- 내부에 형성된 공간에 고체 또는 액체 상태의 화장품 기제, 기능성 조성물 또는 색소 첨가제 중 어느 하나 이상이 수용되어 계량, 냉각, 가열, 교반, 멸균 또는 살균 공정이 이루어지고 상부에는 개구부가 형성되며 내주면에는 돌출부(111)가 하나 이상이 형성되며 상기 내주면과 상기 돌출부(111)의 표면이 테플론으로 코팅된 원통형의 반응조(110);상기 고체 또는 액체 상태의 화장품 기제, 기능성 조성물 또는 색소 첨가제 중 어느 하나 이상이 상기 반응조(110)의 내부에 수용되었을 때의 중량 변화를 측정하기 위해서 아날로그 로드셀, 디지털 로드셀, 싱글 포인트 로드셀, 벤딩빔 로드셀 중 어느 하나가 구비된 중량측정부(120);상기 반응조(110) 내부에 수용된 화장품 혼합물의 온도를 퍼지 PID 제어알고리듬으로 가열 또는 냉각시킬 수 있는 펠티어 소자(131)가 다수 개 구비되는 온도조절부(130);상기 반응조(110)의 정중앙에 위치하여 상기 화장품 혼합물을 교반시키기 위한 교반날개(141)가 하나 이상이 장착된 회전축(142);과 상기 회전축(142)을 상하 방향으로 구동시키는 위치가변기(143);와 상기 회전축(142)을 상기 반응조(110) 내부에서 정회전 또는 편심회전시킬 수 있는 축조절기(144); 상기 회전축(142)에 회전력을 전달하는 전동기(145);가 구비된 교반부(140);상기 반응조(110)의 수직길이 방향으로 면발광 형상의 자외선 발광다이오드가 상기 반응조(110)의 내주면과 상기 돌출부(111) 사이에 형성된 곡면에 하나 이상이 설치되어 상기 화장품 혼합물을 살균 또는 멸균시키는 광살균부(150);상기 중량측정부(120), 온도조절부(130), 교반부(140), 광살균부(150)의 제어설정값과 실제측정값의 수치 정보를 디지털 표식으로 출력시키는 디스플레이부(160);상기 디스플레이부(160)와 연동되어 상기 제어설정값과 실제측정값의 수치정보를 스마트디바이스로 전송하기 위해 지그비모듈, 블루투스모듈, 와이파이모듈, 비콘모듈 중 어느 하나가 구비된 무선통신부(170);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응조(110)의 내주면에는 상기 반응조(110)와 동일한 재질의 돌출부(111)가 하나 이상 형성되고, 상기 돌출부(111)는 상기 반응조(110)의 수직길이 방향에 대응하는 장방형으로 형성되어 상기 화장품 혼합물의 교반 과정에서 상기 반응조(110) 내부에 와류 형성을 촉진시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응조(110)의 수직길이 방향으로 상기 반응조(110)의 내주면과 외주면을 관통하는 장방형의 투명 가시창(112)이 더 형성되고 상기 투명 가시창(112)의 일측에는 부피 계량을 위한 체적식별용눈금(113)이 표시되어 상기 반응조(110)에 수용된 화장품 혼합물의 체적을 측정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중량측정부(120)에 구비되는 아날로그 로드셀, 디지털 로드셀, 싱글 포인트 로드셀, 벤딩빔 로드셀 중 어느 하나는 상기 반응조(110)에 상기 고체 또는 액체 상태의 화장품 기제, 기능성 조성물 또는 색소 첨가제가 순차적으로 수용되는 과정에서 중량 측정 정확도를 확보하기 위해서 증량과 감량 과정에서 발생하는 히스테리시스 오차, 로드셀 출력 신호가 불균일해서 발생하는 선형성 오차, 로드셀에 가해지는 하중의 방향 변화에 따른 편심 오차, 로드셀에 가해지는 하중의 시간 경과에 따른 크립 오차 중, 어느 하나 이상에 대한 보정 기능이 내재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 온도조절부(130)는 상기 반응조(110) 내부에 수용된 상기 화장품 혼합물의 온도를 측정하기 위하여 상기 반응조(110)의 내주부 일측에 형성된 제2관통공(114c)으로 삽입되는 제1온도센서(132)가 더 구비되고 상기 제1온도센서(132)는 상기 혼합물과 직접적으로 맞닿아 상기 퍼지 PID 제어에 필요한 비례, 적분, 미분 조작량 정보 중 어느 하나 이상을 제공하고, 상기 반응조(110) 내부를 가열 또는 냉각시키기 위해서 전압 극성의 변화에 따라 냉각부와 발열부가 변경되는 펠티어 소자(131)가 적용되되, 상기 퍼지 PID 제어를 위해서 상기 반응조(110)의 하부 일측에 형성된 제3관통공(114d)에 삽입되는 제2온도센서(133)로부터 계측되는 온도측정값과 상기 제1온도센서(132)로부터 계측되는 온도측정값이 각각 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 교반부(140)는 상기 화장품 혼합물의 점도 증가 또는 감소에 따른 교반 효율을 유지시키기 위해서 교반날개(141)가 교체 가능한 형태로 구비되고, 교반을 위한 분당 회전수가 정밀 제어되는 전동기(145)가 더 포함되되 상기 전동기(145)에는 토크센서가 장착되어 상기 회전축(142)이 정회전될 때에 발생하는 토크값을 측정하여 상기 화장품 혼합물의 점도를 환산 또는 추정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광살균부(150)는 200 내지 280nm 파장 영역의 UV-C가 발생하는 자외선 발광다이오드가 적용되고 상기 반응조(110) 내부를 냉각하는 공정에서는 작동을 중지시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 제조장치.
