所述主动轴和所述从动轴均在其周向间隔设置多个凹槽3407,每一所述凹槽内均安装有弹性垫圈3408。本实施例中,所述弹性垫圈为橡胶圈。减震缓冲,提高对片材的保护,特别是片材为玻璃板时,避免主动轴和从动轴之间的压力过大,将玻璃挤裂。
所述工作台还设有第一搬料机构360,通过第一搬送机构将工件搬至滚动架,所述第一搬料机构包括安装于工作台的第一Y向驱动机构3601、第一Z向驱动机构3602和取料组件(图未示意),通过第一Y向驱动机构驱动取料组件沿Y向平移,通过所述第一Z向驱动机构驱动所述取料组件沿Z向平移。
本实施例中,所述取料组件为真空吸盘,但不限于此。
所述工作台还设有第二搬料机构370,通过第二搬送机构将工件搬离滚动架,所述第二搬料机构包括安装于工作台的第二Y向驱动机构3701、第二Z向驱动机构3702和取料组件3703,通过第二Y向驱动机构驱动取料组件沿Y向平移,通过所述第二Z向驱动机构驱动所述取料组件沿Z向平移。
本实施例中,所述工作台还设有工件转运用的转运台380。
本实施例中,所述工件400为片材,所述片材为手机玻璃板,但不限于此,也可以为导光板,扩散板等。
本实用新型的工作原理和工作过程如下:
通过人工或在其它机构的配合下,将待加工的工件放置转运台,在控制系统的作用下,通过第一搬送机构将工件搬至滚动架设有清洗装置的那端,通过驱动电机驱动传动轴以及第二磁性齿轮转动,通过第一磁性齿轮和第二磁性齿轮之间的作用,从而带动主动轴和从动轴转动,进而实现工件的移动,在工件的移动过程中,在清洗段通过清洗结构实现对工件的清洗,然后输送至烘干段通过烘干结构实现对工件的烘干,即可实现对工件的连续在线自动化清洗,清洁效果好,且提高生产效率;烘干后的工件可以通过第二搬送机构搬送至所需位置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:包括工作台(310)和设于所述工作台的滚动架(340),所述滚动架设有清洗装置(320)和烘干装置(330),且所述烘干装置位于所述清洗装置的下游,通过所述滚动架实现待清洁的工件(400)的传送;
    所述滚动架(340)包括成排设置的主动轴(3401)、成排设置的从动轴(3402)、传动结构和驱动所述传动结构运动的驱动电机(3403),通过所述驱动电机通过驱动传动结构驱动主动轴和从动轴转动从而带动待加工的工件移动;
    所述清洗装置包括清洗结构(3201),所述烘干装置包括烘干结构(3301),所述清洗结构和所述烘干结构皆对准所述滚动架;
    所述清洗机还包括控制系统,所述驱动电机与所述控制系统连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述传动结构包括传动轴(3404)和第一磁性齿轮(3405),所述第一磁性齿轮安装于所述传动轴,每一所述主动轴的一端均安装有第二磁性齿轮(3406),通过驱动电机驱动传动轴以及第二磁性齿轮转动,通过第一磁性齿轮和第二磁性齿轮之间的作用,从而带动主动轴和从动轴转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述滚动架的上方或/和下方皆设有所述清洗结构;
    所述滚动架的上方或/和下方皆设有所述烘干结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述清洗结构和/或所述烘干结构均包括上板(32011)和下板(3202),所述上板和所述下板叠合;所述上板和所述下板的一侧的接处具有水气进口(3203),且另一侧具有水气出口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述工作台还设有防护罩(350),所述防护罩罩于所述清洗装置和所述烘干装置的外围。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述防护罩具有隔板(3501),通过隔板将清洗装置和烘干装置隔开。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述主动轴和 所述从动轴均在其周向间隔设置多个凹槽(3407),每一所述凹槽内均安装有弹性垫圈(3408)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述工作台还设有第一搬料机构(360),通过第一搬送机构将工件搬至滚动架,所述第一搬料机构包括安装于工作台的第一Y向驱动机构(3601)、第一Z向驱动机构(3602)和取料组件,通过第一Y向驱动机构驱动取料组件沿Y向平移,通过所述第一Z向驱动机构驱动所述取料组件沿Z向平移。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述工作台还设有第二搬料机构(370),通过第二搬送机构将工件搬离滚动架,所述第二搬料机构包括安装于工作台的第二Y向驱动机构(3701)、第二Z向驱动机构(3702)和取料组件(3703),通过第二Y向驱动机构驱动取料组件沿Y向平移,通过所述第二Z向驱动机构驱动所述取料组件沿Z向平移。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的在线自动清洗机,其特征在于:所述工作台还设有工件转运用的转运台(380)。
