Description

一种厨余垃圾家用收集器 技术领域
本发明属于环境领域,特别涉及一种厨余垃圾家用收集器。
背景技术
厨余垃圾是家庭、宾馆、饭店等饮食单位抛弃的剩余饭菜的统称。目前世界各国绝大部分城市垃圾中约40%为厨余垃圾,主要包括主食(米、饭、馒头、面条等)、蔬菜、水果及果皮、肉骨、蛋壳、鱼虾、茶叶及咖啡残渣、豆制品、动植物油、残羹剩饭及下脚料等。厨余垃圾因其有机质和水分含量大、易腐败、热值低等特点,难于直接填埋和焚烧处理,而好氧堆肥技术既可实现厨余垃圾的无害化和减量化,又可生产有机肥作为农用,是处理厨余垃圾的有效方式。由于我国城市垃圾的收集以混合收集为主、分选效果差,垃圾中所含玻璃、塑料、碎石块等杂质不会在堆肥过程中被分解,导致所得肥料质量差,病原微生物未得到彻底消除,肥料中重金属含量也高,产业化前途一片黯淡。因此,为真正实现厨余垃圾资源化,厨余垃圾从源头分类至关重要,智能厨余垃圾收集器需要应运而生。
随着科学技术的发展,现有技术中的家用垃圾桶也越来越智能化。目前,出现包括通过红外线人体感应器、超声波测距传感器、紫外线消毒装置、PLC控制器等装置达到自动检测开盖的家用垃圾桶,智能测满和杀毒的功能,结构简单,使用方便,维护简单,成本低廉,适合于普通家庭使用。也出现有具有智能监测垃圾袋内垃圾量、测满封闭报警,智能化程度高,用户体验效果好。然而,以上现有技术均不涉及厨余垃圾主要组分的快速自动检测和智能收集领域,这成为本发明需要解决的重要技术问题。

本发明提供的一种厨余垃圾家用收集器,包括上部智能判别部块,中部预处理部块,下部智能收集部块;智能判别部块包括设置在设备顶端的与红外感应开关及其连接的投料口、垃圾盛放平台及其上下运动导轨、重量传感器、X射线发射源、探测器、近红外光纤探头和PLC控制器组件;所述垃圾盛放平台安装在上下运动导轨上并通过PLC控制器智能控制平台上下运动情况;当智能检测结果符合厨余垃圾时,垃圾盛放平台在导轨底部由中间向四周打开,厨余垃圾自动落入预处理部块中;当智能检测结果不符合厨余垃圾时,垃圾盛放平台无法打开,自动由导轨底部上升至投料口处;预处理部块包括外筒和中筒,中筒为离心装置,其底部设有固体垃圾出口,侧壁为多孔,外筒底部设有液体收集口;智能收集部块包括固体垃圾筐、液体收集装置。
作为改进,所述垃圾盛放平台上安装有重量传感器,实时监测每次投加厨余垃圾重量并叠加记载垃圾袋中厨余垃圾重量。

  1. 一种厨余垃圾家用收集器,其特征在于:包括上部智能判别部块,中部预处理部块,下部智能收集部块;智能判别部块包括设置在设备顶端的与红外感应开关及其连接的投料口、垃圾盛放平台及其上下运动导轨、重量传感器、X射线发射源、探测器、近红外光纤探头和PLC控制器组件;所述垃圾盛放平台安装在上下运动导轨上并通过PLC控制器智能控制平台上下运动情况;当智能检测结果符合厨余垃圾时,垃圾盛放平台在导轨底部由中间向四周打开,厨余垃圾自动落入预处理部块中;当智能检测结果不符合厨余垃圾时,垃圾盛放平台无法打开,自动由导轨底部上升至投料口处;预处理部块包括外筒和中筒,中筒为离心装置,其底部设有固体垃圾出口,侧壁为多孔,外筒底部设有液体收集口;智能收集部块包括固体垃圾筐、液体收集装置。
