Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formteilen aus Partikelschäumen, umfassend das Bereitstellen von Partikelschaum-Teilchen, das Benetzen der Partikelschaum-Teilchen mit einer wässrigen Emulsion zumindest eines Polyolefins und dadurch Erhalten von funktionalisierbaren Partikelschaum-Teilchen, das Trocknen der benetzten und funktionalisierbaren Partikelschaum-Teilchen, das Formgeben der funktionalisierbaren Partikelschaum-Teilchen, das Erhitzen der formgegebenen, funktionalisierbaren Partikelschaum-Teilchen auf eine Temperatur unterhalb des Schmelzbereichs der Partikelschaum-Teilchen und dadurch Funktionalisieren der formgegebenen, funktionalisierbaren Partikelschaum-Teilchen, wobei die Partikelschaum-Teilchen miteinander verbunden werden, und das Abkühlen und dadurch Erhalten des Partikelschaum-Formteils, wobei die wässrige Emulsion des zumindest einen Polyolefins eine wässrige Emulsion ist, die zumindest ein mit einem Anhydrid einer ungesättigten Carbonsäure in den flüssigen Zustand überführtes und mit Methacrylsäureester-Copolymeren modifiziertes Polyolefin umfasst.
