实施例一
请参阅图1-5,本实施例提供了一种机械设备吊装架,包括支撑杆1,所述支撑杆1的顶端固定连接有第一回转盘2,所述第一回转盘2的上端固定连接有液压千斤顶9,所述支撑杆1的下端固定连接有第二回转盘3,所述第二回转盘3的上端对应所述支撑杆1的外表壁上固定连接有固定套4,所述固定套4的外表壁上设置有固定杆5,所述固定杆5横向贯穿于所述固定套4的外表壁并与所述支撑杆1顶住,所述第二回转盘3的下端固定连接有底座6,所述底座6的下端固定连接有滚轮7,所述底座6的四周中部均固定连接有固定块22,所述固定块22的下端固定连接有支撑机构23,所述支撑杆1的外部壁上对应所述固定套4的上方转动连接有电动缸10,所述支撑杆1的外表壁上对应所述第一回转盘2的下方固定连接有转动座11,所述转动座11上转动连接有支撑吊筒12,所述电动缸10的活塞杆与所述支撑吊筒12的铰接,所述支撑吊筒12的内部插接有滑杆13,所述支撑吊筒12和所述滑杆13上均开设有若干个通孔,所述滑杆13的顶端固定连接有滑动座14,所述滑动座14的下端固定连接有吊环15,所述滑动座14的内部转动连接有主动轮21,所述滑动座14的上端转动连接有第一从动轮16,所述滑动座14的顶端转动连接有第二从动轮17,所述支撑吊筒12的上端固定连接有电动葫芦18,所述电动葫芦18、所述第一从动轮16、所述主动轮21和所述第二从动轮17之间绕接有钢丝绳19,所述钢丝绳19的顶端固定连接有吊钩20。
本实施例中,在使用时,通过滚轮7将吊装架移动至指定地点,利用支撑机构23使底座上升与地面偏离顶起滚轮7,避免因重力而压坏滚轮7,把液压千斤顶9与外部手动泵通过油管相连接,利用液压千斤顶9伸出与楼顶相抵触,使支撑杆1牢牢的抵靠在楼顶与地面上,将固定连接在第二回转盘3上的固定套4,在固定杆5的作用下将支撑杆1与固定套4进行紧固,防止工作过程中出现转动或晃动,影响吊装工作,将滑杆13从支撑吊筒12的内部滑动至合适的位置,并利用固定插销24将其固定,将电动缸10和电动葫芦18均与外部电源电性连接,通过电动缸10将转动连接在支撑杆1上的支撑吊筒12升起至合适的位置进行吊装,通过启动电动葫芦18使钢丝绳19在第一从动轮16、第二从动轮17和主动轮21之间的夹缝中滑动向下运动,钢丝绳19带动第一从动轮16、第二从动轮17和主动轮21之间同步反向运动,并利用钢丝绳19顶端固定连接的吊钩20与物料相连,通过电动葫芦18收卷钢丝绳19从而提升吊钩,实现物料的吊装,通过将卡合连接在支撑杆1上的转动杆8向外部拉出至水平状态,旋转松开固定杆5使支撑杆1与固定套4之间处于松动的状态,并利用转动杆8向一侧转动带动支撑杆1围绕第一回转盘2和第二回转盘3转动,从而带动支撑吊筒12转动,使吊钩20上吊装好的物料转动至楼层的内部,方便工作人员对物料的取出,提高了工作人员的安全性。
其中,液压千斤顶9的型号为FCY-10100,电动缸10的型号为JZX-95,电动葫芦的型号为PA300-600KG,也可根据实际使用需求来自由设定。
实施例二
请参阅图1-5,在实施例1的基础上做了进一步改进:所述支撑机构23包括螺纹套筒2301、第一螺纹杆2302、第二螺纹杆2303和底板2304,所述螺纹套筒2301的两端分别套接有第一螺纹杆2302和第二螺纹杆2303,所述第一螺纹杆2302的顶端与所述固定块22的下端固定连接,所述第二螺纹杆2303的下端固定连接有底板2304,通过转动螺纹套筒2301,使插接在螺纹套筒2301上的第一螺纹杆2302和第二螺纹杆2303反方向的旋转升起,从而使底板2304与地面接触,进而顶起底座6使滚轮7偏离地面,避免了因重力而压坏滚轮,所述第一螺纹杆2302和所述第二螺纹杆2303的螺纹方向相反,且所述第一螺纹杆2302与所述第二螺纹杆2303的长度相同,可以方便于第一螺纹杆2302和第二螺纹杆2303向相反的方向伸出和收缩,所述支撑杆1的外表壁上转动连接有转动杆8,所述转动杆8上固定连接有卡扣,所述转动杆8与所述支撑杆1卡合连接,便于对支撑杆1的转动,可以降低工作人员劳动强度,所述支撑吊筒12与所述滑杆13通过所述固定插销24连接固定,可以有效的减少空间,缩小体积,方便于吊装架的运输,所述主动轮21的外表壁分别与所述第一从动轮16的外表壁和所述第二从动轮17的外表壁均相隔3mm,可以使主动轮21、第一从动轮16和第二从动轮17同步反向运动,可以使钢丝绳滑动顺畅,避免了钢丝绳脱落或卡死的现象发生。
本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“竖直”、“上”、“下”、“水平”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或者位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者元件必须具有特定的方位,以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或者暗示相对重要性。
本发明的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限制,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接,可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接,可以是直接连接,也可以是通过中间媒介相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

  1. 一种机械设备吊装架,包括支撑杆(1),其特征在于:所述支撑杆(1)的顶端固定连接有第一回转盘(2),所述第一回转盘(2)的上端固定连接有液压千斤顶(9),所述支撑杆(1)的下端固定连接有第二回转盘(3),所述第二回转盘(3)的上端对应所述支撑杆(1)的外表壁上固定连接有固定套(4),所述固定套(4)的外表壁上设置有固定杆(5),所述固定杆(5)横向贯穿于所述固定套(4)的外表壁并与所述支撑杆(1)顶住,所述第二回转盘(3)的下端固定连接有底座(6),所述底座(6)的下端固定连接有滚轮(7),所述底座(6)的四周中部均固定连接有固定块(22),所述固定块(22)的下端固定连接有支撑机构(23),所述支撑杆(1)的外部壁上对应所述固定套(4)的上方转动连接有电动缸(10),所述支撑杆(1)的外表壁上对应所述第一回转盘(2)的下方固定连接有转动座(11),所述转动座(11)上转动连接有支撑吊筒(12),所述电动缸(10)的活塞杆与所述支撑吊筒(12)的铰接,所述支撑吊筒(12)的内部插接有滑杆(13),所述支撑吊筒(12)和所述滑杆(13)上均开设有若干个通孔,所述滑杆(13)的顶端固定连接有滑动座(14),所述滑动座(14)的下端固定连接有吊环(15),所述滑动座(14)的内部转动连接有主动轮(21),所述滑动座(14)的上端转动连接有第一从动轮(16),所述滑动座(14)的顶端转动连接有第二从动轮(17),所述支撑吊筒(12)的上端固定连接有电动葫芦(18),所述电动葫芦(18)、所述第一从动轮(16)、所述主动轮(21)和所述第二从动轮(17)之间绕接有钢丝绳(19),所述钢丝绳(19)的顶端固定连接有吊钩(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备吊装架,其特征在于:所述支撑机构(23)包括螺纹套筒(2301)、第一螺纹杆(2302)、第二螺纹杆(2303)和底板(2304),所述螺纹套筒(2301)的两端分别套接有第一螺纹杆(2302)和第二螺纹杆(2303),所述第一螺纹杆(2302)的顶端与所述固定块(22)的下端固定连接,所述第二螺纹杆(2303)的下端固定连接有底板(2304)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械设备吊装架,其特征在于:所述第一螺纹杆(2302)和所述第二螺纹杆(2303)的螺纹方向相反,且所述第一螺纹杆(2302)与所述第二螺纹杆(2303)的长度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备吊装架,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(1)的外表壁上转动连接有转动杆(8),所述转动杆(8)上固定连接有卡扣,所述转动杆(8)与所述支撑杆(1)卡合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备吊装架,其特征在于:所述支撑吊筒(12)与所述滑杆(13)通过所述固定插销(24)连接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备吊装架,其特征在于:所述主动轮(21)的外表壁分别与所述第一从动轮(16)的外表壁和所述第二从动轮(17)的外表壁均相隔3mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械设备吊装架,具体使用方法为:
    S1、在使用时,通过滚轮(7)将吊装架移动至指定地点,转动螺纹套筒(2301)使第一螺纹杆(2302)和第二螺纹杆(2303)反方向运动,从而使底板(2304)与地面接触顶起滚轮(7)偏离地面,利用液压千斤顶(9)与楼顶相抵触;
    S2、通过固定连接在第二回转盘(3)上的固定套(4),在固定杆(5)的作用下将支撑杆(1)与固定套(4)进行固定,防止工作过程中出现转动;
    S3、将滑杆(13)从支撑吊筒(12)的内部滑动至合适的位置,并利用固定插销(24)将其固定,通过电动缸(10)将转动连接在支撑杆(1)上的支撑吊筒(12)升起至合适的位置进行吊装;
    S4、通过启动电动葫芦(18)使钢丝绳(19)在第一从动轮(16)、第二从动轮(17)和主动轮(21)之间的夹缝中滑动向下运动,并利用钢丝绳(19)顶端固定连接的吊钩(20)与物料相连,通过电动葫芦(18)收卷钢丝绳(19)从而提升吊钩(20),实现物料的吊装;
    S5、通过将卡合连接在支撑杆(1)上的转动杆(8)向外部拉出至水平状态,旋转松开固定杆(5)使支撑杆(1)与固定套(4)之间处于松动的状态,并利用转动杆(8)向一侧转动带动支撑吊筒(12)围绕支撑杆(1)转动,使吊钩(20)上吊装好的物料转动至楼层的内部。
