Claims (6)
- 전해청정라인에서 회수되는 알카리용액을 필터링하는 장치에 있어서;하면에 연결관(112)이 돌출된 원통형의 필터바디(110), 연결관(112)에 연결되고 개폐밸브(122)를 구비한 슬러지배출관(120), 필터바디(110)의 외주면 상,하측에 배관된 용액유입관(130) 및 용액배출관(140)으로 이루어진 필터바디부(100)와;상기 연결관(112)상에 고정되고 다수의 구멍이 뚫린 원형베이스(210), 원형베이스(210)의 상면 중앙에 고정된 기어박스(220), 기어박스(220)로 동력을 전달하는 송풍모터(280), 전달된 동력에 의해 회전하도록 기어박스(220)에 수직하게 연결된 송풍팬(250)으로 이루어진 와류발생부(200)와;상기 필터바디(100)에 삽입된 원통형의 필터매쉬(320), 필터매쉬(320)의 내주면과 접촉되면서 자전 및 공전되는 브러쉬(330), 필터바디(100)의 상면을 밀폐하는 필터캡(350), 필터캡(350)의 중앙을 관통하여 회전되게 배치되는 유도관(360), 유도관(360)을 회전시키도록 기어결합된 구동모터(370), 필터캡(350) 하부에 고정된 원형래크(366), 브러쉬(330)의 축 상단에 고정되고 원형래크(366)와 맞물린 구동피니언(338)으로 이루어진 구동부(300)와;상기 유도관(360) 내부에 배치된 포집관(410), 포집관(410)을 승하강시키는 작동실린더(440)로 이루어진 포집부(400)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 배출이 가능한 필터링 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 필터바디부(100)의 필터바디(110) 바닥면에는 필터매쉬(320)의 하단이 끼워지는 고정홈(150)이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 배출이 가능한 필터링 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 필터바디부(100)의 연결관(112) 상부테두리에는 상기 포집관(410)의 하단면과 접촉시 기밀을 유지하는 패킹(P)이 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 배출이 가능한 필터링 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 와류발생부(200)의 기어박스(220)에 내장된 동력전달용 기어는 베벨기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 배출이 가능한 필터링 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 구동부(300)의 필터캡(350) 하부인 필터바디(110)의 내부 상측에는 유입된 알카리용액을 분산시키도록 테두리를 따라 다수의 용액유통구멍(342)이 형성된 지지플랜지(340)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 배출이 가능한 필터링 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 포집부(400)의 포집관캡(420)에는 신축성의 수공급라인(450)이 관통배관되고, 상기 수공급라인(450)의 단부에는 분사노즐(460)이 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 배출이 가능한 필터링 장치.
