门体101的前侧设置把手杆10,把手杆10的顶端设置助力结构,助力结构位于门体101的前侧与把手杆10的顶端之间,把手杆10的顶端靠近冰箱100顶部。助力把手包括第一杠杆11、第一转轴20、连杆12、第二杠杆13及第二转轴21,其中,第一杠杆11设置于把手杆10的顶端,较佳的,第一杠杆11与把手杆10一体成型;第一杠杆11的上端枢接第一转轴20;第二杠杆13与第一杠杆11相对设置,第二杠杆13枢接第二转轴21;其中,连杆12的两端分别枢接于第一杠杆11的下端及第二杠杆13的下端。
使用者向外拉动把手杆10时,把手杆10与第一杠杆11一并绕着第一转轴20枢转,此时,把手杆10相对门体101抬起,第一杠杆11带动连杆12直线移动,连杆12带动第二杠杆13绕着第二转轴21枢转,使得第二杠杆13的上端推抵助力把手的推杆50的前端,使得推杆50沿着导向槽60移动,推杆50的远端推抵箱体102,进而门体101相对箱体102打开。其中,导向槽60贯穿门体101,推杆50穿设于导向槽60中。
当使用者向外拉动把手杆10时,相互枢接的第一杠杆11、连杆12及第二杠杆13,一方面,延长了作用于推杆50的力臂,实现省力效果;另一方面,在把手杆10较长的情况下(例如,双开门冰箱门体上的把手杆),第一杠杆11、连杆12及第二杠杆13的枢接设计,使得使用者拉动把手杆的距离较小,避免出现需要使用者大力拉动把手杆的现象;即,本发明的助力把手可适用于门体101较大的冰箱,例如双开门的冰箱。
本发明中,定义门体101靠近使用者的一侧为“前侧”,远离使用者的另一侧为“后侧”;定义第一杠杆11与第二杠杆13靠近冰箱100的顶部的端部为“上端”,靠近冰箱100放置的地平面的端部为“下端”;定义推杆50靠近使用者的一端为前端,远离使用者的一端为远端。
继续参照图1与图2,助力把手还包括基座30,其为一端开口的盒体,盒体的开口端结合于门体101的前侧。基座30具有上侧壁,上侧壁垂直于门体101,第一转轴20设置上侧壁的下表面,下表面朝 向冰箱100的底部;第二转轴21设置于门体101的前侧的表面;其中,第一转轴20、第二转轴21、第一杠杆11、第二杠杆13及连杆12分别容置于基座30的内部空间中。
本实施例中,连杆12平行且靠近基座30的下侧壁,下侧壁与上侧壁相对,第一杠杆11与第二杠杆13分别垂直枢接于连杆12的两端,使得第一杠杆11、连杆12及第二杠杆13构成U型容置于基座30的内部空间中。其中,连杆12的两端设置第一枢转结构,第一杠杆11的下端及第二杠杆12的下端分别设置第二枢转结构,第一枢转结构例如是枢转孔和枢转轴的其中之一,第二枢转结构例如是枢转孔与枢转轴的其中之另一。
此外,基座30的下侧壁对应把手杆10设置避让孔,把手杆10自避让孔中伸出而位于基座30的外部,其中,下侧壁与上侧壁相对。
进一步,推杆50包括第一杆体51及第二杆体52,第一杆体51及第二杆体52通过弹性件40相互连接,弹性件40例如是弹簧,第一杆体51上设置第一凸柱,第二杆体52上设置第二凸柱,第一凸柱与第二凸柱相对,弹簧的两端分别套设于第一凸柱及第二凸柱上,其中,第二杠杆13的上端抵靠第一杆体51的近端,较佳的,第二杠杆13具有凸部,凸部抵靠第一杆体51的近端。在本发明的其他实施例中,弹性件还可以是金属弹片,弹性硅胶等。
另外,推杆50穿设于导向槽60中,第一杆体51的近端部分伸出导向60的外而突出于门体101的前侧的表面,便于第二杠杆13上端的凸部推抵第一杆体51。
本实施例中,弹性件40提供弹性力使得把手杆10复位。具体来讲,拉动把手杆10,使得把手杆10相对门体101抬起,把手杆10带动第一杠杆11绕着第一转轴20逆时针转动,第一杠杆11带动连杆12水平向前直线移动,连杆12带动第二杠杆12绕着第二转轴21逆时针转动,使得第二转轴21上端的凸部推抵第一杆体51,第一杆体51压缩弹性件40,弹性件40推抵第二杆体52,第二杆体52的远端推抵箱体102,使得门体101打开;门体101打开后,第二杆体52的远端抵靠箱体102,移除作用于把手杆10上的作用力,弹性件40不再受到第一杆体51的压缩,其自压缩状态恢复至伸展状态以提供一弹性力,弹性力作用于第一杆体51,第一杆体51推动第二杠杆13,使得第二杠杆13绕着第二转轴21顺时针转动,第二杠杆13带动连杆12水平向后直线移动,连杆12带动第一杠杆11绕着第一转轴20顺时针转动,此时,把手杆10随着第一杠杆11的转动而复位。
图3为本发明另一实施例中具有助力把手的冰箱的剖面图;图4为图3中区域B的放大示意图。其中,图3、图4中与图1、图2中相同的标号代表相似的元件具有相似的功能,不另赘述。
如图3及图4所示,本发明另一实施例中提供冰箱200,其与冰箱100的区别在于,冰箱200的把手杆10’为一较长的杆体,其包括第一拉手部103及第二拉手部104,第一拉手部103的底端与第二拉手部104的顶端通过连接结构相连接。连接结构包括第一连接件1、第二连接件2、固定座3、滑槽4、升降杆5及升降轴6,其中,固定座3设置于把手杆10’与门体101之间,固定座3的内部设置滑槽4, 本实施例中,滑槽4为贯穿固定座3的前侧及后侧的贯通孔,升降杆5容置于滑槽4中,升降杆5的近端设置升降轴6,第一连接件1的远端的升降孔及第二连接件2的远端的升降孔分别与升降轴6枢接,且枢接于升降轴6上第一连接件1与第二连接件2呈V型排列。在本发明其他实施例中,升降杆近端的设置另一升降孔,通过另一独立的升降轴穿设于第一连接件的远端、第二连接件的远端的升降孔以及升降杆的近端的升降孔中,实现第一连接件、第二连接件及升降杆的相互枢接。
此外,第一连接件1的近端连接第一拉手部103的底端,第二连接件2的近端连接第二拉手部104的顶端。
冰箱200中,于使用者拉动第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104其中之一时,第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104同时被拉动。即,当使用者拉动第一拉手部103,第一拉手部103朝向门体101的前侧抬起,第一拉手部103底端的第一连接件1被带动朝向门体101的前侧抬起,其带动升降杆5沿着滑槽4朝向滑槽4的近端移动,同时,第二拉手部104顶端的第二连接件2朝向门体101的前侧抬起,进而第二拉手部104被带动朝向门体101的前侧抬起,实现了第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104的联动。当升降杆5沿着滑槽4朝向滑槽4的近端移动时,第一连接件1与第二连接件2之间夹角变大。
上述连接结构连接第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104,使得第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104相互联动,使用者仅需通过较小的力拉动第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104其中之一,就可同时使得第一拉 手部103与第二拉手部104其中之另一一并被拉动,尤其适用于把手杆较长的双开门冰箱。
本实施例中,升降杆5的剖面为T型结构,滑槽4的结构与升降杆5的结构相适配,升降轴6设置T型结构的近端,T型结构的近端的宽度大于其远端的宽度。
继续参照图3及图4,冰箱200采用与冰箱100中相似的助力结构,所述助力结构可参照上述冰箱100中的说明,区别在于,冰箱200中使用了一对助力结构,或者说,冰箱200中使用了两个助力结构,一对助力结构分别分布于把手杆10’相对的顶端与底端,即,一个助力结构设置于第一拉手部103的顶端,靠近冰箱200的顶部;另一助力结构设置于第二拉手部104的底端,靠近冰箱200放置的地平面。
需要说明的是,冰箱200中将较长的把手杆10’设置为可相互联动的第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104,且采用一对助力结构,一对助力结构分别设置第一拉手部103的顶端及第二拉手部104的底端,对于使用者来讲,其施加的作用力仅需抬起把手杆10’的一个拉手部即可打开冰箱200的门体101,因此,助力结构与相互联动的第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104可共同实现更佳的省力效果。
另外,冰箱200中,把手杆10’被分成两个拉手部(第一拉手部103与第二拉手部104),但不以此为限。在本发明其他实施例中,较长的把手杆可依据实际需要而被分成多个拉手部,多个拉手部通过上述连接结构相互连接,使得彼此之间可相互联动。
综上,本发明提供一种助力把手及冰箱,助力把手的助力结构采 用枢接的多个杠杆及连杆,一方面,延长了作用于推杆的力臂,实现省力效果;另一方面,在把手杆较长的情况下,使得使用者拉动把手杆的距离较小,避免出现需要使用者大力拉动把手杆的现象。此外,将把手杆设置成多个把手部联动的结构有助于实现更佳的省力效果。应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种助力把手,其设置于该冰箱的门体的前侧,其特征在于,该助力把手包括:
    把手杆,其设置于该门体前侧;以及
    助力结构,该助力结构设置于该把手杆与该门体之间,该助力结构包括:
    第一杠杆,该第一杠杆的下端连接该把手杆的顶端;
    第一转轴,其枢接于该第一杠杆;
    第二杠杆,其与该第一杠杆相对;
    第二转轴,其枢接于该第二杠杆;以及
    连杆,其设置于该第一杠杆与该第二杠杆之间,且该连杆的两端分别枢接于该第一杠杆与该第二杠杆;
    其中,拉动该把手杆,该把手杆带动该第一杠杆沿着该第一转轴转动;该第一杠杆带动该连杆沿着直线移动;该连杆带动该第二杠杆沿着该第二转轴转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括基座,该基座具有上侧壁,该上侧壁垂直于该门体,该第一转轴设置该上侧壁的下表面,该下表面朝向该冰箱的底部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该第二转轴设置于该门体的前侧的表面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括推杆及导向槽,该推杆设置于该导向槽中,该导向槽贯穿该门体;其中,该 第二杠杆的上端抵靠该推杆的近端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括弹性件,该推杆包括第一杆体与第二杆体,该弹性件设置于该第一杆体与该第二杆体之间,且该弹性件的两端分别连接该第一杆体与该第二杆体。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括连接结构,该把手杆包括第一拉手部与第二拉手部,该连接结构连接该第一拉手部的底端与该第二拉手部的顶端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该连接结构包括第一连接件与第二连接件,该第一连接件的近端连接该第一拉手部的底端,该第二连接件的近端连接该第二拉手部的顶端,其中,该第一连接件的远端与该第二连接件的远端重叠,使得该第一连接件与第二连接件呈V型结构。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括固定座、滑槽、升降杆及升降轴,该固定座设置于该门体与该把手杆之间,该滑槽设置于该固定座的内部,该升降杆穿设于该滑槽中,该升降轴设置于该升降杆的近端,且该升降轴与该第一连接件的远端及该第二连接件的远端相互枢接。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该助力结构的数量为两个,一个该助力结构设置于该第一拉手部的顶端与该门体之间,另一个该助力结构设置于该第二拉手部的底端与该门体之间。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括门体及箱体,其特征在于,该门体上设置助力把手,该助力把手为如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的助力把手。
