本发明涉及用于工业机器人的三维环境建模方法及设备、计算机存储介质以及工业机器人操作平台。
【背景技术】
在某些特定的工业应用场景中,在每个循环时间期间需要工业机器人规划最优轨迹。这时,机器人需要首先知道其周围的环境以便规划一条无碰撞的轨迹。接着,完整的三维工作台模型应提前离线获得。
为了获得完整的三维工作台模型,现有的方式是基于三维软件设计的几何测量。具体来说,操作者测量每个物体的大小以及在实际环境中该物体到世界坐标系/机器人基坐标系的相对位置。接着,根据前述物体的几何模型以及位置信息,最终获得仿真环境下完整的三维工作台模型。
在基于三维几何测量的方式中,实际环境中的每个物体的大小和位置需要手动建模和测量,并且随后在三维设计软件中配置这些物体。这会耗费很多时间并且需要专业的设计技巧。而且,利用这些测量,物体之间的位置关系在最终的三维工作台模型中并不精确。当环境发生变化时,测量工作需要重复进行。
因此,期望一种改进的三维环境建模方案。
【发明内容】
根据本发明的一个方面,提出了一种用于工业机器人的三维环境建模方法,所述方法包括:基于所述工业机器人的周围环境的颜色及深度信息,对所述工业机器人的周围环境进行三维建模,从而得到第一环境模型;将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系;以及至少通过对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和 填充,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
前述三维环境建模方法比现有基于三维几何测量的建模方案更为快速和高效,而且不需要手动建模和测量每个物体的大小和位置。而且,本发明的技术方案提供了针对所有工作台物体的标准化的配置方法(而不需要过多的人工干预和设计技巧),从而获得最终的三维工作台模型。
优选地,在上述三维环境建模方法中,所述颜色及深度信息通过手持RGB-D相机获取。
优选地,上述三维环境建模方法还可包括:在将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系之后,根据所述工业机器人的工作空间范围,对标定后的第一环境模型进行裁剪。其中,第一环境模型的坐标系在标定之前可能是随机的。
例如,可通过迭代最近点法(ICP,Iterative Closest Point)将第一环境模型的坐标系标定到机器人基坐标系。在进行裁剪时,可按照工业机器人的工作空间范围,对标定后的第一环境模型进行裁剪。“进行裁剪”可以是根据预定义的工业机器人的工作范围以及标定好的机器人坐标系信息,将机器人工作空间范围内的第一环境模型中分割出来,同时根据机器人的尺寸范围将重建出的机器人模型去除,得到不包含机器人模型的机器人工作空间范围内的第一环境模型。
优选地,上述三维环境建模方法还可包括:在将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系之后,利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整。
优选地,上述三维环境建模方法还可包括:在利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整之后,对所述标定后的第一环境模型进行准确度评估。
优选地,在上述三维环境建模方法中,所述网格裁剪和填充包括:选择待重建的不完整的平面;根据所述平面上的顶点,利用最小二乘法获得拟合所述平面的参数;以及根据所述参数建立新的三角面片来替代所述不完整的平面。
优选地,在上述三维环境建模方法中,所述网格裁剪和填充包括:将机器人工作空间边界模型添加到标定后的第一环境模型中。
优选地,在上述三维环境建模方法中,所述网格裁剪和填充包括:按照设定的边界阈值,依次选取小于所述边界阈值的空洞;以及根据所选取的空洞的边界周围的曲率信息及变化率,确定用于填补空洞的三角面片的曲率大小。
优选地,在上述三维环境建模方法中,至少通过对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型包括:在对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充之后执行网格简化过程;以及在所述网格简化过程之后,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
优选地,在上述三维环境建模方法中,所述网格简化过程包括:确定目标面片数量或者目标优化百分比;以及利用抽取算法获得所确定的数量的面片。
优选地,上述三维环境建模方法还可包括:在所述工业机器人的周围环境发生改变时,获得新物体的模型;基于迭代最近点法将该新物体的模型增加到所述工作台模型或从所述工作台模型删除。
本发明的另一个方案提供了一种用于工业机器人的三维环境建模设备,所述设备包括:第一获取单元,所述第一获取单元配置成基于所述工业机器人的周围环境的颜色及深度信息,对所述工业机器人的周围环境进行三维建模,从而得到第一环境模型;标定单元,所述标定单元配置成将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系;以及第二获取单元,所述第二获取单元配置成至少通过对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
优选地,在上述三维环境建模设备中,第一获取单元配置成从手持RGB-D相机获取所述颜色及深度信息。
优选地,上述三维环境建模设备还可包括:裁剪单元,所述裁剪单元配置成在所述标定单元将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所 述工业机器人的基坐标系之后,根据所述工业机器人的工作空间范围,对标定后的第一环境模型进行裁剪。
优选地,上述三维环境建模设备还可包括:网格集成度评估单元,所述网格集成度评估单元配置成在所述标定单元将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系之后,利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整。
优选地,上述三维环境建模设备还可包括:准确度评估单元,所述准确度评估单元配置成在所述网格集成度评估单元利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整之后,对所述标定后的第一环境模型进行准确度评估。

本发明的又一个方案提供了一种工业机器人操作平台,其包括如前所述的三维环境建模设备。
与现有的基于三维几何测量的三维环境建模方案相比,前述用于工业机器人的三维环境建模方案更为快速和高效,而且不需要手动建模和测量每个物体的大小和位置。而且,本发明的三维环境建模方案对所构造的原始环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充,解决透明物体重建不完整的问题。该方式还可裁剪离散三角面片,填补空洞以及自动添加机器人工作空间之外的边界。

参考图1,图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于工业机器人的三维环境建模方法1000。
在步骤S110中,基于所述工业机器人的周围环境的颜色及深度信息,对所述工业机器人的周围环境进行三维建模,从而得到第一环境模型。
在步骤S120中,将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系。
在步骤S130中,至少通过对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
根据本发明的一个或多个实施例,本发明的基于三维重建算法的快速三维环境建模和配置方法可分为三个部分:1)快速三维环境重建;2)三维环境模型的优化;以及3)模拟工作站的虚拟环境配置。与现有基于三维几何测量的建模方案相比,本发明的方案更为快速和高效,而且不需要手动建模和测量每个物体的大小和位置。而且,本发明的技术方案提供了针对所有工作台物体的标准化的配置方法(而不需要过多的人工干预和设计技巧),从而获得最终的三维工作台模型。
在一个实施例中,步骤S110中的颜色及深度信息可通过操作员手持RGB-D相机获取。在一个实施例中,所述颜色及深度信息通过将相机固定安装在机器人上来获取。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S120之后并且在步骤S130之前,尽管未示出,三维环境建模方法1000可包括:根据所述工业机器人的工作空间范围,对标定后的第一环境模型进行裁剪。其中,第一环境模 型的坐标系可能是随机的,因此通过将该第一环境模型的坐标系标定到机器人的基坐标系。在进行裁剪时,可按照工业机器人的工作空间范围,对标定后的第一环境模型进行裁剪。这可剔除第一环境模型中的一些冗余点,降低模型的复杂度。
例如,可通过迭代最近点法(ICP,Iterative Closest Point)将第一环境模型的坐标系标定到机器人基坐标系。“进行裁剪”可以是根据预定义的工业机器人的工作范围以及标定好的机器人坐标系信息,将机器人工作空间范围内的第一环境模型中分割出来,同时根据机器人的尺寸范围将重建出的机器人模型去除,得到不包含机器人模型的机器人工作空间范围内的第一环境模型。
本领域技术人员理解,可采用各种迭代最近点法ICP,包括但不限于,Chen和Medioni及Bergevin等人提出的point-to-plane搜索就近点的精确配准方法、Rusinkiewicz和Levoy提出的point-to-projection搜索就近点的快速配准方法、Soon-Yong和Murali提出的Contractive-projection-point搜索就近点的配准方法等。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S120之后并且在步骤S130之前,尽管未示出,三维环境建模方法1000可包括:利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整。在一个实施例中,网格集成度评估方法可包括:首先根据预定义的机器人工作范围以及前一步骤标定好的机器人坐标系信息,将机器人工作空间范围内的重建模型分割出来,同时根据机器人的尺寸范围将重建出的机器人模型去除,得到不包含机器人模型的机器人工作空间范围内的环境模型;随后,按照一定的规则(如扇形分割)将机器人工作空间分割成一定数量的子空间,将子空间内的环境模型依次显示;最后,依次确定该部分是否完整重建。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S120之后并且在步骤S130之前,尽管未示出,三维环境建模方法1000还可包括:在利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整之后,对所述标定后的第一环境模型进行准确度评估。在一个实施例中,准确度评估可 包括:首先获取机器人工作空间内关键性物体间相对距离的真值;之后在重建模型中测得对应的距离值,由|测量值-真值|获得一系列的距离误差;最后,判定最大的距离误差是否小于预先设定的阈值从而判定准确度是否满足需求。
在一个实施例中,对第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充包括:选择待重建的不完整的平面;根据所述平面上的顶点,利用最小二乘法获得拟合所述平面的参数;以及根据所述参数建立新的三角面片(face)来替代所述不完整的平面。这样,可以解决透明物体重建不完整的问题。
另外,对第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充还可用于删除该第一环境模型中不需要的重建部分。例如,操作人员可主观选择不需要的三角面片区域,之后进行删除。
此外,对第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充还可用于添加工作空间边界。在一个实施例中,可根据预先定义的机器人工作空间边界模型以及之前标定好的机器人坐标系信息,快速将机器人工作空间边界模型添加到重建的环境模型中。
最后,对第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充还可用于填补空洞。在一个实施例中,按照设定的边界阈值,依次选取小于边界数量阈值的空洞。为了防止错误填补空洞的发生,也可由操作人员主观决定是否填补该空洞。接着,由空洞边界周围的曲率(curvature)信息及变化率,确定用于填补空洞的三角面片的曲率大小。
在一个实施例中,步骤S130可具体包括:在对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充之后执行网格简化过程;以及在所述网格简化过程之后,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。在一个实施例中,网格简化过程可采用抽取算法(例如,Quadric edge decimation算法),通过设置目标面片(faces)数量或者目标优化百分比,最终获得面片数量显著减少的简化的环境模型。
参考图2,图2示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于工业机器人的三维环境建模方法2000。
在步骤S210中,由操作员通过手持RGB-D深度相机来获取工业机器人的周围环境的颜色及深度信息流。
在步骤S220中,基于所述颜色及深度信息流,通过三维重建算法获取原始环境模型。
在步骤S230中,对该原始环境模型进行快速标定。例如,可将原始环境模型的坐标系标定到工业机器人的坐标系(例如,基坐标系、世界坐标系等)。
在步骤S240中,执行网格集成度评估。在一个实施例中,网格集成度评估方法可包括:首先根据预定义的机器人工作范围以及前一步骤标定好的机器人坐标系信息,将机器人工作空间范围内的重建模型分割出来,同时根据机器人的尺寸范围将重建出的机器人模型去除,得到不包含机器人模型的机器人工作空间范围内的环境模型;随后,按照一定的规则(如扇形分割)将机器人工作空间分割成一定数量的子空间,将子空间内的环境模型依次显示;最后,依次确定该部分是否完整重建。通过执行网格集成度评估,可衡量标定后的模型的映射是否完整。
在一个实施例中,若标定后的模型的映射并不完整,重新执行步骤S220。而若判定标定后的模型完整,则执行步骤S250。
在步骤S250中,执行网格精确度评估。在一个实施例中,准确度评估可包括:首先获取机器人工作空间内关键性物体间相对距离的真值;之后在重建模型中测得对应的距离值,由|测量值-真值|获得一系列的距离误差;最后,判定最大的距离误差是否小于预先设定的阈值从而判定准确度是否满足需求。通过执行网格精确度评估,可通过各种精确度参数和方法来衡量标定后的模型的精确度是否满足三维工作台模型的要求。
在一个实施例中,若标定后的模型的精确度不满足要求,则重新执行步骤S220。而若判定标定后的模型的精确度满足要求,则执行步骤S260。
在步骤S260中,执行快速网格裁剪和填充。
在一个实施例中,步骤S260可包括:首先选择重建不完整的平面,根据平面上的顶点及最小二乘法,获得拟合平面的参数,之后根据该参数建立新的三角面片(face)来替代原有的不完整平面。这样,通过执行快速网格裁剪和填充可解决透明物体重建不完整的问题。
在一个实施例中,步骤S260还可用于删除不需要的重建部分。具体来说,操作人员主观选择不需要的三角面片区域,之后进行删除。
在一个实施例中,步骤S260还可用于添加工作空间边界。例如,根据预先定义的机器人工作空间边界模型以及之前标定好的机器人坐标系信息,快速将机器人工作空间边界模型添加到重建的环境模型中。
在一个实施例中,步骤S260还可用于填补空洞。例如,按照设定的边界阈值,依次选取小于边界数量阈值的空洞,为了防止错误填补空洞的发生,由操作人员主观决定是否填补该空洞;由空洞边界周围的曲率(curvature)信息及变化率,确定用于填补空洞的三角面片的曲率大小。
在步骤S270中,执行网格简化过程。
在一个实施例中,网格简化过程可采用抽取算法(例如,Quadric edge decimation算法),通过设置目标面片(faces)数量或者目标优化百分比,最终获得面片数量显著减少的简化的环境模型。
在步骤S280中,获得最终的三维工作台模型。
尽管图2中未示出,在获得三维工作台模型之后,若外部环境发生变化,可通过如下方式来快速对工作台模型进行增/删物体模型:首先,运行现有的三维重建算法来获得新物体的模型;接着,基于迭代最近点法(ICP,Iterative Closest Point)来将该新物体的模型增加到原工作台模型,或者将该物体模型从原工作台模型中移除。
图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的用于工业机器人的三维环境建模设备3000。
如图3所示,三维环境建模设备3000包括:第一获取单元310、标定单元320以及第二获取单元330。其中,第一获取单元310配置 成基于工业机器人的周围环境的颜色及深度信息,对该工业机器人的周围环境进行三维建模,从而得到第一环境模型。标定单元320配置成将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系。第二获取单元330配置成至少通过对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
在一个实施例中,第一获取单元310配置成从手持RGB-D相机获取所述颜色及深度信息。

在一个实施例中,三维环境建模设备3000还可包括:第四获取单元和增删单元。其中,第四获取单元用于在所述工业机器人的周围环境发生改变时,获得新物体的模型。增删单元用于基于迭代最近点法将该新物体的模型增加到所述工作台模型。
本领域技术人员容易理解,本发明的一个或多个实施例提供的三维环境建模方法可通过计算机程序来实现。例如,当存有该计算机程序的计算机存储介质(例如U盘)与计算机相连时,运行该计算机程序即可执行本发明的实施例的三维环境建模方法。

    基于所述工业机器人的周围环境的颜色及深度信息,对所述工业机器人的周围环境进行三维建模,从而得到第一环境模型;
    将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系;以及
    至少通过对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。

    在对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充之后执行网格简化过程;以及
    在所述网格简化过程之后,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的三维环境建模方法,其中,所述网格简化过程包括:
    确定目标面片数量或者目标优化百分比;以及
    利用抽取算法获得所确定的数量的面片。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的三维环境建模方法,还包括:
    在所述工业机器人的周围环境发生改变时,获得新物体的模型;

  12. 一种用于工业机器人的三维环境建模设备,所述设备包括:
    第一获取单元,所述第一获取单元配置成基于所述工业机器人的周围环境的颜色及深度信息,对所述工业机器人的周围环境进行三维建模,从而得到第一环境模型;
    标定单元,所述标定单元配置成将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系;以及
    第二获取单元,所述第二获取单元配置成至少通过对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,其中,第一获取单元配置成从手持RGB-D相机获取所述颜色及深度信息。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,还包括:
    裁剪单元,所述裁剪单元配置成在所述标定单元将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系之后,根据所述工业机器人的工作空间范围,对标定后的第一环境模型进行裁剪。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,还包括:
    网格集成度评估单元,所述网格集成度评估单元配置成在所述标定单元将所述第一环境模型的坐标系标定到所述工业机器人的基坐标系之后,利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的三维环境建模设备,还包括:
    准确度评估单元,所述准确度评估单元配置成在所述网格集成度评估单元利用网格集成度评估方法来衡量标定后的第一环境模型的映射是否完整之后,对所述标定后的第一环境模型进行准确度评估。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,其中,所述第二获取单元包括网格裁剪和填充单元,其中所述网格裁剪和填充单元配置成:
    选择待重建的不完整的平面;
    根据所述平面上的顶点,利用最小二乘法获得拟合所述平面的参数;以及
    根据所述参数建立新的三角面片来替代所述不完整的平面。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,其中,所述第二获取单元包括网格裁剪和填充单元,其中所述网格裁剪和填充单元配置成:
    将机器人工作空间边界模型添加到标定后的第一环境模型中。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,其中,所述第二获取单元包括网格裁剪和填充单元,其中所述网格裁剪和填充单元配置成:
    按照设定的边界阈值,依次选取小于所述边界阈值的空洞;以及
    根据所选取的空洞的边界周围的曲率信息及变化率,确定用于填补空洞的三角面片的曲率大小。
  20. 根据权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,其中,所述第二获取单元还包括:
    网格简化单元,所述网格简化单元配置成在对标定后的第一环境模型进行网格裁剪和填充之后执行网格简化过程;以及
    第三获取单元,所述第三获取单元配置成在所述网格简化单元执行网格简化过程之后,获得所述工业机器人的工作台模型。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的三维环境建模设备,其中,所述网格简化单元配置成:
    确定目标面片数量或者目标优化百分比;以及
    利用抽取算法获得所确定的数量的面片。
  22. 根据权利要求12所述的三维环境建模设备,还包括:
    第四获取单元,用于在所述工业机器人的周围环境发生改变时,获得新物体的模型;
    增删单元,用于基于迭代最近点法将该新物体的模型增加到所述工作台模型。
  23. 一种计算机存储介质,其包括指令,所述指令在运行时执行如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的三维环境建模方法。
  24. 一种工业机器人操作平台,其包括如权利要求12至22中任一项所述的三维环境建模设备。
