现有的录波仪在进行使用时,由于录波仪体积较大,因此大多将其放置到地面或固定在固定架上进行操作,但是放置到地面工作人员需要多次蹲起,操作十分不方便,而现有的录波仪固定装置大多是将录波仪直接固定在固定架上,因此在操作时方向与倾斜角度均无法改变,不方便操作者进行操作。

其中,起升组件15包括有数量为两个的螺纹杆151,两个螺纹杆151之间螺纹连接有螺纹管152,两个螺纹杆151分别与支撑板4和放置板17固定连接,两个螺纹杆151的螺纹方向相反,在需要对录波仪本体13的倾斜角度进行改变时,可通过转动螺纹管152,使两个螺纹杆151发生相对位移,螺纹杆151发生位移的同时,会推动放置板17倾斜,起到了调节放置板17倾斜角度的作用,放置板17的中部开设有通风口,使散热风扇21的风量能够作用在录波仪本体13上,从而使录波仪本体13的散热效果更好,防护盖22的中部开设有操作口,使防护盖22在具有防护作用的同时不会影响录波仪的操作。
本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“竖直”、“上”、“下”、“水平”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或者位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者元件必须具有特定的方位,以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限制,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接,可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接,可以是直接连接,也可以是通过中间媒介相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种具有保护功能的录波仪固定装置,包括底板(1)和录波仪本体(13),其特征在于:所述底板(1)的顶部固定连接有气压杆(2),所述气压杆(2)的顶部转动连接有转动座(3),所述转动座(3)的顶部固定安装有支撑板(4),所述支撑板(4)的顶部开设有安装槽(5),所述安装槽(5)的内壁转动连接有丝杆(6),所述丝杆(6)的表面螺纹连接有滑动块(7),所述滑动块(7)的顶部固定连接有机架(8),所述机架(8)的内壁底部固定连接有电动推杆(9),所述电动推杆(9)的顶部固定连接有安装套(10),所述安装套(10)的内壁设置有定位弹簧(11),所述定位弹簧(11)的一侧固定连接有定位柱(12),所述录波仪本体(13)的两侧均固定连接有活动座(14),所述定位柱(12)通过轴承与活动座(14)转动连接,所述支撑板(4)的顶部固定连接有起升组件(15),所述起升组件(15)的顶部铰接有铰接座(16),所述铰接座(16)的顶部固定连接有放置板(17),所述放置板(17)的顶部固定连接有橡胶条(18),所述放置板(17)的内侧壁固定连接有防护弹簧(19),所述防护弹簧(19)的一侧固定连接有橡胶板(20),所述橡胶板(20)与录波仪本体(13)活动连接,所述支撑板(4)的顶部固定连接有散热风扇(21),所述散热风扇(21)位于放置板(17)的下方,所述录波仪本体(13)的顶部设置有防护盖(22),所述防护盖(22)的内壁底部固定连接有密封条(23)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有保护功能的录波仪固定装置,其特征在于:所述转动座(3)的内壁设置有轴承,所述气压杆(2)与轴承套接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有保护功能的录波仪固定装置,其特征在于:所述丝杆(6)的一侧固定设置有把手(24)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有保护功能的录波仪固定装置,其特征在于:所述丝杆(6)与安装槽(5)的连接处均设置有轴承,所述丝杆(6)与轴承的内环套接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有保护功能的录波仪固定装置,其特征在于:所述起升组件(15)包括有数量为两个的螺纹杆(151),两个所述螺纹杆(151)之间螺纹连接有螺纹管(152),两个所述螺纹杆(151)分别与支撑板(4)和放置板(17)固定连接,两个所述螺纹杆(151)的螺纹方向相反。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有保护功能的录波仪固定装置,其特征在于:所述放置板(17)的中部开设有通风口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有保护功能的录波仪固定装置,其特征在于:所述防护盖(22)的中部开设有操作口。
