The shutter clip apparatus (10) mentioned ensured that the shutter (20) or blind system on which it is mounted has longer life and a convenient structure. The shutter clip apparatus (10) mentioned ensures that the shutter (20) or blind system is installed in demounted form, motor, roller, reducer mechanism is engaged and operated.

SHUTTER SYSTEM MECHANISM CLIP APPARATUS
Technical Field
The invention is related to a shutter clip apparatus developed in order to be used in shutter, blind and automation systems.
In particular, the invention is related to a shutter clip apparatus that has a longer life and convenient structure, which ensures demounted installation of the system, retaining and operating the motor, roller and reducer mechanism.
Current Status of the Art
Shutter and blind systems used at workplaces on doors, windows and garage entrances are divided into various forms. Blind and shutter systems used for the purposes of closing the doors and windows, which are weak in terms of security, and increasing the security also provide an aesthetical appearance. Shutter and blind systems that were controlled manually at earlier times, have become automatically openable and closable by means of added motors after being modernized with the development of technology.
Shutter is a material which prevents sun and wind, used for mitigating the light, made of narrow and horizontal wood, plastic or metal that could be opened and closed, and attached to the window. Today it is also used for preventing the theft problems that have been frequently used today. In previous times, shutters were installed in front of the windows in order to protect the windows of houses against external weather conditions and providing insulation against extreme cold and sun lights. Whereas the first shutter systems were a second window system comprising wood frames opening outwardly to left and right as opposed to today’s systems, today classical shutters with rope and motor driven shutters are being used. By means of a mechanism added to the shutter system, protection is provided against sun lights by collecting upwards or opening towards the front, and against cold weather conditions by lowering. Shutter systems have become products that everyone prefers due to their aesthetical appearance and easiness of use. While it saves by preventing heat loss during winter time, it prevents sun during summer, creating a cool and fresh air to the environment. Besides, the shutter systems also help the windows be protected against rain, mud and external effects. Shutter systems could be made of aluminum profiles with full or empty inside. Automatic shutter systems comprise lamellas put into order, that have self-canals on which these fit. Canals that retain the interlocking lamellas are designed so as to provide a mobility of around 160 degrees. The reason for this is to wind the lamellas, which move together with the motor power during shutter opening or closure processes, to the winding chassis connected to the tube motor and to ensure no gap is left meanwhile to the extent possible. In that way, the lamellas are wound one on another without causing any damage while the shutter is being opened or closed. At the end of this process, the wound lamellas are both not scratched and they also faultlessly move on the movement slides. The tube motors that perform the process of automatically winding the shutters should have correctly selected power according to the size of the shutter used.
Today the studies related to blind and shutters systems mainly focus on increasing their securities. Today there is no method or apparatus that will provide advantage for both the producer and the consumer for replacing the manual shutter and blind systems with motor driven shutter or blind systems. At the stage of replace the old system shutters or blinds with the new system, all structure is detached and the new system is mounted in its place. While this process increases the mounting period, it also increases the costs for the consumer. As a conclusion, the existence of shutter system mechanism clip apparatus that removes the disadvantages that exist in the current technique and the insufficiency of the existing solutions have made is necessary to make a development in the technical field.
Brief description of the invention
The current invention relates to a shutter clip apparatus that is developed to be used in shutter, blind and automation systems, meeting the requirements mentioned above, abolishing all disadvantages and bringing certain additional advantages. Based on the state of art of the technique, the purpose of the invention is to ensure installation in demounted form of shutter or blind automation system thanks to the shutter clip apparatus developed.
The objective of the invention is to ensure that the shutter or blind system installed thanks to the shutter clip apparatus has a longer life and a convenient structure.
Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that roller bearing and motor clip connection places are created in the shutter or blind system thanks to the structure of the shutter clip apparatus.
Another objective of the invention is to ensure by means of using the shutter clip apparatus that the shutter or blind system is installed in a practical manner.
Another objective of the invention is to ensure the engagement and operation of motor, roller, reducer mechanisms thanks to the addition of shutter clip apparatus to shutter or blind system.
The structural and characteristics specifications of the invention as well as all of its advantages shall be more clearly understood by means of the detailed explanation made in reference to these figures; for that reason, the evaluation should be made taking these figures as well as detailed explanations into account.

Detailed Description of the Invention:
In this detailed description the shutter clip apparatus (10 developed in order to be used in shutter (20), blind and automation systems that are the subject of invention is given so as not to create any restrictive effect and as an example for better understanding the subject.
The shutter clip apparatus (10) mentioned ensured that the shutter (20) or blind system on which it is mounted has longer life and a convenient structure. The shutter clip apparatus (10) mentioned ensures that the shutter (20) or blind system is installed in demounted form, motor, roller, reducer mechanism is engaged and operated. The shutter clip apparatus (10) in question comprises basically a uniform main body (1 1 ) having mounting holes (12) and canal (13) thereon, preferably made of galvanized sheet. The mounting holes (12) in question ensures that motor adapter is contacted on the shutter clip apparatus (10). The mounting holes (12) in question are created in different combinations for making the connection of different motors. The shutter clip apparatus (10) in question is used as two units shown as right in figure 1 and left in figure 2 in the shutter and blind system. The canal (13) located on the shutter clip apparatus (10) mentioned passed on the strut (30) and ensures that the motor\ roller and reducer mechanism contacted to mounting holes (12) are kept. By means of the shutter clip apparatus (10) mentioned, the mechanism moving/ controlling the shutter (20) is mounted on the main body (1 1 ). After that, the shutter clip apparatus (10) that bears the mechanism could be contacted to the wall with screws. By means of the shutter clips apparatus (10( in question, processes that require amendment on the side are not performed and the wall is not damaged when the shutter (20) system is being removed.

Claims

1. A shutter slips apparatus (10) developed in order to be used in shutter (20), blind and automation systems, characterized in that it includes a canal (13) that is passed on the strut (30) and ensures retaining of motor, roller and reducer mechanism contacted to mounting holes (12).
2. A shutter clip apparatus (10) in accordance with Claim 1 , characterized in that it involves a uniform structure main body (1 1 ) with mounting holes (12) and canal (13) mounted thereon.
3. Shutter clip apparatus (10) in accordance with Claim 1 characterized in that the main body (1 1 ) is preferably made of galvanized sheet.
4. Shutter clip apparatus (10)in accordance with Claim 1 , characterized in that it includes mounting holes (12) that enable contacting the motor adaptor on the shutter clip apparatus (10).
