传统的钻孔装置是利用手持钻孔机对材料进行打孔处理,由人力进行钻孔,浪费了人力和物力,降低了工作效率,而现有的自动钻孔装置在工作的时候,无法准确控制钻孔深度,导致钻孔质量并不高,无法满足使用者的使用要求,因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种机电配件钻孔装置,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。

本实施例中,所述深度调节机构包括滑块5、调节块6和固定螺栓29,所述调节块6设置在滑块5上侧,所述滑块5和调节块6均与设置在支撑板4上的滑槽7滑动连接,所述调节块6通过固定螺栓29与支撑板4连接,所述调节块6底部固定连接设置有与控制器连接的压力传感器27,所述控制器与电机13连接,所述滑块5底部与支撑板4之间固定连接设置有弹簧28,所述滑块5顶部固定连接设置有拉绳9,所述拉绳9另一端穿过滑轮8与活动板15固定连接,所述支撑板4靠近钻头19一侧固定连接设置有标尺26,通过 设置深度调节机构,通过控制调节块6的位置,可以实现对钻头19下降距离的控制,利于提高装置钻孔的准确度。
本实施例中,所述固定机构包括固定板20,所述固定板20固定连接设置有工作台2顶部,所述固定板20靠近钻头19一侧固定连接设置有第一伸缩杆21,所述第一伸缩杆21另一端与压板22连接,所述压板22另一端固定连接设置有橡胶垫。
本实施例中,所述固定块14左右两侧均设置有与活动板15固定连接的水箱16,所述水箱16顶部设置有进水口,所述水箱16外侧螺栓连接设置有水泵17,所述水泵17输入端与水箱16连接,所述水泵17输出端通过连接管与设置在钻头19两侧的喷淋管18连接,所述喷淋管18与活动板15固定连接,通过设置水箱16和喷淋管18,可以将钻孔时所产生的碎屑进行收集,有利于保持工作台2的整洁。
本实施例中,所述工作台2顶端设置有凹槽23,所述凹槽23内侧底端设置有磁铁24,所述凹槽23下侧设置有废水箱25,所述废水箱25与凹槽23之间通过导水管连接,所述导水管与凹槽23连接处内侧固定连接设置有滤网,通过设置磁铁24和滤网,可以避免碎屑随废水流出,减少了对环境的污染,且过滤后的废水可循环使用,利于节约水资源。
本实施例中,所述活动板15位于支撑板4内侧部分前后两侧均固定连接设置有限位块11,所述支撑板4内侧设置有与限位块11相对应的限位槽10。
该机电配件钻孔装置,通过设置深度调节机构,通过控制调节块6的位置,可以实现对钻头19下降距离的控制,利于提高装置钻孔的准确度,通过设置第二伸缩杆30,可以实现对钻孔机构高度的调节,使装置可以对任意厚度的零件进行钻孔,通过设置第三伸缩杆,可以调节支撑板4的前后位置,从而可以调节钻孔机构的前后位置,通过控制两侧第一伸缩杆21的伸缩长度,可以使位于两侧压板22之间的零件进行左右平移,可以增加装置的可钻孔范围,通过设置水箱16和喷淋管18,可以将钻孔时所产生的碎屑进行收集,有利于保持工作台2的整洁,通过设置磁铁24和滤网,可以避免碎屑随废水流出,减少了对环境的污染,且过滤后的废水可循环使用,利于节约水资源。
本发明的工作原理是:将待钻孔零件通过压板22进行固定,通过控制第三伸缩杆, 可以调节钻头19的前后位置,并通过控制第二伸缩杆30,使钻头19底端与待钻孔零件表面抵接,根据钻孔需要控制调节块6的位置并通过固定螺栓29将调节块6固定,启动电机13,电机13带动螺纹杆转动,固定块14在螺纹杆的作用下带动活动板15向下运动,活动板15通过拉绳9带动滑块5向上运动,滑块5与调节块6接触时,压力传感器27通过控制器控制电机13停止运行并反转带动钻头19向上运动,实现对钻孔深度的有效控制。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。
Claims (7)
- 一种机电配件钻孔装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)顶部固定连接设置有工作台(2),所述工作台(2)左右两端上侧设置有支撑板(4),所述支撑板(4)与工作台(1)之间通过连接机构连接,两侧所述支撑板(4)顶部固定连接设置有顶板(12),所述顶板(12)下侧设置有支撑板(4)滑动连接的活动板(15),所述活动板(15)左右两端均与设置在支撑板(4)内侧的深度调节机构连接,所述活动板(15)上设置有钻孔机构,所述钻孔机构下侧设置有固定机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的机电配件钻孔装置,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括连接块(3),所述连接块(3)滑动连接设置在工作台(1)顶端,所述连接块(3)内侧固定连接设置有第二伸缩杆(30),所述第二伸缩杆(30)另一端与支撑板(4)固定连接,所述连接块(3)后侧设置有与工作台(2)固定连接的挡板,所述挡板与连接块(3)之间固定连接设置有第三伸缩杆。
- 根据权利要求2所述的机电配件钻孔装置,其特征在于,所述钻孔机构包括电机(13)、固定块(14)和钻头(19),所述电机(13)螺栓连接设置在顶板(12)顶部,所述电机(13)下侧输出端与螺纹杆连接,所述螺纹杆外侧螺纹连接设置有与活动板(15)固定连接的固定块(14),所述活动板(15)下侧设置有钻头(19),所述钻头(19)通过驱动电机驱动,所述驱动电机与活动板(15)螺栓连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的机电配件钻孔装置,其特征在于,所述深度调节机构包括滑块(5)、调节块(6)和固定螺栓(29),所述调节块(6)设置在滑块(5)上侧,所述滑块(5)和调节块(6)均与设置在支撑板(4)上的滑槽(7)滑动连接,所述调节块(6)通过固定螺栓(29)与支撑板(4)连接,所述调节块(6)底部固定连接设置有与控制器连接的压力传感器(27),所述控制器与电机(13)连接,所述滑块(5)底部与支撑板(4)之间固定连接设置有弹簧(28),所述滑块(5)顶部固定连接设置有拉绳(9),所述拉绳(9)另一端穿过滑轮(8)与活动板(15)固定连接,所述支撑板(4)靠近钻头(19)一侧固定连接设置有标尺(26)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的机电配件钻孔装置,其特征在于,所述固定机构包括固定 板(20),所述固定板(20)固定连接设置有工作台(2)顶部,所述固定板(20)靠近钻头(19)一侧固定连接设置有第一伸缩杆(21),所述第一伸缩杆(21)另一端与压板(22)连接,所述压板(22)另一端固定连接设置有橡胶垫。
- 根据权利要求3所述的机电配件钻孔装置,其特征在于,所述固定块(14)左右两侧均设置有与活动板(15)固定连接的水箱(16),所述水箱(16)顶部设置有进水口,所述水箱(16)外侧螺栓连接设置有水泵(17),所述水泵(17)输入端与水箱(16)连接,所述水泵(17)输出端通过连接管与设置在钻头(19)两侧的喷淋管(18)连接,所述喷淋管(18)与活动板(15)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的机电配件钻孔装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(2)顶端设置有凹槽(23),所述凹槽(23)内侧底端设置有磁铁(24),所述凹槽(23)下侧设置有废水箱(25),所述废水箱(25)与凹槽(23)之间通过导水管连接,所述导水管与凹槽(23)连接处内侧固定连接设置有滤网。
