所述任意一所述排粪口与所述饲养场外部连通且远离所述清扫机构,另一所述排粪口与所述饲养场内部的排粪通道连通,所述排粪通道连接净化装置,所述排粪通道的另一侧也设置有所述圈舍。所述净化装置为现有技术,在此不再赘述,连通外部的排粪口出的粪便比较干,可以直接进行干燥发酵作为肥料使用,而另一端因为需要水冲洗,且粪便残留少,含水量大,为了节约水资源可以进行净化重复利用。
所述漏粪板上四周设置有围栏,所述围栏上设置有笼门,所述矩形框的底部设置有卡槽,所述毛刷设置在所述卡槽内且顶部通过螺钉设置在所述矩形框上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过清理机构,对粪便进行清理,减轻饲养人员的工作负担,省时省力。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
参见图1-图10,一种带有清理机构的圈舍,包括设置有围墙的饲养场(1)和设置在 饲养场(1)内的若干个圈舍(2),圈舍(2)包括设置在饲养场(1)内部地面以下矩形凹坑(201),矩形凹坑(201)的中间位置设置有矩形隔柱(202),矩形隔柱(202)上方两侧设置有轨道板(203),矩形凹坑(201)的上方四周设置有挡板(204),挡板(204)的上方设置有漏粪板(205),挡板(204)的上端面高于所述轨道板(203)的上端面,两个轨道板(203)之间形成轨道且轨道两端均开通,还包括设置在轨道内的带有驱动机构的小车,小车的顶部设置有清扫机构,清扫机构设置在矩形凹坑(201)内,清扫机构的前方且位于矩形凹坑(201)内设置有刮粪板(5),矩形凹坑(201)的两端且位于矩形隔柱(202)的两侧设置有排粪口(6)。
清扫机构包括顶板(401),顶板(401)的下端面两侧均设置有矩形块(402),顶板(401)从两端往中间水平设置有梯形滑槽一(403)且两个梯形滑槽一(403)不连通,梯形滑槽一(403)的底部延伸至所述矩形块(402)上,梯形滑槽一(403)的下端面开通有矩形口(404),两个梯形滑槽一(403)内均设置有滑块组件,两个滑块组件的下端面均设置有穿过矩形口(404)的矩形框(405),矩形框(405)的下端面设置有毛刷(406),毛刷(406)与地面相接触;滑块组件可以在梯形滑槽一(403)内做直线运动,由于毛刷(406)可以变形,并且与地面相接触可以对地面进行清扫。
小车包括底板(301)和设置在底板(301)两侧的侧板(302),两个侧板(302)上设置有车轮(303),车轮(303)通过传动机构与带有减速器的电机连接,侧板(302)上部外侧设有外接板(304),外接板(304)搭在轨道板(203)上,顶板(401)位于外接板(304)的上方且通过螺栓连接设置在外接板(304)上,顶板(401)上设置有螺栓孔(416),顶板(401)中心位置转动连接有转轴(407),转轴(407)的顶端设置有曲柄(408),转轴(407)的底端与带有减速器的电机(409)连接,电机(409)设置在小车上,曲柄(408)上同心铰接有摇杆一(410)和摇杆二(411),摇杆一(410)与左侧的滑块组件铰接,曲柄(408)转动可以同时带动两侧的滑块组件进行运动,摇杆二(411)与右侧的滑块组件铰接。两侧的挡板(204)内壁上设置有限位滑槽(206),顶板(401)的两端均设置在限位滑槽(206)内;顶板(401)上位于毛刷(406)的前方设置有刮粪板(5)。
两个滑块组件包括梯形滑块一(701),梯形滑块一(701)设置在梯形滑槽一(403)内,梯形滑块一(701)上均设置有梯形滑槽二(702),梯形滑槽二(702)内设置有梯形滑块二(703),梯形滑槽二(702)的两端面上均通过螺纹连接设置有螺杆(704),螺杆(704)的一端位于梯形滑槽二(702)内且固定设置有梯形滑块三(705),另一端设置有把手,梯形滑块二(703)位于两个梯形滑块三(705)之间,矩形框(405)的左右两端与梯形滑槽 一的两端均具有间隔。在实际使用中,毛刷(406)时间长了两侧的毛会碰到墙壁,损害严重,为了减少更换的次数,通过转动螺杆(704),调节梯形滑块三(705)的位置进而改变毛刷(406)的移动行程,当毛刷(406)磨损严重时可以加大行程,也就是将两个梯形滑块三(705)的距离拉大就可以。
梯形滑槽一(403)的端面紧靠矩形隔柱(202)的侧面,梯形滑槽一(403)的开口端紧靠矩形凹坑(201)的内壁,毛刷(406)沿梯形滑槽一(403)移动与矩形凹坑(201)的内壁和矩形隔柱(202)的侧壁相接触。
挡板(204)和漏粪板(205)上且位于矩形凹坑(201)的端部设置与顶板(401)配合的缺口(207),挡板(204)上位于缺口(207)的内侧设置有固定杆(208),漏粪板(205)设置在固定杆(208)上。
顶板(401)上位于毛刷(406)的后方设置有刮粪板(5),毛刷(406)后方的刮粪板(5)的下部设置有若干个条形出口(502),且条形出口(502)的下端开通。
刮粪板(5)的底部往外倾斜,刮粪板(5)的上部设置有条形口(501)。
顶板(401)上设置有若干杆个喷嘴(412),喷嘴(412)通过水管(413)连接,
水管(413)与软管的一端连接,所述软管缠绕在卷管器上且另一端与水泵连接,所述水泵与水源连接。
所述任意一所述排粪口(6)与所述饲养场(1)外部连通且远离所述清扫机构,另一所述排粪口(6)与所述饲养场(1)内部的排粪通道(101)连通,所述排粪通道(101)连接净化装置,所述排粪通道(101)的另一侧也设置有所述圈舍(2)。
所述漏粪板(205)上四周设置有围栏(209),所述围栏(209)上设置有笼门,所述矩形框(405)的底部设置有卡槽(414),所述毛刷(406)设置在所述卡槽(414)内且顶部通过螺钉设置在所述矩形框(405)上,卡槽(414)上设置有螺钉孔(415)。
使用过程,小车沿着轨道运动,前方的刮粪板推着粪移动,电机启动,曲柄转动带动两个摇杆摆动,毛刷移动对地面进行清扫,根据情况控制喷嘴喷水,在此工况时可少量喷水,直到将粪排出饲养场外,小车返程,毛刷对地面再次清扫,这时可以采用较大的水量冲洗,以便将地面清理干净,水和残留的粪便会经条形出口和排粪口进入排粪通道。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有清理机构的圈舍,包括设置有围墙的饲养场(1)和设置在所述饲养场(1)内的若干个圈舍(2),其特征在于,所述圈舍(2)包括设置在所述饲养场(1)内部地面以下矩形凹坑(201),所述矩形凹坑(201)的中间位置设置有矩形隔柱(202),所述矩形隔柱(202)上方两侧设置有轨道板(203),所述矩形凹坑(201)的上方四周设置有挡板(204),所述挡板(204)的上方设置有漏粪板(205),所述挡板(204)的上端面高于所述轨道板(203)的上端面,两个所述轨道板(203)之间形成轨道且所述轨道两端均开通,还包括设置在所述轨道内的带有驱动机构的小车,所述小车的顶部设置有清扫机构,所述清扫机构设置在所述矩形凹坑(201)内,所述清扫机构的前方且位于所述矩形凹坑(201)内设置有刮粪板(5),所述矩形凹坑(201)的两端且位于所述矩形隔柱(202)的两侧设置有排粪口(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述清扫机构包括顶板(401),所述顶板(401)的下端面两侧均设置有矩形块(402),所述顶板(401)从两端往中间水平设置有梯形滑槽一(403)且两个所述梯形滑槽一(403)不连通,所述梯形滑槽一(403)的底部延伸至所述矩形块(402)上,所述梯形滑槽一(403)的下端面开通有矩形口(404),两个所述梯形滑槽一(403)内均设置有滑块组件,两个所述滑块组件的下端面均设置有穿过所述矩形口(404)的矩形框(405),所述矩形框(405)的下端面设置有毛刷(406),所述毛刷(406)与地面相接触;
    所述小车包括底板(301)和设置在所述底板(301)两侧的侧板(302),两个所述侧板(302)上设置有车轮(303),所述车轮(303)通过传动机构与带有减速器的电机连接,所述侧板(302)上部外侧设有外接板(304),所述外接板(304)搭在所述轨道板(203)上,所述顶板(401)位于所述外接板(304)的上方且通过螺栓连接设置在所述外接板(304)上;
    所述顶板(401)中心位置转动连接有转轴(407),所述转轴(407)的顶端设置有曲柄(408),所述转轴(407)的底端与带有减速器的电机(409)连接,所述电机(409)设置在所述小车上,所述曲柄(408)上同心铰接有摇杆一(410)和摇杆二(411),所述摇杆一(410)与左侧的所述滑块组件铰接,所述摇杆二(411)与右侧的所述滑块组件铰接;
    两侧的所述挡板(204)内壁上设置有限位滑槽(206),所述顶板(401)的两端均设置在所述限位滑槽(206)内;
    所述顶板(401)上位于所述毛刷(406)的前方设置有所述刮粪板(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,两个所述滑块组件包括 梯形滑块一(701),所述梯形滑块一(701)设置在所述梯形滑槽一(403)内,所述梯形滑块一(701)上均设置有梯形滑槽二(702),所述梯形滑槽二(702)内设置有梯形滑块二(703),所述梯形滑槽二(702)的两端面上均通过螺纹连接设置有螺杆(704),所述螺杆(704)的一端位于所述梯形滑槽二(702)内且固定设置有梯形滑块三(705),另一端设置有把手,所述梯形滑块二(703)位于两个所述梯形滑块三(705)之间,所述矩形框(405)的左右两端与所述梯形滑槽一的两端均具有间隔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述梯形滑槽一(403)的端面紧靠所述矩形隔柱(202)的侧面,所述梯形滑槽一(403)的开口端紧靠所述矩形凹坑(201)的内壁,所述毛刷(406)沿所述梯形滑槽一(403)移动与所述矩形凹坑(201)的内壁和所述矩形隔柱(202)的侧壁相接触。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述挡板(204)和所述漏粪板(205)上且位于所述矩形凹坑(201)的端部设置与所述顶板(401)配合的缺口(207),所述挡板(204)上位于所述缺口(207)的内侧设置有固定杆(208),所述漏粪板(205)设置在所述固定杆(208)上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述顶板(401)上位于所述毛刷(406)的后方设置有所述刮粪板(5),所述毛刷(406)后方的所述刮粪板(5)的下部设置有若干个条形出口(502),且所述条形出口(502)的下端开通。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述刮粪板(5)的底部往外倾斜,所述刮粪板(5)的上部设置有条形口(501)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述顶板(401)上设置有若干杆个喷嘴(412),所述喷嘴(412)通过水管(413)连接,所述水管(413)与软管的一端连接,所述软管缠绕在卷管器上且另一端与水泵连接,所述水泵与水源连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述任意一所述排粪口(6)与所述饲养场(1)外部连通且远离所述清扫机构,另一所述排粪口(6)与所述饲养场(1)内部的排粪通道(101)连通,所述排粪通道(101)连接净化装置,所述排粪通道(101)的另一侧也设置有所述圈舍(2)。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的带有清理机构的圈舍,其特征在于,所述漏粪板(205)上四周设置有围栏(209),所述围栏(209)上设置有笼门,所述矩形框(405)的底部设置有卡槽(414),所述毛刷(406)设置在所述卡槽(414)内且顶部通过螺钉设置在所述矩形框(405)上。
