管簇段2包括两端开口的第一空心管体21,在第一空心管体21的内部设置有多个用于降低烟气温度且两端开口的第二空心管体22,第一空心管体21和多个第二空心管体22分别与烟气通道11连通,相邻的第二空心管体22的侧壁外表面彼此接触,且多个第二空心管体22共同形成的管簇体的外表面与第一空心管体21的内壁接触,当烟气的温度超过第二空心管体22的相变温度或焓变温度时,第二空心管体22的吸热能力增强,从而能够有效吸收烟气中的热量。管簇段2的第一端连接中空段1的第二端,管簇段2的第二端用于供烟气流过而流入使用者嘴中。使用时,高温烟气流经第一空心管体21和第二空心管体22时,第二空心管体22能够有效吸收烟气中的热量,使得通过该降温嘴棒的烟气的高温温度迅速下降至口腔适应温度,从而能够提高抽吸体验。
在一个具体的实施例中,管簇体包括内外多层第二空心管体22,外层的第二空心管体22分别与相邻的内层的第二空心管体22接触,且最外层的第二空心管体22的侧壁外表面分别与第一空心管体21的内壁接触,能够进一步增强管簇体的吸热能力,提高烟气的降温效果。
在一个优选的实施例中,如图2所示,管簇体包括内外两层第二空心管体22,外层的第二空心管体22分别与内层的第二空心管体22接触,且外层的第二空心管体22的侧壁外表面分别与第一空心管体21的内壁接触。再优选的,内层的第二空心管体22的数目为一个。外层的第二空心管体22的数目为多个。再优选的,内层的第二空心管体22设置在管簇体的中部。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1~4所示,相邻的第二空心管体22呈平行布置且彼此接触。
在一个具体的实施例中,管簇体包括两平行布置且彼此接触的第二空心管体22,两第二空心管体22的侧壁外表面分别与第一空心管体21的内壁接触。
在一个具体的实施例中,管簇体紧箍在第一空心管体21的内部,能够防止管簇体在第一空心管体21的内部发生轴向滑移,稳定性好。管簇体紧箍在第一空心管体21的内部时,使得多个第二空心管体22之间相互挤压,进而使得管簇体具有一定的应力。例如当管簇体包括内外多层第二空心管体22时,内层的第二空心管体22被外层的第二空心管体22挤压,内外多层的第二空心管体22能够形成不易滑落的管簇体。
在一个具体的实施例中,第一空心管体21的内径小于管簇体的外径,使得管簇体嵌入第一空心管体21时受到第一空心管体21内壁的压力,进而使得管簇体紧箍在第一空心管体21的内部而不发生轴向滑移。其中,管簇体的外径等于管簇体横截面的外切圆的直径。
在一个具体的实施例中,第二空心管体22采用热性能材料制成,热性能材料的相变温度或熔点介于35~80摄氏度之间。这样,当烟气温度超过热性能材料的相变温度或熔点,热性能材料迅速发生相变或状态变化,从而能够增强热性能材料的吸热能力,简捷高效。
在一个具体的实施例中,第二空心管体22采用纤维素、多元醇、聚乳酸、聚己内酯和/或聚醚材料制成。
在一个具体的实施例中,第二空心管体22的外径介于0.5~5毫米之间,第二空心管体22的侧壁厚度介于0.01~1毫米之间,吸热效果好。
在一个具体的实施例中,第二空心管体22的长度介于1~20毫米之间,吸热效果好。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1、图4所示,中空段1包括用于过滤烟气中有害成分的中空纤维管12,烟气通道11设置在中空纤维管12的内部,在中空纤维管12的外表面设置有成型纸。
在一个具体的实施例中,中空纤维管12采用纸质纤维或塑料纤维制成。
在一个具体的实施例中,中空纤维管12设置有内径和外径,中空纤维管12的内径为1~5毫米,中空纤维管的外径为4.5~8毫米。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1、图3、图4所示,中空段1和管簇段2通过接装纸4包覆成一体以形成降温嘴棒,整体上显示烟草制品的降温嘴棒的外 观。
另一方面,如图3、图4所示,本发明提出的烟草制品,包括上述降温嘴棒和与降温嘴棒连接的烟丝段3。
在一个具体的实施例中,降温嘴棒和烟丝段3之间通过接装纸4连接。
在一个具体的实施例中,烟丝段3包括卷烟纸31和设置在卷烟纸31内部的烟草原料32(如图4所示)。
如图4所示,本发明的烟草制品使用时,烟丝段3通过加热不燃烧的方式产生高温烟气,烟气经中空段1过滤后进入管簇段2中。烟气流经第一空心管体21和第二空心管体22时,第二空心管体22能够有效吸收烟气中的热量,使得通过该降温嘴棒的烟气的高温温度迅速下降至口腔适应温度,从而能够提高抽吸体验。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种降温嘴棒,其特征在于,包括中空段和管簇段;其中,
    所述中空段的内部设置有烟气通道,所述中空段的第一端用于连接烟丝段;
    所述管簇段包括两端开口的第一空心管体,在所述第一空心管体的内部设置有多个用于降低烟气温度且两端开口的第二空心管体,所述第一空心管体和多个所述第二空心管体分别与所述烟气通道连通,相邻的所述第二空心管体的侧壁外表面彼此接触,且多个所述第二空心管体共同形成的管簇体的外表面与所述第一空心管体的内壁接触,所述管簇段的第一端连接所述中空段的第二端,所述管簇段的第二端用于供所述烟气流过而流入使用者嘴中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述管簇体包括内外多层所述第二空心管体,外层的所述第二空心管体分别与相邻的内层的所述第二空心管体接触,且最外层的所述第二空心管体的侧壁外表面分别与所述第一空心管体的内壁接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,相邻的所述第二空心管体呈平行布置且彼此接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述管簇体包括两平行布置且彼此接触的第二空心管体,两所述第二空心管体的侧壁外表面分别与所述第一空心管体的内壁接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述管簇体紧箍在所述第一空心管体的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述第一空心管体的内径小于所述管簇体的外径,使得所述管簇体嵌入所述第一空心管体时受到所述第一空心管体内壁的压力,进而使得所述管簇体紧箍在所述第一空心管体的内部而不发生轴向滑移。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述第二空心管体采用热性能材料制成,所述热性能材料的相变温度或熔点介于35~80摄氏度之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述第二空心管体采用纤维素、多元醇、聚乳酸、聚己内酯和/或聚醚材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述管簇体的外径等于 所述管簇体横截面的外切圆的直径,所述第二空心管体的外径介于0.5~5毫米之间,所述第二空心管体的侧壁厚度介于0.01~1毫米之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述第二空心管体的长度介于1~20毫米之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述中空段包括用于过滤所述烟气中有害成分的中空纤维管,所述烟气通道设置在所述中空纤维管的内部,在所述中空纤维管的外表面设置有成型纸。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述中空纤维管采用纸质纤维或塑料纤维制成。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述中空纤维管设置有内径和外径,所述中空纤维管的内径为1~5毫米,而所述中空纤维管的外径为4.5~8毫米。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的降温嘴棒,其特征在于,所述中空段和所述管簇段通过接装纸包覆成一体以形成所述降温嘴棒。
  15. 一种烟草制品,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1~14中任一项所述的降温嘴棒和与所述降温嘴棒连接的所述烟丝段。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的烟草制品,其特征在于,所述降温嘴棒和所述烟丝段之间通过所述接装纸连接。
