Abstract

Revêtement protecteur à base de résine alkyde à point d'éclair élevé et un procédé de préparation et une application de celui-ci. Le revêtement protecteur à base de résine alkyde à point d'éclair élevé comprend les composants suivants en parties en poids : 60 à 65 parties de résine alkyde, 15 à 20 parties de dioxyde de titane, 5 à 15 parties de sulfate de baryum, 5 à 10 parties d'un solvant à base d'éther d'alcool, 0,3 à 0,4 partie de silice sublimée, 0,2 à 0,4 partie d'un agent mouillant, 0,3 à 0,5 partie d'un agent dispersant, 0,7 à 1 partie d'un siccatif et 0,2 à 0,3 partie d'un agent anti-peau. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : le mélange d'une partie du solvant d'éther d'alcool, d'une partie de résine alkyde, de l'agent de mouillage, de l'agent dispersant, de la silice sublimée, du dioxyde de titane et du sulfate de baryum, et leur broyage pour obtenir une suspension ; le mélange de la suspension obtenue, de la résine alkyde restante, du siccatif, du solvant d'éther d'alcool résiduel et de l'agent anti-peau pour obtenir le revêtement protecteur à base de résine alkyde à point d'éclair élevé. Le revêtement protecteur à base de résine alkyde à point d'éclair élevé peut être utilisé pour une protection contre la corrosion industrielle.
