本发明涉及船舶技术领域,具体涉及的是一种增加船速的船体结构。
背景技术
船舶在波浪中航行时,船体受到的阻力和船舶所需的动力相对于静水中的情况会有所增加,这无疑会影响到船舶在水面上保持航速的能力,所以船舶在波浪中的阻力增加现象是在船舶设计阶段必须考虑的重要因素之一。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的船在行驶过程中产生较大波浪的问题,本发明提供一种通过减少波浪对船体的影响,从而增加船速的船体结构。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种增加船速的船体结构,该船体由两侧导流遮水板、底部平板、前斜板和后斜板合拢而成,所述导流遮水板左右两端延伸出前后斜板,所述导流遮水板侧壁上设有滑轨,导流遮水板上端设有液压缸,液压缸的杆体铰接第二导流遮水板,所述第二导流遮水板内壁设有滑槽,滑槽与滑轨配合。
本发明的进一步技术:
优选的,所述第二导流遮水板与导流遮水板长度相同。
优选的,所述液压缸延伸的最大长度为2/3导流遮水板高度。
优选的,所述后斜板侧壁设有两根连杆,两根连杆分别延伸出两侧导流遮水板后连接驱动螺旋桨。
本发明具有以下技术效果:
两侧的第二导流遮水板延通过液压缸伸出底部平板,将水流引导的两块导流遮水板之间,水流经过前后斜板很难向第二导流遮水板外扩展,极大的减少了破水而成的波浪;
第二导流遮水板可伸缩,避免在浅滩中由于延伸出的第二导流遮水板导致船底过深,出现搁浅;
同时,将驱动螺旋桨通过连杆延伸出两侧导流遮水板,避免船底水流对驱动螺旋桨影响,更重要的是,驱动螺旋桨位于船体两侧,前部没有阻挡,减少了水流对船体的影响,相对于直接设在船体后端,水流空间更大。

参阅图1-3,本实施例提供一种增加船速的船体结构,该船体由两侧导流遮水板1、底部平板2、前斜板3和后斜板4合拢而成,所述导流遮水板左右两端延伸出前后斜板,所述导流遮水板侧壁上设有滑轨5,导流遮水板上端设有液压缸6,液压缸的杆体铰接第二导流遮水板7,所述第二导流遮水板内壁设有滑槽10,滑槽与滑轨配合。
第二导流遮水板可伸缩,避免在浅滩中由于延伸出的第二导流遮水板导致船底过深,出现搁浅。
第二导流遮水板与导流遮水板长度相同。
两侧的第二导流遮水板延通过液压缸伸出底部平板,将水流引导的两块导流遮水板之间,水流经过前后斜板很难向第二导流遮水板外扩展,极大的减少了破水而成的波浪。
所述液压缸延伸的最大长度为2/3导流遮水板高度。
通过限制液压缸的延伸长度,控制第二导流遮水板,避免第二导流遮水板整体延伸出导流遮水板,导致脱离。
所述后斜板侧壁设有两根连杆8,两根连杆分别延伸出两侧导流遮水板后连接驱动螺旋桨9。
将驱动螺旋桨通过连杆延伸出两侧导流遮水板,避免船底水流对驱动螺旋桨影响,更重要的是,驱动螺旋桨位于船体两侧,前部没有阻挡,减少了水流对船体的影响,相对于直接设在船体后端,水流空间更大。
