水杯装配在电器本体上后,使其与机电器本体成为一个整体,这样不占多余的空间,以便该奶瓶清洗机可以放置在任意可放置其的位置,提高了适应能力。
如图2和图3所示,在本实施例中,开口11用于往杯体1内加水或将杯体1内的水倒掉,水管接头5设置在靠近杯体1的开口端位置,这样可以往杯体1内加水时,而不需要堵塞水管接头5,减少操作步骤;水管接头5在杯体1的外侧与外接头9密封装配,用于实现水杯与内部水路系统的连通,导水管2的一端与杯体1的底部间隔设置,该间隔用于水通过,导水管2的另一端在杯体1的内部与水管接头5密封装配,以便使杯体1内的水可以从杯体1的底部经导水管2进入至水路系统中,内部水路系统还包括泵,该泵用于将杯体1中的水吸入至内部水路系统中或将内部水路系统中的水排放至水杯中。
具体地,如图3至图5所示,水管接头5位于杯体1内的部分还设有第二被感应体6,水杯装配在电器本体10上后,在同一水平基准面的电器本体10上设有与第二被感应体6对应的第二感应件8,第二感应件8与奶瓶清洗的电路控制系统电连接,第二感应件8用于感应第二被感应体6。在本实施例中,水杯安装到位后(即外接头9与水管接头5实现密封装配),第二被感应体6才能被第二感应件8感应到,这样当水杯没有安装到位时(外接头9与水管接头5没有密封装配,泵的吸力无法吸水),第二感应件8发出没有感应到第二被感应体6的信号,如果此时奶瓶清洗机被按开启键,电路控制系统根据第二感应件8发出的信号及时控制奶瓶清洗机暂停工作,并发出警报,以提示用户水杯没有安装到位,避免杯体1内水进入不了水路系统中或水路系统中的水排放到了杯体1的外面。
具体地,如图5和图6所示,在本实施例中,浮子3上设有圆环孔31,导水管2穿过圆环孔31以使浮子3沿导水管2的长度方向往复活动。导水管2用于对浮子3的活动具有导向限位作用,用于保证浮子3活动到相对应的位置时能被第一感应件7感应到。
具体地,浮子3的上端面设有凹槽32,第一被感应体4设于凹槽32内,浮子3上还设有密封凹槽32的盖子33。这样设置便于第一被感应体4的安装和拆卸,盖子33可以采用胶粘、螺纹密封和插接等方式进行固定。
在本实施例中,浮子3采用塑胶材料制成。在其他实施例中,浮子3还可以采用泡沫塑料、珍珠棉等可以浮在水面的较轻材料制成。在本实施例中,浮子3设置为空心结构,这样进一步保证了浮子3能浮在水面上。当然浮子3也可以是实心结构,只要其在安装第一被感应体4后能随水位的高低而上下浮动即可。
如图3所示,杯体1的底部设有空心凸台,空心凸台的侧壁具有缺口13,导水管2的一端插接在空心凸台内,缺口用于供水正常流出。
更具体地,在本实施例中,空心凸台为圆环形凸台12,圆环形凸台12的侧壁具有缺口13,导水管2的一端插接在圆环形凸台12内,圆环形凸台12用于对导水管2一端进行固定,在本实施例中,圆环形凸台12与水管接头5配合,使导水管2与杯体1的侧壁平行设置,这样导水管2到杯体1侧壁的距离一定,这样保证了浮子3沿导水管2长度方向活动时呈垂直杯体1底部的直线运动,这样保证了第一感应件7感应第一被感应体4的准确性。在其他实施例中,空心凸台为矩形边凸台。
具体地,在本实施例中,杯体1采用塑胶材料制成,水管接头5采用弹性橡胶或硅胶制成,水管接头5整体呈L型,导水管2和外接头9分别与水管接头5插接密封装配,方便装配,导水管2和外接头9采用塑胶材料制成。
具体地,在本实施例中,高水位传感器71、低水位传感器72和第二感应件8均为磁感应传感器,第一被感应体4和第二被感应体6均为永久磁铁。在其他实施例中,高水位传感器71、低水位传感器72和第二感应件8均为接近开关,第一被感应体4和第二被感应体6为金属感应片。
在本实施例中,奶瓶清洗机的电路控制系统分别与高水位传感器71、低水位传感器72和第二感应件8电连接,电路控制系统根据高水位传感器71、低水位传感器72和第二感应件8电连接发出的感应信号作出相对应的指令并提醒用户进行相关操作。
本实施例中,奶瓶清洗机的工作原理如下:
正常情况下,水杯作为进水杯使用时,水杯内的水处于加满状态,浮子3处于最高位置,水杯安装后,外接头9与水管接头5密封装配,此时,第二感应件8能感应到第二被感应体6,高水位传感器71能感应到第一被感应体4,奶瓶清洗机进行正常的清洗工作。
如果外接头9与水管接头5没有密封装配,第二感应件8没有感应到第二被感应体6,说明水杯没有安装到位,此时第二感应件8会发出未安装到位信号,使得电路控制系统控制奶瓶清洗机暂停工作并发出警报,提醒用户将水杯安装到位。
如果第二感应件8感应到第二被感应体6,但是水杯内的水未加满,即浮子3没有处于最高位置,此时,高水位传感器71感应不到第一被感应体4,高水位传感器71发出水位不足信号反馈给电路控制系统,以使电路控制系统控制奶瓶清洗机暂停工作并发出警报,提醒用户需要将水杯内的水加满。
正常情况下,水杯作为排水杯使用时,此时奶瓶清洗机完成了一轮清洗,需要将清洗后的废水排出,此时水杯的内应该是没有水或者水位达到最低,以使浮子3在自身的重力下达到最低位置,低水位传感器72此时能感应到第一被感应体4。
当废水逐渐排出至杯体1内时,浮子3随着废水水位的增高而上升,当浮子3上升至最高位置时,高水位传感器71感应到第一被感应体4,此时奶瓶清洗器不再向杯体1内排水,以免杯体1内的水溢出。
如果杯体1内的水没有被清空,即浮子3不是处于最低位置,低水位传感器72未能感应到第一被感应体4,此时奶瓶清洗机暂停工作并提醒用户将杯体1内的水清空。
在本实施例中,奶瓶清洗机具有两个水杯,两个水杯交替作为进水杯和排水杯使用,这样使得用户有足够的时间对两个水杯进行加水或将废水清空掉,方便操作。
本发明的奶瓶清洗机因为具备了可随时可更换的水杯,以使其可以放置在任意可放置奶瓶清洗的位置,使其具备较强的适应能力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器设备,其特征在于,包括电器本体及可拆卸连接于所述电器本体上的水杯,所述水杯包括:一端具有开口的杯体,一端设于所述杯体内且另一端与所述电器本体的内部水路系统连通的管路组件,活动式设于所述管路组件上且可漂浮在液面上的浮子,以及设于所述浮子内的第一被感应体,所述电器本体上设置有用于感应所述第一被感应体的高水位传感器和低水位传感器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述管路组件包括:设于所述杯体的开口端的水管接头,以及,一端与所述水管接头密封装配的、另一端延伸至所述杯体的底部并与所述杯体的底部间隔设置的导水管,所述水管接头与所述水路系统连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述水管接头位于所述杯体内的部分还设有第二被感应体,所述电器杯体上还设有用于感应所述第二被感应体的第二感应件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述浮子上设有圆环孔,所述导水管穿过所述圆环孔以使所述浮子沿所述导水管的长度方向往复活动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述浮子的上端面设有凹槽,所述第一被感应体设于所述凹槽内,所述浮子上还设有密封所述凹槽的盖子。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述浮子采用塑胶材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述浮子为空心结构。
  8. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项中任一项所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述杯体的底部设有空心凸台,所述空心凸台的侧壁具有缺口,所述导水管的一端插接在所述空心凸台内。
  9. 根据权利要求8中任一项所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述杯体采用塑胶材料制成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种家用电器设备,其特征在于:所述家用电器设备为奶瓶清洗机或洗碗机。
