上接管组件3的药管31下端、下接管机构44的药管31上端分别安装有三个定板32和三个动板33,定板32和动板33间隔布置,上接管组件3的药管31下端定板32与下接管机构44的药管31上端动板33位置相对并通过推杆34相连,上接管组件3的药管31下端动板33与下接管机构44的药管31上端定板32位置相对并通过推杆34相连;
所述药管31内壁设有凹槽,动板33通过销轴35铰接与凹槽内,动板33与药管31内壁之间安装有弧形伸缩杆36,弧形伸缩杆36的内部安装有复位弹簧37。
所述上接管组件3中的药管31下端内部设有弧形槽,下接管机构44中的药管31上端安装有防水环6,防水环6与弧形槽尺寸相吻合。
所述下接管机构44中药管31侧壁的上端安装有防护层46,防护层46的内壁通过纱网套接有海绵垫47。
所述下接管机构44的药管31侧壁沿周向方向均匀安装有限位支链48,限位支链48包括限位板481,限位板481安装在药管31外侧壁中部,限位板481的上端面通过限位弹簧482安装有限位块483,限位块483与药管31的T型限位槽滑动配合相连接,T型限位槽放置有限位球9,限位块483的上端设有弧形凹口,所述上接管组件3的药管31下端面沿周向方向均匀设有限位杆5,限位杆5外侧设有弧形限位槽,当限位块483沿T型限位槽向上滑动时,可通过弧形凹口推动限位球9至限位杆5的弧形限位槽内,限位块483通过连接环484相连接;工作时,首先向下拉动连接环484,通过连接环484带动限位块483向下移动,然后将下接管机构44与上接管组件3对接,使得防水环6与弧形槽相卡接,限位杆5进入到T 型限位槽中,同时,下接管机构44中定板32上的推杆34将上接管组件3中的动板33向上推动,在销轴35的作用下,动板33向上转动,使得密封塞8与密封槽7分离,动板33带动弧形伸缩杆36收缩,此时的定板32与动板33相互错开,同理,下接管机构44中的定板32与动板33也相互错开,从而将药桶2与药管31连通,其中防护层46避免了连通时药液的流出,最后,松开连接环484,在限位弹簧482的作用下,限位块483向上移动,限位块483右侧壁将限位球向右推动,使得限位球与限位杆5侧壁上的弧形限位槽相互卡接,从而将连通的上接管组件3与下接管机构44固定,拼接方便高效。
所述的调节支链45包括限位环451、调节环452,软管431侧壁套接有两个限位环451和一个调节环452,调节环452位于两个限位环451之间,限位环451的上端与支撑杆41的下端面相连接,调节环452的上端通过轴承安装有螺纹杆453,螺纹杆453侧壁的下端安装有调节盘454,螺纹杆453与支撑杆41下端面的螺纹孔螺纹连接;工作时,上接管组件3与下接管机构44连通后,无人机组件1工作时,在摆动弹簧435和软管431内水流的作用下,软管431呈上下摆动,能够避免药液在折弯处沉淀,当软管431过紧或过松时,通过转动调节盘454,螺纹杆453上下移动,能够带动左侧的软管431上下移动,在限位环451的左右下,从而实现对软管431张紧度的调节。
药管31对接:向下拉动连接环484,通过连接环484带动限位块483向下移动,然后将下接管机构44与上接管组件3对接,使得防水环6与弧形槽相卡接,限位杆5进入到T型限位槽中;
药管31连通:下接管机构44中定板32上的推杆34将上接管组件3中的动板33向上推动,在销轴35的作用下,动板33向上转动,使得密封塞8与密封槽7分离,动板33带动弧形伸缩杆36收缩,此时的定板32与动板33相互错开,同理,下接管机构44中的定板32与动板33也相互错开,从而将药桶2与药管31连通,其中防护层46避免了连通时药液的流出;
药管31固定:松开连接环484,在限位弹簧482的作用下,限位块483向上移动,限位块483右侧壁将限位球向右推动,使得限位球与限位杆5侧壁上的弧形限位槽相互卡接,从而将连通的上接管组件3与下接管机构44固定,拼接方便高效;
放沉淀:上接管组件3与下接管机构44连通后,无人机组件1工作时,在摆动弹簧435和软管431内水流的作用下,软管431呈上下摆动,能够避免药液在折弯处沉淀;
调节张紧度:当软管431过紧或过松时,通过转动调节盘454,螺纹杆453上下移动,能够带动左侧的软管431上下移动,在限位环451的左右下,从而实现对软管431张紧度的调节。
综上所述的工作流程实现了喷药无人机喷管的快速安装的功能,解决了现有农业无人机使用时存在的农药喷管安装或拆卸繁琐、农药喷管拆卸时管内农药容易逆流或漏出、农药喷管折弯处容易药物沉淀堵塞喷管和农业喷管张紧度无法调节等问题,达到了目的。
本发明只是参考附图图示的实施例进行了举例说明,我们认为具有相关领域基本知识的 人员可以以此为基础进行多种多样的变形和同等水平的其它实施例。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种快插式喷管农药喷洒无人机,包括无人机组件(1)、药桶(2)、上接管组件(3)和喷管组件(4),其特征在于:所述无人机组件(1)的中部安装有药桶(2),药桶(2)内通过增压泵安装有上接管组件(3),无人机组件(1)的下端卡接有喷管组件(4);其中:
    所述的喷管组件(4)包括支撑杆(41),无人机组件(1)的下端卡接有支撑杆(41),支撑杆(41)的中部有连接管(42)穿过,连接管(42)的下端左右对称连通有喷药机构(43),连接管(42)的上端连通有下接管机构(44);
    所述的喷药机构(43)包括软管(431),连接管(42)的右端连通有软管(431),软管(431)端部与固定喷头(432)连通,固定喷头(432)安装在支撑杆(41)的下端面,软管(431)下端连通有摆动喷头(433),软管(431)侧壁的中部套接有摆动环(434),摆动环(434)的上端通过摆动弹簧(435)与支撑杆(41)的下端面相连接,软管(431)侧壁的左端安装有调节支链(45);
    所述的上接管组件(3)、下接管机构(44)均包括药管(31),增压泵的出水口与上接管组件(3)的药管(31)连接,上接管组件(3)的药管(31)下端与下接管机构(44)的药管(31)上端连接,下接管机构(44)的药管(31)下端与连接管(42)的上端连接;
    上接管组件(3)的药管(31)下端、下接管机构(44)的药管(31)上端分别安装有三个定板(32)和三个动板(33),定板(32)和动板(33)间隔布置,上接管组件(3)的药管(31)下端定板(32)与下接管机构(44)的药管(31)上端动板(33)位置相对并通过推杆(34)相连,上接管组件(3)的药管(31)下端动板(33)与下接管机构(44)的药管(31)上端定板(32)位置相对并通过推杆(34)相连;
    所述药管(31)内壁设有凹槽,动板(33)通过销轴(35)铰接与凹槽内,动板(33)与药管(31)内壁之间安装有弧形伸缩杆(36),弧形伸缩杆(36)的内部安装有复位弹簧(37)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快插式喷管农药喷洒无人机,其特征在于:所述的调节支链(45)包括限位环(451)、调节环(452),软管(431)侧壁套接有两个限位环(451)和一个调节环(452),调节环(452)位于两个限位环(451)之间,限位环(451)的上端与支撑杆(41)的下端面相连接,调节环(452)的上端通过轴承安装有螺纹杆(453),螺纹杆(453)侧壁的下端安装有调节盘(454),螺纹杆(453)与支撑杆(41)下端面的螺纹孔螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快插式喷管农药喷洒无人机,其特征在于:所述下接管机构(44)中药管(31)侧壁的上端安装有防护层(46),防护层(46)的内壁通过纱网套接有海绵垫(47)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快插式喷管农药喷洒无人机,其特征在于:所述下接管机构(44)的药管(31)侧壁沿周向方向均匀安装有限位支链(48),限位支链(48)包括限位板(481),限位板(481)安装在药管(31)外侧壁中部,限位板(481)的上端面通过限位弹簧(482)安装有限位块(483),限位块(483)与药管(31)的T型限位槽滑动配合相连接,T型限位槽放 置有限位球(9),限位块(483)的上端设有弧形凹口;所述上接管组件(3)中的药管(31)下端面外侧沿其周向方向均匀设有限位杆(5),限位杆(5)的左端设有弧形限位槽,当限位块(483)沿T型限位槽向上滑动时,可通过弧形凹口推动限位球(9)至限位杆(5)的弧形限位槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种快插式喷管农药喷洒无人机,其特征在于:所述限位块(483)通过连接环(484)相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快插式喷管农药喷洒无人机,其特征在于:所述上接管组件(3)中的药管(31)下端内部设有弧形槽,下接管机构(44)中的药管(31)上端安装有防水环(6),防水环(6)与弧形槽尺寸相吻合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快插式喷管农药喷洒无人机,其特征在于:所述定板(32)的上端面沿其外沿设有密封槽(7),动板(33)的下端面沿其外沿安装有密封塞(8)。
