Description

一种环保型高保真音质耳机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种耳机,尤其涉及一种环保型高保真音质耳机。
背景技术
耳机是一对转换单元,它接受媒体播放器或接收器所发出的电讯号,利用贴近耳朵的扬声器将其转化成可以听到的音波。耳机一般是与媒体播放器可分离的,利用一个插头连接。好处是在不影响旁人的情况下,可独自聆听音响;亦可隔开周围环境的声响,对在录音室、DJ、旅途、运动等在噪吵环境下使用的人很有帮助。耳机原是给电话和无线电上使用的,但随着可携式电子装置的盛行,耳机多用于手机、随身听、收音机。可携式电玩和数位音讯播放器等。
现在的市场上出售的耳机,大多数前壳和后壳都是通过粘合剂粘接在一起的。粘合剂一般都属于化学类的物质,对人们的身体健康都有一定的影响,严重的会引起人们的极大不适,不符合当今人们对环保卫生的要求。为了解决上述的技术问题,经过长期的研究实践,特发明了本发明。
发明内容
(1)要解决的技术问题
本发明为了克服现有的耳机一般都是通过粘合剂,粘接在一起的,不卫生不环保的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保型高保真音质耳机。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种环保型高保真音质耳机,包括有中间连接体、弧形后壳、低频喇叭、高频喇叭、上卡槽座、下卡槽座、弧形前壳;
在中间连接体的上部和下部对称设置有上卡槽座和下卡槽座,在中间连接 体的左侧设置有弧形前壳,弧形前壳与中间连接体为活动连接,弧形前壳的上端卡在上卡槽座内,弧形前壳的下端卡在下卡槽座内,弧形前壳与中间连接体为卡接;
弧形前壳与中间连接体共同构成弧形前腔,在中间连接体的右侧设置有弧形后壳,中间连接体与弧形后壳相连接,在弧形后壳内设置有弧形后腔,弧形前腔与弧形后腔相连接;
高频喇叭设置在弧形前腔与弧形后腔之间,多个低频喇叭设置在弧形前腔与弧形后腔之间,各个低频喇叭均以高频喇叭为中心,均匀的设置在同一个圆周上;弧形前壳和弧形后壳均为弧形。
工作原理:当将耳机插入音频输出孔并打开音源,耳机就将音源传输的电讯号转化为音波进行输出。高频喇叭和多个低频喇叭均设置在弧形前腔与弧形后腔之间。同时,各个低频喇叭均以高频喇叭为中心,均匀的设置在同一个圆周上。
弧形前壳和弧形后壳均为弧形,在弧形前壳内设置有弧形前腔,在弧形后壳内设置有弧形后腔。当高频喇叭发出高音,低频喇叭发出低音时,弧形设置的弧形前腔和弧形后腔能够提供更好的聚音效果,能够提高耳机的音质。
在中间连接体上对称设置有上卡槽座和下卡槽座,操作人员将弧形前壳卡进上卡槽座和下卡槽座内,改变了传统的耳机的前后壳用粘合剂粘接的方式。
(3)有益效果
本发明所提供的一种环保型高保真音质耳机,采用卡接的方式,改变了传统的耳机的前后壳用粘合剂粘接的方式,更加的卫生环保,同时采用弧形前腔和弧形后腔相结合的方式,能够提供更好的聚音效果,极大的提高耳机的音质,结构简单,制造方便,成本小,方便模块化生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种环保型高保真音质耳机,如图1-2所示,包括有中间连接体1、弧形后壳2、低频喇叭3、高频喇叭4、上卡槽座5、下卡槽座8、弧形前壳9;在中间连接体1的上部和下部对称设置有上卡槽座5和下卡槽座8,在中间连接体1的左侧设置有弧形前壳9,弧形前壳9与中间连接体1为活动连接,弧形前壳9的上端卡在上卡槽座5内,弧形前壳9的下端卡在下卡槽座8内,弧形前壳9与中间连接体1为卡接。
弧形前壳9与中间连接体1共同构成弧形前腔7,在中间连接体1的右侧设置有弧形后壳2,中间连接体1与弧形后壳2相连接,在弧形后壳2内设置有弧形后腔6,弧形前腔7与弧形后腔6相连接;高频喇叭4设置在弧形前腔7与弧形后腔6之间,多个低频喇叭3设置在弧形前腔7与弧形后腔6之间,各个低频喇叭3均以高频喇叭4为中心,均匀的设置在同一个圆周上;弧形前壳9和弧形后壳2均为弧形。
工作原理:当将耳机插入音频输出孔并打开音源,耳机就将音源传输的电讯号转化为音波进行输出。高频喇叭4和多个低频喇叭3均设置在弧形前腔7与弧形后腔6之间。同时,各个低频喇叭3均以高频喇叭4为中心,均匀的设 置在同一个圆周上。
弧形前壳9和弧形后壳2均为弧形,在弧形前壳9内设置有弧形前腔7,在弧形后壳2内设置有弧形后腔6。当高频喇叭4发出高音,低频喇叭3发出低音时,弧形设置的弧形前腔7和弧形后腔6能够提供更好的聚音效果,能够提高耳机的音质。
在中间连接体1上对称设置有上卡槽座5和下卡槽座8,操作人员将弧形前壳9卡进上卡槽座5和下卡槽座8内,改变了传统的耳机的前后壳用粘合剂粘接的方式。

  1. 一种环保型高保真音质耳机,其特征在于,包括有中间连接体(1)、弧形后壳(2)、低频喇叭(3)、高频喇叭(4)、上卡槽座(5)、下卡槽座(8)、弧形前壳(9);
    在中间连接体(1)的上部和下部对称设置有上卡槽座(5)和下卡槽座(8),在中间连接体(1)的左侧设置有弧形前壳(9),弧形前壳(9)与中间连接体(1)为活动连接,弧形前壳(9)的上端卡在上卡槽座(5)内,弧形前壳(9)的下端卡在下卡槽座(8)内,弧形前壳(9)与中间连接体(1)为卡接;
    弧形前壳(9)与中间连接体(1)共同构成弧形前腔(7),在中间连接体(1)的右侧设置有弧形后壳(2),中间连接体(1)与弧形后壳(2)相连接,在弧形后壳(2)内设置有弧形后腔(6),弧形前腔(7)与弧形后腔(6)相连接;
    高频喇叭(4)设置在弧形前腔(7)与弧形后腔(6)之间,多个低频喇叭(3)设置在弧形前腔(7)与弧形后腔(6)之间,各个低频喇叭(3)均以高频喇叭(4)为中心,均匀的设置在同一个圆周上;弧形前壳(9)和弧形后壳(2)均为弧形。
