Description

一种除尘袋的除尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及工业粉尘清理技术,尤其涉及一种除尘袋的除尘装置。
背景技术
除尘布袋堪称袋式除尘器的心脏,一般被称为过除尘袋,除尘布袋是袋式除尘器运行过程中的关键部分,通常圆筒型滤袋垂直地悬挂在除尘器中,除尘过程中粉尘大多进入了除尘袋,有些粉尘是可以回收利用,但是目前的除尘袋在长时间工作后,大量的粉尘便进入除尘袋纺织层的内部,难以回收,而使用液体进行清洗后回收,有些粉尘容易与液体发生反应,影响清洁效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有问题,本发明提供一种除尘袋的除尘装置,具备对除尘袋内部的粉尘进行回收、减少除尘袋更换清洗频次的优点,有效地解决了现有除尘袋在长时间工作后,大量的粉尘便进入除尘袋纺织层的内部,难以进行有效回收的问题。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种除尘袋的除尘装置,包括除尘袋,底座,动力机构,刷动机构及收集机构,
所述底座呈圆柱状结构,在所述底座的中心位置设置有中心轴孔,在所述中心轴孔上设置有安装轴承的轴承座,在所述底座上还设置有若干环形布置的落灰孔,各个落灰孔之间设置有筋板,在所述底座外侧设置有环形卡接槽,
所述动力机构包括电机以及由电机驱动的转杆,所述动力机构的转杆设置在底座的中心轴孔中并且通过所述轴承座上的轴承安装固定,
所述刷动机构包括上支撑杆、下支撑杆,所述上支撑杆、下支撑杆分别以水平的方式安装在动力机构转杆的上部和下部,在所述上支撑杆、下支撑杆的左侧还垂直安装左刷板,在所述上支撑杆、下支撑杆的右侧还垂直安装右刷板,在所述左刷板上还设置有左刷毛、在右刷板上还设置有右刷毛,所述动力机构的电机驱动所述转杆转动从而带动所述刷动机构转动,
所述收集机构由收集管及控制阀组成,所述收集管具有上管口、上安装法兰、下端面以及下管口,所述控制阀通过法兰安装在所述收集管的下端面下侧,所述收集管通过上安装法兰安装在所述底座的下侧并且使所述落灰孔与所述上管口相通,
所述除尘袋的袋口通过所述底座卡接槽套接固定在底座上,所述刷动机构的左刷毛、右刷毛分别与除尘袋的内壁接触,所述刷动机构转动,所述左刷毛、右刷毛分别将除尘袋内壁的灰尘刷落,灰尘落入落灰孔之后从收集管的下管口进入控制阀。
优选方案,所述上支撑杆上还设置有套座,所述上支撑杆通过所述套座上的紧固螺栓安装固定在所述动力机构的转杆上。
优选方案,在所述卡接槽中还设置有密封圈,在所述轴承座的外侧还设置有密封垫和密封盖板,所述密封盖板将所述密封垫固定在所述轴承座的外侧。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提出一种除尘袋的除尘装置,包括除尘袋,底座,动力机构,刷动机构及收集机构。所述底座呈圆柱状结构,所述底座的中心位置设置有中心轴孔、所述底座外侧设置有卡接槽,所述底座还设置有若干环形布置的落灰孔。所述除尘袋的袋口通过所述底座卡接槽套接固定在底座上,所述刷动机构的左刷毛、右刷毛分别与除尘袋的内壁接触。所述动力机构驱动所述刷动机构转动,所述刷动机构的左、右刷毛将除尘袋内壁的灰尘刷落,灰尘落入落灰孔最后从收集管的下管口进入控制阀被排走。本发明提出一种除尘袋的除尘装置可以有效解决了现有除尘袋在长时间工作后,大量的粉尘便进入除尘袋纺织层的内部、难以进行有效回收的问题。

图中显示,本例中,一种除尘袋的除尘装置,包括除尘袋1,底座2,动力机构3、刷动机构4、收集机构5。
图6、图7显示,底座2呈圆柱状结构,在底座2的中心位置设置有中心轴孔21,在中心轴孔21上设置有安装轴承21B的轴承座21A,在底座2上还设置有若干环形布置的落灰孔22,各个落灰孔22之间设置有筋板23,在底座2外侧设置有环形卡接槽24。
图1-图5显示,动力机构3包括电机31以及由电机驱动的转杆32,动力机构3的转杆32设置在底 座2的中心轴孔21上并且通过轴承座21A上的轴承21B安装固定。
图1-图5显示,刷动机构4包括上支撑杆42A、下支撑杆42B,上支撑杆42A、下支撑杆42B分别以水平的方式安装在动力机构的转杆32的上部和下部,在上支撑杆42A、下支撑杆42B的左侧还垂直安装左刷板41A,在上支撑杆42A、下支撑杆42B的右侧还垂直安装右刷板41B,在左刷板41A上还设置有左刷毛43A、在右刷板41B上还设置右刷毛43B。动力机构3的电机31驱动转杆32转动从而带动刷动机构4转动。
本例中,上支撑杆42A上还设置有套座42A1,上支撑杆42A通过套座42A1上的紧固螺栓42A2安装固定在动力机构的转杆32上。
图6-图9显示,收集机构5由收集管51及控制阀52组成,收集管51具有上管口51A、上安装法兰51B、下端面51D以及下管口51C。控制阀52通过法兰安装在收集管51的下端面51D下侧,收集管51通过上安装法兰51B安装在底座2的下侧并且使底座落灰孔22与上管口51A相通。
图1、图2显示,除尘袋1的袋口通过底座卡接槽24套接固定在底座2上,刷动机构4的左刷毛43A、右刷毛43B分别与除尘袋1的内壁接触,刷动机构4转动,左刷毛43A、右刷毛43B分别将除尘袋1内壁的灰尘刷落,灰尘落入落灰孔22最后从收集管51的下管口51C进入控制阀52。
图中显示,本例中,在卡接槽24中还设置有密封圈8;在轴承座21A的外侧设置有密封垫7和密封盖板6,密封盖板6将密封垫7固定在轴承座21A的外侧。
本例中,可以有效解决了现有除尘袋在长时间工作后,大量的粉尘便进入除尘袋纺织层的内部,难以进行有效回收的问题。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种除尘袋的除尘装置,其特征是,包括除尘袋,底座,动力机构,刷动机构及收集机构;
    所述底座呈圆柱状结构,在所述底座的中心位置设置有中心轴孔,在所述中心轴孔上设置有安装轴承的轴承座,在所述底座上还设置有若干环形布置的落灰孔,各个落灰孔之间设置有筋板,在所述底座外侧设置有环形卡接槽,
    所述动力机构包括电机以及由电机驱动的转杆,所述动力机构的转杆设置在底座的中心轴孔中并且通过所述轴承座上的轴承安装固定,
    所述刷动机构包括上支撑杆、下支撑杆,所述上支撑杆、下支撑杆分别以水平的方式安装在动力机构转杆的上部和下部,在所述上支撑杆、下支撑杆的左侧还垂直安装左刷板,在所述上支撑杆、下支撑杆的右侧还垂直安装右刷板,在所述左刷板上还设置有左刷毛、在右刷板上还设置有右刷毛,所述动力机构的电机驱动所述转杆转动从而带动所述刷动机构转动,
