电子产品是以电能为工作基础的相关产品,主要包括:手表、智能手机、电话、电视机、影碟机(VCD、 SVCD、DVD)、录像机、摄录机、收音机、收录机、组合音箱、激光唱机(CD)、电脑、移动通信产品等。因早期产品主要以电子管为基础原件故名电子产品。
一般的电子产品,在生产完成后,需要经由各种运输工具进行运输,其中使用汽车、货车和轮船等进行运输的过程中,由于运输工具大都采用燃油机作为动力,而燃油机具有剧烈的抖动性,电子产品在抖动后是否会影响其使用性能,并且,在运输过程中难免会遇到雨水,在一些电子产品用于室外,其防水性能也是品质重要的性能,因而,缺少一种能够进行检测震动以及雨水对电子产品的影响的装置。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。

针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种用于电子产品的检测装置及其检测方法,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。

另外,在一个实施例中,对于移动承载机构7来说,所述移动承载机构7包括底板16,所述底板16下设有数量为两组第一滚轮17,所述第一滚轮17与所述滑轨2相适配,所述底板16上固定设有箱体18,所述箱体18内分别固定设有第二电机19和控制器20,所述控制器20为PCL8086型控制器,所述箱体18的外壁固定设有电磁锁21,所述金属环15套设在所述电磁锁21上,所述第二电机19,所述底板16上固定设有数量为两个的第二立板22,所述第二立板22相互靠近的一侧通过若干第一固定杆固定设有固定挡板23,所述第二电机19的输出端设有转动杆24,所述转动杆24贯穿所述其中一个所述第二立板22,所述转动杆24上固定设有设有转轮25,所述转轮25外壁固定设有若干拨动杆26,所述拨动杆26上接触设有第二滚轮27,所述第二滚轮27的中部设有滚轮轴,所述滚轮轴的两端固定第二固定杆28固定在第一圆盘29上,所述第一圆盘29的中部固定设有捣杆30,所述捣杆30贯穿设有第二圆盘31,所述捣杆30外套设有第一弹簧32,所述第一弹簧32的一端固定在所述第一圆盘29的一侧,所述第一弹簧32的另一端与所述第二圆盘31只接触不连接,所述第二圆盘31上开设有第一导向孔33,所述第一导向孔33与所述捣杆30相适配,所述捣杆30上方设有放置板34,所述放置板34的两侧通过减摩机构与第二立板22相接触,所述放置板34上开设有若干卡槽35,所述卡槽35内卡接设有间接板36,所述间接板36之间设有电子产品,所述放置板34的两侧设有第二弹簧37,所述第二弹簧37的另一端固定在第一固定杆上。通过将电子产品放置到放置板34上,然后启动第二电机19,从而能够使得转动杆24旋转,使得转轮25旋转,第二滚轮27在转轮25上的拨动杆26的作用下进行一定的频率的震动,从而能够带动捣杆30上下移动使得放置板34进行一定的频率的震动,模拟现实中发动机的震动情况,通过设置第一滚轮17方便进行移动。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于第一圆盘29来说,所述第一圆盘29远离所述第二固定杆28的一端固定设有导向杆39,所述第一导向孔33的外围位于所述第二圆盘31上开设有若干第二导向孔40,所述第二导向孔40与所述导向杆39相适配。通过设置第二导向孔40和导向杆39,方便捣杆30能够稳定的进行捣放置板。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于放置板34来说,所述放置板34下固定设有加厚板41,所述加厚板41与所述捣杆30的位置相匹配。通过设置加厚板41减少了放置板34的受力情况,增加了放置板34的使用寿命。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于减摩机构来说,所述减摩机构包括固定块42,所述固定块42固定在所述放置板34的两侧,所述固定块42远离所述放置板34的一侧开设有凹槽43,所述凹槽43内活动嵌有滑珠38,所述滑珠38与所述第二立板22相接触。减少了放置板34与第二立板22的摩擦力。
如图7-8所示,根据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种用于电子产品的检测方法。
包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,随机抽取待检测产品若干件,将其按照运输堆积形式堆积到固定挡板之间,并且,以卡槽为节点排列成若干组;
步骤S103,将其放置到滑轨上,令金属环套在电磁锁上,电磁锁锁住金属环;
步骤S105,先启动第二电机,使得其进行抖动,然后取出其中一组产品,并对这组产品进行测试其电子性能以及观察其外观的损坏情况,同时做出记录,得到第三组数据;
步骤S107,然后启动第一电机,待其加速到一定速度后,电磁锁打开,第一电机继续加速一定时间后减速停止;
步骤S109,同时移动承载机构作减速运动,此时待其撞击到第一立板或者自行停止以后,取出其中第一组检测产品;
步骤S1011,测量第一组检测产品,检测其电子性能以及观察其外观的损坏情况,同时做出记录,得到第一组数据;
步骤S1013,重复上面步骤,在启动第一电机前打开喷头,形成喷淋状的雨水,然后在启动电机;
步骤S1015,将检测完成后,取出第二组检测产品,并且,对第二组检测产品检测,其电子性能以及观察其外观的损坏情况,同时做出记录,得到第二组数据;
步骤S1017,取正常的电子产品进行检测,得出正常电子产品的对比数据;
步骤S1019,将第一组数据、第二组数据与对比数据进行对比,得出结论。
另外在具体应用的时候,上述取出其中第一组检测产品以后,插入间接板,并且,然后启动第一电机,待其加速到一定速度后,可通过改变变速器,令移动承载机构的运行速度不一样,记录不同的数据。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过将电子产品放置到放置板34上,然后启动第二电机19,从而能够使得转动杆24旋转,使得转轮25旋转,第二滚轮27在转轮25上的拨动杆26的作用下进行一定的频率的震动,从而能够带动捣杆30上下移动使得放置板34进行一定的频率的震动,模拟现实中发动机的震动情况,通过设置第一滚轮17方便进行移动。通过第一电机13能够通过变速器12改变传动轴的转动速度,从而能够改变卷绳筒11的卷缩速度。通过设置凸起14,从而能够令移动承载机构7移动的时候,总体产生一个震动,从而增加其震动的频率,模拟现实在路上的情况。通过绳索8能够方便拉动移动承载机构7。通过设置第二导向孔40和导向杆39,方便捣杆30能够稳定的进行捣放置板。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,包括收卷机构(1),所述收卷机构(1)的一侧设有数量为两个的滑轨(2),所述滑轨(2)靠近所述收卷机构(1)的一端固定设有第一立板(3),所述第一立板(3)上开设有通孔,所述通孔的一侧设有缓冲垫(4),所述滑轨(2)的一侧设有L形固定板(5),所述L形固定板(5)上固定设有若干喷淋头(6),所述滑轨(2)上设有移动承载机构(7),所述移动承载机构(7)通过绳索(8)与所述收卷机构(1)相连接,所述绳索(8)贯穿所述通孔和所述缓冲垫(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,所述收卷机构(1)包括地垫(9),所述地垫(9)通过地脚螺栓固定在地面上,所述地垫(9)上固定设有支架(10),所述支架(10)上设有卷绳筒(11),所述卷绳筒(11)的一侧通过传动轴设有变速器(12),所述变速器(12)位于第一电机(13)的输出端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,所述滑轨(2)上固定设有若干凸起(14)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,所述绳索(8)的一端缠绕在所述卷绳筒(11)上,所述绳索(8)的另一端固定设有金属环(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,所述移动承载机构(7)包括底板(16),所述底板(16)下设有数量为两组第一滚轮(17),所述第一滚轮(17)与所述滑轨(2)相适配,所述底板(16)上固定设有箱体(18),所述箱体(18)内分别固定设有第二电机(19)和控制器(20),所述箱体(18)的外壁固定设有电磁锁(21),所述金属环(15)套设在所述电磁锁(21)上,所述第二电机(19),所述底板(16)上固定设有数量为两个的第二立板(22),所述第二立板(22)相互靠近的一侧通过若干第一固定杆固定设有固定挡板(23),所述第二电机(19)的输出端设有转动杆(24),所述转动杆(24)贯穿所述其中一个所述第二立板(22),所述转动杆(24)上固定设有转轮(25),所述转轮(25)外壁固定设有若干拨动杆(26),所述拨动杆(26)上接触设有第二滚轮(27),所述第二滚轮(27)的中部设有滚轮轴,所述滚轮轴的两端固定第二固定杆(28)固定在第一圆盘(29)上,所述第一圆盘(29)的中部固定设有捣杆(30),所述捣杆(30)贯穿设有第二圆盘(31),所述捣杆(30)外套设有第一弹簧(32),所述第一弹簧(32)的一端固定在所述第一圆盘(29)的一侧,所述第一弹簧(32)的另一端与所述第二圆盘(31)只接触不连接,所述第二圆盘(31)上开设有第一导向孔(33),所述第一导向孔(33)与所述捣杆(30)相适配,所述捣杆(30)上方设有放置板(34),所述放置板(34)的两侧通过减摩机构与第二立板(22)相接触,所述放置板(34)上开设有若干卡槽(35),所述卡槽(35)内卡接设有间接板(36),所述间接板(36)之间设有电子产品,所述放置板(34)的两侧设有第二弹簧(37),所述第二弹簧(37)的另一端固定在第一固定杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,所述第一圆盘(29)远离所述第二固定杆(28)的一端固定设有导向杆(39),所述第一导向孔(33)的外围位于所述第二圆盘(31)上开设有若干第二导向孔(40),所述第二导向孔(40)与所述导向杆(39)相适配。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,所述放置板(34)下固定设有加厚板(41),所述加厚板(41)与所述捣杆(30)的位置相匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于电子产品的检测装置,其特征在于,所述减摩机构包括固定块(42),所述固定块(42)固定在所述放置板(34)的两侧,所述固定块(42)远离所述放置板(34)的一侧开设有凹槽(43),所述凹槽(43)内活动嵌有滑珠(38),所述滑珠(38)与所述第二立板(22)相接触。
  9. 一种用于电子产品的检测方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求8所述的用于电子产品的检测装置的使用,包括以下步骤:
    随机抽取待检测产品若干件,将其按照运输堆积形式堆积到固定挡板之间,并且,以卡槽为节点排列成若干组;
    将其放置到滑轨上,令金属环套在电磁锁上,电磁锁锁住金属环;
    先启动第二电机,使得其进行抖动,然后取出其中一组产品,并对这组产品进行测试其电子性能以及观察其外观的损坏情况,同时做出记录,得到第三组数据;
    然后启动第一电机,待其加速到一定速度后,电磁锁打开,第一电机继续加速一定时间后减速停止;
    同时移动承载机构作减速运动,此时待其撞击到第一立板或者自行停止以后,取出其中第一组检测产品;
    测量第一组检测产品,检测其电子性能以及观察其外观的损坏情况,同时做出记录,得到第一组数据;
    重复上面步骤,在启动第一电机前打开喷头,形成喷淋状的雨水,然后在启动电机;
    将检测完成后,取出第二组检测产品,并且,对第二组检测产品检测,其电子性能以及观察其外观的损坏情况,同时做出记录,得到第二组数据;
    取正常的电子产品进行检测,得出正常电子产品的对比数据;
    将第一组数据、第二组数据与对比数据进行对比,得出结论。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于电子产品的检测方法,其特征在于,上述取出其中第一组检测产品以后,插入间接板,并且,然后启动第一电机,待其加速到一定速度后,可通过改变变速器,令移动承载机构的运行速度不一样,记录不同的数据。
