Description

GLASS BALCONY STRUCTURE
Technical Field
The invention relates to a glass balcony structure.
The invention relates in particular to the structure of movable collapsible glass panels, which are used in industrial areas and are preferred in terms of visuality, in the balconies of the houses, in the cafes, in the stores, in the workplaces.
Background of the Invention
There are advantages and disadvantages between glass balcony systems and PVC balcony coating systems.
Some users prefer the glass balcony system for reasons of visual preference, while some users prefer it in the direction of PVC glass coating because it has less leakage properties.
Due to the fact that aluminum glass panel balcony coating systems are movable and collapsible, due to the unresolved problems such as air water and sound from the frame profile and glass panel frame profile joints, the glass panel balcony coating systems designed from PVC products have not reached the sealing values provided by PVC, made it disadvantageous against glass panel coating products.
The disadvantage of the PVC glass coating system against the aluminum glass balcony system is that PVC's frame and wing elements are large-scale products, therefore, due to its wide structure during the folding of PVC panels and also compared to glass balcony systems made of aluminum profiles, it has a significant disadvantage due to its aesthetics. Although it has been designed for better protection of heat, which is the main logic of using double glass in double glazed balcony systems, the frame and carrier frame profile passes through the double glazed balcony systems because it is the same as the other double non-glass system component.
Following these problems, another disadvantage is that, in the existing system glass balconies, problems arise from the principle of operating the glass panel wheels in a single channel line within the frame profile, during the movement of the glass panels, the connection or distortion of the panel connecting wheels from the mounting channel.
Another disadvantage is that glass panels do not open from the top for ventilation as in PVC systems.
Another disadvantage is that the desired glass panel cannot be opened and closed at any point like fixed windows due to the operation of the glass panels with the right or left movement logic and the system components are not suitable.
In the existing glass balcony panels, in order to realize the back and forth movement of the glass panel, a glass panel is used in the bottom and top two, ten wheels and two wheels, and the rear wheel in total, four wheels.
The lower and upper two rear wheels on the glass panel act as the hinge of the glass panel, while the other upper and lower two wheels perform the movement and path guidance of the glass panel. The lower and upper front two wheels prevent the glass panels from opening and closing at any point like hinged windows due to the movement through the profile.
Another disadvantage is the leakage of air from the vertical joint frame profile due to the absence of espagnolette locks and provisions at the joints of the glass panels.
In the literature, in the utility model application with TR 201900392 publication number, “Invention; It is about the profile of the casing, which is used for the closure of balconies, terraces, fagades and gardens, which can be fully open when desired, and which can move with the wall on the floor and ceiling of the single glazed or double glazed closure systems, in which the wheels move, with a dropper and heat insulated dropper.” statements are given.
In the aforementioned application, the structure of heat insulated, lower and upper casing (rail) profiles for glass balcony systems is disclosed.
Again, in the literature, in the application of utility model TR 2018 13860, “The present invention is based on the balconies, terraces, cafes, etc. whose side and front surfaces are open. It is related to the fact that the profiles, which are developed to be used in glass systems with sliding wings used to cover the open surfaces of the facades, are made of PVC. " statements are given.
In the mentioned application, it is explained that the profiles that provide the assembly and movement of the glasses are made of PVC.
Due to the above-mentioned disadvantages, there was a need to introduce a new movable collapsible glass panel structure.
Disclosure of the Invention
Based on this position of the technique, the object of the invention is to provide a new movable collapsible glass panel structure that eliminates existing disadvantages.
Another object of the invention is to create a structure that provides comfort to the users by eliminating the disadvantages between aluminum glass coating and PVC glass coating and characterizing the properties of the two products in one system.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure in the existing system glass balconies that can operate without the need for panel front wheel and connection apparatus.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that provides the opportunity to open and close each glass panel as a hinged window at the desired point separately, to move back and forth and to open vertically for top ventilation. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that does not require glass panel upper wheel connection apparatus and guide apparatus in the existing system.
Another object of the invention is to provide both an aesthetic appearance to the glass panel system and a structure that allows the curtain apparatus to be installed on the carrier frame profile.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that enables the desired glass panel to be opened and closed as in fixed hinged windows and to gather the desired glass panel at the desired corner.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that provides solutions such as air rain water between the vertical frame profile of two glass panels, since the espagnolette lock mechanism adaptable to the glass panel vertical frame profiles are locked together and the sealing of the gasket wick places.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that can be adapted to oval and similar and area coatings due to the system components.
