本申请还公开一种手持式吹风机,所述主体部设置为一前后贯穿的套筒,组装部件设置于主体部内并包括所述中心管、套设于所述中心管的所述发热组件及位于中心管后端的所述后端盖,各所述组装部件沿主体部的出风方向组装在一起,由主体部的后端向前放置于主体部的内部。
具体地,所述组装部件放置入主体部内后,将后端盖相对于主体部旋转形成卡扣固定。
优选地,所述组装部件还包括设置于中心管前端的风嘴组件,所述风嘴组件套设于所述中心管并相邻于发热组件,所述主体部前端设有与风嘴组件相配合的扣合部。
具体地,所述主体部还包括风筒,所述风筒收纳所述中心管。
具体地,所述后端盖相对于主体部旋转卡扣时同时带动出风口旋转与主体部前端内侧形成卡扣。

本申请的另一有益效果在于:手持式吹风机中心筒、发热组件及后端盖等各功能部件从前向后连接排好后自后向前插入主体部的套筒内,并旋转形成卡扣固定,这样可以简单方便的一体式安装,同样各所述功能部件为可拆卸式组装,便于后续的维护。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本申请的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本申请,但不用来限制本申请的范围。
请参阅图1至图4,本申请的手持式吹风机实施例包括主体部1和手持部2,所述主体部1和所述手持部2连通,外部空气从所述手持部2的底端进入所述手持部2,并送入所述主体部1,被加热后最终从所述手持式吹风机的出风口3吹出,气流在手持式吹风机内的走向如图3中虚线所示。
其中,所述主体部1包括风筒4、中心管5、电路板组件6、发热组件7、后端盖8、风嘴组件9和挡风板10。所述后端盖8和所述风嘴组件9分别位于所述风筒4的相对两端,所述风筒4收纳所述中心管5和所述发热组件7,所述后端盖8的最外侧设置有装饰板13,所述电路板组件6、所述发热组件7和所述挡风板10分别套设在所述中心管5外侧。在本实施例中,所述中心管5一端的直径大于其另一端的直径,所述电路板组件6套设在所述中心管5直径较小的一端,所述发热组件7套设在所述中心管5直径较大的一端,所述挡风板10位于所述中心管5直径变化的交界处,也就是说,所述挡风板10位于所述电路板组件6和所述发热组件7之间,且电路板组件6、挡风板10以及发热组件7沿朝吹风机出风方向依次排布。
所述发热组件7的主要作用是将经过的气流加热,吹往所述出风口3方向,从而起到烘干作用。所述发热组件7与所述电路板组件6电性连接,其中,所述电路板组件6包括恒温自动电控元件(未标示),所述发热组件7与所述恒温自动电控元件串联。当所述发热组件7的温度超过预定温度时,所述恒温自动电控元件切断电路,从而起保护作用,防止事故发生。本实施例,所述发热组件7优选为电热丝,其熔点较高,而且可以在较短时间内迅速升温,进一步的,所述发热组件7为多圈电热丝绕制而成。
所述手持部2包括出风端,所述挡风板10设置于所述主体部1相邻所述出风端处,并部分位于所述出风端内。所述挡风板10的主要作用是将来自所述手 持部2的气流导引朝向所述发热组件7流动,并阻止气流向所述电路板组件6方向流动。一方面,所述挡风板10将来自所述手持部2方向的气流引导朝向所述手持式吹风机的出风口3方向,从而避免产生紊流,使气流更顺畅,获得较好的出风效果。另一方面,所述挡风板10还阻止已被所述发热组件7加热的气流吹向所述电路板组件6,避免所述电路板组件6因被加热气流升温影响其稳定性,从而对应提升所述手持式吹风机的稳定性。
具体而言,电路板组件与6远离吹风机出风口3一侧的所述手持部的侧壁形成有间隙;所述挡风板临近所述手持部的一侧具有导风部12,导风部12覆盖间隙的部分或全部。则导风部可以阻止来自手持部2的气流流向电路板组件6。需要指出的是,前文提及的“手持部的侧壁”,概括指表面装设有部件或未装设有部件的手持部侧壁,是指实际使用过程中,电路板组件与手持部具有间隙形成有可供风通过的缝隙,而导风部可以部分或全部的覆盖该缝隙,以达到阻止或减少流向电路板组件6的风流。
进一步优选地,挡风板12自朝向手持部的方向倾斜向所述电路板组件。以更好的导向风流向出风口,使得在此处转向的风流更加平稳。
所述电路板组件6、所述发热组件7和所述挡风板10至少之一为环形结构。此外,所述电路板组件6和所述发热组件7至少之一与所述中心管5的轴心线相对垂直,所述挡风板10朝向所述发热组件7倾斜,也就是说,所述挡风板10和所述发热组件7之间具有一相对的倾角,这样的倾斜结构可以更好的将来自所述手持部2方向的气流引导朝向所述手持式吹风机的出风口3方向。在本实施例中,所述倾角为3度至15度,优选为5度。
进一步优选的,所述挡风板12远离所述手持部的一侧具有挡风罩部11,所述挡风罩部11朝向所述发热组件7延伸。如此可以更好的将风流导向发热组件7。换言之,所述挡风板10包括套设于所述中心管5的主要部及沿所述手持式吹风机出风方向的轴向方向延伸的挡风罩,所述挡风罩自主要部的外缘向所述手持式吹风机的出风方向延伸,该挡风罩延伸不超过主要部外沿的三分之一, 挡风罩主要设置位于主要部的顶端,该挡风罩延伸靠近于发热组件7的外周后端,发热组件7的外沿在周向大于挡风罩的外沿。
此外,中心管5两端的直径不同,在其中部设置有连接两不同直径部分的倾斜部,挡风板10套设于中心管5上位于倾斜部的位置。
所述风嘴组件9将经过所述发热组件7加热的热风从所述出风口3输出,所述风嘴组件9还可以改变所述手持式吹风机出风的形状和速度。在本实施例中,所述风嘴组件9可拆卸地安装在所述风筒4上,这样的结构便于维护,也可以根据使用需求,更换为不同功能的同类组件,满足不同出风需求。当然,所述风嘴组件9也可以与所述风筒4一体化制成。
相较于现有技术,本申请手持式吹风机在所述手持部的出风方向设置所述挡风板,引导气流向所述发热组件方向流动,从而避免产生紊流,使气流更顺畅。同时,位于所述电路板组件和所述发热组件之间的所述挡风板还可以阻止被所述发热组件加热过的气流向所述电路板组件方向流动,避免因为高温影响所述电路板组件的稳定性。
在本申请的另一实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型的手持式吹风机包括主体部1和手持部2,所述主体部1和所述手持部2相互连通,外部空气从所述手持部2的底端进入所述手持部2,并送入所述主体部1,被加热后最终从所述手持式吹风机的出风口3吹出。
其中,所述主体部1包括风筒4、中心管5、所述电路板组件6、发热组件7、后端盖8、风嘴组件9和功能部件(图未示)。所述风嘴组件9和所述后端盖8分别位于所述风筒4的相对两端,所述发热组件7套设在所述中心管5的外侧,所述功能部件位于所述中心管5内,所述风筒4收纳所述中心管5和所述发热组件7。所述后端盖8相邻所述手持部2,装饰板13向后贯穿所述后端盖8并暴露于外侧。
具体的,所述功能部件可拆卸设置在所述中心管5内,以便在维修或部件 升级时可以方便的拆卸和安装。优选的,所述功能部件可以是水离子发生器、负离子发生器和胶原蛋白发生器发生器中的至少一种或者其组合。例如,当所述功能部件10为水离子发生器时,可以凝聚空气中的水分,经针状电极瞬间雾化成微小的负电水离子,不断地随着风输向秀发,有效闭合毛鳞片,渗透至发丝与头皮,减少静电、驯服毛躁的同时,明显改善头发的光泽度。根据需要,所述功能部件还可以替换为其它用途的部件。
所述中心管5包括进风端和出风端,其中,所述中心管5上设置有供气流流入并通过所述功能部件的进气口。所述发热组件7相邻所述进风端。所述发热组件7的主要作用是将经过的空气加热,变成热风,送往所述出风口3方向,从而起到烘干作用。本实施例,所述发热组件7优选为电热丝,其熔点较高,而且可以在较短时间内迅速升温,进一步的,所述发热组件7为多圈电热丝绕制而成。
此外,所述功能部件和所述发热组件7分别与所述电路板组件6电性连接。其中,所述电路板组件6包括恒温自动电控元件(未标示),所述发热组件7与所述恒温自动电控元件串联,当所述发热组件7的温度超过预定温度时,所述恒温自动电控元件切断电路,从而起保护作用,防止事故发生。
所述风嘴组件9将经过所述发热组件7加热的热风从所述出风口3输出,所述风嘴组件9还可以改变所述手持式吹风机出风的形状和速度。在本实施例中,所述风嘴组件9可拆卸地安装在所述风筒4上,这样的结构便于维护,也可以根据使用需求,更换为不同功能的同类组件,满足不同出风需求。当然,所述风嘴组件9也可以与所述风筒4一体化制成。

在本申请的另一实施例中,请参阅图1和图2,本申请的手持式吹风机包括 相互连通的主体部1和手持部2,外部空气从所述手持部2的底端进入所述手持部2,并送入所述主体部1,被加热后最终从所述手持式吹风机的出风口3吹出。
其中,所述主体部1设置为一前后贯穿的套筒,包括风筒4、中心管5、电路板组件6、发热组件7、后端盖8、风嘴组件9和挡风板。所述后端盖8和所述风嘴组件9分别位于所述风筒4的相对两端,所述后端盖8位于中心管5后端,所述风筒4收纳所述中心管5和所述发热组件7,装饰板13向后贯穿所述后端盖8并暴露于外侧,所述电路板组件6、所述发热组件7和所述挡风板分别套设在所述中心管5外侧。
进一步的,所述中心管5为前后贯穿的中空结构,包括第一段和第二段,所述第二段的直径大于所述第一段的直径。在本实施例中,所述第一段和所述第二段的壁厚相同,当然,根据产品需求,所述第一段和所述第二段的壁厚也可以做适应性调整。所述中心管5的材质优选为塑胶,其可以通过一体注塑成型制得。
所述电路板组件6位于所述中心管5直径较小的第一段外侧,并有部分收纳在所述中心管5内。所述发热组件7套设于中心管5,具体位于所述中心管5直径较大的第二段外侧,所述挡风板位于所述电路板组件6和所述发热组件7之间,具体位于所述中心管5的第一段和第二段交界处。所述发热组件7的主要作用是将经过的气流加热,变成热风,吹往所述出风口3方向,从而起到烘干作用。所述发热组件7与所述电路板组件6电性连接,其中,所述电路板组件6包括恒温自动电控元件(未标示),所述发热组件7与所述恒温自动电控元件串联。当所述发热组件7的温度超过预定温度时,所述恒温自动电控元件切断电路,从而起保护作用,防止事故发生。本实施例,所述发热组件7优选为电热丝,其熔点较高,而且可以在较短时间内迅速升温,进一步的,所述发热组件7为多圈电热丝绕制而成。
所述手持部2包括出风端,所述挡风板设置于所述主体部1相邻所述出风端处,并部分位于所述出风端内。所述挡风板的主要作用是将来自所述手持部2 的气流导引朝向所述发热组件7,并阻止气流向所述电路板组件6方向流动。一方面,所述挡风板将来自所述手持部2方向的气流引导朝向所述手持式吹风机的出风口3方向,从而避免产生紊流,使气流更顺畅。另一方面,所述挡风板还阻止已被所述发热组件7加热的气流吹向所述电路板组件6,避免所述电路板组件6因被气流加热升温影响其稳定性,从而对应提升所述手持式吹风机的稳定性。
所述中心管5的前端还设置有风嘴组件9,所述风嘴组件9套设于所述中心管5并相邻于发热组件7,所述主体部1前端设有与风嘴组件9相配合的扣合部。所述风嘴组件9将经过所述发热组件7加热的热风从所述出风口3输出,所述风嘴组件9还可以改变所述手持式吹风机出风的形状和速度。在本实施例中,所述风嘴组件9通过卡扣结构可拆卸地安装在所述中心管5,这样的结构便于维护,也可以根据使用需求,更换为不同功能的同类组件,满足不同出风需求。
所述中心管5、所述发热组件7和后端盖8沿主体部1的出风方向组装在一起,由主体部1的后端向前放置于主体部1的内部。所述中心管5、所述发热组件7和后端盖8放置入主体部1内后,将后端盖8相对于主体部1旋转形成卡扣固定。
所述后端盖8与所述中心管5可以一体成型,也可以分开成型后安装在一起。所述后端盖8相对于主体部1旋转卡扣时同时带动出风口3旋转与主体部1前端内侧形成卡扣。所述后端盖8的材质为金属、合金、石墨烯和碳纤维中的一种,便于热量散发。进一步的,所述后端盖8还可以包括多个操作窗口。
相较于现有技术,本申请手持式吹风机在中心筒、发热组件及后端盖等各组装部件从前向后连接排好后自后向前插入主体部的套筒内,并旋转形成卡扣固定,这样可以简单方便的一体式安装,同样各所述功能部件为可拆卸式组装,便于后续的维护。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技 术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种手持式吹风机,其特征在于,包括相互连通的手持部和主体部,所述主体部包括沿朝向吹风机出风方向排布的电路板组件、挡风板和发热组件,所述挡风板位于所述发热组件和所述电路板组件之间,引导气流向所述发热组件方向流动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述电路板组件与远离吹风机出风口一侧的所述手持部的侧壁形成有间隙;所述挡风板临近所述手持部的一侧具有导风部,所述导风部覆盖所述间隙的部分或全部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述挡风板自朝向所述手持部的方向倾斜向所述电路板组件。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述挡风板远离所述手持部的一侧具有挡风罩部,所述挡风罩部朝向所述发热组件延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述挡风罩部延伸靠近于发热组件的外周后端,发热组件的外沿在周向大于挡风罩部的外沿。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,还包括中心管,所述挡风板套设在所述中心管外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述电路板组件和所述发热组件至少之一与所述中心管的轴心线相对垂直。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述中心管两端的直径不同,在其中部设置有连接两不同直径部分的倾斜部,所述挡风板套设于所述中心管上位于倾斜部的位置。
  9. 一种手持式吹风机,其特征在于,包括中心管、功能部件以及发热组件,所述发热组件套设在所述中心管的外侧,所述功能部件位于所述中心管内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持式吹风机,所述中心管内形成有导通风路,所述功能部件位于所述导通风路中。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述功能部件包括水离子发生器、负离子发生器和胶原蛋白发生器发生器中的至少一种。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述功能部件可拆卸设置在所述导风管内。
  13. 一种手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述主体部设置为一前后贯穿的套筒,组装部件设置于主体部内并包括所述中心管、套设于所述中心管的所述发热组件及位于中心管后端的所述后端盖,各所述组装部件沿主体部的出风方向组装在一起,由主体部的后端向前放置于主体部的内部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述组装部件放置入主体部内后,将后端盖相对于主体部旋转形成卡扣固定。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述组装部件还包括设置于中心管前端的风嘴组件,所述风嘴组件套设于所述中心管并相邻于发热组件,所述主体部前端设有与风嘴组件相配合的扣合部。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述主体部还包括风筒,所述风筒收纳所述中心管。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述后端盖相对于主体部旋转卡扣时同时带动出风口旋转与主体部前端内侧形成卡扣。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述各组装部件为可拆卸式组装。
