所述的滑动机构22包括电动滑块221、滑动架222和滑动板223,电动滑块221安装在安装架21内部的凹槽内,电动滑块221上端通过推板与滑动板223连接,滑动板223位于安装架21上方,滑动板223下端对称安装有滑动架222,滑动架222通过滑动配合的方式与安装架21连接,具体工作时,电动滑块221通过滑动架222带动滑动板223左右运动。
所述的滑动架222的截面呈倒立的U型结构,滑动架222内部上端均匀安装有滚珠,安装架21上端面上均匀设置有与滚珠配合的滚动槽,具体工作时,滚珠可以有效地减少滑动架222与安装架21之间的摩擦。
所述的支撑架23下端与滑动机构22之间安装有加强板,加强板呈L型结构, 加强板通过螺钉分别与支撑架23和滑动机构22连接。
所述的固定架24下端左侧安装有横板241,横板241内侧面上均匀设置有喷水喷头242,喷水喷头242通过销轴安装在横板上,喷水喷头242与开孔钻头264相对应,当进行钻孔时,喷水喷头242可以对板材钻孔处进行喷水,可以避免高温导致钻头损坏的状况,又能够有效减少钻孔时粉尘的污染。
所述的升降机构25包括滑槽架251、升降气缸252、连接架253和伸缩弹簧254,所述的固定架24内侧左右对称的安装有滑槽架251,滑槽架251通过滑动配合的方式安装有连接架253,连接架253上端通过法兰与升降气缸252连接,升降气缸252安装在固定架24内侧顶部,连接架253上端与固定架24内侧顶部之间安装有伸缩弹簧254,具体工作时,升降气缸252通过连接架253带动开孔机构26上下运动,伸缩弹簧254起到防护的作用。
所述的开孔机构26包括传动箱261、驱动电机262、安装座263、开孔钻头264和锁紧支链265,驱动电机262的输出轴与传动箱261的输入端连接,传动箱261包括箱体2611、一号齿轮2612和二号齿轮2613,箱体2611内部为空心结构,箱体2611内部中部设有一号传动轴,箱体2611内部两侧设有二号传动轴,一号传动轴上端与传动箱261的输入端连接,一号传动轴、二号传动轴下端与传动箱261的三个输出端连接,一号传动轴安装一号齿轮2612,二号传动轴安装二号齿轮2613,一号齿轮2612与二号齿轮2613相啮合,传动箱261的三个输出端均安装有安装座263,安装座263内部通过卡接配合的方式安装有开孔钻头264,开孔钻头264侧面安装有锁紧支链265,具体工作时,驱动电机262通过传动箱261带动安装座263转动,安装座263带动开孔钻头264对板材进行钻孔,锁紧支链265可以有效的对钻孔的深度进行调节,避免钻孔深度不一。
所述的锁紧支链265包括连接板266、滑槽267、调节杆268、锁紧环269和限位套260,所述的固定架24右端安装有连接板266,连接板266外侧设置有刻度线,连接板266中部设置有滑槽267,滑槽267内部通过滑动配合的方式安装有调节杆268,调节杆268外侧通过螺纹配合的方式连接有锁紧环269,调节杆268内侧安装有限位套260,具体工作时,通过滑槽267对调节杆268的高度进行调节,调节杆268带动限位套260安装在开孔钻头264外侧,当开孔钻头264下降时,限位套260可以对开孔钻头264进行限位,进而保证每次钻孔深度相同。
所述的限位套260截面呈锥形结构,限位套260上端通过轴承安装有转动环2601,转动环上端均匀设置有钢珠2602。
所述的夹持装置3包括固定挡板31和移动挡板32,底板1上端一侧安装有 固定挡板31,底板1上端另一侧安装有移动挡板32。
所述的移动挡板32包括挡架321、移动板322、调节螺杆323、滑杆324和连接弹簧325,所述的挡架321固定在底板1上端,挡架321上通过螺纹座对称安装有调节螺杆323,调节螺杆323通过轴承与移动板322连接,移动板322下端通过滑动配合的方式与底板1连接,移动板322中部安装有滑杆324,滑杆324穿过挡架321,滑杆324上设置有连接弹簧325,连接弹簧325分别连接挡架321、移动板322,具体工作时,移动挡板32和固定挡板31配合使用可以对不同长度的板材进行夹持固定。
工作时的准备阶段:首先,对待钻孔的板材上进行划线定位,之后将待钻孔的幕墙板材放入底板1上的夹持装置3内部,通过调节螺杆323带动移动板322对幕墙板材进行夹持固定。
工作时的执行阶段:第一步:通过滑动机构22带动开孔机构26运动,开孔机构26位于开孔位置正上方;
第二步:同时启动升降机构25和开孔机构26,升降机构25内的升降气缸252通过连接架253带动开孔机构26向下运动,待开孔机构26刚与幕墙板材相接触,停止升降气缸252和开孔机构26工作;
第三步:调节锁紧支链265,通过滑槽267对调节杆268的高度进行调节,调节杆268带动限位套260安装在开孔钻头264外侧,当开孔钻头264下降时,限位套260可以对开孔钻头264进行限位,进而保证每次钻孔深度相同;
第四步:重复上述步骤一到二,同时打开喷水喷头242进行喷水,完成幕墙板材的连续性加工。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:包括底板(1),底板(1)上端安装开孔装置(2)和夹持装置(3),其中:
    所述的开孔装置(2)包括安装架(21)、滑动机构(22)、支撑架(23)、固定架(24)、升降机构(25)和开孔机构(26),所述的安装架(21)内部设置有凹槽,凹槽内部安装有滑动机构(22),滑动机构(22)上端安装有支撑架(23),支撑架(23)呈倒置的L型结构,支撑架(23)上端安装有固定架(24),固定架(24)上安装有升降机构(25),升降机构(25)下端安装有开孔机构(26);
    所述的开孔机构(26)包括传动箱(261)、驱动电机(262)、安装座(263)、开孔钻头(264)和锁紧支链(265),驱动电机(262)的输出轴与传动箱(261)的输入端连接,传动箱(261)包括箱体(2611)、一号齿轮(2612)和二号齿轮(2613),箱体(2611)内部为空心结构,箱体(2611)内部中部设有一号传动轴,箱体(2611)内部两侧设有二号传动轴,一号传动轴上端与传动箱(261)的输入端连接,一号传动轴、二号传动轴下端与传动箱(261)的三个输出端连接,一号传动轴安装一号齿轮(2612),二号传动轴安装二号齿轮(2613),一号齿轮(2612)与二号齿轮(2613)相啮合,传动箱(261)的三个输出端均安装有安装座(263),安装座(263)内部通过卡接配合的方式安装有开孔钻头(264),开孔钻头(264)侧面安装有锁紧支链(265);
    所述的夹持装置(3)包括固定挡板(31)和移动挡板(32),底板(1)上端一侧安装有固定挡板(31),底板(1)上端另一侧安装有移动挡板(32)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的升降机构(25)包括滑槽架(251)、升降气缸(252)、连接架(253)和伸缩弹簧(254),所述的固定架(24)内侧左右对称的安装有滑槽架(251),滑槽架(251)通过滑动配合的方式安装有连接架(253),连接架(253)上端通过法兰与升降气缸(252)连接,升降气缸(252)安装在固定架(24)内侧顶部,连接架(253)上端与固定架(24)内侧顶部之间安装有伸缩弹簧(254)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的移动挡板(32)包括挡架(321)、移动板(322)、调节螺杆(323)、滑杆(324)和连接弹簧(325),所述的挡架(321)固定在底板(1)上端,挡架(321)上通过螺纹座对称安装有调节螺杆(323),调节螺杆(323)通过轴承与移动板(322)连接,移动板(322)下端通过滑动配合的方式与底板(1)连接,移动板(322)中部安装有滑杆(324),滑杆(324)穿过挡架(321),滑杆(324)上设置有连接弹簧(325),连接弹簧(325)分别连接挡架(321)、移动板(322)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的锁紧支链(265)包括连接板(266)、滑槽(267)、调节杆(268)、锁紧环(269)和限位套(260),所述的固定架(24)右端安装有连接板(266),连接板(266)外侧设置有刻度线,连接板(266)中部设置有滑槽(267),滑槽(267)内部通过滑动配合的方式安装有调节杆(268),调节杆(268)外侧通过螺纹配合的方式连接有锁紧环(269),调节杆(268)内侧安装有限位套(260)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的限位套(260)截面呈锥形结构,限位套(260)上端通过轴承安装有转动环(2601),转动环上端均匀设置有钢珠(2602)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的滑动机构(22)包括电动滑块(221)、滑动架(222)和滑动板(223),电动滑块(221)安装在安装架(21)内部的凹槽内,电动滑块(221)上端通过推板与滑动板(223)连接,滑动板(223)位于安装架(21)上方,滑动板(223)下端对称安装有滑动架(222),滑动架(222)通过滑动配合的方式与安装架(21)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的滑动架(222)的截面呈倒立的U型结构,滑动架(222)内部上端均匀安装有滚珠,安装架(21)上端面上均匀设置有与滚珠配合的滚动槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的支撑架(23)下端与滑动机构(22)之间安装有加强板,加强板呈L型结构,加强板通过螺钉分别与支撑架(23)和滑动机构(22)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种背栓式干挂幕墙的专业开孔设备,其特征在于:所述的固定架(24)下端左侧安装有横板(241),横板(241)内侧面上均匀设置有喷水喷头(242),喷水喷头(242)通过销轴安装在横板上,喷水喷头(242)与开孔钻头(264)相对应。
