背景技术

因此,合理开发水产药物已成为水产疾病研究的重要问题。中草药类药物具有天然性、营养性、增强免疫功能、抗应激、抗微生物、驱(杀)虫、双向调节、毒副残留小、不易产生抗药性等多种优点。所以,中草药类药物在鱼病防治上的应用越来越受到重视。本药物由中草药与常规物料科学配比制作而成,可以防治鳗鲡的细菌性肠炎,治疗效率高。

步骤S4:称取如上所述的质量份的大蒜、柴胡、鱼腥草、黄芪、白术,分别粉碎,倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到治疗药剂;
步骤S5:将步骤S3得到的预防药剂和步骤S4得到的治疗药剂进行搅拌混合,并通过螺杆造粒机造粒,即得到药物。
该药物的使用方法为:与饲料混合投喂,其中药物与饲料的比例为:1: 30。
实施例三:
一种用于预防和治疗鳗鲡细菌性肠炎的药物,具体包括以下原料及其组分比:
蓖麻子15份,油菜籽14份,大豆9份,鸡肉5份,红糖14份,大蒜18份,柴胡21份,鱼腥草16份,黄芪20份,白术18份。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:称取如上所述的质量份的蓖麻子、油菜籽、大豆原料,去除杂质,然后使用粉碎机将原料分别粉碎,粉碎后的原料放入容器中,备用;
步骤S2:称取如上所述的质量份的鸡肉,使用绞肉机绞碎,备用;
步骤S3:将步骤S1粉碎后的原料和步骤S2搅碎后的鸡肉倒入搅拌器中搅拌,在搅拌过程中,加入红糖,搅拌均匀后得预防药剂;
步骤S4:称取如上所述的质量份的大蒜、柴胡、鱼腥草、黄芪、白术,分别粉碎,倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到治疗药剂;
步骤S5:将步骤S3得到的预防药剂和步骤S4得到的治疗药剂进行搅拌混合,并通过螺杆造粒机造粒,即得到药物。
该药物的使用方法为:与饲料混合投喂,其中药物与饲料的比例为:1: 50。
其中本发明组方中使用到的中药的药理情况为:(1)柴胡:为伞形科植物柴胡或狭叶柴胡的干燥根,性味苦、微寒,归肝、胆经。有通里解表、疏肝升阳之功效。用于发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞等。(2)鱼腥草:为三白草科植物蕺菜的干燥地上部分,味辛,性寒凉,归肺经。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食,用于治湿热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。(3)黄芪:为豆科植物蒙古黄芪的根。功能主治为:补气固表,托毒排脓,利尿,生津。用于气虚乏力、疮口久不愈合。(4)白术:为菊科苍术属多年生草本植物,药用功能为运脾药,性味苦温辛烈,有燥湿、化浊、止痛之效。
采用本发明的药物拌饲料喂食鳗鲡,能够有效的增强鳗鲡免疫力。经过试验得到,采用传统疾病防治方法,鳗鲡每月增重7克,且发病率达到7%,而采用本发明的药物拌饲料喂食鳗鲡,每月能增重19克,且发病率降为0.5%。对于已患肠炎的鳗鲡,采用本发明的药物拌饲料喂食,治愈率达到98%。因此,本发明的药物能够有效防治鳗鲡的细菌性肠炎,增强鳗鲡免疫力,有效地促进鳗鲡生长。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施用例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换以及改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种用于预防和治疗鳗鲡细菌性肠炎的药物,其特征在于:具体包括以下原料及其组分比:
    蓖麻子10~15份,油菜籽12~14份,大豆9~12份,鸡肉5~8份,红糖12~14份,大蒜15~18份,柴胡18~21份,鱼腥草16~20份,黄芪20~23份,白术18~24份。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于预防和治疗鳗鲡细菌性肠炎的药物,其特征在于:所述原料及其组分比为:
    蓖麻子12份,油菜籽13份,大豆10份,鸡肉7份,红糖8份,大蒜18份,柴胡20份,鱼腥草19份,黄芪22份,白术20份。
  3. 一种用于预防和治疗鳗鲡细菌性肠炎的药物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    步骤S1:称取如权利要求1或2所述的质量份的蓖麻子、油菜籽、大豆原料,去除杂质,然后使用粉碎机将原料分别粉碎,粉碎后的原料放入容器中,备用;
    步骤S2:称取如权利要求1或2所述的质量份的鸡肉,使用绞肉机绞碎,备用;
    步骤S3:将步骤S1粉碎后的原料和步骤S2绞碎后的鸡肉倒入搅拌器中搅拌,在搅拌过程中,加入红糖,搅拌均匀后得预防药剂;
    步骤S4:称取如权利要求1或2所述的质量份的大蒜、柴胡、鱼腥草、黄芪、白术,分别粉碎,倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到治疗药剂;
    步骤S5:将步骤S3得到的预防药剂和步骤S4得到的治疗药剂进行搅拌混合,并通过螺杆造粒机造粒,即得到药物。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种用于预防和治疗鳗鲡细菌性肠炎的药物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5得到的药物的使用方法为:与饲料混合投喂,其中药物与饲料的比例为:1:30~50。
