本实用新型涉及一种清洁工具中的清洁器结构,具体是指一种改进型电动清洁器。
背景技术
电动清洁器是利用机体内的电机驱动机体底面的清洁附件作轴向往复移动,进而实现物体表面污垢的清除工作,而清洁附件与机体底面之间通常采用可拆式安装结构,这样不同种类的清洁附件就能根据实际工作情况进行选择安装,从而极大方便了用户的使用。然而,长期使用后却发现,当替换不同清洁附件时,由于清洁附件本身的尺寸公差以及使用状态的不同,在其移动运行过程中往往会产生较大的震动和噪音,这既使得清洁附件的运行过程不够平稳,又造成了清洁附件出现不同程度的边缘磨损,进而影响了整机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种运行平稳、减少震动和噪音、避免清洁附件出现边缘磨损、提高整机使用寿命的一种改进型电动清洁器。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种改进型电动清洁器,包括机体和可拆式安装在机体底面的清洁附件,该清洁附件受机体内的电机驱动作轴向往复移动,所述的机体与清洁附件之间设有若干个滚轮,每个滚轮均安装在机体底面,并与所述清洁附件的内顶面作定向滚动接触。
所述的每个滚轮的滚动轴心线均与清洁附件的往复移动轴向方向垂直。
所述的每个滚轮均采用弹性滚轮。
所述的机体底面外缘设有可拆式安装的护边圈,所述的若干个滚轮设置在该护边圈的底面,每个滚轮均与所述清洁附件的内顶面作定向滚动接触。
所述的清洁附件的内顶面上设有若干个沿轴向延伸的定向槽,每个滚轮均定向滚动安装在该定向槽内。
所述的机体底面、清洁附件的内顶面和护边圈的底面均为矩形状,所述的若干个滚轮分别设置在护边圈的底面四角处。
所述的护边圈底面四角处设有凸出底面的轮座,所述的滚轮转动安装在该轮座内。
所述的机体底面设有受机体内的电机驱动作轴向往复移动的活动板,所述的清洁附件可拆式安装在该活动板上。
所述的护边圈最外缘向下延伸将所述若干个滚轮共同罩合隐藏在内。
所述的清洁附件为清洁拖布板、清洁毛刷板或清洁胶棉板。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型主要是在机体与清洁附件之间设有若干个滚轮,并使机体底面通过每个滚轮与清洁附件的内顶面作定向滚动接触;这样,当清洁附件被机体内的电机驱动作轴向往复移动时,由于滚轮的滚动接触,也就是将清洁附件与机体底面之间以滚动摩擦代替了滑动摩擦,故不但使清洁附件的运行过程更加平稳,减少了震动和噪音,而且也避免造成清洁附件出现不同程度的边缘磨损,提高整机使用寿命;同时,若干个滚轮可安装在机体底面外缘作可拆式安装的护边圈上,这样就不会影响整机的防水结构,而每个滚轮均可采用弹性滚轮,可进一步起到减震降噪的作用。

具体实施方式
下面将按上述附图对本实用新型实施例再作详细说明。
如图1~图5所示,1.机体、2.清洁附件、21.定向槽、3.护边圈、4.电机、5.滚轮、6.活动板、7.轮座。
一种改进型电动清洁器,如图1、图2所示,涉及一种电动清洁工具,主要用于地板、墙壁、家具等物体表面污垢和顽固污渍的电动清除工作,其结构主要是由机体1、设置在机体内的电机4、清洁附件2和可拆式安装在机体底面外缘的护边圈3等构成,该清洁附件2主要是指清洁拖布板、清洁毛刷板或清洁胶棉板等。
所述的机体1底面设有受机体内的电机4驱动作轴向往复移动的活动板6,该活动板位于护边圈3内,清洁附件2通过螺钉可拆式安装在活动板6上,则活动板的轴向往复移动就会带动清洁附件2同步运行,也就是清洁附件2受机体1内的电机4驱动作轴向往复移动。
所述的机体1与清洁附件2的内顶面之间设有若干个滚轮5,本实施例共设计了四个滚轮,并且本实施例中涉及的机体1底面、清洁附件2的内顶面和护边圈3的底面均为矩形状,也就是如图3、图4、图5所示的长方形状。
因此,四个滚轮5可分别设置在护边圈3的底面四角处,具体是在护边圈3底面四 角处设有凸出底面的轮座7,每个轮座内均设有转动安装的滚轮5,这种滚轮安装结构由于不会破坏机体1底面的结构设计,故不会影响整机的防水结构。
所述的四个滚轮5同时定向滚动接触在清洁附件2的内顶面上,每个滚轮5的滚动轴心线均与清洁附件2的往复移动轴向方向垂直,每个滚轮5均采用弹性滚轮。这样,当清洁附件2被机体1内的电机4驱动作轴向往复移动时,由于滚轮5的滚动接触,也就是将清洁附件2与机体1底面之间以滚动摩擦代替了滑动摩擦,还包括了四个滚轮5对于清洁附件2的运行支撑,故不但使清洁附件2的运行过程更加平稳,减少了震动和噪音,而且也避免造成清洁附件2出现不同程度的边缘磨损,提高整机使用寿命。
同时,清洁附件2的内顶面上也设有四个沿轴向延伸的定向槽21,每个滚轮5均定向滚动安装在对应的每个定向槽21内,而护边圈3最外缘可向下延伸,将四个滚轮5共同罩合隐藏在内进行保护。
本实用新型通过简单设计的四个滚轮5,既起到了清洁附件2轴向往复移动运行的支撑作用,又减小了清洁附件2的运行摩擦力,同时还减少震动和噪音,极大提高了整机的使用寿命。

  1. 一种改进型电动清洁器,包括机体(1)和可拆式安装在机体底面的清洁附件(2),该清洁附件受机体(1)内的电机(4)驱动作轴向往复移动,其特征在于所述的机体(1)与清洁附件(2)之间设有若干个滚轮(5),每个滚轮均安装在机体(1)底面,并与所述清洁附件(2)的内顶面作定向滚动接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的每个滚轮(5)的滚动轴心线均与清洁附件(2)的往复移动轴向方向垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的每个滚轮(5)均采用弹性滚轮。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的机体(1)底面外缘设有可拆式安装的护边圈(3),所述的若干个滚轮(5)设置在该护边圈(3)的底面,每个滚轮(5)均与所述清洁附件(2)的内顶面作定向滚动接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的清洁附件(2)的内顶面上设有若干个沿轴向延伸的定向槽(21),每个滚轮(5)均定向滚动安装在该定向槽(21)内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的机体(1)底面、清洁附件(2)的内顶面和护边圈(3)的底面均为矩形状,所述的若干个滚轮(5)分别设置在护边圈(3)的底面四角处。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的护边圈(3)底面四角处设有凸出底面的轮座(7),所述的滚轮(5)转动安装在该轮座(7)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的机体(1)底面设有受机体(1)内的电机(4)驱动作轴向往复移动的活动板(6),所述的清洁附件(2)可拆式安装在该活动板(6)上。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的护边圈(3)最外缘向下延伸将所述若干个滚轮(5)共同罩合隐藏在内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型电动清洁器,其特征在于所述的清洁附件(2)为清洁拖布板、清洁毛刷板或清洁胶棉板。
