The present invention relates to a mobile sales shelf, a support element for a mobile sales shelf and an adapter element for a scanner bar of a sales shelf.

Sales shelves are already known from the prior art. For example, EP 2 502 526 already shows a mobile sales shelf with several stacking baskets. Such sales shelves can be used, for example, to place promotional goods in retail at certain points for sale to customers. Corresponding components for such sales shelves are known from EP 2 389 836, for example. Consoles are described here that can be hung in the corresponding rear panels.

Corresponding bases made of wire mesh are described for the consoles. From US Pat. No. 6,026,603, WO 98/5731 A1 and KR 101250264 B1, so-called scanner strips or information holders or display strips are also known, which can be arranged or attached to corresponding shelf structures.

It is the object of the present invention to develop a mobile sales shelf of the type mentioned in an advantageous manner, in particular to the effect that a simple construction, improved transport and, at the same time, more secure installation can be made possible.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a mobile sales shelf with the features of claim 1. It is then provided that a mobile sales shelf, with at least one base frame with rollers, with at least one rear wall mounted on the base frame, with at least one or more can be suspended in the rear wall or support element (s) that can be fastened to the rear wall is provided, with at least one support element being provided in the area of the rear wall on the base frame to prevent it from tilting. The invention is based on the basic idea that the sales shelf with a corresponding rear wall could possibly tend to tip over. To prevent it from tipping over, a support element is provided to prevent it from tipping over.

The support element can prevent the sales shelf from tipping over. In principle, the support element thus serves to further secure the stability of the sales shelf.

In principle, it is conceivable that the shelf can be equipped with 4 possibly also with 5 rollers. It is conceivable that fixed castors and also completely rotatable castors can be used here. The lowest tier on the sales shelf can be foldable, for example. It is also conceivable that several floors can also be foldable. Another possibility is that corresponding holders are provided in the rear wall, in which components of the sales shelf that are not used at the moment or the current state of use can be arranged on the rear wall to save space. It is conceivable, for example, that consoles or corresponding hanging shelves or baskets or the like can be hooked in here.

In addition, it can be provided that the support element is or comprises at least one console. Consoles are elements that can be hooked into the rear wall, for example. Corresponding trays, baskets or other objects can then be carried and fastened on the consoles.

In addition, it can be provided that the support element is at least one hanging shelf or comprises a hanging shelf. Suspended shelves can, for example, be constructions that can be suspended directly in the rear wall and have corresponding suspension hooks or the like. These hooks can be designed in such a way that they can be hooked into a corresponding counter-mount in the rear wall. In addition, it can be provided that the support element is or comprises at least one basket. The corresponding baskets can be, for example, metal baskets, plastic baskets or the like. In this, for example, promotional goods can be inserted and sold from there.

In addition, it can be provided that the support element is at least one angle or comprises an angle. The support element for securing against tilting can in particular be designed as an angle which, in the assembled state, has an essentially vertically arranged section and an essentially horizontally arranged section. The horizontally arranged section can then be placed on the floor.

In addition, it can be provided that the support element can be pivoted. In particular, it can be provided that the support element can be pivoted relative to the sales shelf. In particular, it can be provided that the support element is fastened in the area of the base frame and can then be pivoted relative to the base frame.

In particular, it can further be provided that the support element is displaceably guided in the base frame.

It is also conceivable that a sliding bar is provided in the base frame, in which the support element is slidably guided. In this context, dovetail guides, tongue and groove combinations or other suitable linear guides are conceivable.

In addition, it can be provided that the support element has a cylindrical torsion section and angled, in particular at right angles, a support section thereto. The support section can be provided to be placed on the floor. The cylindrical twisting section is used to enable a twist, for example with respect to the base frame. This makes it possible to correspondingly rotate the support section inwards if support is no longer required can, so that the sales shelf is reduced in its base and viewed from above, the support section no longer protrudes beyond the base of the mobile sales shelf.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the sales shelf has a quick release element, the support element being able to be fixed on the sales shelf by means of the quick release element.

By means of this quick release element, the position of the support element relative to the sales shelf can be easily determined. It is conceivable, for example, to be able to use appropriate clamping elements, spring clips, wing screws, quick-release clamps or the like here.

The present invention further relates to a support element for a mobile sales shelf. The sales shelf is a sales shelf as described above.

The present invention also relates to an adapter element for a scanner strip of a sales shelf. The sales shelf can in particular be a sales shelf as described above. In relation to its cross-sectional profile, the adapter element has a flake section for hanging on the sales shelf and a resilient counter-holding element, the counter-holding element being arranged opposite the flake section. This makes it possible to simply clip the adapter element onto the sales shelf, in particular an edge that runs horizontally in the assembled state or a boundary wire or the like.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the adapter element has an essentially straight plate section in relation to its cross-sectional profile, the plate section adjoining the flake section. Above the plate section it is possible to display corresponding scan information (e.g. barcodes or the like), to be able to attach and support other information or a display or the like.

In addition, it can be provided that the counter-holding element, starting from the hook section, is arranged at approximately one third of the length of the plate section on the plate section. This enables stable attachment of the adapter element. In addition, this makes it easier to be able to ensure the inclined position of the mounted adapter element.

It can be provided that the adapter element is designed as a sheet metal profile or a plastic profile. This enables simple and inexpensive manufacture.

In principle, the sales shelf described above can be provided with such an adapter element.

1 shows a perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of a mobile sales shelf 10 according to the invention. The mobile sales shelf 10 has a mobile base frame 12. The mobile base frame 12 stands on four rollers 14 and 16. The rollers 14, 16 can be pivoted or rotated through 360 ° with regard to their direction of travel. The rollers 14 also have brakes 18, which are designed in the usual form (brake pads or brake elements that can be pressed down and locked). The base frame 12 has supports 20 on each of its broad sides. The rollers 14 and 16 are arranged on the bottom of the carriers 20. In addition, the base frame 12 has a wire base 22. A rear wall 24 is arranged on the base frame 12. The rear wall 24 has a vertical support 26 on both sides. The vertical support 26 is attached to the support 20 of the base frame 12 at the rear. The vertical supports 26 carry the rear wall plate 28. As can also be seen, two horizontal struts 30 are provided on the rear wall plate 28. By means of the horizontal struts 30, elements that are not required can be appropriately fastened in the rear wall 24 and stowed there.

The vertical section 44 of the support element 42 is received in the cylinder tube section 50 and held there. A quick release element 52, here in the form of a wing screw, is used for fastening and locking there.

In the state shown in FIG. 1, the support element with the horizontal section 46 is placed on the floor and locked in the cylinder tube piece 50, which serves as a sliding sleeve, with the quick-release clamping element 52. This avoids support by tilting in the rearward direction, i.e. around the axis of the rollers 16.

In a side view, FIG. 2 again shows the mobile sales shelf 10 according to FIG. 1. Just as in FIG. 1, the support elements 42 are extended here in order to secure the sales shelf against tilting.

In FIG. 4, the base frame 12 according to FIG. 3 can be seen. Here the support elements 42 are retracted and the horizontal elements 46 are turned inward, ie point in the direction of the wire base 22. The counter-holding element 66 is formed opposite the hook section 64.

In addition, the adapter element 60 has an essentially straight plate section 68, the plate section 68 adjoining the hook section 64. The hook portion 64 has a rounded portion 64a. The rounding 64a is at the radius of the end wire 65 of the one inserted into the bracket 34 Support base 70 adapted. In addition, the hook section 64 has an end rounded portion 64b.

The end-side rounding 64b is used to prevent tilting during the hanging process and thus easier rounding is possible. A protruding lip 64c is provided opposite the end hook end section 64b. The hook section 64 and its opening angle can be influenced by means of the lip 64c, since this lip 64c enables the hook section 64 to be pressed on. This enables the insertion, but also the removal of the adapter element 60.

Furthermore, the lip 64c simultaneously enables the function of a raised stop so that individual goods or a basket cannot slide over the edge of the tier. This is especially an issue with a sloping floor.

Starting from the hook section 64, the counter-holding element 66 is arranged at approximately one third of the length of the plate section 68 on the plate section 68. In the present case, the adapter element 60 is designed as a plastic profile. In principle, however, it can also be provided that the adapter element 60 is designed as a sheet metal element. The counter-holding element 66 also has a round section 66a, which is adjoined by a straight end section 66b. The rounding of the round section 66a is adapted to a further wire end piece 67 of the base 70.

The process of inserting the adapter element 60 is shown in FIGS. 6a and 6b. 7a and 7b show a further embodiment of the adapter element 60 shown in FIGS. 5a to 6b, namely the adapter element 160. The adapter element 160 can be seen in detail B in FIG. 5b.

The further embodiment of the adapter element 60 is denoted here with the reference numeral 160. Identical or comparable characteristics are with a value 100 denotes increased reference numerals. The console 34 or the scanner bar 62 is not shown in FIGS. 7a to 8b.

There are the following differences: The adapter element 160 is a bent sheet metal part. The end lip 64c in the hook section 164 is missing. The hook section 164 simulates the rounding 164a by means of corresponding sheet metal kinks.

A hook end section 164b is also provided, which is formed here by a sheet metal edge (which can optionally be rounded). The counter-holding element 166 is also formed opposite to the hook section 164. The counter-holding element 166 also has a round section 166a which is formed by corresponding sheet metal bends. A complete adaptation to the rounding of the wire 67 does not take place; a corresponding sheet metal fold for the round section 166a, as shown, is already sufficient. A straight end section 66b adjoins the round section 166a. The plate element 168 is formed here by bending a first straight section 168a and a second section 168b lying thereon in parallel. The sections 168a and 168b are connected to one another by a connecting section 168c produced by bending. The section 168a adjoins the hook section 164, while the section 168b adjoins the counter-holding element 166. A scanner strip 162 (only indicated by the reference symbol) can be attached to the section 168a. The scanner bar can be constructed like the scanner bar 62.

Expectations

1.
