Abstract
Description
衛生用薄葉紙収納容器としては、ボトル状の容器の上部に取り付けられた蓋に別体の口栓部材が備えられている収納容器において、その口栓部材に取出孔が形成されており、収納容器に収容された衛生用薄葉紙を取り出す際に、その取出孔の開口形状により衛生用薄葉紙に抵抗を掛けて、衛生用薄葉紙に設けられたミシン目にて衛生用薄葉紙を切り離す構成のものが知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。
また、特許文献2および特許文献3では、取出孔が設けられた口栓部材を伸縮性の有る弾性材料で比較的肉厚に設け、取出孔に向けて口栓部材を肉薄にする技術が開示されている。
しかしながら、十分な保持機能を確保するため、取出孔により衛生用薄葉紙に掛ける抵抗を高めると、後続の衛生用薄葉紙の端部が取出孔から突出する長さが短くなり過ぎて、取出しが困難になる場合がある。
内側に衛生用薄葉紙を収納する容器本体と、前記容器本体に着脱自在に取り付けられ、前記容器本体に収納された衛生用薄葉紙を取り出すための取出部を有する蓋体と、を備えた衛生用薄葉紙収納容器において、

かかる構成の衛生用薄葉紙収納容器であれば、略円形の小孔と複数のスリットを有する取出孔の下縁に面取り部が設けられていることで、衛生用薄葉紙の保持の確実性と、衛生用薄葉紙の取出し作業の容易性を両立させることができる。
前記小孔には、その小孔の孔壁と前記取出部の下面により形成される角を面取りした第2面取り部が設けられていることを特徴とする。

なお、以下においては、図1に示すように、前後方向、左右方向及び上下方向並びにX軸、Y軸及びZ軸を定めて説明する。すなわち、衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100において、衛生用薄葉紙が取り出される側を上、その反対側を下、衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100の平面視における手前側を前、その反対側を後、容器の前面を正面視した状態における右手側を右、容器の前面を正面視した状態における左手側を左とし、前後方向に沿った軸をX軸、左右方向に沿った軸をY軸、上下方向に沿った軸をZ軸とする。
(全体構成)
衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100は、例えば、図1に示すように、衛生用薄葉紙(例えば、ロール状に巻かれたウェットシートやウェットティッシュ等のロールペーパー)を内部に収納する容器本体1と、容器本体1に着脱自在に取り付けられる蓋体2と、蓋体2に着脱自在に取り付けられる取出部3と、を備えて構成されている。
蓋体2が、容器本体1に対して着脱自在に構成されているため、容器本体1から蓋体2を取り外した状態で、容器本体1の内部に衛生用薄葉紙を収納したり、内部から衛生用薄葉紙を取り出したりすることができる。
また、衛生用薄葉紙は、上下方向に沿った軸心にロール状に巻かれた状態で容器本体1に収納されている。また、衛生用薄葉紙には、長さ方向に一定間隔をおいてミシン目が施されており、そのミシン目に沿って切り離した衛生用薄葉紙を、ユーザが使用するようになっている。
容器本体1は、衛生用薄葉紙を収納するための容器であり、有底円筒形状に形成され、上面には開口部が設けられている。また、側面の上端部の外周面には、図2に示すように、周方向に沿って雄ネジ部11が設けられている。
容器本体1は、例えば、PE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、ABS樹脂等から形成されている。
容器本体1は、平面視において直径50mm~200mmの円形となり、Z軸方向(高さ)45mm~200mm、各面の厚み0.5mm~10mmの円筒形状に形成されている。
蓋体2は、図1及び図2に示すように、蓋体本体21と、小蓋22と、から構成されている。
蓋体本体21は、平面視において直径50mm~200mmの円形となり、Z軸方向(高さ)15mm~50mm、各面の厚み0.5mm~10mmの円筒形状に形成されている。
凹部21cは、閉塞時の小蓋22と平面視における形状が略一致し、小蓋22を嵌めることができるように形成されている。また、凹部21cは、前端部が平面視において小蓋22よりも大きく、小蓋22が嵌め込まれた状態でも若干の隙間が残るように形成されている。これによって、当該隙間を利用して小蓋22に指を掛けることが可能となる。
孔部21dは、蓋体本体21の平面視略中央に平面視円形に形成された、衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100内部に通じる孔であり、平面視において、取出部3より僅かに小さく形成され、後述のように孔部21dには取出部3が固定される。
本体側壁部21eは、孔部21dの周囲を囲むように、凹部21c内において円筒形状に上方に向けて延出して形成されている。本体側壁部21eは、その外径が小蓋22の小蓋側壁部22aの内径と同一か、ごく僅かに小さくなるように形成されている。
小蓋22は、例えば、PE(ポリエチレン)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、ABS樹脂等から形成され、端部が蓋体本体21と連結されており、閉塞時における下面から突出した小蓋側壁部22aを備える。小蓋22は、閉塞時の平面視における形状が凹部21cと略一致し、閉塞時に凹部21cに嵌めることができるように形成されている。
小蓋側壁部22aは、小蓋22の閉塞時において下方に向けて延出する円筒形状に形成されている。また、小蓋側壁部22aは、内径が本体側壁部21eの外径と同一か、ごく僅かに大きくなるように形成されている。また、この蓋側壁部22aは小蓋22の閉塞時において、凹部21cの上面と接触するようになっている。これによって、小蓋22の閉塞時に、小蓋側壁部22aと本体側壁部21eとが嵌合し、小蓋側壁部22aと本体側壁部21eとで囲まれた空間、ひいては当該空間と孔部21dを介して繋がる衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100内部の気密性を保つことができる。
また、収納する衛生用薄葉紙が薬液等を染み込ませたものでなく、乾燥を防ぐ必要がない場合には、特に気密手段を備えない構成としてもよい。
取出部3は、図3及び図4に示すように、平面視において円形となる略円柱状に形成された弾性変形可能な部材であり、例えば、射出成型により形成することができる。なお、図4は取出部3の底面図であり、図3の取出部3を下方から見た態様を示している。
具体的に、取出部3は、平面視中央部に形成された内部底面3aを有する凹部31と、側面に形成された括れ部32と、凹部31(内部底面3a)の平面視略中央に形成された取出孔33と、下面3bにおいて取出孔33の周縁部を面取りして形成された面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)と、を備えている。
この取出部3は、平面視において、蓋体本体21の直径の10分の1以上、3分の1以下の孔部21dより僅かに大きい円形を有している。
この取出部3における括れ部32よりも下のZ軸方向の厚み(内部底面3aと下面3bの間の寸法)R1(図5参照)は、1.0mm~5.0mm、好ましくは1.5mm~3.0mmとなるように形成されている。Z軸方向の厚みが薄すぎるとシートが切れず連なって出てきてしまい、厚すぎると次のシートが出てくる前にシートが切れてしまう。
凹部31は、取出部3の上面において、周縁部を残して、上面視円形状に下方に向けて凹状となるように形成されている。この凹部31の深さ(Z軸方向の深さ)は、2mm~10mmとなるように形成されている。
また、凹部31は、その内部底面3aが平面となるように形成されている。
括れ部32は、取出部3の側面の上下方向略中央部を周方向に沿って周回するようにして、平面視において取出部3の直径の20分の1以上、10分の1以下の深さとなるように径方向に凹んだ溝状に形成される。また、この括れ部32のZ軸方向の寸法は、0.5mm~3.0mmとなるように形成されている。
上記のように取出部3は、平面視において孔部21dより僅かに大きく形成されているため、この括れ部32に孔部21dの縁を嵌め込むことによって、取出部3を蓋体本体21に固定することが可能となる。
取出孔33は、容器本体1の内部に収納された衛生用薄葉紙を取り出すための孔である。
取出孔33は、下面3b側から挿通された衛生用薄葉紙を、その先端側の端部が取出部3の上面(凹部31の内部底面3a)から突出した状態として保持する。
衛生用薄葉紙の先端が取出部3の上面から突出した状態であるとき、その突出量としては、10mm~30mm、好ましくは13mm~20mmである。この突出量であれば、一般的なユーザの手指で摘みやすく、取出し作業を容易に行うことができる。
本実施形態では、例えば図3や図4に示すように、小孔33aの周囲に4本のスリット33bが設けられている。各スリット33bは小孔33aの周囲に90°間隔で設けられている。
小孔33aの直径は、1.0mm~5.0mm、好ましくは2.0mm~4.0mmに形成されている。小孔33aの直径が大きすぎると次のシートが保持されず落ち込んでしまい、小さすぎると取出しの際に力を多く必要とする。
スリット33bの長さR2(図5参照)は、2mm~10mmに形成されている。
このように、小孔33aと複数のスリット33bとからなる取出孔33であれば、取出孔33における衛生用薄葉紙の保持の確実性と、その取出孔33に保持されている衛生用薄葉紙を引き出す容易性を両立させることができる。
なお、図3や図4では、4本のスリット33bを形成した場合を図示して説明したが、取出孔33の形状としてはこれに限られず、上記の機能を果たすことが可能であれば任意の数のスリット33bを形成してもよい。つまり、真円や楕円の小孔33aと、任意の数のスリット33bを組み合わせた取出孔33であってよい。
面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)は、図4及び図5に示すように、取出部3の下面3bと、取出孔33の孔壁33hとにより形成される角を面取りした領域である。
具体的には、面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)は、取出部3の下面3bにおいて取出孔33の孔壁33hの縁部を傾斜する平面で面取りした平面面取り部であり、この面取り部が形成されたことにより、取出孔33は、その下端側の開口面積が、上端側の開口面積より大きくなる形状となっている。
ここでは、スリット33bの孔壁33hと取出部3の下面3bにより形成される角を面取りした第1面取り部341と、小孔33aの孔壁33hと取出部3の下面3bにより形成される角を面取りした第2面取り部342が設けられている。
面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)のサイズとしては、図6に示すように、取出孔33の孔壁33hから取出孔33の幅方向(XY平面に沿う方向)の長さL1が0.1mm~0.5mmの範囲内、取出孔33の下端から高さ方向(Z軸方向に沿う方向)の長さL2が0.1mm~0.5mmの範囲内となるように設定されることが好ましい。
このような面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)が取出孔33の下縁に設けられていることで、取出孔33に保持されている衛生用薄葉紙を好適に引き出すことができる。
また、図8に示すように、取出孔33における小孔33a部分には面取り部を形成せず、取出孔33におけるスリット33b部分のみに第1面取り部341が形成されていてもよい。
また、一本のロール状に巻かれた衛生用薄葉紙(例えば、80枚のシートが連なったもので、79本のミシン目を有するもの)を引き出した際に、ミシン目が切れずに後続の衛生用薄葉紙が続けて出てしまう回数(連なり回数)の許容範囲としては、10回以内であり、5回以内であることが好ましい。
上述した衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100では、小孔33aと複数のスリット33bを有する取出孔33によって、引き出された衛生用薄葉紙に抵抗を掛けることで、使用する衛生用薄葉紙をミシン目に沿って切り離すとともに、後続の衛生用薄葉紙の端部が取出孔33から適量突出した状態で保持しておくことが可能となる。
特に、面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)を備えることで、面取り部を備えない場合と比較して、衛生用薄葉紙が取出孔33を通る際の抵抗が減らされるので、後続の衛生用薄葉紙が取出孔33から突出する突出量を十分に確保でき、また、引き出すのに必要な力も減少し、取出し作業を容易にすることができる。
本実施形態によれば、内側に衛生用薄葉紙を収納する容器本体1と、容器本体1に着脱自在に取り付けられ、容器本体1に収納された衛生用薄葉紙を取り出すための取出部3を有する蓋体2と、を備えた衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100において、取出部3は、衛生用薄葉紙が挿通され、取出部3の上面(凹部31の内部底面3a)から突出した衛生用薄葉紙の先端側の端部を保持する取出孔33を備え、その取出孔33は、略円形の小孔33aと、小孔33aを中心に放射状に形成された複数のスリット33bとを有しており、そのスリット33bには、スリット33bの孔壁33hと取出部3の下面3bにより形成される角を面取りした第1面取り部341が設けられている。また、取出孔33の小孔33aには、その小孔33aの孔壁33hと取出部3の下面3bにより形成される角を面取りした第2面取り部342が設けられていてもよい。
本実施形態の衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100はこのような構成を有しているので、取出孔33における衛生用薄葉紙の保持の確実性と、衛生用薄葉紙の取出し作業の容易性を両立することができる。
取出孔33に形成する面取り部を、平面面取り部と曲面面取り部のいずれかを選択することで、使用する衛生用薄葉紙の取出しに適した取出孔33とすることができる。例えば、面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)を曲面面取り部にすることで、衛生用薄葉紙をより引き出し易くする取出孔33とすることができる。
このようにして、衛生用薄葉紙の取出し作業を容易にすることができる。
このようにして、取出部3を蓋体2に好適に取り付けることができる。また、取出部3を付け替えることもできる。
なお、衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100に収納される衛生用薄葉紙としては、必ずしもロール状に巻かれたものに限られず、例えばシートが交互に折り重ねられた状態で積層され、1枚の衛生用薄葉紙を取り出した際に次の衛生用薄葉紙も取出孔33まで引き出されるように形成された、所謂ポップアップ式のシートを用いることも可能である。
また、衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100の形状としては、必ずしも円筒形状でなくともよい。
(衛生用薄葉紙収納容器)
衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100として、図1に示した形状であって、容器本体1と、容器本体1に着脱自在に取り付けられる蓋体2とを有するPE製のものを準備した。
この衛生用薄葉紙収納容器100に、以下の実施例1~3、比較例1~2の取出部3を装着した。
実施例1~3の取出部3は、図3~6に示した形状であって、エラストマー製である。
取出部3のZ軸方向の厚みR1は、3.0mmである。
また、取出孔33は、小孔33aの直径が2.8mm(実施例1、実施例2)、3.8mm(実施例3)であって、スリット33bの長さR2が5.1mm(実施例1、実施例2)、4.6mm(実施例3)であるものを準備した。
このスリット33bの長さは、ABSデジマティックキャリパ(Mitutoyo製:型番CD-20APX)にて測定した。
そして、面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)の長さL1及びL2は、L1=L2=0.1mm(実施例1、実施例3)、L1=L2=1.0mm(実施例2)とした。
なお、L1はXY平面に沿う方向の長さであり、L2はZ軸に沿う方向の長さである。
面取り部を備えない(すなわち、L1=L2=0mmとした)以外、実施例1と同一にした取出部3を、比較例1とした。
また、面取り部を備えない(すなわち、L1=L2=0mmとした)以外、実施例3と同一にした取出部3を、比較例2とした。
衛生用薄葉紙は、ロール状に巻かれたウェットシートで、長さ方向に一定間隔をおいてミシン目が施されたものを使用した。具体的に、ミシン目の数は79本であって、80枚のシートが連なったウェットシートを使用した。
なお、ここでのウェットシートは一般的な不織布(例えば、レーヨン素材の不織布)を用いた。
上記実施例1~3、比較例1~2のサンプルを用いて、(1)後続の衛生用薄葉紙の突出量、(2)取り出し時の抵抗値、(3)連なり回数を、以下のようにして測定し、その結果を表Iに示した。
上記のロール状に巻かれた一本のウェットシートを、上記実施例1~3、比較例1のサンプルを用いて引き出し、後続のウェットシートの突出量を計測した平均値を、衛生用薄葉紙の突出量として算出した。
ウェットシートの突出量は、ABSデジマティックキャリパ(Mitutoyo製:型番CD-20APX)にて測定した。
上記のロール状に巻かれたウェットシートを、上記実施例1~3、比較例1のサンプルを用いて引き出し、引き出すときに必要な力を、digital force gauge(IMADA製:型番DS2-200N)を用いて測定した。各サンプルで5回測定を実施し、その平均値を抵抗値とした。
上記のロール状に巻かれた一本のウェットシートを、上記実施例1~3、比較例1のサンプルを用いて引き出し、ミシン目が切れずに後続の衛生用薄葉紙が続けて出てしまった回数を、連なり回数としてカウントした。
また、実施例3と比較例2を比較すると、取出孔33に面取り部が設けられている実施例3の方が突出量が長く、抵抗値が低いことから、衛生用薄葉紙を摘まみ易く、その取り出しが好適に行えることが分かる。
特に、実施例3は、突出量が15.2mm、連なり回数が1回、抵抗値が7.8Nと、それぞれの評価においてより好ましい数値が得られており、より一層衛生用薄葉紙を摘まみ易く、その取り出しが好適に行えることが分かる。
このように、小孔33aと複数のスリット33bを有する取出孔33の下縁に面取り部(第1面取り部341、第2面取り部342)が設けられている(実施例1~3)ことで、衛生用薄葉紙の保持の確実性と、衛生用薄葉紙の取出し作業の容易性を両立させることができる。
