在进一步的实施例中,所述支撑架远离所述动力辅助架的一侧设有集料架,能够让设备整体工作更为完善,工作人员只需要负责前端的操作和后端的收集,同时也避免了人力消耗和工作落地产生损伤。
有益效果
有效的保证了设备能够实现良好的工作调节和范围适应,在整个工作过程中设备能够很好进行调节,从而来适应不同的尺寸板以及不同的工作需求,利用多个结构的递进配合,实现支撑板缓慢推进移动,自动化贴密封条,能够大大减少人工参与的空间,同时减少人工的消耗降低人孔成本增加工作效率,从而使设备更具备实用性。

在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本发明更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,本发明可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本发明发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备。
实施例一:
如图1-4所示,根据本发明实施例的尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,包括支撑座1,所述支撑座1的顶端设有传动带2,所述传动带2的一侧设有与其相配合的动力辅助架3,所述动力辅助架3的内部设有与所述传动带2相配合的主动电机轮4,所述传动带2顶端的中间位置设有与其相配合的限位传动架5,所述传动带2的两侧分别均设有与其相配合的传动固定架6,两两所述传动固定架6顶部的一侧均设有调节档位板7,所述调节档位板7的顶端设有若干均匀分布的调节固定销8,所述调节固定销8的内部设有固定孔9,其中之一所述调节固定销8外套设有档位套10,所述档位套10的一侧设有与其相配合的档位板11,所述支撑座1的上方设有定位滚动架12,所述定位滚动架12的两侧分别均设有与其相配合的支撑架13,所述支撑架13的底部设有与其相配合的调节伸缩装置14,所述定位滚动架12的内部设有与其相配合的滚动轮15,所述滚动轮15的两端分别均设有与所述支撑架13相配合的支撑轴16,所述定位滚动架12的一侧设有贴密封条机17,所述贴密封条机17远离所述定位滚动架12的一侧设有密封条加固装置18。
下面具体说一下通过支撑座1、传动固定架6、动力辅助架3、限位传动架5、固定孔9、档位板11、支撑架13、支撑轴16、加固轮22和滚动轮15的具体设置和作用。
如图1所示,设备使用时,档位板11与档位套10为一体结构,将档位套10套入调节档位板7上的调节固定销8上,这样档位板11可以以调节固定销8为轴心进行旋转,通过旋转调节角度并起到隔板作用,能够使在传动带2上推动传送的尺寸板,在有意调节下,隔绝和改变移动轨迹移动到限位传动架5处,有效减少人为调整的工作,并由限位传动架5两侧的辅助推动链条29辅助尺寸板可以良好的定位并进行缓慢前行保持能够良好贴密封条的间隙,辅助推动链条29由动力辅助架3内部的动力源驱动,与传动带2动力源相匹配能够实现转速度的统一,使得尺寸板整体推动不会产生速度差,尺寸板在传动带2的推动下,到达支撑架13处,因为支撑架13内部设有同等转速的滚动轮15尺寸板会被再次压动然后缓慢前进移动,避免在移动过程中出现高度不一的情况,在此期间,通过调节伸缩装置14对支撑架13底端的调节,通过调节支撑架13的高度来实现滚动轮15对尺寸板的压合力以及间隙,这样同样可以变相控制推进速度,之后在贴密封条机17对尺寸板贴上密封条后,继续前进,密封条加固装置18中的加固轮22会首先触碰并压实已经经过前面工序的尺寸板的一端,然后缓慢挤压出空气使得密封条与尺寸板更加贴合加固,同时根据密封条或者尺寸板厚度的不同,为了能够保持足够的压力并不破坏工序的情况下,在加固过程中,加固轮22压合时,如果超出接受的厚度,那么会在调节弹簧25和加固轴23的作用下,加固轮22可以进行小幅度的弹性上升或者下降,保证足够压合力的情况下实现压合,这样设备在这个运行过程中有更大的调节力和容错率,最后完成所有工序后在传动带2的传送下进入集料架39待收取。
实施例二:
如图1-4所示,所述密封条加固装置18包括支撑配合架19,所述支撑配合架19的顶端设有加固滚轮架20,所述加固滚轮架20的两侧分别均设有条形槽21,所述加固滚轮架20的内部设有加固轮22,所述加固轮22的两侧分别均设有与所述支撑配合架19和所述条形槽21相配合的加固轴23,所述加固轴23的顶端设有与其相配合的调节保护垫24,所述调节保护垫24的顶端设有与所述加固滚轮架20相配合的调节弹簧25,所述加固滚轮架20的顶端设有若干与所述调节保护垫24相配合的调节限位杆26,从上述的设计不难看出,加固滚轮架20在支撑加固轮22的同时给予旋转的动力,支撑配合架19同样支撑加固轴23,使得加固轴23可以与加固轮22进行一定程度的上升,上升过程中,调节弹簧25通过调节保护垫24给予向下的压力保证压力的同时,在最后实现复位,并且通过调节调节限位杆26的位置,可以控制上升的幅度,这样能够实现设备灵活度调节,避免自动情况下,工作效果不好的现象。
实施例三:
如图1-4所示,所述支撑座1的底端设有若干支撑腿30,所述调节伸缩装置14包括伸缩套31,所述伸缩套31内部的一侧均设有与所述支撑架13相配合的调节伸缩片32,所述调节伸缩片32远离所述支撑架13的一侧设有调节槽33,所述伸缩套31内部远离所述支撑架13的一侧设有调节旋转轮34,所述调节旋转轮34的外壁设有若干与所述调节槽33相配合的调节凸块35,所述调节旋转轮34的一端设有与其相配合的旋转把手36,所述旋转把手36的一端设有与所述伸缩套31相配合的固定连接片37,从上述的设计不难看出,支撑架13插入伸缩套31后,调节伸缩片32与其连接并固定,通过摇动旋转把手36使调节旋转轮34旋转,调节凸块35通过调节槽33带动支撑架13开始进行调节上升或者下降,通过啮合的连接调节方式能够实现精确且速度可调节的升降调节,最后通过固定连接片37使得旋转把手36固定住位置
实施例四:
如图1-4所示,所述调节档位板7的两侧设有若干与所述传动固定架6相配合的固定片38,所述档位套10的内部设有与所述固定孔9相配合的调节孔,所述调节孔的内部设有与所述固定孔9相配合的定位销40,所述支撑架13远离所述动力辅助架3的一侧设有集料架39,从上述的设计不难看出,定位销40同时传入调节孔和固定孔9中,因为两孔通孔插入后可以有效的防止档位套10的继续旋转实现旋转的调节固定。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下就本发明在实际过程中的工作原理或者操作方式进行详细说明。
在实际应用时,档位板11与档位套10为一体结构,将档位套10套入调节档位板7上的调节固定销8上,这样档位板11可以以调节固定销8为轴心进行旋转,通过旋转调节角度并起到隔板作用,能够使在传动带2上推动传送的尺寸板,在有意调节下,隔绝和改变移动轨迹移动到限位传动架5处,有效减少人为调整的工作,并由限位传动架5两侧的辅助推动链条29辅助尺寸板可以良好的定位并进行缓慢前行保持能够良好贴密封条的间隙,辅助推动链条29由动力辅助架3内部的动力源驱动,与传动带2动力源相匹配能够实现转速度的统一,使得尺寸板整体推动不会产生速度差,尺寸板在传动带2的推动下,到达支撑架13处,因为支撑架13内部设有同等转速的滚动轮15尺寸板会被再次压动然后缓慢前进移动,避免在移动过程中出现高度不一的情况,在此期间,通过调节伸缩装置14对支撑架13底端的调节,通过调节支撑架13的高度来实现滚动轮15对尺寸板的压合力以及间隙,这样同样可以变相控制推进速度,之后在贴密封条机17对尺寸板贴上密封条后,继续前进,密封条加固装置18中的加固轮22会首先触碰并压实已经经过前面工序的尺寸板的一端,然后缓慢挤压出空气使得密封条与尺寸板更加贴合加固,同时根据密封条或者尺寸板厚度的不同,为了能够保持足够的压力并不破坏工序的情况下,在加固过程中,加固轮22压合时,如果超出接受的厚度,那么会在调节弹簧25和加固轴23的作用下,加固轮22可以进行小幅度的弹性上升或者下降,保证足够压合力的情况下实现压合,这样设备在这个运行过程中有更大的调节力和容错率,最后完成所有工序后在传动带2的传送下进入集料架39待收取。

  1. 一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,包括支撑座(1),所述支撑座(1)的顶端设有传动带(2),所述传动带(2)的一侧设有与其相配合的动力辅助架(3),所述动力辅助架(3)的内部设有与所述传动带(2)相配合的主动电机轮(4),所述传动带(2)顶端的中间位置设有与其相配合的限位传动架(5),所述传动带(2)的两侧分别均设有与其相配合的传动固定架(6),两两所述传动固定架(6)顶部的一侧均设有调节档位板(7),所述调节档位板(7)的顶端设有若干均匀分布的调节固定销(8),所述调节固定销(8)的内部设有固定孔(9),其中之一所述调节固定销(8)外套设有档位套(10),所述档位套(10)的一侧设有与其相配合的档位板(11),所述支撑座(1)的上方设有定位滚动架(12),所述定位滚动架(12)的两侧分别均设有与其相配合的支撑架(13),所述支撑架(13)的底部设有与其相配合的调节伸缩装置(14),所述定位滚动架(12)的内部设有与其相配合的滚动轮(15),所述滚动轮(15)的两端分别均设有与所述支撑架(13)相配合的支撑轴(16),所述定位滚动架(12)的一侧设有贴密封条机(17),所述贴密封条机(17)远离所述定位滚动架(12)的一侧设有密封条加固装置(18)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述密封条加固装置(18)包括支撑配合架(19),所述支撑配合架(19)的顶端设有加固滚轮架(20),所述加固滚轮架(20)的两侧分别均设有条形槽(21),所述加固滚轮架(20)的内部设有加固轮(22),所述加固轮(22)的两侧分别均设有与所述支撑配合架(19)和所述条形槽(21)相配合的加固轴(23)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述加固轴(23)的顶端设有与其相配合的调节保护垫(24),所述调节保护垫(24)的顶端设有与所述加固滚轮架(20)相配合的调节弹簧(25),所述加固滚轮架(20)的顶端设有若干与所述调节保护垫(24)相配合的调节限位杆(26)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述限位传动架(5)的一端设有与所述动力辅助架(3)相配合的固定端架(27),所述固定端架(27)的内部设有与所述限位传动架(5)相配合的推进轴(28),所述限位传动架(5)的内部设有与所述推进轴(28)相配合的辅助推动链条(29)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述支撑座(1)的底端设有若干支撑腿(30)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述调节伸缩装置(14)包括伸缩套(31),所述伸缩套(31)内部的一侧均设有与所述支撑架(13)相配合的调节伸缩片(32),所述调节伸缩片(32)远离所述支撑架(13)的一侧设有调节槽(33),所述伸缩套(31)内部远离所述支撑架(13)的一侧设有调节旋转轮(34)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述调节旋转轮(34)的外壁设有若干与所述调节槽(33)相配合的调节凸块(35),所述调节旋转轮(34)的一端设有与其相配合的旋转把手(36),所述旋转把手(36)的一端设有与所述伸缩套(31)相配合的固定连接片(37)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述调节档位板(7)的两侧设有若干与所述传动固定架(6)相配合的固定片(38)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述档位套(10)的内部设有与所述固定孔(9)相配合的调节孔,所述调节孔的内部设有与所述固定孔(9)相配合的定位销(40)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸板贴密封条的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述支撑架(13)远离所述动力辅助架(3)的一侧设有集料架(39)。
