以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
本发明针对现有的可折叠显示装置在内折叠的过程中,支撑机构会对柔性显示屏位于弯折区的部分产生挤压,从而导致柔性显示屏失效甚至损坏的技术问题。本发明可以解决上述问题。
一种可折叠显示装置,如图1所示,所述可折叠显示装置包括柔性显示屏10、折叠机构20、支撑座30和传动机构。
具体的,所述折叠机构20包括两个支座21以及固定部22,所述柔性显示屏10设置于两个所述支座21上且与所述支座21连接。两个所述支座21分别设于所述固定部22的左右两侧且与所述固定部22旋转连接,所述支座21绕第一方向转动以使所述柔性显示屏10处于折叠或展开状态。
需要说明的是,折叠机构20处于展开状态时,柔性显示屏10处于展开状态;折叠机构20处于折叠状态时,柔性显示屏10处于折叠状态。
具体的,所述固定部22内设为空腔,所述空腔的上侧设为开口,即所述固定部22的上侧面设为开口;所述柔性显示屏10处于展开状态时,所述柔性显示屏10位于所述固定部22的上侧;所述柔性显示屏10处于折叠状态时,所述柔性显示屏10的部分通过所述开口进入空腔中。
需要说明的是,参见图1,所述折叠机构20具有支撑面23,两个所述支座21旋转到处于水平状态时,两个所述支座21的上侧面形成所述支撑面,此时柔性显示屏10处于展开状态,所述柔性显示屏10位于所述折叠机构20的支撑面23上。
具体的,所述支撑座30设置于所述固定部22内的空腔中,所述柔性显示屏10处于展平状态时,所述支撑座30位于所述开口处。
进一步的,所述支撑座30上下滑动连接于所述固定部22。
具体的,所述传动机构包括设置于所述支座21上的第一传动部41,以及,设置于所述支撑座30上且与所述第一传动部41配合以在两个所述支座21绕第一方向转动且相互靠近时带动所述支撑座30向下滑动的第二传动部42。
折叠机构20处于展开状态时,柔性显示屏10也处于展平状态,利用支座21和支撑座30对柔性显示屏10进行支撑;折叠机构20处于折叠状态时,同时柔性显示屏10被弯折,折叠折叠机构20的过程中,两个支座21绕第一方向转动以相互靠近,通过第一传动部41和第二传动部42的相互配合,带动支撑座30向下滑动,从而避免柔性显示屏10弯折的过程中支撑座30对柔性显示屏10弯折的部分产生挤压导致柔性显示屏10失效甚至损坏。
进一步的,所述第一传动部41通过一连接件50与所述支座21连接,所述第一传动部41与所述第二传动部42沿第二方向相互滑动连接,所述第二方向平行于所述固定部22的下侧面且与第一方向垂直;所述第一传动部41位于一个所述支座21的旋转轴60心与另一个所述支座21的旋转轴60心之间。
需要说明的是,参见图1,固定部22的下侧面与支撑面23平行,箭头所指示的方向为第二方向。
进一步的,所述支撑座30包括上支撑部31、下支撑部32以及连接上支撑部31和下支撑部32的连接部33,所述第一传动部41位于所述上支撑部31与所述下支撑部32之间。
在一实施方式中,所述第二传动部42为位于上支撑部31和下支撑部32之间的滑槽,所述滑槽沿第二方向延伸,所述连接部33包括位于滑槽内的滑动块,所述滑动块与滑槽匹配并沿滑槽滑动。
在一实施方式中,所述折叠机构20处于展开状态时,所述上支撑部31的外表面与所述支座21的表面齐平。
进一步的,所述上支撑部31的外表面的形状大小与所述开口的形状大小相匹配。
在一实施方式中,所述柔性显示屏10具有固定区11和弯折区12,所述折叠机构20处于展开状态时,所述固定区11贴附固定于所述支座21,所述弯折区12可分离的设置于所述上支撑部31上。
柔性显示屏10处于展开状态时,利用上支撑部31对柔性显示屏10的弯折区12进行支撑,防止触碰柔性显示屏10的弯折区12时产生下陷感,从而提高客户的使用体验;弯折折叠机构20时,支撑座30下移,柔性显示屏10的弯折区12与上支撑部31分离,从而防止对柔性显示屏10的弯折区12造成损坏。
在一实施方式中,所述传动机构设置有两个,一个所述传动机构中的第一传动部41设置于一个所述支座21上,另一个所述传动机构中的第一传动部41设置于另一个所述支座21上。
利用两个传动机构的配合,从而实现两个支座21的联动,一个支座21转动时带动另一个支座21同步运动。
如图2和图3所示,此时柔性显示屏10处于折叠状态,折叠折叠机构20的过程中,两个支座21绕第一方向转动且相互靠近,带动滑动块沿滑槽滑动,同时滑动块带动支撑座30下移,从而为柔性显示屏10的弯折区12的部分让出空间,从而避免柔性显示屏10弯折的过程中支撑座30对柔性显示屏10弯折的部分产生挤压导致柔性显示屏10失效甚至损坏,同时可以防止柔性显示屏10的弯折区12处产生皱褶。
需要说明的是,参见图3,折叠机构20处于完全折叠状态时,此时支撑座30下移至最低位。
展开折叠机构20的过程中,两个支座21绕第一方向转动相互远离,利用滑动块带动支撑座30上移,折叠机构20处于展开状态时,支撑座30上移至上支撑部31的外表面与所述支座21的表面齐平(如图1)。
如图3和图4所示,所述连接件50的横截面整体呈弯勾状,所述下支撑部32上靠近所述连接件50的一侧设置有供对应的连接件50穿过的缺口321,所述折叠机构20处于展开状态时,所述连接件50的一端穿过所述缺口321与所述第一传动部41连接,另一端与所述支座21连接。
在一实施方式中,所述连接件50与所述支座21一体成型。
在一实施方式中,所述固定部22的横截面的整体形状呈“凵”形;所述支撑座30的纵截面的整体形状呈“工”字型,所述上支撑部31、所述下支撑部32以及所述连接部33一体成型。
在一实施方式中,所述上支撑部31的外表面的形状大小与所述开口221的形状大小相匹配。
如图5所示,在一实施方式中,所述支座21通过一转轴60与所述固定部22旋转连接;所述支座21上固定有连接板70,所述转轴60水平设置且绕其轴向转动连接于所述固定部22的侧壁,所述转轴60与所述连接板70固定连接。
需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员可知,第一方向为转轴60的轴向。
如图6和图7所示,在一实施方式中,所述支撑座30上连接有滑动杆80,所述固定部22的底部上设置有固定杆90,所述固定杆90中设置有与滑动杆80匹配以供滑动杆80上下滑动的滑道91,所述滑动杆80伸入固定杆90中并沿滑道91滑动。
利用滑动杆80与固定杆90的配合以实现支撑部与固定部22的滑动连接,从而使得支座21转动时支撑部沿设定轨迹移动。
需要说明的是,所述滑道91的长度可以大于或等于滑动杆80的长度,以便支撑座30具有较大的上下移动的行程。
在一实施方式中,所述滑动杆80设置于所述上支撑部31的上。
在另一实施方式中,参见图6,所述滑动杆80设置于所述下支撑部32上。
进一步的,所述滑动杆80固定于所述下支撑部32的底面上且所述滑动杆80朝下设置,所述滑动杆80与所述下支撑部32的连接处靠近所述下支撑部32的端部。
进一步的,所述固定杆90固定于所述固定部22的底部上且所述固定杆90朝上设置。
在一实施方式中,两个支座21上均设置有滑动杆80,所述固定部22的上设置有与滑动杆80配合的固定杆90。
需要说明的是,所述滑动杆80可与所述支撑座30一体成型,也可通过焊接或组装等方式固定在支撑座30上;所述固定杆90可与所述固定部22一体成型,也可通过焊接或组装等方式固定在固定部22上。
需要说明的是,如图6和图7中仅示意了设置有两组滑动杆90和固定杆90的情况,实际实施中,还可以设置有更多组相互配合的滑动杆90和固定杆90。
需要说明的是,具体实施中,支撑座30与固定部22的滑动连接也可通过滑块与导轨配合等方式实现。
如图8所示,在另一实施方式中,所述传动机构设置有一个,所述传动机构中的第一传动部41设置于一个所述支座21上。
需要说明的是,传动机构中的第一传动部41可以设置在任意一个支座21上,第一传动部41通过连接件50与支座21连接。
需要说明的是,图8中仅示意了在下支撑部32的左右两侧分布设置两个缺口321的情况;实际实施中,传动机构仅设置有一个时,可仅在所述下支撑部32靠近所述连接件50的一侧设置一个缺口321。
本发明的有益效果为:折叠机构20处于展开状态时,柔性显示屏10也处于展开状态,利用支撑座30对柔性显示屏10的弯折区12的部分进行支撑;折叠机构20处于折叠状态时,同时柔性显示屏10被弯折,折叠折叠机构20的过程中,两个支座21绕第一方向转动相互靠近,通过第一传动部41和第二传动部42的相互配合,带动支撑座30向下滑动,为柔性显示屏10的弯折区12的部分让出空间,从而避免柔性显示屏10弯折的过程中支撑座30对柔性显示屏10弯折的部分产生挤压导致柔性显示屏10失效甚至损坏。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置包括:
    柔性显示屏;
    折叠机构,所述折叠机构包括两个支座以及固定部,所述柔性显示屏设置于两个所述支座上且与所述支座连接;
    其中,两个所述支座分别设于所述固定部的左右两侧且与所述固定部旋转连接,所述支座绕第一方向转动以使所述柔性显示屏处于折叠或展开状态;所述固定部内设为空腔,所述空腔的上侧设为开口,所述柔性显示屏处于展开状态时,所述柔性显示屏位于所述固定部的上侧;所述柔性显示屏处于折叠状态时,所述柔性显示屏的部分通过所述开口进入空腔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述可折叠显示装置还包括支撑座以及传动机构;
    其中,所述支撑座设置于所述固定部内的空腔中,所述柔性显示屏处于展平状态时,所述支撑座位于所述开口处;
    所述传动机构包括设置于所述支座上的第一传动部,以及,设置于所述支撑座上且与所述第一传动部配合以在两个所述支座绕第一方向转动且相互靠近时带动所述支撑座向下移动的第二传动部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一传动部通过一连接件与所述支座连接,所述第一传动部与所述第二传动部沿第二方向相互滑动连接,所述第二方向平行于所述固定部的下侧面且与第一方向垂直;所述第一传动部位于一个所述支座的旋转轴心与另一个所述支座的旋转轴心之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述传动机构设置有一个,所述传动机构中的第一传动部设置于一个所述支座上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述传动机构设置有两个,一个所述传动机构中的第一传动部设置于一个所述支座上,另一个所述传动机构中的第一传动部设置于另一个所述支座上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述支撑座包括上支撑部、下支撑部以及连接上支撑部和下支撑部的连接部,所述第一传动部位于所述上支撑部与所述下支撑部之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠机构处于展开状态时,所述上支撑部的外表面与所述支座的表面齐平。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述上支撑部的外表面的形状大小与所述开口的形状大小相匹配。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏具有固定区和弯折区,所述折叠机构处于展开状态时,所述固定区贴附固定于所述支座上,所述弯折区可分离的设置于所述上支撑部上。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述连接件的横截面整体呈弯勾状,所述下支撑部上靠近所述连接件的一侧设置有供对应的连接件穿过的缺口,所述折叠机构处于展开状态时,所述连接件的一端穿过所述缺口与所述第一传动部连接,另一端与所述支座连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述固定部的横截面的整体形状呈“凵”形。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述支撑座上连接有滑动杆,所述固定部的底部设置有固定杆,所述固定杆中设置有与滑动杆匹配以供滑动杆上下滑动的滑道。
