Description

一种用于纺织设备的清洗装置 技术领域

纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,现在的纺织已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品。现有的纺织设备长时间使用过程中,碎布料、线头、灰尘等杂质会逐渐累积到纺织设备的表面,影响纺织设备正常散热,目前纺织车间内多通过人工提桶进行对纺织设备的清洗,费时费力,而且清洗后的纺织设备,通常是利用自然风进行晾干,这种晾干方式,纺织设备晾干速度慢,容易积水生锈损坏;而且现有对纺织设备清洗时未提前对碎布料、线头、灰尘等杂质进行清除,在对设备进行冲洗时效果不佳。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种用于纺织设备的清洗装置。
