另外,下文中的用语基于本发明中的功能而定义,可以根据使用者、运用者的意图或惯例而不同。因此,这些用语基于本说明书的全部内容进行定义。
如图1至图5所示,一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,包括无人机组件1、悬臂2、固定座3、固定组件4、调节组件5和运输箱6,所述无人机组件1的下端安装有悬臂2,悬臂2的下端安装有固定座3,固定座3的侧壁沿其周向方向均匀设有固定组件4,固定座3的下端面设有圆槽,圆槽内设有调节组件5,固定组件4的上端设有运输箱6。
所述的运输箱6包括连接环61,固定组件4的上端面放置有连接环61,连接环61的侧壁沿其周向方向均匀设有支撑杆62,支撑杆62的下端安装有运输框63,运输框63内侧壁均匀设有滑槽,滑槽内安装有缓冲机构64,缓冲机构64之间通过滑动配合的方式连接有存放板65。
所述的存放板65左右两端安装有滑条651,滑条651通过滑动配合的方式与缓冲板642相连接,存放板65的上端设有密封槽,密封槽内通过滑动配合的方式连接有防护盖652,防护盖652的下端面和存放板65的内侧壁均套接有防护层653;工作时,将需要运输的水果摆放到存放板65上,然后盖上防护盖652,防护层653能够对水果起到一定的保护作用,最后将存放板65推送到运输框63中,过渡板663方便了存放板65推送到运输框63中,使得滑条651与缓冲机构64通过滑动配合的方式相连接,同时限位支链66对存放板65进行限位。
所述的固定组件4包括固定框41,固定座3的侧壁安装有固定框41,固定框41呈U形结构,固定框41的中部通过销轴转动安装有固定板42,固定板42的上端与固定座3的侧壁之间安装有固定弹簧43,固定座3侧壁的下端安装有限位块44,固定板42呈Z字形,且销轴上端固定板42的重量大于销轴下端固定板42的重量;工作时,将运输框63向上抬起,使得连接环61穿过固定座3,并通过固定板42对其进行限位,在此过程中,连接环61首先带动固定板42向左转动,当连接环61高于固定板42后,在固定板42的重力和固定弹簧43的作用下,固定板42向右转动将固定板42展开,同时限位块44对固定板42的转动范围进行限位,展开后的固定板42尺寸大于连接环61的尺寸,从而实现将连接环61限位,即使得运输框63通过连接环61与无人机组件1下端的固定组件4相连接。
所述的缓冲机构64包括缓冲弹簧641,滑槽内上下对称设有缓冲弹簧641,且缓冲弹簧641在滑槽内均匀设有,缓冲弹簧641的下端安装有缓冲板642,缓冲板642的右端与滑槽的内侧壁通过滑动配合的方式连接,缓冲板642的下端面通过转动连接的方式均匀设有滚珠 643,滑槽的前端安装有限位支链66;工作时,缓冲机构64将存放板65进行限位,在缓冲弹簧641的作用下,能够对运输过程中产生的颠簸进行缓冲,从而减少存放板65的颠簸,降低水果破皮的损耗。
所述的调节组件5包括调节杆51,固定座3侧壁的下端通过滑动配合的方式连接有调节杆51,调节杆51的左端安装有转动连接板52,转动连接板52的左端转动连接有转动球53,转动连接板52的右端面与圆槽的侧壁之间安装有调节弹簧54,调节杆51位于限位块44的下方且与固定板42的下端齐平,调节杆51的左端为转动连接的圆球结构。
所述转动球53均与调节柱55的侧壁相贴合,且调节柱55为圆台结构,调节柱55的下端安装有调节板56,调节板56的上端面与固定座3的下端面之间安装有连接弹簧57,调节板56的下端面安装有调节推杆58;工作时,当运输到位置后需要将运输箱6与无人机拆卸时,向上推动调节推杆58,调节推杆58带动调节柱55向上移动,调节柱55带动调节杆51向外侧扩张,即通过带动固定板42的下端转动使得固定板42收缩,然后向下拉动运输框63,使得连接环61从固定座3上取下即可。
所述的限位支链66包括伸缩杆661,凹槽上端面前端安装有伸缩杆661,伸缩杆661内安装有限位弹簧662,伸缩杆661的下端安装有过渡板663,过渡板663呈倾斜状态,且过渡板663的后端与伸缩杆661的后端齐平,伸缩杆661顶端内壁安装有调节绳664,调节绳664通过线槽穿过运输框63的前端,且调节绳664的前端安装有拉环665;工作时,当需要取出存放板65时,向前拉动拉环665,在调节绳664的作用下,伸缩杆661收缩,此时的过渡板663向上移动,从而能够将存放板65从滑槽中取出。
水果放置:将需要运输的水果摆放到存放板65上,然后盖上防护盖652,防护层653能够对水果起到一定的保护作用,最后将存放板65推送到运输框63中,过渡板663方便了存放板65推送到运输框63中,使得滑条651与缓冲机构64通过滑动配合的方式相连接,同时限位支链66对存放板65进行限位;
运输箱6连接:将运输框63向上抬起,使得连接环61穿过固定座3,并通过固定板42对其进行限位,在此过程中,连接环61首先带动固定板42向左转动,当连接环61高于固定板42后,在固定板42的重力和固定弹簧43的作用下,固定板42向右转动将固定板42展开,同时限位块44对固定板42的转动范围进行限位,展开后的固定板42尺寸大于连接环61的尺寸,从而实现将连接环61限位,即使得运输框63通过连接环61与无人机组件1下端的固定组件4相连接;
水果防护:缓冲机构64将存放板65进行限位,在缓冲弹簧641的作用下,能够对运输过程中产生的颠簸进行缓冲,从而减少存放板65的颠簸,降低水果破皮的损耗;
运输箱6拆卸:当运输到位置后需要将运输箱6与无人机拆卸时,向上推动调节推杆58,调节推杆58带动调节柱55向上移动,调节柱55带动调节杆51向外侧扩张,即通过带动固 定板42的下端转动使得固定板42收缩,然后向下拉动运输框63,使得连接环61从固定座3上取下即可;
存放板65取出:当需要取出存放板65时,向前拉动拉环665,在调节绳664的作用下,伸缩杆661收缩,此时的过渡板663向上移动,从而能够将存放板65从滑槽中取出。
综上所述的工作流程实现了蓝莓、猕猴桃等水果运输时降低损耗的功能,解决了山区、陡坡等地势种植的蓝莓、猕猴桃等水果运输时存在的人工运输效率低、水果表皮易破损;无人机运输时,挂钩悬挂式无人机飞行高度低、挂钩只有一个受力点,接触面小容易晃动和普通运输箱无防护措施易损坏水果表皮等问题,达到了目的。
本发明只是参考附图图示的实施例进行了举例说明,我们认为具有相关领域基本知识的人员可以以此为基础进行多种多样的变形和同等水平的其它实施例。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,包括无人机组件(1)、悬臂(2)、固定座(3)、固定组件(4)、调节组件(5)和运输箱(6),其特征在于:所述无人机组件(1)的下端安装有悬臂(2),悬臂(2)的下端安装有固定座(3),固定座(3)的侧壁沿其周向方向均匀设有固定组件(4),固定座(3)的下端面设有圆槽,圆槽内设有调节组件(5),固定组件(4)的上端设有运输箱(6);其中:
    所述的固定组件(4)包括固定框(41),固定座(3)的侧壁安装有固定框(41),固定框(41)呈U形结构,固定框(41)的中部通过销轴转动安装有固定板(42),固定板(42)的上端与固定座(3)的侧壁之间安装有固定弹簧(43),固定座(3)侧壁的下端安装有限位块(44);
    所述的调节组件(5)包括调节杆(51),固定座(3)侧壁的下端通过滑动配合的方式连接有调节杆(51),调节杆(51)的左端安装有转动连接板(52),转动连接板(52)的左端转动连接有转动球(53),转动连接板(52)的右端面与圆槽的侧壁之间安装有调节弹簧(54);
    所述的运输箱(6)包括连接环(61),固定组件(4)的上端面放置有连接环(61),连接环(61)的侧壁沿其周向方向均匀设有支撑杆(62),支撑杆(62)的下端安装有运输框(63),运输框(63)内侧壁均匀设有滑槽,滑槽内安装有缓冲机构(64),缓冲机构(64)之间通过滑动配合的方式连接有存放板(65)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述的缓冲机构(64)包括缓冲弹簧(641),滑槽内上下对称设有缓冲弹簧(641),且缓冲弹簧(641)在滑槽内均匀设有,缓冲弹簧(641)的下端安装有缓冲板(642),缓冲板(642)的右端与滑槽的内侧壁通过滑动配合的方式连接,缓冲板(642)的下端面通过转动连接的方式均匀设有滚珠(643),滑槽的前端安装有限位支链(66)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述的限位支链(66)包括伸缩杆(661),凹槽上端面前端安装有伸缩杆(661),伸缩杆(661)内安装有限位弹簧(662),伸缩杆(661)的下端安装有过渡板(663),伸缩杆(661)顶端内壁安装有调节绳(664),调节绳(664)通过线槽穿过运输框(63)的前端,且调节绳(664)的前端安装有拉环(665)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述的过渡板(663)呈倾斜状态,且过渡板(663)的后端与伸缩杆(661)的后端齐平。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述转动球(53)均与调节柱(55)的侧壁相贴合,且调节柱(55)为圆台结构,调节柱(55)的下端安装有调节板(56),调节板(56)的上端面与固定座(3)的下端面之间安装有连接弹簧(57),调节板(56)的下端面安装有调节推杆(58)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述调节杆(51)位于限位块(44)的下方且与固定板(42)的下端齐平,调节杆(51)的左端为转动连接的圆球结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述的存放板(65) 左右两端安装有滑条(651),滑条(651)通过滑动配合的方式与缓冲板(642)相连接,存放板(65)的上端设有密封槽,密封槽内通过滑动配合的方式连接有防护盖(652)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述防护盖(652)的下端面和存放板(65)的内侧壁均套接有防护层(653)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种悬臂式农业运输无人机,其特征在于:所述的固定板(42)呈Z字形,且销轴上端固定板(42)的重量大于销轴下端固定板(42)的重量。
