Claims (10)
- 一种随手吸尘器,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)及设于所述壳体(1)中的过滤组件(3),所述壳体(1)包括:集尘筒(11),其内部中空且在其端部敞开以形成位于其两端的进气端口(111)与配合端口(112),所述配合端口(112)处设置有刮灰结构;挡灰盖(12),其以可旋转的方式连接至所述集尘筒(11)的进气端口(111)处,以打开和关闭所述进气端口(111);以及本体(15),其内部中空且可分离地与所述集尘筒(11)的配合端口(112)相对接,其中,所述挡灰盖(12)与所述本体(15)之间设有双向锁止结构,该双向锁止结构用于将所述挡灰盖(12)和所述本体(15)与所述集尘筒(11)同步锁止或解锁,以使得当所述双向锁止结构处于锁止状态时,所述挡灰盖(12)不能打开所述进气端口(111),同时所述集尘筒(11)与所述本体(15)不能分离。
- 如权利要求1所述随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述双向锁止结构包括:锁止导向槽(113),其开设于所述集尘筒(11)的外侧壁上,并且沿所述集尘筒(11)的轴线方向延伸;以及对称式地布置于所述锁止导向槽(113)中的两组锁舌(115),其中,所述锁舌(115)能够相对于所述锁止导向槽(113)旋转以在解锁状态及锁止状态之间切换;所述锁舌(115)包括锁舌本体(1151)及锁舌扣接部(1154),所述锁舌扣接部(1154)位于所述锁止导向槽(113)的外部;当所述锁舌(115)处于所述锁止状态时,所述锁舌扣接部(1154)与所述挡灰盖(12)或所述本体(15)相扣接,以阻止所述挡灰盖(12)打开所述进气端口(111)或者阻止所述集尘筒(11)与所述本体(15)相分离。
- 如权利要求2所述随手吸尘器,其特征在于,每组所述锁舌(115)中均弹性连接有复位部件(1153),所述复位部件(1153)设于所述锁止导向槽(113)中且作用于所述锁舌(115),所述复位部件(1153)能够发生弹性变形,所述复位部件(1153)用于使得所述锁舌(115)沿锁止方向旋转以从所述解锁状态复位至所述锁止状态。
- 如权利要求3所述的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述锁止导向槽(113)中设有两组与所述锁舌(115)相对应的锁基座(1131),所述锁舌本体(1151)的中段附近形成有转轴(1152),所述锁舌本体(1151)通过所述转轴(1152)与所述锁基座(1131)转动连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述双向锁止结构包含有解锁组件,所述解锁组件作用于所述锁舌本体(1151)以使得所述锁舌(115)沿所述解锁方向旋转以从所述锁止状态切换到所述解锁状态,所述解锁方向与所述锁止方向相反。
- 如权利要求5所述的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述解锁组件包括:防护盖(13),其盖设于所述锁止导向槽(113)之上,以将所述锁舌本体(1151)进行覆盖;以及解锁块(131),其可滑动地嵌设于所述防护盖(13)之中,其中,所述解锁块(131)作用于所述锁舌本体(1151)以使得所述锁舌(115)沿所述解锁方向旋转以从所述锁止状态切换至所述解锁状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述刮灰结构包括与所述配合端口(112)相内接的刮灰筒(14),所述过滤组件(3)包括沿气流的流动方向依次连通式相接的导气管(31)、粗滤网(32)及固定筒(33),其中,挡灰盖(12)中开设有用于抽气的抽风口(123),所述导气管(31)及粗滤网(32)设于所述集尘筒(11)之中且与所述集尘筒(11)的内侧壁间隔设置,所述导气管(31)与所述抽风口(123)密封对接,所述固定筒(33)从所述配合端口(112)处伸出并延伸至所述刮灰筒(14)之中,所述固定筒(33)的外侧壁与所述刮灰筒(14)的内侧壁相贴合。
- 如权利要求7所述的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述刮灰筒(14)上与所述集尘筒(11)的相接处固接有刮灰圈(141);所述刮灰圈(141)在所述刮灰筒(14)的端部结合该刮灰筒(14)并且从该刮灰筒(14)的外周呈渐缩之势朝所述集尘筒(11)的内部延伸,以使得所述刮灰圈(141)的口径在其延伸方向上逐渐缩小。
- 如权利要求7所述的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述刮灰圈(141)在其末端收缩形成有环状且未闭合的刮灰口(1411),所述刮灰圈(141)通 过所述刮灰口(1411)滑动套接于所述粗滤网(32)之上,其中,所述刮灰圈(141)在其刮灰口(1411)处与所述粗滤网(32)的外侧壁保持弹性接触。
- 如权利要求7所述的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述本体(15)中沿气流的流动方向依次连通的设有精滤室(151)与真空发生室(152),所述刮灰筒(14)选择性地进出所述精滤室(151),所述真空发生室(152)中设有真空发生器(21)。
