S1、在使用时,通过在进行录波仪本体的使用时,手动将第二侧板向一侧滑动,通过第二侧板带动第一滑动杆移动,在倒T型滑槽和T型滑块的配合使用,使第二侧板更加稳定的在放置板上滑动,避免出现卡顿或倾斜的现象发生,从而带动拉伸弹簧进行拉伸,将录波仪本体安装在放置板上,利用拉伸弹簧自身的弹性恢复将录波仪本体通过第一侧板和第二侧板夹紧在放置板上,通过第一侧板和第二侧板上的通孔对录波仪本体进行散热,使录波仪本体产生的热量散出更快,避免其内部热量无法散出,导致录波仪本体的温度过高,影响正常使用现象发生,使其使用寿命更长。
S2、然后利用挡板、固定杆和盖板的共同配合下,将录波仪本体固定连接在放置板上,利用转动连接在放置板上的固定杆对录波仪本体进行限定,通过盖板上的缓冲垫有效的对录波仪本体进行防护,防止其发生磕碰损坏。
S3、然后根据操作者的身高将伸缩支撑装置升高至适合操作者操作的高度,通过将第二伸缩杆从第一伸缩杆的内部拉出,通过螺纹固定连接,在将第三伸缩杆从第二伸缩杆的内部拉出,利用螺纹连接固定,通过限位块有效的避免第一伸缩杆、第二伸缩杆和第三伸缩杆出现脱落的现象,避免了将录波仪直接放置到地面上,解决了操作者需要多次蹲起的问题。
S4、当操作者在工作过程中,位置不在录波仪本体的正面时,可通过万向转盘将录波仪本体转到适合自己操作的方向,然后通过角度调节机构可使放置板的倾斜角度改变,在固定板和活动板的配合下,手动将活动板调节至合适的角度,通过活动板带动调节板转动,使活动板通过支撑座在调节槽的内部滑动,当调节至合适的角度时,利用固定旋钮将活动板与调节板拧紧,从而操作者可根据自己的操作习惯控制录波仪本体的倾斜角度。
S5、在需要对录波仪本体进行转移时,将可调节支撑脚回缩,使万向滚轮与地面接触,工作人员只需推动装置,且在长距离转移时,将伸缩支撑装置缩回到最低点,可以使装置的重心降低,无需重复拆卸录波仪本体,然后直接推动底座,即可轻松的对录波仪本体进行移动,即可轻松的完成转移,在完成移动进行使用时,通过手动调节可调节支撑脚至万向滚轮偏离地面,,避免了装置在倾斜地面上发生滑动的现象。

2.本发明,通过万向转盘和角度调节机构的设置,可通过万向转盘将录波仪本体转到适合自己操作的方向,然后通过角度调节机构可使放置板的倾斜角度改变,然后在万向转盘的配合下,可将录波仪本体的倾斜角度改变,使操作者可根据自己的使用习惯对录波仪本体的位置进行调节,方便了操作者进行操作,操作简单,解决了现有的录波仪固定装置大多是将录波仪直接固定在固定架上,不方便操作者进行操作的问题。
3.本发明,通过第二滑动槽、第二滑动杆、压缩弹簧、万向滚轮和可调节支撑脚的相互配合使用,在需要对录波仪进行转移时,通过调节可调节支撑脚使万向轮与地面分离,在利用万向滚轮,工作人员只需推动装置,即可轻松的完成转移,且在长距离转移时,伸缩支撑装置缩回到最低点,此时放置板位于底座上,使装置的重心降低,使装置的稳定性更好,无需重现拆卸录波仪本体,然后直接推动支撑座,即可轻松的对录波仪本体进行移动,通过第二滑动槽、第二滑动杆和压缩弹簧的配合,可以有效的减少震动,对录波仪本体进行防护,防止其发生磕碰损坏,从而避免损坏录波仪本体内部的零件,使其使用寿命更长。

本申请实施例通过提供一种高度可调节的录波仪固定装置解决了现有技术中提出的问题。
本申请实施例中的技术方案为解决上述串扰的问题,总体思路如下。

请参阅图1-7,本实施例提供了一种高度可调节的录波仪固定装置,包括底座1和录波仪本体13,所述底座1的上表面中部固定连接有伸缩支撑装置2,所述伸缩支撑装置2的顶端固定连接有万向转盘3,所述万向转盘3的上端固定连接有角度调节机构4,所述角度调节机构4的上端固定连接有放置板5,所述放置板5的上表面一侧固定连接有第一侧板6,所述录波仪本体13上固定连接有盖板14,所述盖板14上开设有方形通孔15,其特征在于:所述盖板14的下表面粘贴有缓冲垫,所述放置板5的上表面对应所述第一侧板6的另一侧开设有凹槽7,所述凹槽7的滑动连接有滑动板11,所述滑动板11的上表面固定连接有第二侧板12,所述放置板5上对应所述凹槽7的位置开设有第一滑动槽8,所述第一滑动槽8的内部滑动连接有第一滑动杆9,所述第一滑动杆9的一端与所述滑动板11的一侧固定连接,所述第一滑动杆9的外表壁上套接有拉伸弹簧10,所述拉伸弹簧10的一端与所述滑动板11的一侧固定连接,所述拉伸弹簧10的另一端与所述第一滑动槽8的内侧壁固定连接,所述底座1的内部开设有第二滑动槽16,所述第二滑动槽16的内部滑动连接有第二滑动杆17,所述第二滑动槽16的内部对应所述第二滑动杆17的上端固定连接有压缩弹簧18,所述第二滑动杆17的下端转动连接有万向滚轮19,所述放置板5的前表面转动连接有固定杆21,所述放置板5的上表面对应所述第一侧板6和所述第二侧板12的后表面固定连接有挡板22,所述伸缩支撑装置2包括第一伸缩杆201、第二伸缩杆202、第三伸缩杆203和限位块204,所述底座1的上表面中部固定连接有第一伸缩杆201,所述第一伸缩杆201的内部插接有第二伸缩杆202,所述第二伸缩杆202的内部插接有第三伸缩杆203,所述第一伸缩杆201、所述第二伸缩杆202和所述第三伸缩杆203的上端内侧壁上开设有螺纹槽,所述第一伸缩杆201、所述第二伸缩杆202和所述第三伸缩杆203的下端外表壁上开设有与所述螺纹槽箱匹配的螺纹,所述第一伸缩杆201、所述第二伸缩杆202和所述第三伸缩杆203的下端固定连接有限位块204,所述第三伸缩杆203的上表面与所述万向转盘3的下表面固定连接,所述角度调节机构4包括固定板401、支撑座402、活动板403、调节板404、调节槽405和固定旋钮406,所述万向转盘3的上表面固定管连接有固定板401,所述固定板401的前表面固定连接有支撑座402,所述支撑座402上转动连接有活动板403,所述固定板401的一侧转动连接有调节板404所述调节板404上开设有调节槽405,所述活动板403上对应所述调节槽405的位置设置有固定旋钮406,所述固定旋钮406横向贯穿于所述调节槽405与所述活动板403螺纹连接。
本实施例中,在使用时,通过在进行录波仪本体13的使用时,手动将第二侧板12向一侧滑动,通过第二侧板12带动第一滑动杆9移动,在倒T型滑槽23和T型滑块24的配合使用,使第二侧板12更加稳定的在放置板5上滑动,避免出现卡顿或倾斜的现象发生,从而带动拉伸弹簧10进行拉伸,将录波仪本体13安装在放置板5上,利用拉伸弹簧10自身的弹性恢复将录波仪本体13通过第一侧板6和第二侧板12夹紧在放置板5上,通过第一侧板6和第二侧板12上的通孔对录波仪本体13进行散热,使录波仪本体13产生的热量散出更快,避免其内部热量无法散出,导致录波仪本体13的温度过高,影响正常使用现象发生,使其使用寿命更长,然后利用挡板22、固定杆21和盖板14的共同配合下,将录波仪本体13固定连接在放置板5上,利用转动连接在放置板5上的固定杆21对录波仪本体13进行限定,通过盖板14上的缓冲垫有效的对录波仪本体13进行防护,防止其发生磕碰损坏,然后根据操作者的身高将伸缩支撑装置2升高至适合操作者操作的高度,通过将第二伸缩杆202从第一伸缩杆201的内部拉出,通过螺纹固定连接,在将第三伸缩杆203从第二伸缩杆202的内部拉出,利用螺纹连接固定,通过限位块204有效的避免第一伸缩杆201、第二伸缩杆202和第三伸缩杆203出现脱落的现象,避免了将录波仪直接放置到地面上,解决了操作者需要多次蹲起的问题,当操作者在工作过程中,位置不在录波仪本体13的正面时,可通过万向转盘3将录波仪本体13转到适合自己操作的方向,然后通过角度调节机构4可使放置板5的倾斜角度改变,在固定板401和活动板403的配合下,手动将活动板403调节至合适的角度,通过活动板403带动调节板404转动,使活动板403通过支撑座402在调节槽405的内部滑动,当调节至合适的角度时,利用固定旋钮406将活动板403与调节板404拧紧,从而操作者可根据自己的操作习惯控制录波仪本体13的倾斜角度,在需要对录波仪本体13进行转移时,使万向滚轮19与地面接触,工作人员只需推动装置,且在长距离转移时,将伸缩支撑装置2缩回到最低点,可以使装置的重心降低,使装置的稳定性更好,无需重复拆卸录波仪本体13,然后直接推动底座1,即可轻松的对录波仪本体13进行移动,即可轻松的完成转移。
实施例二。
请参阅图1-7,在实施例1的基础上做了进一步改进:所述放置板5的上表面对应所述凹槽7的两侧开设有两个倒T型滑槽23,所述第二侧板12的下端对应所述倒T型滑槽23的位置固定连接有T型滑块24,便于第二侧板12的滑动,避免出现卡顿或倾斜的现象发生,所述底座1的下表面对应所述万向滚轮19的一侧固定连接有可调节支撑脚20,在完成移动进行使用时,通过手动调节可调节支撑脚20至万向滚轮19偏离地面,使装置的稳定性更好,避免了装置在倾斜地面上发生滑动的现象,实用性强,所述可调节支撑脚20共设置为四个,且四个所述可调节支撑脚20呈矩形排布,便于对使录波仪本体13的支撑,使使录波仪本体13更加稳定,所述第一侧板6和所述凹槽7上均开设有若干个通孔,可以有效的对录波仪本体13进行散热,使录波仪本体13产生的热量散出更快,避免其内部热量无法散出,导致录波仪本体13的温度过高,影响正常使用现象发生,所述固定杆21共设置为两个,且两个所述固定杆21呈一字形排布,便于对录波仪本体13的固定,避免录波仪本体13出现滑落的现象发生。
