定位头架

技术领域
本申请涉及医疗设备领域,特别涉及一种定位头架。
背景技术
在进行头部放射治疗时,须采用定位头架对患者头部的病灶进行定位。
通常,定位头架的各组件(例如,头钉、立杆和基环等)均采用导电的金属材料制成。在进行成像扫描或放射治疗时,该定位头架会形成闭合回路,并产生较大的感应电动势,最终以热能形式耗散,导致头钉发热,严重时会导致患者头部灼伤。
相关技术中,定位头架通过在头钉和立杆之间增加绝缘套筒来断开定位头架形成的闭合回路。然而,头钉与由绝缘材料制成的绝缘套筒在频繁使用的情况下,容易被磨损,导致头钉固定不牢固。

相关技术中,头钉通过绝缘套筒与立杆连接,而绝缘套筒由绝缘材料制成,其刚性较差,在与头钉频繁安装、调整或拆除的情况下,容易发生磨损,导致头钉与立杆连接不牢固。为此,本申请实施例提供了一种定位头架,可以解决相关技术中绝缘套筒容易磨损导致头钉固定不牢固的问题。
图1是本申请实施例提供的定位头架的结构示意图,图2是本申请实施例提供的定位头架中一组套筒、绝缘立杆和头钉的爆炸图。
如图1和图2所示,定位头架包括:多组套筒1、绝缘立杆2和头钉3。对于每一组套筒1、绝缘立杆2和头钉3,套筒1由金属材料制成,绝缘立杆2包括由绝缘材料制成的头钉连接部21,头钉3通过套筒1与头钉连接部21连接。

基环连接部22具有腰型孔221,可与调节螺栓5和调节块6相互配合,调节绝缘立杆2的高度。其中,调节螺栓5穿过基环4与位于腰型孔221内的调节块6连接。当需要调节绝缘立杆的高度时,拧松调节螺栓,调整绝缘立杆的高度到期望高度,再拧紧调节螺栓即完成调节过程。
这里,基环连接部22可以由金属材料制成,而金属材料具有良好的刚性,相比基环连接部22由绝缘材料制成,绝缘立杆2整体的刚性较好,与基环4 的连接更为稳固。
这里需要说明的是,定位头架的绝缘立杆2不限于包括头钉连接部21和基环连接部22两个部分,还可以包含其他中间连接部,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
可选的,如图2所示,绝缘立杆2的头钉连接部21包括:连接通孔211,套筒1可以固定于连接通孔211内,头钉3可以与套筒1连接。这样,头钉不直接与绝缘立杆的头钉连接部连接,而是通过套筒间接与绝缘立杆连接,由于金属材料制成的套筒刚性好,即使与头钉频繁的安装、调整或拆卸,也不容易发生磨损,头钉与绝缘立杆仍可以保持稳固连接。
对于套筒与连接通孔的固定方式,作为一种可选的实现方式,如图2至图4所示,头钉连接部21还包括:紧固通孔212,该紧固通孔212与连接通孔211相交;定位头架还包括:紧固销7,紧固销7穿过紧固通孔212与套筒1相抵。这样,可以使套筒与连接通孔固定连接,在调节头钉位置时,套筒不易随头钉位置的调节而移动。

这里需要说明的是,当套筒1、绝缘立杆2和头钉3组合在一起时,绝缘立杆2的头钉连接部21的连接通孔211的中心轴与套筒1的中心轴、头钉3的中心轴同轴。
为了便于对头钉位置的粗调或微调,头钉3可以与套筒1通过螺纹连接,也就是说,在套筒1的内壁上设置内螺纹段,在头钉3外壁设置外螺纹段,并且内、外螺纹啮合,由此可通过旋动头钉3沿螺纹运动来调节头钉3的位置。在旋动头钉时,由于紧固销穿头钉连接部的紧固通孔并与套筒上的紧固盲孔相适配,还可以阻挡套筒随头钉的旋动绕连接通孔的中心轴转动。
为了进一步阻挡绝缘套筒随头钉的旋动绕连接通孔的中心轴转动,套筒1沿垂直于自身中心轴方向的至少一个截面的外轮廓可以设置为非圆形。
示例性的,如图5所示,套筒1包括第一套筒12和第二套筒13,整体呈内部中空的凸台状,第二套筒13的台面小于第二套筒12的台面,其中空用以与头钉连接。第一套筒12沿垂直于中心轴方向的截面的外轮廓呈腰型,可以避免套筒随头钉的旋动绕连接通孔的中心轴(或套筒的中心轴、或套筒中中空的中心轴)转动;内轮廓呈圆形,用于头钉穿过;而第二套筒13沿垂直于中心轴方向的截面的外轮廓形状不限,可以为图5所示的圆形,也可设置为其他形状,内轮廓呈圆形,用于头钉穿过。
当然,第一套筒12沿垂直于自身中心轴方向的截面的外轮廓还可以为其他规则或不规则的形状,例如椭圆形、正方形、长方形、五边形、六边形、等腰梯形或直接梯形等等。
作为另一些可选的实现方式,套筒还可以通过卡扣、卡箍等固定方式与连接通孔连接。当通过卡扣连接方式固定时,可在套筒1上设置至少一个弹性卡子,在连接通孔211内设置有与弹性卡子相适配的卡槽。当通过卡箍方式固定时,可在连接通孔211内卡箍,通过利用卡箍抱紧套筒1。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,上述仅列举了套筒与连接通孔的部分固定方式,而非全部,对于其他固定方式,本申请实施例不再一一列举。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种定位头架,其特征在于,所述定位头架包括:
    套筒,由金属材料制成;
    绝缘立杆,包括头钉连接部,所述头钉连接部由绝缘材料制成;
    头钉,通过所述套筒与所述头钉连接部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述头钉连接部包括:连接通孔,所述套筒固定于所述连接通孔内,所述头钉与所述套筒连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述头钉连接部还包括:紧固通孔,所述紧固通孔与所述连接通孔相交;所述定位头架还包括:紧固销,所述紧固销穿过所述紧固通孔与所述套筒相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述套筒包括:紧固盲孔,所述紧固销穿过所述紧固通孔后与所述紧固盲孔相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述套筒沿垂直于中心轴方向至少一个截面的外轮廓为非圆形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述定位头架还包括:基环;所述绝缘立杆还包括:与所述头钉连接部连接的基环连接部,所述基环连接部与所述基环连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述基环连接部由金属材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述金属材料为非铁磁性的金属材料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述非铁磁性的金属材料包括以下材料中的至少一种:
    铜、铜合金、钛合金、铝合金和镁合金。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的定位头架,其特征在于,所述绝缘材料包括以下材料中至少一种:
    陶瓷、石墨增强纤维塑料、PEEK塑料、POM塑料和PEI树脂。
