电机是日常生活中最常用的动力设备之一,电机发展至今已有上百年的历史,期间出现了如永磁电机、励磁电机、直线电机、旋转电机、内转子、外转子等多种形态的电机,在现有的部分电机中,如自行车中置电机等,通常由于部分组件寿命相对较短或存在易损件,从而影响了电机的使用寿命,通常,更换这些组件需要拆解电机,工作量较大,维护复杂,在电机的全寿命周期付出的人力成本较高。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,公开了一种快修式电机壳体,包括主壳体,壳体盖,其中壳体盖设置在主壳体上,壳体盖和主壳体构成壳体,所述壳体盖设置有第一配合部,所述主壳体设置有第二配合部,所述第一配合部与所述第二配合部相互配合,所述壳体盖设置有第一锁定部,所述主壳体设置有第二锁定部,所述壳体盖依靠锁定部与壳体连接固定。

一种快修式电机壳体,包括:主壳体1,壳体盖2,其中壳体盖2设置在主壳体1上,壳体盖2和主壳体1构成安装在电机端部的壳体,壳体盖2设置有第一配合部3,主壳体1设置有第二配合部4,第一配合部3与第二配合部4可相互配合,用于支撑和定位壳体盖2和主壳体1之间的相对位置。壳体盖2设置有第一锁定部5,主壳体1设置有第二锁定部6,壳体盖2依靠锁定部与主壳体1连接固定。

当然,上述实施例中,壳体盖2的配合面可设置为凹口,主壳体1的配合面设置为凸台,此外,第一配合部3与第二配合部4还可以销钉配合、螺纹配合或平面配合,且第一配合部3与第二配合部4还可根据需要设计为圆形、弧形、方形或多边形等形状,壳体盖2可以为平板、碗状或杯状等多种形状。
壳体盖2设置有第一锁定部5,该第一锁定部5为通孔,该第一锁定部5围绕壳体盖2的轴心成环形等距布置,主壳体1设置有第二锁定部6,该第二锁定部6为螺丝孔,第二锁定部6的螺丝孔数量与第一锁定部5的通孔相同且位置对应,壳体盖2的第一锁定部5依靠螺丝11与主壳体1连接 的第二锁定部6固定。
当然,壳体盖2与主壳体1的锁定方式可以有其它方案,如第一锁定部5和第二锁定部6的锁定方式可以为卡口锁定、卡扣锁定或螺纹配合锁定等。
在本发明的一个特殊实施例中,壳体盖2与主壳体1的锁定部和配合部可以一体化设计,如在壳体盖2的凸台外侧设置外螺纹,在主壳体1的凹口的孔上设置内螺纹,通过螺纹配合的方式,实现壳体盖2与主壳体1的锁定和配合。此时,应在壳体盖2上设置花键、旋转孔、十字槽等方式,方便壳体盖2的安装与锁定。
壳体盖2靠近边缘位置还可设置有拆卸螺纹孔、楔形口7或防滑纹,本实施例中,壳体盖2边缘设置有楔形口7,主壳体1的对应位置设置有凹槽8,且楔形口7与凹槽8位置对应,通过凹槽8为插入楔形口7的工具提供插入空间,具体的,在拆卸时,将一字螺丝刀由凹槽8插入楔形口7,一字螺丝与凹槽8的边缘形成杠杆,通过撬动将壳体盖2取出。
当然,若拆卸设计为螺纹孔,通过螺丝顶起的方式,拆卸壳体盖2,在此不加以限制。
为保证壳体的密封性,在壳体盖2与主壳体1之间设置有密封圈,该密封圈可以为平面压紧或环抱的方式实现密封,当然密封也可采用涂抹硅胶等方式来实现,在此不加以限制。
为方便设置密封圈、壳体盖2还设置有裙边10,裙边10外形尺寸大于主壳体1上的与壳体盖2相对应的开孔或开口的尺寸。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,壳体盖2为杯状,壳体盖2的杯口一侧设置有环形凸台,该凸台的外侧为壳体盖2的第一配合部3,主壳体1设置有第二配合部4,该第二配合部4为与第一配合部3相对应的带有孔,孔的尺寸与形状与凸台相同,第一配合部3与第二配合部4可相互配合,本实施例中,第一配合部3与第二配合部4为轴-孔配合。
当然,上述实施例中,壳体盖2的配合面可设置为凹口,主壳体1的 配合面设置为凸台,此外,第一配合部3与第二配合部4还可以销钉配合、螺纹配合或平面配合,且第一配合部3与第二配合部4还可根据需要设计为圆形、弧形、方形或多边形等形状,壳体盖2可以为平板、碗状或杯状等多种形状。
壳体盖2设置有第一锁定部5,该第一锁定部5为通孔,该第一锁定部5围绕壳体盖2的轴心成环形等距布置,主壳体1设置有第二锁定部6,该第二锁定部6为螺丝孔,第二锁定部6的螺丝孔数量与第一锁定部5的通孔相同且位置对应,壳体盖2的第一锁定部5依靠螺丝11与主壳体1连接的第二锁定部6固定。
当然,壳体盖2与主壳体1的锁定方式可以有其它方案,如第一锁定部5和第二锁定部6的锁定方式可以为卡口锁定、卡扣锁定或螺纹配合锁定等。
通过将壳体盖2设置成杯状,在对壳体盖2进行拆卸时,作业员对螺丝进行拆卸后,手握壳体盖2对其进行晃动,即可方便的将壳体盖2拔出,方便更换零件。
为保证壳体的密封性,在壳体盖2与主壳体1之间设置有密封圈,该密封圈可以为平面压紧或环抱的方式实现密封,当然密封也可采用涂抹硅胶等方式来实现,在此不加以限制。
通过上述结构,在电机损坏后,可以通过对壳体盖2进行拆除,进而对电机内部进行检查和维修,无需将电机的整个壳体进行拆除。
