  • the present invention relates to a golf swing posture correction and an automatic pelvic spine shoulder flexibility improvement device, and more specifically, to improve the flexibility of the pelvic spine shoulder required for golf swing, thereby completing a desirable golf swing posture and reducing a poor golf swing posture. • Golf swing is one of the most complex movements among all sports. It is an exercise movement that uses all joints and muscles of the human body, including all joints from the head to all spinal nodes, from the shoulders to the ankles, and the muscles around them. For this reason, in the case of a beginner golfer who is new to golf, in order to make an accurate swing, a sufficient understanding of each stage of the golf swing and the physical condition that the golfer can perform each stage of movement based on this must be supported, and it is desirable through repeated training. You must learn the golf swing. In a normal swing, muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, etc. move in biomechanically harmoniously, so it is not a problem, but the moment a problem occurs in the swing mechanism due to fatigue or excessive greed, the weakest part is mechanically damaged and the probability of injury occurs. It becomes very high.
  • FIG. 1 shows eight steps of a golf swing.

  • the golf swing posture correction mechanism described in Patent Document 1 has a number of close contact with the golfer's shoulders, back, waist, buttocks, and knees by installing a swing track guide plate that guides the swing track of the club head on a support that supports the waist.

  • the conventional swing posture correction apparatus having such a configuration corrects the golf swing posture by swiping the club head coupled to the guide plate so as to be rotatable after the shoulders, back, waist, buttocks and knees are in close contact with the contact plate of the support.
  • Patent Document 1 above is only about swinging the golf club coupled to the swing track guide plate so as to be slidable along the track, so it is not smooth to learn the eight stages of the golf swing with the body, that is, the golfer himself moves the body to swing. As a result, it had to be limited in swing training with the correct swing trajectory according to the sequence of each stage of the correct swing 8 stages suggested in the PGA manual.
  • the secret of a soft yet strong swing in golf lies in the'transition' that accurately converts the backswing top or answer-of-swing to the downswing.
