Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügte Zeichnung näher erläutert und beschrieben.

Fig.1
zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Seitenauszugbeschlag, wobei eine Linearführung, zugehörige Befestigungselemente, ein Halteelement für eine Schrankfront und ein Stützlager im Bereich eines oberen Horizontalträgers jeweils separat dargestellt sind, während sie im Bereich eines unteren Horizontalträgers zusammengebaut wiedergegeben sind; und
Fig. 2
zeigt den erfindungsgemäßen Seitenauszugbeschlag gemäß Fig. 1 von vorne, wobei alle Teile gemäß Fig. 1 bis auf die Halteelemente für eine Schrankfront, die der Übersichtlichkeit halber ganz weggelassen sind, sowohl im Bereich des oberen als auch des unteren Horizontalträgers zusammengebaut sind.

FIGURENBESCHREIBUNGDESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 zeigen einen Seitenauszugbeschlag 1. Der Seitenauszugbeschlag 1 ist in Fig. 1 bis auf Objektträger, die an einen Ausziehrahmen 2 des Seitenauszugbeschlags 1 anhängbar sind, vollständig dargestellt. Für das Anhängen der Objektträger sind an den einander zugekehrten Innenseiten von zwei Vertikalträgern 3 des Ausziehrahmens 2 Befestigungsöffnungen 4 ausgebildet. Die Vertikalträger 3 basieren auf Abschnitten eines Profils von quadratischem Querschnitt und sind stumpf an eine horizontale Oberseite und eine horizontale Unterseite zweier angrenzender Horizontalträger 5 des Ausziehrahmens 3 angeschweißt. Die Horizontalträger 5 sind Profilbleche mit rechtwinklig aneinander angrenzenden Profilbereichen. Die Horizontalträger 5 bilden dabei jeweils eine nach oben offene horizontal verlaufende U-Schiene 6 und eine nach unten offene horizontal verlaufende U-Schiene 7 in einer Hauptebene des Ausziehrahmens 2 aus, in der auch die Vertikalträger 3 verlaufen. Die nach unten gerichtete Öffnung der U-Schiene 7 ist durch einen nach innen stehenden Halterand 8 verkleinert. An diesem Halterand 8 stützen sich Befestigungselemente 9 und 10 und ein Verankerungsteilelement 11 eines an jedem Horizontalträger 5 vorgesehenen Fronthalteelements 12 ab. Die in Fig. 2 einschließlich ihrer Verankerungselemente 11 weggelassenen Fronthalteelemente 12 bestehen neben dem Verankerungsteilelement 11 jeweils aus einem Frontanschlusselement 13, das an einer Schrankfront befestigbar ist und das bezüglich seiner Relativlage einstellbar an dem jeweiligen Verankerungsteilelement festlegbar ist. Die Befestigungselemente 9 und 10 dienen jeweils zur Befestigung eines Anschlusselements 14 einer Linearführung 15, die insbesondere als handelsübliche Schubkastenunterflurführung ausgebildet ist. Das Anschlusselement 14 der Linearführung 15 wird mit den Befestigungselementen 9 und 10 jeweils in der nach unten offenen U-Schiene 7 eines der Horizontalträger 5 festgelegt. Das Anschlusselement 14 der Linearführung 15 ist gegenüber einem weiteren Anschlusselement 16 derselben Linearführung geradlinig geführt, wobei ein Zwischenelement 17 vorgesehen ist, um den möglichen Ausziehweg des Anschlusselements 14 gegenüber dem Anschlusselement 16 zu vergrößern. An das Anschlusselement 16 sind Befestigungselemente 18 in Form von Winkelblechen mit ihrem horizontalen Schenkel angeschweißt, während in ihrem vertikalem Schenkel Befestigungslöcher 19 zum Anschrauben an eine Seitenwand eines Korpus eines Ausziehschranks vorgesehen sind. Das jeweils weiter vorne liegende Befestigungselement 18 dient zudem zur Lagerung eines Sockelelements 20 eines Stützlagers, das zwischen der Seitenwand des Korpus und jedem der beiden Horizontalträger 5 ausgebildet ist. Das Stützlager umfasst jeweils eine an dem Sockelelement um eine vertikale Drehachse drehbar gelagerte Stützrolle 21, die in die nach oben offene U-Schiene 6 des jeweiligen Horizontalträgers 5 eingreift. Die Stützrolle 21 weist einen etwas kleineren Durchmesser als den Abstand der vertikalen Schenkel 22 und 23 der U-Schiene 6 auf. Das heißt, sie liegt immer nur an einem der beiden Schenkel 22 oder 23 an, je nachdem, ob zwischen der Seitenwand und dem Ausziehrahmen 2 auf Höhe des Stützlagers den Ausziehrahmen 2 an die Seitenwand andrückende oder von dieser abziehende Querkräfte wirken. In jedem Fall werden diese Querkräfte von dem Horizontalträger 5 auf die Stützrolle 21, von dort auf das Sockelelement 20 und von dort weiter über das Befestigungselement 18 auf die Seitenwand des Korpus des Ausziehschranks übertragen und auf diese Weise abgeleitet. Das Sockelelement 20 ist so ausgebildet, dass es durch einfaches Aufrasten an dem Befestigungselement 8 montiert werden kann, wobei es sich mit einem Bereich 24 zwischen dem Anschlusselement 6 und dem vertikalen Schenkel des Befestigungselements 18 abstützt und mit einer Rastnase 25 in eine Rastöffnung in dem Befestigungselement 18 eingreift. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show a side drawer fitting 1. The side drawer fitting 1 is in Fig. 1 except for slides that are attachable to a pull-out frame 2 of the side drawer fitting 1, fully illustrated. The horizontal beams 5 are profiled sheets with rectangular adjoining profile areas. The horizontal beams 5 each form an upwardly open horizontally extending U-rail 6 and a downwardly open horizontally extending U-rail 7 in a main plane of the Ausziehrahmens 2, in which extend the vertical support 3. The downwardly directed opening of the U-rail 7 is reduced by an inwardly projecting retaining edge 8. Fastening elements 9 and 10 and an anchoring partial element 11 of a front holding element 12 provided on each horizontal support 5 are supported on this retaining edge 8. In the Fig. 2 including their anchoring elements 11 omitted front retaining elements 12 are made in addition to the anchoring part element 11 each one Front connection element 13 which can be fastened to a cabinet front and which can be fixed relative to its relative position adjustable to the respective anchoring part element. The fastening elements 9 and 10 are each used for fastening a connecting element 14 of a linear guide 15, which is designed in particular as a commercial drawer floor guide. The connecting element 14 of the linear guide 15 is fixed with the fastening elements 9 and 10 respectively in the downwardly open U-rail 7 of the horizontal support 5. The connection element 14 of the linear guide 15 is rectilinearly guided relative to a further connection element 16 of the same linear guide, wherein an intermediate element 17 is provided in order to increase the possible extension path of the connection element 14 with respect to the connection element 16. To the connecting element 16 fasteners 18 are welded in the form of angle plates with its horizontal leg, while in their vertical leg mounting holes 19 are provided for screwing to a side wall of a body of a Ausziehschranks. The fastening element 18 lying further forward in each case also serves to support a base element 20 of a support bearing, which is formed between the side wall of the body and each of the two horizontal beams 5. The support bearing in each case comprises a support roller 21 which is rotatably mounted on the base element about a vertical axis of rotation and which engages in the upwardly open U-rail 6 of the respective horizontal support 5. The support roller 21 has a slightly smaller diameter than the distance of the vertical legs 22 and 23 of the U-rail 6. That is, it always rests only on one of the two legs 22 or 23, depending on whether between the side wall and the Ausziehrahmen 2 at the height of the support bearing the Ausziehrahmen 2 on the side wall pressing or withdrawing from this lateral forces. In any case, these transverse forces are transmitted from the horizontal support 5 on the support roller 21, from there to the base member 20 and from there via the fastener 18 on the side wall of the body of Ausziehschranks and derived in this way. Claims (15)

  1. Pull-out side fitting (1) comprising
    - a pull-out frame (2) including at least two rigidly connected horizontal beams (5) to be arranged one above the other in vertical direction, and
    - at least two linear guides (15), which are drawer rails and which each comprise a first connection element (16) to be fixed to a side wall of a body of a pull-out cabinet and a second connection element (16) to be fixed to one of the horizontal beams (5) and linearly guided with regard to the first connection element (16),
    characterised in that at least one support bearing is provided for supporting lateral forces acting upon the pull-out frame (2) at the side wall, wherein the support bearing includes a support roller (21) which is mounted to a base element (20) to be fixed to the side wall rotatably about a rotation axis to be aligned vertically, and which, with installed pull-out side fitting (1), engages a U-rail (6) open at its top or its bottom at the horizontal beam (5), wherein the respective horizontal beam (5), in addition to the linear guide (15) provided between it and the side wall, supports itself at the support roller (21) and thus at the side wall so that the support bearing unloads the linear guide (15) from lateral forces.
  2. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the linear guides (15) are underfloor drawer rails.
  3. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that one of the support bearings is provided at the lowest horizontal beam (5) and one of the support bearings is provided at the highest horizontal beam (5) of the pull-out frame (2).
  4. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least the horizontal beams (5) to which the linear guides (15) are to be fixed to, by means of a continuous profile, provide a U-rail (7) open at the bottom for receiving the respective linear guide (15) and the U-rail (6) open at the top for the engagement of the support roller (21).
  5. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to claim 4, characterised in that the continuous profile solely comprises straight profile sections converging at right angles.
  6. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that the U-rail (7) open at the bottom has an inwardly protruding holding rim (8) at which fixation elements (9, 10) for fixing the second connection elements (14) of one of the linear guides (15) are supported at the horizontal beam (5) in vertical direction.
  7. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to any of the claims 4 to 6, characterised in that a front holding element (12) for a cabinet front of the pull-out cabinet are anchorable in the U-rail (7) open at the bottom.
  8. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that the front holding element (12) is adjustable between an anchoring partial element (11) and a front connection partial element (13) disconnectable therefrom.
  9. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the base element (20) of the support bearing is configured to be fixed to the side wall in a front area of one of the linear guides (15) as viewed in pull-out direction of the first connection element (16).
  10. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the base element (20) of the support bearing is latchable onto a fixation element (18) for fixing the first connection element (16) of one of the linear guides (15) to the side wall.
  11. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to claim 10, characterised in that the fixation element (18) is an angular sheet welded to the first connection element (16).
  12. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the horizontal beams (5) are rigidly connected to each other via at least two vertical beams (3).
  13. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to claim 12, characterised in that the vertical beams (3) are butt joint welded from above or from below to the horizontal beams (5).
  14. Pull-out side fitting (1) according to claim 12 or 13, characterised in that the vertical beams (3) are made of sections of a profile of rectangular cross-section, wherein fixation openings (4) in the vertical beams (3) provided for object carriers are only present in their sides facing towards each other.
  15. Pull-out cabinet comprising a body and a front which is pull-out mounted to a side wall of the body via a pull-out side fitting according to any of the preceding claims.
