在封盖2中配置有第一气流通道其连接外部与水箱1,第一气流通道内配置有第一风机,通过第一风机将水箱内水雾送出喷雾口。在本案的一实施例中,封盖2与第一气流通道做如下设置:封盖2包括依序组装的底盖20、中盖21以及面盖22,所述底盖20侧壁设有所述第一气流通道进风口200,所 述中盖21盖面设有接续所述进风口200气流的第一气孔部210,所述中盖21与所述底盖20之间设有用于安装第一风机5的槽腔50,所述槽腔50的进风端接续所述第一气孔部210,所述槽腔50的出风端与设置于所述底盖20盖面的排风口201连通。
进一步,底盖20、中盖21之间设有导流板213,以使所述第一气流通道中接续在进风口之后的部分环绕喷雾口3延伸。参阅附图,导流板213其中一部分设置在进风口200一侧,另一部分则环绕在喷雾口3外围,如此设置使得空气经由进风口进入之后沿着导流板213环绕行进,可以加大封盖2中空气的流通面积,有散热效果,根据此设计可以将主控组件安装在底盖20、中盖21之间,仅将按键外露于面盖22即可。
一些实施例中,第一气孔部210的气孔高出所述中盖21盖面;又一实施例中,进风口200至所述第一气孔部210之间的第一气流通道部分中设有防倒流部211,所述防倒流部211纵向设置于所述底盖20、中盖21之间,所述防倒流部211部底端一定高度以上(如离底盖20盖面3mm以上)才设置气孔以供空气流通。具体的,防倒流部211包括板体、嵌套槽212,所述嵌套槽212凸出于底盖20表面,所述板体嵌套固定于所述嵌套槽212中,所述气孔设置于所述板体上。气流的流通路径为经由进风口200进入之后,于底盖20、中盖21之间环绕喷雾口3前行至防倒流部211,经由防倒流部211的气孔输送至第一气孔部210,而后由第一风机5送至排风口201进入水箱内,将水箱内所产生的水雾送出喷雾口3。
前述两种实施方式的有益效果在于可以防止少量水从进风口200倒流出(水量过多则失去效力)。意外情况下加湿器受到碰撞,水箱1内的水有一定几率会经由排风口201、槽腔50流动至第一气孔部210,第一气孔部210的 气孔高度高出于中盖21盖面,水量较少的话无法漫过气孔,从而保留在中盖21与面盖22之间,后期可以通过将面盖22揭开清理,或是由其自然蒸发。如倒流出的水稍多,漫过第一气孔部210往下流至中盖21盖面,排风口201被槽腔50所围挡,水会流向防倒流部211,由于防倒流部211底端没有设置气孔,同样可以截留一定量的水,水量过多则可能从气孔处流出。为加强截留效果,可如附图所示,设置的防倒流部211为两个,形成两个截留区。
一些实施例中,封盖2包括相互组装的上盖23、下盖24,所述第一气流通道进风口200设置于所述上盖23,所述第一气流通道排风口201设置于所述下盖24,所述进风口200与所述排风口201之间设有隔离腔240,所述第一风机5安装于所述隔离腔240内。主控组件、电机等安装在上盖23、下盖24之间且处于隔离腔240之外的区域241,在该区域241设置散热通道,散热通道包括设置在封盖2上的进风窗242、排风窗244,进风窗242、排风窗244两者均连通所述区域241与外界,在排风窗244处配置第二风机243。启动第二风机243,将外界的空气经由进风窗242吸入上盖23、下盖24之间的区域241,将主控组件等所产生的热量经由排风窗244带出。
雾化组件4包括基座、雾化片42,基座包括相互组装的座体40、底壳41,内部形成有安装空间,所述雾化片42安装于所述基座中,所述基座顶部设有与所述雾化片42对应的通口43;所述浮体结构包括漂浮部45、配重部44,所述漂浮部45安装于所述基座顶部,所述漂浮部45设有与所述通口43对应的腔体6,水经由腔体6、通口43流入,水雾经由通口43、腔体6喷出,所述配重部44设置于基座内。
漂浮部45产生适当的浮力,而配重部44与漂浮部45配合将雾化组件4保持在距离液面合适的深度位置,如保持雾化片42距离液面0.1-1厘米的深 度,既能满足水持续进入完成雾化工作,又能避免过大的深度所产生的压力影响雾化片42。浮体结构中漂浮部45、配重部44的相应参数设置在现有技术范围内可以计算得出,本案不做具体数据举例。在水量下降到一定程度后,为避免雾化片42干烧,可以设置相应的监测装置,如水深传感器等等,发送相应的报警信号至主控装置,适时停止运行。
所述喷雾口3配置有驱动机构,以控制其转动。驱动机构包括电机6、传动齿轮部,所述电机6的输出端经由所述传动齿轮部与所述喷雾口3联动。具体的,传动齿轮部包括相互啮合主动轮60、从动轮,主动轮60安装在电机6的输出端,从动轮固定环设在喷雾口3外围,启动电机6后,通过传动齿轮部的传动作用,达到喷雾口3旋转的目的,可以调整喷雾方向。
喷雾口3的构成包括设置在底盖20的通孔,套设在中盖21导流板213内的筒身30,以及从面盖22穿入的偏向喷头,筒身30下端与通孔对接,筒身30上端与偏向喷头对接,筒身30外围设置前述的从动轮,电机6启动之后由从动轮驱使筒身30以及偏向喷头旋转。
综上,将漂浮式的雾化组件4置入水箱1内,避免了输水管路的设计,雾化组件4的导线通过插拔式接头与安装在封盖2的主控组件电性连接,适时可以将两者拆分,便于对雾化组件4进行清洁维护、更换;封盖2内设置合适的气流通道,辅助实现水雾的喷洒以及主控组件的散热。

Claims (10)

  1. 加湿器,具有:
    配置有封盖的水箱,以容纳待雾化的水;
    雾化组件,配置于所述水箱中以将水雾化;
    喷雾口,与所述水箱连通,设置于所述封盖以将所述雾化组件产生的水雾散播至空中;
    主控组件,控制所述加湿器运行;
    其特征在于:所述主控组件安装于所述封盖中,所述主控组件与所述雾化组件采用可拆装式构件实现电性连接,所述雾化组件配置有浮体结构以使其漂浮于距液面一定深度的位置;
    所述封盖内设有第一气流通道,所述第一气流通道连通所述水箱与外界,所述第一气流通道内配置有第一风机,以辅助水箱内水雾的输出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括基座、雾化片,所述雾化片安装于所述基座中,所述基座顶部设有与所述雾化片对应的通口;所述浮体结构包括漂浮部、配重部,所述漂浮部安装于所述基座顶部,所述漂浮部设有与所述通口对应的腔体,所述配重部设置于基座内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述喷雾口配置有驱动机构以控制其旋转,所述驱动机构包括电机、传动齿轮部,所述电机的输出端经由所述传动齿轮部与所述喷雾口联动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述封盖包括依序组装的底盖、中盖以及面盖,所述底盖侧壁设有所述第一气流通道进风口,所述中盖盖面设有接续所述进风口气流的第一气孔部,所述中盖与所述底盖之间设 有用于安装所述第一风机的槽腔,所述槽腔的进风端接续所述第一气孔部,所述槽腔的出风端与设置于所述底盖盖面的第一气流通道排风口连通。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述底盖、中盖之间设有导流板,以使第一气流通道中接续其进风口的部分环绕所述喷雾口延伸。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述第一气孔部的气孔高出所述中盖盖面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述进风口至所述第一气孔部之间的第一气流通道部分中设有防倒流部,所述防倒流部纵向设置于所述底盖、中盖之间,所述防倒流部底端一定高度以上才设置气孔以供空气流通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述防倒流部包括板体、嵌套槽,所述嵌套槽凸出于底盖表面,所述板体嵌套固定于所述嵌套槽中,所述气孔设置于所述板体上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述封盖包括相互组装的上盖、下盖,所述第一气流通道进风口设置于所述上盖,所述第一气流通道排风口设置于所述下盖,所述进风口与所述排风口之间设有隔离腔,所述第一风机安装于所述隔离腔内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的加湿器,其特征在于:于所述上盖、下盖之间所述隔离腔之外的区域内安装所述主控组件,所述封盖上设有连通所述区域与外界的进风窗、排风窗,所述排风窗配置有第二风机。
