发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种存储卡防盗式后视镜,其存储卡不易被盗。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种车辆,其采用了上述存储卡防盗式后视镜,因此其数据安全性较高。

实施例:
请参考图1和图2,本实施例提供了一种存储卡防盗式后视镜100,其主要配置成安装在车辆内部以便于观察车辆周围的状况。上述后视镜100主要包括壳体(包括前壳框体113和后壳123)、电路板117及存储卡129。其中,电路板117设置在壳体中,电路板117上部设置有配置成安装存储卡的插槽1171,壳体的上部设置有插孔1232;存储卡能够通过上部的插孔1232插入到插槽1171中。另外,在插孔1232上设置有卡盖128,卡盖128能够防止存储卡129被任意抽出。
具体地,请继续参考图1-图4,整个后视镜100大致包括相互连接的前壳组件110和后壳组件120。前壳组件110从前往后包括按键111、前灯罩112、前壳框体113、TP按键114、玻璃面板115、电路板支架116和电路板117。其中,前壳框体113大致为长方形框状结构,前灯罩112和按键111连接在前壳框体113的前侧下部;玻璃面板115安装在前壳框体113内,其边缘的前表面与前壳框体113的前部挡边抵接。显示屏118的前表面与玻璃面板115的后表面粘接,显示屏118的显示区域刚好能够透过玻璃面板115。电路板支架116设置在显示屏118的后侧,并将显示屏托住,电路板117通过螺钉121连接在支架的后侧。电路板117的边缘设置有卡扣,电路板117通过卡扣与前壳框体113卡接。电路板117与前壳框体113连接固定的同时,将玻璃面板115、显示屏与电路板支架116固定在前壳框体113中。TP按键114设置在玻璃面板115上,通过TP按键114能够对显示屏进行操作。
电路板117的上部设置有插槽1171,存储卡129插接在插槽1171中后,存储卡能对电路板117传输过来的信号进行存储。由于电路板117和存储卡129可以直接购买,因此不再对其进行详细描述。
后壳组件120包括后壳123、摄像头支架124、摄像头1241和后视镜支架126,摄像头支架124设置在后壳123内,摄像头1241安装在后壳123的下部并与摄像头支架124连接, 后视镜支架126设置在后壳123的后部,配置成将整个后壳组件120与车辆连接。
后壳123为罩体结构,其内部包括容置空腔;前部设置有敞口,敞口配置成与前壳框体113配合。后壳组件120与前壳组件110装配后,电路板117位于后壳123的空腔中。容置空腔内设置有莲花瓣状的连接件122,连接件122包括连接盘1221和球铰部1222,球铰部1222设置在连接盘1221的后侧。连接盘1221上设置有多个通孔,对应地,后壳123内部设置有多个螺柱。螺钉121穿过连接盘1221后将连接盘1221固定在后壳123上。
上部的螺钉121与连接盘1221之间还固定连接有托架125,托架125配置成通过紧固件127安装后壳123外部的卡盖128。托架125位于后壳123内部,其包括垂直连接的安装板1254和连接板1252安装板上还设置有安装孔,紧固件127穿过卡盖后与上述安装孔连接,从而将卡盖128固定;连接板1252上设置有通孔,螺钉穿过连接板1252上的通孔后将托架125及连接盘1221固定在后壳上的螺柱上。
下部的螺钉121与连接盘1221之间固定连接有摄像头1241连接架,其配置成安装固定摄像头1241。后壳123的下部设置有通孔,摄像头1241的安装部穿过通孔与摄像头1241连接架固定连接;摄像头1241的镜头位于后壳123外部。为了扩大拍摄面积,摄像头1241采用了鱼眼摄像头1241。
后视镜支架126为杆状,其一端穿过后壳123后部后与后壳123内部的连接件122的球铰部铰接,另一端与车辆连接固定。
请参考图5-图8,后壳123的上部设置有条形的插孔1232,插孔1232的位置与电路板117上的插槽1171的位置对应;存储卡129穿过插孔1232后插接在电路板117上部的插槽1171中。插孔1232的长边处还设置有缺口1234,从而便于将存储卡从插孔1232中抽出。为了防止存储卡129被任意抽出,插孔1232上设置有卡盖128;并且,卡盖128通过紧固件127与后壳123紧固连接。
本实施例中,为了便于安装卡盖128,后壳123的上部还设置有凹部1231;凹部1231为圆形槽结构,圆形槽的底部设置有通孔;插孔1232开设在圆形槽的槽底靠近通孔的位置。对应地,卡盖128为圆形薄板结构,其中部设置有通孔,其位置与圆形槽底部的通孔对应,紧固件127能够依次穿过卡盖128和凹部1231上的通孔,并最终与后壳123内部的托架125安装板1254的安装孔连接。紧固件127能够防止卡盖128被任意打开,进而防止存储卡被盗。本实施例紧固件127采用了非标准的锥形螺钉;对应地,安装板1254上的安装孔为螺纹孔。在其它实施例中,紧固件127不限制为螺钉,也可以为其它能够紧固的结构,例如可以是卡接结构或标准螺钉。
上述紧固件127包括锥形头1271,锥形头1271的端部上设置有多边形的凹槽1272,凹槽1272的槽底设置有凸部1273。本实施例中,凸部1273为设置在槽底的圆柱杆状结构。 当需要拆卸紧固件127时,需要用专用扳手200(图9)。该专用扳手200为L型,其头部为多边形,头部的端面上设置有圆形盲孔。使用时,扳手200的头部插接到凹槽1272中,凹槽1272底部的凸部1273插接在盲孔中。在其它实施例中,锥形头1271上的凸部1273可以是棱柱结构。
为了避免螺钉121头部露出卡盖128的表面,卡盖128和后壳123上部对应位置均设置有锥形孔。螺钉121穿过卡盖128和后壳123上的锥形孔后与内部的托架125螺纹连接,此时,螺钉121的锥形头1271沉入到锥形孔中。
为了便于卡盖128的定位和安装,在卡盖128的下表面设置有多个卡接部1282,对应地,壳体上凹部1231的底部设置有多个卡孔1233。当卡盖128安装到凹部1231中时,卡接部1282插接在卡孔1233中。为了使得后视镜100的外形更加美观,卡盖128的厚度与凹部1231的深度相等;当卡盖128安装到凹部1231中后,卡盖128的上表面与后壳123的上表面齐平。另外,在卡盖128上还贴有比卡盖128面积略大,颜色和后壳123颜色一致的贴纸1283。
本实施例提供的存储卡129防盗式后视镜100的防盗原理如下:
由于后壳123上的插孔1232被卡盖128覆盖,当需要抽出存储卡129时,需要先将卡盖128拆下;而卡盖128的拆卸需要专用扳手200;因此,上述后视镜100的存储卡129能够防止被人任意抽出,在一定程度上起到防盗的作用。
需要说明的是,紧固件127与壳体的连接固定并不一定需要托架125,也可也直接在壳体上设置螺纹孔,紧固件127穿过卡盖128上通孔后与螺纹孔连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于,包括壳体、电路板、紧固件及卡盖;所述电路板设置在所述壳体中,所述电路板包括插槽,所述壳体上设置有插孔;所述存储卡能够通过所述插孔插入到所述插槽中;
    所述卡盖与所述壳体通过所述紧固件连接;所述插孔至少部分能够被所述卡盖遮挡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于:
    所述紧固件包括相互连接的螺钉头和螺杆,所述螺钉头上设置有多边形的凹槽,所述凹槽的槽底设置有凸部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于:
    所述凸部为圆柱结构,所述凸部设置在所述凹槽槽底的中部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于:
    还包括托架,所述托架设置在所述壳体中,并与所述壳体连接;所述卡盖通过所述紧固件与所述托架连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于:
    所述托架包括呈夹角设置并相互连接的连接板和安装板,所述连接板上设置有通孔;所述安装板上设置有安装孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于:
    所述壳体上设置有凹部,所述插孔设置在所述凹部的底部;所述卡盖安装在所述凹部中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于:
    所述凹部底部设置有卡孔,所述卡盖的底部设置卡接部;所述卡接部卡接在所述卡孔中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于,所述卡盖的上表面与所述壳体的外表面齐平。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜,其特征在于:所述卡盖的中部设置有锥形孔;所述紧固件穿过所述锥形孔。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的存储卡防盗式后视镜。
