一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,包括风筒(11),风筒(11)固定有两个左右对称设置的支脚(21),每个支脚(21)套接在导向杆(22)上,导向杆(22)固定在底板(23)上,底板(23)的中部固定有两个支撑座(24),支撑座(24)之间设有齿轮(25),齿轮(25)设有驱使其转动或静止的调节机构(3),齿轮(25)固定在支撑轴(26)的中部,支撑轴(26)的两端穿过对应的支撑座(24)的外伸出端上固定有第一驱动臂(27),第一驱动臂(27)与第二驱动臂(28)铰接,第二驱动臂(28)与铰接座(29)铰接,铰接座(29)固定在风筒(11)的下端外壁上。该风机可以将风筒高度调节到不同的位置。

Description

一种高度位置可调的轴流风机 技术领域
本发明涉及风机技术领域,具体涉及一种高度位置可调的轴流风机。
背景技术
现有的轴流风机一般是将风筒固定在底座上,不能根据需要调节风筒的高度,不能满足不同客户的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,它可以将风筒高度调节到不同的位置,以满足不同客户的需求。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,包括风筒,风筒内固定有电机,电机的电机轴上固定连接有叶轮,所述风筒的固定有两个左右对称设置的支脚,每个支脚套接在对应的一根竖直设置的导向杆上,两根导向杆分别固定在底板的两端,底板的中部固定有两个前后设置的支撑座,两个支撑座之间设有齿轮,齿轮固定在支撑轴的中部,支撑轴的两端分别铰接在两个支撑座上,支撑轴的两端穿过对应的支撑座的外伸出端上固定有第一驱动臂,第一驱动臂的另一端与第二驱动臂的下端铰接,第二驱动臂的上端铰接在铰接座上,铰接座固定在风筒的下 端外壁上;所述齿轮设有驱使其转动或静止的调节机构。
所述调节机构包括与齿轮啮合的齿条,齿条的左端插套在导向座的矩形导向孔内,导向座固定在底板上,所述齿条的右端固定有螺杆,螺杆螺接有螺母,螺母铰接在螺母座上,螺母座固定在底板上。
所述螺母座呈“U”字型,螺母的两端分别通过轴承铰接在螺母座的两支臂上,螺母的中部成型有六角凸台,六角凸台位于螺母座的两支臂之间。
所述直角上成型有上下贯穿的通孔,通孔内套接有并固定有轴套,所述轴套的内径与导向杆的外径间隙配合,所述导向杆插套在轴套内。
两根所述导向杆之间的最小间距大于风筒的外径。
所述支撑轴的中部成型有花键轴,花键轴插套并固定在齿轮上。
所述支撑轴的两端各成型有一个第一定位键槽,所述第一驱动臂与支撑轴连接的端部成型有轴孔,轴孔内成型有第二定位键槽,支撑轴的端部插套并固定在轴孔内,第一定位键槽和第二定位键槽之间夹持有平键。
所述底板上成型有齿轮让位槽。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它可以将风筒高度调节到不同的位置,以满足不同客户的需求。

具体实施方式
实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,包括风筒11,风筒11内固定有电机12,电机12的电机轴上固定连接有叶轮13,所述风筒11的固定有两个左右对称设置的支脚21,每个支脚21套接在对应的一根竖直设置的导向杆22上,两根导向杆22分别固定在底板23的两端,底板23的中部固定有两个前后设置的支撑座24,两个支撑座24之间设有齿轮25,齿轮25固定在支撑轴26的中部,支撑轴26的两端分别铰接在两个支撑座24上,支撑轴26的两端穿过对应的支撑座24的外伸出端上固定有第一驱动臂27,第一驱动臂27的另一端与第二驱动臂28的下端铰接,第二驱动臂28的上端铰接在铰接座29上,铰接座29固定在风筒11的下端外壁上;所述齿轮25设有驱使其转动或静止的调节机构3。
更进一步的说,所述调节机构3包括与齿轮25啮合的齿条31,齿条31的左端插套在导向座32的矩形导向孔321内,导向座32固定在底板23上,所述齿条31的右端固定有螺杆33,螺杆33螺接有螺母34,螺母34铰接在螺母座35上,螺母座35固定在底板23上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:所述螺母座35呈“U”字型,螺母34的两端分别通过轴承36铰接在螺母座35的两支臂上,螺母34的中部成型有六角凸台341,六角凸台341位于螺母座35的两支臂之间。
更进一步的说,所述直角21上成型有上下贯穿的通孔,通孔内 套接有并固定有轴套41,所述轴套41的内径与导向杆22的外径间隙配合,所述导向杆22插套在轴套41内。
更进一步的说,两根所述导向杆22之间的最小间距大于风筒11的外径。
更进一步的说,所述支撑轴26的中部成型有花键轴261,花键轴261插套并固定在齿轮25上。
更进一步的说,所述支撑轴26的两端各成型有一个第一定位键槽262,所述第一驱动臂27与支撑轴26连接的端部成型有轴孔,轴孔内成型有第二定位键槽271,支撑轴26的端部插套并固定在轴孔内,第一定位键槽262和第二定位键槽271之间夹持有平键42。
更进一步的说,所述底板23上成型有齿轮让位槽231。
工作原理:当需要调节风筒的高度时,通过外界的扳手等工具转动螺母34上的六角凸台,螺母34带动螺杆33向右移动,螺杆33带动齿条31向右移动,齿条31带动齿轮25顺时针翻转一定角度,齿轮25通过支撑轴26带动两个第一驱动臂27的外端逆时针翻转移动角度,第一驱动臂27的外端高度提升,第一驱动臂27通过第二驱动臂28、及铰接座29带动风筒11沿导向杆22上移。

  1. 一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,包括风筒(11),风筒(11)内固定有电机(12),电机(12)的电机轴上固定连接有叶轮(13),其特征在于:所述风筒(11)的固定有两个左右对称设置的支脚(21),每个支脚(21)套接在对应的一根竖直设置的导向杆(22)上,两根导向杆(22)分别固定在底板(23)的两端,底板(23)的中部固定有两个前后设置的支撑座(24),两个支撑座(24)之间设有齿轮(25),齿轮(25)固定在支撑轴(26)的中部,支撑轴(26)的两端分别铰接在两个支撑座(24)上,支撑轴(26)的两端穿过对应的支撑座(24)的外伸出端上固定有第一驱动臂(27),第一驱动臂(27)的另一端与第二驱动臂(28)的下端铰接,第二驱动臂(28)的上端铰接在铰接座(29)上,铰接座(29)固定在风筒(11)的下端外壁上;所述齿轮(25)设有驱使其转动或静止的调节机构(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:所述调节机构(3)包括与齿轮(25)啮合的齿条(31),齿条(31)的左端插套在导向座(32)的矩形导向孔(321)内,导向座(32)固定在底板(23)上,所述齿条(31)的右端固定有螺杆(33),螺杆(33)螺接有螺母(34),螺母(34)铰接在螺母座(35)上,螺母座(35)固定在底板(23)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:所述螺母座(35)呈“U”字型,螺母(34)的两端分别通过轴承(36)铰接在螺母座(35)的两支臂上,螺母(34)的中部成 型有六角凸台(341),六角凸台(341)位于螺母座(35)的两支臂之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:所述直角(21)上成型有上下贯穿的通孔,通孔内套接有并固定有轴套(41),所述轴套(41)的内径与导向杆(22)的外径间隙配合,所述导向杆(22)插套在轴套(41)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:两根所述导向杆(22)之间的最小间距大于风筒(11)的外径。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:所述支撑轴(26)的中部成型有花键轴(261),花键轴(261)插套并固定在齿轮(25)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:所述支撑轴(26)的两端各成型有一个第一定位键槽(262),所述第一驱动臂(27)与支撑轴(26)连接的端部成型有轴孔,轴孔内成型有第二定位键槽(271),支撑轴(26)的端部插套并固定在轴孔内,第一定位键槽(262)和第二定位键槽(271)之间夹持有平键(42)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度位置可调的轴流风机,其特征在于:所述底板(23)上成型有齿轮让位槽(231)。
