging bag 14 is unlikely to be erroneously opened when the packaged product 1 is carried, and the packaging bag 14 can be easily opened and the packaged product 1 can be taken out.
Further, in the opening forming portion 5 according to the present invention, when the widening perforations 52, 52 and the stretched perforations 53, 53 are dehiscenced, the top side portion of the stretched perforations 53, 53 is larger than the bottom end. It comes to exist as a free lid-like edge piece 56. Therefore, for example, after taking out a part of the packaged product 1 to be included for use, the lid-like edge piece 56 is placed on the remaining unused packaged product, and further, the inside of the bag is placed from above. If a part of the packaging bag 14 on the top side of the top position of the unused packaged product 1 remaining in the bag is placed, the unused packaged product 1 can be easily fastened and wrapped in the packaging bag. Can be in a state.
Here, in the opening forming portion 5 according to the present invention, it is particularly desirable that the connecting portion 61 between the base point portion 51 and the widening perforation portion 52 is a cut portion. The perforations are smoothly dehiscenced from the base point portion 51 to the widening perforation portion 52.
Further, in the opening 50 according to the present invention, in particular, the connecting portion 62 between the widening perforations 52, 52 and the extending perforations 53, 53 is the other portion of the widening perforations 52 and the extending perforations 53. It is desirable that the dehiscence part is easier to dehiscence than. Since the widening perforation portion 52 and the extending perforation portion 53 have different extending directions, the widening perforation portion 52 and the extending perforation portion 53 and the perforation are sequentially widened from the base point portion 51. At the connecting portion 62 of the perforated portion 52 and the extended perforated portion 53, the direction of dehiscence of the perforation changes. Therefore, if the connecting portion 62 between the widening perforation portion 52 and the extending perforation portion 53 is an easily dehiscence portion that is more easily dehiscenced than other portions, the widening perforation portion 52 to the extending perforation portion 53 The dehiscence of the perforation will proceed smoothly. The easily dehiscence portion 62 may be, for example, a portion in which the connecting portion 62 is composed of only a cut portion or a portion in which the length of the cut portion at the perforation is made longer than that of the other portions.
Further, in the packaging bag 14 according to the present invention, the boundary between the widening perforation portion 52 and the extension perforation portion 53 or its vicinity is located at or near the position P corresponding to the uppermost portion of the packaged product 1 housed in the main body portion. It is desirable that the neighborhood is located. When carrying the packaged product 1, the widening perforation portion 52 is unlikely to be unintentionally dehiscenced, while a wide opening is formed by the perforation portion 53 extending from the vicinity of the uppermost position P toward the bottom side. Therefore, it becomes easy to take out the packaged product 1.
Here, in the packaging bag 14 of the present invention, as shown in the illustrated example, a film packaging tissue 1 in which a bundle 3 obtained by folding and stacking a plurality of sets of tissue paper 2 is packaged by a flexible packaging film 4 is used as an object to be packaged. In particular, a plurality of the film packaging tissue 1s are arranged and gusset-wrapped to form a film packaging tissue assembly package 10 (hereinafter, also referred to as an assembly package). Such an assembly package 10 is also proposed as the present invention. The film packaging tissue 1 here is not a portable one called a pocket tissue, but a film packaging tissue 1 that is used as a stationary type having a heavier mass than such a portable one. ..
The film packaging tissue 1 suitable as the object to be packaged 1 may be a bundle 3 that is overlap-wrapped or a pillow-wrapped product. The overlap wrapping is, in particular, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a wrapping form also referred to as caramel wrapping or combined wrapping, so that the bundle 3 is wrapped with a wrapping film 4 so that openings 4Z are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The part 4X that overlaps in the winding direction is bonded by a fusion treatment or an adhesive, and the part 4Y that extends beyond the bundle 3 is wrapped around the bundle 3 so as to be wrapped in a tubular shape. From the vicinity, the bundle 3 is folded toward the end face side, and at least the tip edges of the substantially triangular or substantially trapezoidal pieces formed at that time are overlapped and bonded by a fusion treatment or an adhesive to form a cylinder opening 4Z. This is a packaging mode in which the end surface is 4A by sealing.
In this overlapping wrapping, since the end surface 4A has a substantially flat shape, the exterior made of the wrapping film 4 has a substantially straight hexahedron shape, which is particularly close to a box. Further, since the end surface 4A is formed by stacking a plurality of layers of the packaging film 4 and adhering them to each other, the rigidity is high, and the shape of a substantially straight hexahedron is easily maintained without being crushed. Therefore, when the packaged product 1 is stored in the packaged bag 14 according to the present invention, the shape of the packaged bag is easily stable, the portability is excellent, and it is difficult to move unintentionally in the packaged bag 14. It is easy to exert the effect of the packaging bag according to the present invention.
When the film packaging tissue 1 is used as the object to be packaged 1, it is desirable that the upper and bottom surfaces of the film packaging tissue 1 are butted against each other as shown in the figure as the arrangement form in the gusset packaging bag 14. A plurality of film packaging tipses 1, 1 ... Are arranged so as to form a substantially straight hexahedron as a whole, and the stability and shape retention of the entire aggregate are improved, and the packaging is less likely to be collapsed or crushed by an external force. It is easier to exert the effect of the bag.
Here, in particular, in this case, it is desirable that the softness of the gusset packaging film constituting the gusset packaging bag 14 is lower than the softness of the packaging film 4 constituting the film packaging tissue 1. In the gusset packaging bag 14 having the grip portion 45 on the top surface side, when the grip portion 45 is held, the gusset packaging bag 14 is pulled toward the top bottom, so that the gusset packaging bag 14 is a film package to be included at that time. Pressure may be applied to the gussets 1, 1 ..., but by lowering the softness of the gusset packaging film 14, the straight hexahedron shape of the included film packaging tissue 1 is less likely to be deformed, and the internal bundle 3 is pressed. It is hard to reduce the fluffy feeling.
The bundle 3 of tissue paper included in the film packaging tissue 1 is not particularly limited, but as shown in FIG. 9, it is desirable that it is a pop-up type. In the pop-up type bundle 3, an abbreviated square tissue paper 2 having a length of about 197 ± 10 mm × a width of 217 ± 10 mm is folded in half, and a folded piece 2B of another tissue paper 2 located above and below the folded inner side 2A is formed. A plurality of tissue papers 2 are folded and laminated so as to be positioned, and when one folded piece located at the highest position is pulled upward, another adjacent folded piece 2B is directly under the folded piece 2B. However, it is dragged upward and lifted. Such a bundle 3 can be manufactured by a known multi-stand type or rotary type interfolder.
The pop-up type bundle 3 has a pair of longitudinal side surfaces 3B in which the folded edges 2C of each tissue paper 2 are lined up, and a pair of short side surfaces 3A in which the folded edges 2C are not lined up. It has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a pair of planes (upper and lower surfaces) 3C connected to the side surface 3B. The number of sets of the tissue papers 2 constituting the bundle 3 is not limited, but is generally 120 to 240 sets with 2 plies (2 sheets stacked) or 3 plies (3 sheets stacked) as one set. The size of the bundle 3 is not necessarily limited, but is a bundle of 150 sets of 2-ply tissue paper, which is approximately 40 to 50 mm in height × 160 to 200 mm in the longitudinal direction (width) × 90 in the lateral direction (depth). It is about 110 mm.
The nadir direction and the vertical direction in the present invention and the present specification are appropriately changed depending on the orientation of the packaging bag, the film packaging tissue assembly package, and the film packaging tissue, and mean an absolute direction.
