具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的具有报警功能的吸盘的实施例1,如图1至图11所示,该具有报警功能的吸盘包括吸盘本体1、顶盖7、行程开关4和报警 系统。
吸盘本体1的上方固定有筒形的外壳2,外壳2的内部滑动密封装配有活塞杆3。外壳2的轴向一端为开口、另一端具有壳底,活塞杆3包括杆体31,杆体31靠近壳底的一端固定有密封皮碗32,活塞杆3通过密封皮碗32与外壳2的内壁滑动密封配合。密封皮碗32与外壳2的底壁之间形成负压腔22,外壳2的底壁上开设有连通吸盘本体1的内腔与负压腔22的连通通道21,使负压腔22与吸盘本体1的内腔的气压保持一致。
活塞杆3还包括设置在杆体31上的杆帽33,杆帽33与杆体31一体成型且布置在杆体31远离外壳2的底壁一端,杆帽33与外壳2的内壁导向配合。杆帽33与杆体31之间具有环形间隙,外壳2的内壁上设置有沿其周向布置的环形挡台34,环形间隙内设置有顶压装配在环形挡台34与杆帽33之间的弹簧35,弹簧35形成顶压装配在活塞杆3与外壳2之间的弹性件;在其他实施例中,弹性件也可以为橡胶筒。在吸盘本体1漏气时,负压腔22以及吸盘本体1的内腔的气压增大,在弹簧35的弹力的作用下,活塞杆3会被推出外壳2;当吸盘本体1内的气体被抽出时,负压腔22与吸盘本体1的内腔的压力小于大气压力,弹簧35被压缩,活塞杆3收回至外壳2内。
行程开关4包括套设在杆帽33上的导电环41和顶压装配在杆帽33与外壳2之间的弹性触指42,弹性触指42共有两个且分别与报警系统的正负极连通。导电环41固定在杆帽33靠近挡台一端的端部,导电环41形成行程开关4的导电件。弹性触指42呈“几”字形,外壳2的内壁带上开设有条形的安装槽,弹性触指42布置在安装槽内,弹性触指42形成行程开关4的触发电极;在其他的实施例中,弹性触指42也可以为圆弧形或者“八”字形。弹性触指42具有弹性,在导电环41与弹性触指42接触时,弹性触指42可增大与导电环41之间的压力,保证电连接可靠。
报警系统包括控制模块和与控制模块信号连接的报警设备。控制模块包括无线发射端和与无线发射端配合的无线接收端,采用无线技术传输信号,结构集成,减少线路,便于车内安装。无线发射端包括布置在吸盘本体1的顶部的电路板5,电路板5为圆形,当然也可以为矩形等其他形状。
电路板5包括主板51和布置在主板51上的电池52、控制芯片53和与控制芯片53信号连接的天线54,两个弹性触指42均布置在电路板5上且分别与电池52的正负极导电连通。控制芯片53负责控制发射端各元器件的逻辑关系,电池52为无线发射端的各个元件提供电源,天线54用于发射信号。天线54为PCB天线54,天线54采用2.4G射频无线传输,工作频率为2.4-2.5GHz;当然,在其他实施例中天线54也可以为外置天线54。
当吸盘从安全状态漏气时,活塞杆3上的弹簧35推动活塞杆3弹出。活塞杆3的滑动行程中,当导电环41和弹性触指42接触时,无线发射端的电池52的正负极导电连通,无线发射端通电工作,控制芯片53驱动天线54向外发射漏气信号,此时活塞杆3位于导电位;当导电环41和弹性触指42分离时,无线发射端的电路断开,不发出漏气信号,此时活塞杆3位于断电位。
在使用时,无线接收端可布置在车内。无线接收端包括接收盒6,接收盒6上设置有复位键63和充电口64,复位键63用于关闭以及开启无线接收端,同时在报警后按压复位键63可实现报警复位。充电口64用于与外界电源来通,对无线接收端充电。
报警设备为声光设备,声光设备包括指示灯61以及蜂鸣器,接收盒6的盒体上与蜂鸣器对应的位置处开设有蜂鸣孔62。在接收盒6通过内置的天线检测到无线发射端发出的无线信号时,无线接收端向报警设备发出报警信息,指示灯61亮起,蜂鸣器发出报警声音,一旦无线接收端开始报警,就一直保持报警状态(即使发射端不发出信 号,接收端依然保持报警状态),直至人工按动接收端上的复位键63。
吸盘本体1的顶部设置有用于放置电路板5的放置腔11,放置腔11呈圆形,吸盘本体1上还通过螺钉固定有用于覆盖在放置腔11上的顶盖7,吸盘本体1上绕放置腔11一体成型有环形的凸起12,凸起12的横截面呈半圆形。电路板5上设置有外翻沿,外翻沿翻折在凸起12上,在顶盖7与吸盘本体1连接时,顶盖7通过电路板5的外翻沿挤压凸起12,增强了放置腔11的密封性,实现防水功能;在其他实施例中,也可以省略凸起12。
顶盖7上开设有成对布置的安装孔71,成对的安装孔71沿顶盖7的径向对称布置,安装孔71用于将吸盘安装在行李架上。安装孔71有多对,多对安装孔71绕顶盖7的中心线均匀分布,在本实施例中,安装孔71有四对,在其他实施例中,安装孔71也可以有两对、三对等,也可以仅有一对。根据车辆的车顶形式的不同,吸盘可以选择不同的安装孔71与行李架连接,增加了吸盘安装的角度。
上述的具有报警功能的吸盘在使用时,将吸盘固定在车顶上,当吸盘本体1的内腔出现漏气时,外壳2与密封皮碗32之间的负压腔22的压力减小,在弹簧35的弹力的作用下,活塞杆3弹出外壳2,杆帽33上的导电环41随活塞杆3移动,当导电环41与弹性触指42接触时,无线发射端的电池52的正负极导电连通,无线发射端通电,控制芯片53控制天线54向外发射漏气信号;无线接收端接收到天线54发射的信号时,指示灯61亮起,同时蜂鸣器发生蜂鸣声进行报警,直至人为按动无线接收端上的复位键63。
本发明的具有报警功能的吸盘的实施例2,如图12至图13所示,与实施例1的区别在于,触发电极包括布置在安装槽内的导电球44和顶压装配在导电球44与安装槽的槽底之间的压簧43,压簧43向外推动导电球44以增加触发电极与导电环41之间的接触力。
本发明的具有报警功能的吸盘的实施例3,与实施例1的区别在 于,行程开关为可径向活动的装配在外壳上的挤压块,挤压块上设置有导电连通的两个触点,活塞杆上布置有弧形环台,弧形环台随活塞杆移动时顶推挤压块以使挤压块径向活动,挤压块径向活动时其上的两个触点与电路板上的电极连通,活塞杆处于导电位,报警系统进行报警;弧形环台脱离挤压块时挤压块的触点与电路板上的电极断开,活塞杆处于断电位。
本发明的具有报警功能的吸盘的实施例4,与实施例1的区别在于,导电件也可以为径向嵌设在活塞杆内的导电杆,导电杆的轴向两端可分别与弹性触指接触以实现导电。
本发明的具有报警功能的吸盘的实施例5,与实施例1的区别在于,报警系统也可以为有线系统,有线系统包括电池和与电池通过线路连接的蜂鸣器,线路在弹性触指处形成断口。
本发明的具有报警功能的吸盘的其他实施例中,无线发射端与无线接收端也可以均设置蓝牙模块,无线发射端与无线接收端通过蓝牙模块传输信号;声光设备仅设置信号灯或者蜂鸣器中的一种以进行报警;报警设备也可以为语音设备,语音设备包括喇叭,喇叭内置有“吸盘漏气”等报警语句;报警设备也可以为震动设备,震动设备包括与无线接收端信号连接的震动器,通过震动器的震动引起操作人员的注意进行报警。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有报警功能的吸盘,包括吸盘本体和布置在吸盘本体上的顶盖,吸盘本体的上方布置有外壳,外壳内滑动密封装配有活塞杆,活塞杆靠近外壳底部的一端与外壳底壁之间形成负压腔,负压腔与吸盘本体的内腔连通,活塞杆与外壳之间顶压装配有弹性件,弹性件用于在吸盘本体漏气时将活塞杆推出外壳,其特征在于,所述吸盘还包括与活塞杆配合的行程开关和与行程开关电连接的报警系统,报警系统包括控制模块和与控制模块信号连接的报警设备,所述活塞杆在其行程中具有触发行程开关以导电连通报警系统使报警设备工作的导电位和离开行程开关以使报警系统断电的断电位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述行程开关包括触发电极和布置在活塞杆上的导电件,触发电极与报警系统的电极导电连通,活塞杆位于导电位时所述触发电极与所述导电件导电连通以触发行程开关,活塞杆位于断电位时所述触发电极与所述导电件断电以断开行程开关。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述导电件为套设在所述活塞杆上的导电环。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述外壳上设置有安装槽,所述触发电极为布置在安装槽内且弹性顶压在活塞杆与外壳之间的弹性电极。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述触发电极为呈“几”字形的弹性触指。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述触发电极包括导电球和顶压装配在导电球与安装槽的槽底之间的 压簧。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括与所述行程开关电连接的无线发射端和与所述无线发射端配合的无线接收端,所述无线发射端以及无线接收端上分别设置有天线或蓝牙模块,所述无线接收端与所述报警设备信号连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述无线接收端上还设置有复位键和充电口。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述报警设备包括声光设备、语音设备、震动设备中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的具有报警功能的吸盘,其特征在于,所述吸盘本体的顶部设置有用于放置所述报警系统的放置腔,所述顶盖布置在所述放置腔的外侧,吸盘本体上绕所述放置腔设置有供顶盖挤压的凸起。
