本发明实施例提供了一种汽车诊断云平台系统,该系统采用“纵向分层、横向分割”的云计算SOA架构进行设计,提供服务的定义、开发、部署和运行等功能,各层之间通过松散耦合实现逻辑复用,通过服务方式实现同层之间模块的松耦合,使得平台具备良好的扩展能力。该系统提供基于SOA的海量数据集成服务,包括统一数据模型与管理、异构数据采集与整合、以及海量数据的组织与存储、共享与发布、分析与挖掘等,使数据存储可根据在架构上具备适应未来数据量、存储量及业务变化的能力,支持对未来海量数据的存储和高效使用,支持以横向扩展的方式实现对业务发展的支撑。同时,系统架构和软件设计充分考虑用户的实际情况,满足行业人员的实际要求,系统可采用PC服务器构建,少用或者不用阵列存储,实现系统高性能与低成本。
其中,该系统核心数据库软件采用ACID保护机制,确保事务的完整性和数据的一致性;数据采集采用基于数据库日志备份恢复的机制采集,确保数据的完整性和数据一致性;数据的传输采用可靠稳定的开放总线技术,确保数据传输的稳定性和可靠性;各应用服务系统采用多实例节点集群部署,确保系统能持续稳定不间断地工作,应用系统中的任意构件更新、加载时,在不更新与上下构件接口的前提下,不影响业务运转和服务;系统模块都采用集群架构,消除单点故障;网络交换机采用双机,网络链路采用双线冗余,确保网络链路冗余。

其中,所述数据处理与数据平台层基于所述基础架构层而构建,所述接口层基于所述数据处理与数据平台层而构建,是指所述基础架构层、所述数据处理与数据平台层、所述接口层从下至上,依次以下一层为基础来建立上一层,只有在先建立好下一层后才能构建上一层。
在本实施例中,所述业务总线用于连接至少两个业务服务节点,并在所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间传输业务服务,其中,所述至少两个业务服务节点中存在属于汽车诊断相关的不同类型的业务系统的业务服务节点。所述业务总线具体是与所述接口层通信连接。
其中,所述至少两个业务服务节点通过所述业务总线与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间的通信是双向的。在双向通信过程中,可以根据相应的请求指令触发输入事件和输出事件。例如,当所述汽车诊断云平台系统接收到针对汽车诊断相关业务的处理请求时,所述汽车诊断云平台系统通过所述业务总线向所述至少两个业务服务节点发送所述处理请求,所述至少两个业务服务节点响应所述处理请求,通过所述业务总线向所述汽车诊断云平台系统发送所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务服务。
其中,所述业务服务节点相当于所述业务服务节点对应的业务中的某一个环节,比如输出业务服务,所述业务总线分别连接所述业务服务节点和所述汽车诊断云平台系统,从而向所述汽车诊断云平台传输所述业务服务。所述业务系统指的是提供给用户使用的系统,是对业务处理过程进行针对性支持的信息系统,能够为某项工作的完成提供有力的支撑,比如,所述业务系统包括汽车诊断系统、汽车配件销售与推荐系统、汽车保险系统、二手车残值评估系统、二手车金融系统等。其中,一个业务服务节点可以属于一个或者多个业务系统,一个业务系统可以包含多个业务服务节点,所述业务服务节点和所述业务系统是多对多的关系。
其中,所述业务总线支持至少两个业务通信协议,以支持所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述汽车云平台系统之间的通信。所述业务通信协议可以根据所述业务系统的类型、内容等来进行设定。所述业务服务节点与所述汽车云平台系统之间的通信链路可以基于一条业务通信协议来进行通信,也可以基于多条业务通信协议来进行通信。
其中,所述业务总线具体可以是业务服务总线(BSB),其可以是一根管道,用于连接各个业务服务节点,为了集成不同的业务系统和不同协议的服务。所述业务服务总线实现了消息的转化解释和路由,让不同的业务服务互联互通。
所述数据总线,用于连接至少两个数据服务节点,并从所述至少两个数据服务节点中获取至少两个汽车诊断相关数据,其中,所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据中存在属于不同数据源的数据。所述数据服务节点指的是一个数据处理过程环节,该数据处理过程环节可以用来处理不同的数据。所述数据总线分别连接所述数据服务节点和所述汽车诊断云平台系统,从而向所述汽车诊断云平台系统传输所述汽车诊断相关数据,其中,所述数据总线具体是与所述数据处理与数据平台层连接。所述汽车诊断相关数据指的是与汽车诊断相关的全部数据,比如,车辆的vin码等。所述数据源指的是所述汽车诊断相关数据的数据来源,比如其可以是某个数据库或者数据服务器,此外,数据源还可以根据汽车的品牌、车型等来确定,比如,属于同一品牌的汽车建立一个数据源,该数 据源包括该品牌汽车的与汽车诊断相关的全部数据。其中,所述数据服务节点和所述数据源可以是一一对应的关系,即每一所述数据源分别从其对应的数据服务节点向所述汽车诊断云平台系统传输所述汽车诊断相关数据;所述数据服务节点和所述数据源也可以是多对多的关系,即一个数据服务节点可以属于一个或者多个数据源,一个数据源可以包含多个数据服务节点。
其中,所述数据总线支持至少两个数据通信协议,以支持所述至少两个数据服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间的通信。所述数据通信协议可以根据所述数据源的类型、数据内容等来进行设定。所述数据服务节点与所述汽车云平台系统之间的通信链路可以基于一条数据通信协议来进行通信,也可以基于多条数据通信协议来进行通信。
其中,所述数据总线具体可以是数据服务总线(DSB),其可以是另一根管道,其用于连接各个数据服务节点,还用于集成不同的数据源。所述数据服务总线实现了数据的格式化和路由,能让不同的业务服务互联互通,可以将其理解为数据的适配器网关。
其中,上述业务总线和上述数据总线均是通过所述接口层与所述汽车诊断云平台系统建立连接关系的。
所述基础架构层用于构建所述汽车诊断云平台系统的基础运行环境,该基础运行环境包括所述汽车诊断云平台系统的软件运行环境和硬件运行环境。所述基础架构层是所述汽车诊断云平台系统实现的基本保障。
在一些实施例中,所述基础架构层的硬件运行环境包括一个或多个处理器以及存储器。处理器和存储器可以通过总线或者其他方式连接。存储器作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的业务实现方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器通过运行存储在存储器中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行汽车诊断云平台系统的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例的业务实现方法。存储器可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据汽车诊断云平台系统的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器可选包括相对于处理器远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至汽车诊断云平台系统。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
其中,所述硬件运行环境具体可以是服务器集群,所述服务器集群由多个服务器组成,所述服务器是提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
所述数据处理与数据平台层是基于所述基础架构层构建的,所述数据处理与数据平台层通过所述数据总线获取所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据,并用于对所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据进行处理及提供接入或存储服务。
在本实施例中,所述数据处理与数据平台层根据所述汽车诊断相关数据对汽车进行诊断,具体地,所述数据处理与数据平台层通过所述数据总线获取至少两个汽车诊断相关数据,并对所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据进行处理,以获取至少两个汽车的最优诊断路径;所述数据处理与数据平台层通过所述数据总线向诊断终端反馈所述至少两个汽车的最优诊断路径,以使所述诊断终端根据所述最优诊断路径分别进入所述至少两个汽车的车辆系统进行诊断。其中,由于所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据中存在属于不同数据源的数据,因此,在根据所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据对汽车进行诊断时,可以实现对不同品牌的多辆汽车同时进行汽车诊断,充分提高了资源利用率,提升了汽车的诊断效率。
其中,所述数据处理与数据平台层主要包括数据分析挖掘模块、数据清洗模块、行业数据归属模块以及数据访问接入服务模块。所述数据分析挖掘模块用于对采集的数据进行分析、挖掘,比如,每个品牌的汽车都有自己的通讯协议,当需要对汽车进行智能诊断时,所述汽车诊断云平台系统首先与汽车进行通信,通过数据总线获取汽车诊断相关数据,然后根据汽车诊断相关数据和车辆通讯协议,该汽车诊断云平台系统通过机器学习的方法(比如神经网络)进行学习计算,分析出与该汽车最匹配的通讯协议,从而为所述汽车诊断做准备。所述数据清洗模块用于对采集到的数据进行清洗,所述数据清洗包括数据净化、遗漏数据处理,噪声数据处理等,所述数据清洗的具体过程可以参考相关技术的记载。所述行业数据归属模块用于对采集相关行业数据以及对采集的行业数据进行归集对账服务。所述数据访问接入服务用于将访问数据的请求进行管理,其主要包括数据源管理(比如对存储了哪些类别的数据存放在哪个机器的哪个数据库进行管理)、数据连接池管理(比如对数据库的连接进行管理)、统一事务管理(比如对数据库集群中所需要处理的请求所进行的增删改查等操作进行管理)。
所述接口层是基于所述数据处理与数据平台层构建的,就技术层面上来讲,所述接口层用于为所述应用层提供开放接口服务,并且接收外部系统上传来的数据。就业务层面来讲,所述接口层通过接收到的数据,实现不同的业务接口供外部调用。其中,所述接口层通过所述业务总线实现与所述至少两个业务服务节点传输所述业务服务。所述业务服务包括汽车诊断、汽车配件的推荐与销售、汽车保险、汽车残值评估、汽车金融以及其他与汽车诊断相关的业务服务。
所述应用层与所述接口层通信连接,所述应用层用于实现所述汽车诊断云平台系统的前后端分离,并且还用于承载基于服务终端的第三方应用。其中,所述服务终端包括Web终端、APP终端、PDA终端等。其中,所述第三方应用 包括汽车诊断、汽车配件的推荐与销售、汽车保险、汽车残值评估以及汽车金融等。

同样请参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种汽车诊断云平台系统,所述系统与上述实施例一所提供的系统的主要区别在于,所述基础架构层包括基础设施层和基础平台层,所述基础设施层用于建构硬件设备以及基于所述硬件设备建立虚拟系统;所述基础平台层用于实现所述接口层与所述基础架构层之间的通信。
在本实施例中,所述基础平台层包括容器管理平台,所述容器管理平台包括至少两个容器,所述至少两个容器用于承载汽车诊断相关业务的处理资源,所述至少两个容器是基于所述汽车诊断云平台系统所要处理的各汽车诊断相关业务所需的处理资源分配的,所述各汽车诊断相关业务对应所述至少两个容器中的一个或多个容器。
其中,所述容器实质是进程,但其不同于宿主执行的进程,容器进程运行于属于自己的独立的命名空间,因此容器可以拥有自己的root文件系统、网络配置、进程空间以及用户ID空间。
其中,所述至少两个容器的容量可以是相同的也可以是不同的。
在本实施例中,容器管理平台为上层应用系统提供细粒度的服务运行资源,支持动态调度与弹性扩展。

- 一种汽车诊断云平台系统,其特征在于,所述汽车诊断云平台系统用于收集汽车诊断相关数据,并基于所述汽车诊断相关数据提供汽车诊断相关的服务,所述汽车诊断云平台系统包括:业务总线、数据总线、基础架构层、数据处理与数据平台层、接口层以及应用层;所述业务总线,用于连接至少两个业务服务节点,并在所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间传输业务服务,其中,所述至少两个业务服务节点中存在属于汽车诊断相关的不同类型的业务系统的业务服务节点,所述业务总线支持至少两个业务通信协议,以支持所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间的通信;所述数据总线,用于连接至少两个数据服务节点,并从所述至少两个数据服务节点中获取至少两个汽车诊断相关数据,其中,所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据中存在属于不同数据源的数据,所述数据总线支持至少两个数据通信协议,以支持所述至少两个数据服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间的通信;所述基础架构层,用于构建所述汽车诊断云平台系统的基础运行环境;所述数据处理与数据平台层是基于所述基础架构层构建的,所述数据处理与数据平台层通过所述数据总线获取所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据,并用于对所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据进行处理及提供接入或存储服务;所述接口层是基于所述数据处理与数据平台层构建的,所述接口层用于为所述应用层提供开放接口服务,其中,所述接口层通过所述业务总线实现与所述至少两个业务服务节点传输所述业务服务。
- 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述基础架构层包括基础设施层和基础平台层,所述基础设施层用于构建硬件设备,以及基于所述硬件设备建立虚拟系统;所述基础平台层用于实现所述接口层与所述基础架构层之间的通信。
- 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述基础平台层包括容器管理平台,所述容器管理平台包括至少两个容器,所述至少两个容器用于承载汽车诊断相关业务的处理资源,所述至少两个容器是基于所述汽车诊断云平台系统所要处理的各汽车诊断相关业务所需的处理资源分配的,所述各汽车诊断相关业务对应所述至少两个容器中的一个或多个容器。
- 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述基础平台层还包括消息队列和数据库集群,所述消息队列用于实现所述基础平台层中各模块之间的SOA通讯;所述数据库集群包括结构化数据库集群和非结构化数据库集群,其用于对数据进行分区存储和读写。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述应用层与所述接口层通信连接,所述应用层用于实现所述汽车诊断云平台系统的前后端分离,并且还用于承载基于服务终端的第三方应用。
- 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务终端包括Web终端、APP终端、PDA终端。
- 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三方应用包括汽车诊断、汽车配件的推荐与销售、汽车保险、汽车残值评估以及汽车金融。
- 一种汽车诊断云平台系统,其特征在于,所述汽车诊断云平台系统用于收集汽车诊断相关数据,并基于所述汽车诊断相关数据对汽车诊断相关业务进行处理,所述汽车诊断云平台系统包括:基础架构层、数据处理与数据平台层、接口层以及应用层;所述基础架构层用于构建所述系统的基础运行环境,所述基础架构层包括基础设施层和基础平台层;所述基础设施层用于建构硬件设备以及基于所述硬件设备建立虚拟系统;所述基础平台层用于实现所述接口层与所述基础架构层之间的通信;所述基础平台层包括容器管理平台,所述容器管理平台包括至少两个容器,所述至少两个容器用于承载汽车诊断相关业务的处理资源,所述至少两个容器是基于所述汽车诊断云平台系统所要处理的各汽车诊断相关业务所需的处理资源分配的,所述各汽车诊断相关业务对应所述至少两个容器中的一个或多个容器;所述接口层是基于所述数据处理与数据平台层构建的,所述接口层用于为所述应用层提供开放接口服务,所述接口层还用于实现与至少两个业务服务节点传输业务服务。
- 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:业务总线和数据总线,所述业务总线,用于连接至少两个业务服务节点,并在所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间传输业务服务,其中,所述至少两个业务服务节点中存在属于汽车诊断相关的不同类型的业务系统的业务服务节点,所述业务总线支持至少两个业务通信协议,以支持所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间的通信;所述数据总线,用于连接至少两个数据服务节点,并从所述至少两个数据服务节点中获取至少两个汽车诊断相关数据,其中,所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据中存在属于不同数据源的数据,所述数据总线支持至少两个数据通信协议,以支持所述至少两个数据服务节点与所述汽车诊断云平台系统之间的通信。
- 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理与数据平台层是基于所述基础架构层构建的,所述数据处理与数据平台层通过所述数据总线获取所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据,并用于对所述至少两个汽车诊断相关数据进行处理及提供接入或存储服务。
- 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述接口层用于通过所述业务总线实现与至少两个业务服务节点传输业务服务。
- 根据权利要求8至11中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述应用层与所述接口层通信连接,所述应用层用于实现所述汽车诊断云平台系统的前后端分离,并且还用于承载基于服务终端的第三方应用。
- 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务终端包括Web终端、APP终端、PDA终端。
- 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三方应用包括汽车诊断、汽车配件的推荐与销售、汽车保险、汽车残值评估以及汽车金融。
- 一种业务实现方法,其特征在于,所述方法由权利要求1至7中任一项所述的系统执行,所述方法包括:所述系统通过所述应用层接收用户针对汽车诊断相关业务的处理需求;所述系统通过所述业务总线获取所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务服务;所述系统通过所述数据总线获取与所述业务服务相关的数据;所述系统根据所述业务服务与所述数据,向所述用户提供针对所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务处理服务。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统通过所述业务总线获取所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务服务包括:所述系统通过所述业务总线连接至少两个业务服务节点;所述系统根据所述汽车诊断相关业务通过所述业务总线从所述至少两个业务服务节点中获取所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务服务;其中,所述至少两个业务服务节点中存在属于汽车诊断相关的不同类型的业务系统的业务服务节点,所述业务总线支持至少两个业务通信协议,以支持所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述系统之间的通信。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统通过所述数据总线获取与所述业务服务相关的数据包括:所述系统通过所述数据总线连接至少两个数据服务节点;所述系统根据所述业务服务通过所述数据总线从所述至少两个数据服务节点中获取与所述业务服务相关的数据;其中,所述数据总线支持至少两个数据通信协议,以支持所述至少两个数据服务节点与所述系统之间的通信。
- 根据权利要求15至17中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统根据所述业务服务与所述数据,向所述用户提供针对所述汽车诊断相关业务的 业务处理服务包括:所述系统根据所述业务服务与所述数据所需的处理资源,通过所述容器管理平台为所述汽车诊断相关业务分配至少一个容器;所述系统通过所述至少一个容器处理所述汽车诊断相关业务,以向所述用户提供针对所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务处理服务。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述汽车诊断相关业务包括汽车诊断、汽车配件的推荐与销售、汽车保险、汽车残值评估以及汽车金融。
- 一种业务实现方法,其特征在于,所述方法由权利要求8至14中任一项所述的系统执行,所述方法包括:所述系统通过所述应用层接收用户针对汽车诊断相关业务的处理需求;所述系统根据所述汽车诊断相关业务所需的处理资源,通过所述容器管理平台为所述汽车诊断相关业务分配至少一个容器;所述系统通过所述至少一个容器处理所述汽车诊断相关业务,以向所述用户提供针对所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务处理服务。
- 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统根据所述汽车诊断相关业务所需的处理资源,通过所述容器管理平台为所述汽车诊断相关业务分配至少一个容器包括:所述系统通过所述业务总线获取所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务服务;所述系统通过所述数据总线获取与所述业务服务相关的数据;所述系统根据所述业务服务与所述数据所需的处理资源,通过所述容器管理平台为所述汽车诊断相关业务分配至少一个容器。
- 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统通过所述业务总线获取所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务服务包括:所述系统通过所述业务总线连接至少两个业务服务节点;所述系统根据所述汽车诊断相关业务通过所述业务总线从所述至少两个业务服务节点中获取所述汽车诊断相关业务的业务服务;其中,所述至少两个业务服务节点中存在属于汽车诊断相关的不同类型的业务系统的业务服务节点,所述业务总线支持至少两个业务通信协议,以支持所述至少两个业务服务节点与所述系统之间的通信。
