  1. 一种用于手机中柔性电路板组装的固定夹具,包括手机壳体(1),其特征在于:所述手机壳体(1)的内壁背面固定连接有夹具本体(2),所述夹具本体(2)的内部设置有柔性电路板(5),所述夹具本体(2)内壁的顶部固定连接有夹紧箱(3),所述夹紧箱(3)的内壁顶部固定连接有电机(6),所述电机(6)的输出端固定连接有螺纹杆(7),所述夹紧箱(3)的内部设置有移动套杆(8),所述螺纹杆(7)远离电机(6)的一端贯穿移动套杆(8)并延伸至移动套杆(8)的一侧,所述移动套杆(8)的两端均固定连接有滑块(9),所述移动套杆(8)远离电机(6)的一侧固定连接有连接杆(12),所述连接杆(12)远离移动套杆(8)的一端固定连接有移动块(13),所述夹紧箱(3)的内壁顶部固定连接有固定块(14),所述和固定块(14)远离夹紧箱(3)内壁的一端固定连接有伸缩弹簧(15),所述夹紧箱(3)内壁的顶部和底部均固定安装有支撑杆(16),且两个支撑杆(16)之间固定安装有转轴(17),所述转轴(17)上固定安装有两个与柔性电路板(5)相适配的夹紧臂(18),所述伸缩弹簧(15)远离固定块(14)的一端和夹紧臂(18)的一端固定连接,所述移动块(13)远离连接杆(12)的一端和夹紧臂(18)搭接,所述夹具本体(2)的内壁底部固定连接有固定器(4),所述固定器(4)的内壁底部固定连接有支撑块(20),所述固定器(4)的内壁顶部固定连接有连接板(21),所述连接板(21)远离固定器(4)内壁的一端固定安装有固定弹簧(22),所述固定弹簧(22)远离连接板(21)的一端固定安装有夹紧板(23),所述夹紧板(23)靠近固定弹簧(22)的一侧固定连接有活动杆(24);
    其中,所述夹紧臂(18)的另一端且远离固定器(4)内壁的一侧固定安装有橡胶垫(19),所述支撑块(20)远离固定器(4)内壁的一端固定连接有防滑垫(26);
    所述夹具本体(2)内壁的一侧固定安装有开关(29),所述开关(29) 的输出端和电机(6)的输入端电性连接;
    所述夹紧箱(3)的内壁顶部和底部均开设有滑槽(10),所述滑块(9)位于滑槽(10)的内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于手机中柔性电路板组装的固定夹具,其特征在于:所述滑槽(10)的两侧均固定安装有限位杆(11),所述夹紧箱(3)的底部和固定器(4)的顶部均开设有与软性电路板(5)的相适配的第一凹槽(28)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于手机中柔性电路板组装的固定夹具,其特征在于:所述活动杆(24)远离夹紧板(23)的一端贯穿固定器(4)并与固定器(4)外侧设置的把手(25)固定连接,所述固定器(4)的正面开设有与活动杆(24)相适配的第二凹槽(27)。
