本发明涉及机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种床体结构。
背景技术
现代城市住宅,一般家庭卧室的空间相对有限,储物空间存在不够用的情况,室内闲得很拥挤,而床体所占面积一般较大,占用卧室空间的比例较大,如果充分利用床体床底的空间,用于存放物品,可以增加储物空间,提高卧室空间的利用率,使卧室整体更加整洁。
发明内容
本发明提供一种床体结构,以解决床体床底空间利用的问题。
为此,本发明提供的床体结构,一种床体结构,包括:床体、翻转机构和储物机构;所述储物机构设有侧壁和底壁构成的开口向上的中空结构;在闭合状态下,所述床体覆盖于所述中空结构;所述翻转机构设于所述床体和所述储物机构之间,在打开状态下,所述翻转机构使所述床体沿与所述储物机构的侧壁相接近的旋转轴向上旋转。
进一步地,所述储物机构的侧壁设有通孔,所述通孔中设有通风机构。
进一步地,还包括:隔离件;所述隔离件设于所述储物机构的所述开口。
进一步地,所述翻转机构包括:第一支撑件和第二支撑件;所述第一支撑件的两端分别与所述床体和所述储物机构枢轴连接,所述第二支撑件的两端分别与所述床体和所述储物机构枢轴连接,所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件沿所述旋转轴至所述床体相对端的方向依次设置。
进一步地,所述翻转机构还包括:第三支撑件和第四支撑件;其中,所述第一支撑件的两端分别与所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件对应的一端枢轴连接,所述第二支撑件的两端分别与所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件对应的另一端枢轴连接;在闭合状态下,所述第三支撑件平行设置在所述床体的底面,所述第四支撑件设于所述储物机构且平行于所述第三支撑件;所述 第一支撑件与所述第四支撑件之间的夹角为钝角,所述第二支撑件与所述第四支撑件之间的夹角为锐角。
进一步地,所述翻转机构还包括:第一驱动机构;其中,所述第三支撑件设有沿所述旋转轴至所述床体相对端的方向延伸的延伸部;所述第一驱动机构两端分别与所述延伸部和所述第二支撑件枢轴连接;所述第一驱动机构用于推动所述床体沿与所述储物机构的侧壁相接近的旋转轴向上旋转。
进一步地,所述床体包括:底座、支撑机构和至少两个床板;所述支撑机构设于所述底座和所述床板之间;在所述床体的伸展状态下,所述支撑机构在所述床体侧面的投影落入所述床体侧面截面的范围内。
进一步地,所述床板包括:第一床板、第二床板、第三床板和第四床板,所述支撑机构包括:第二驱动机构、第一连杆、第二连杆、滑轮组件;其中,所述第一床板、所述第二床板、所述第三床板和所述第四床板以所述旋转轴为起点依序于交界处枢轴连接且水平排列于所述底座的顶部;所述第二驱动机构的两端分别与所述底座和所述第一连杆枢轴连接,所述第二驱动机构推力的水平方向与所述第一滑轮至所述第二滑轮的水平运动方向相同,所述第一连杆平行于所述旋转轴,所述第二连杆7固设于所述底座上且平行于所述第一连杆;所述滑轮组件包括:支撑杆、第一滑轮和第二滑轮;所述第一滑轮与所述支撑杆的一端枢轴连接,所述第二滑轮与所述支撑杆的中部枢轴连接,所述支撑杆的另一端与所述第二连接杆枢轴连接;所述支撑杆的中部向所述床板方向突起呈钝角,在所述床板处于所述伸展状态时,所述第二滑轮与所述床板接触且可在所述床板底面滑动,在所述床板进行变形时,所述第一滑轮和所述第二滑轮均与所述床板接触且可在所述床板底面滑动;所述第一连杆的两端分别设有所述滑轮组件,所述支撑杆位于所述第二连杆枢轴连接点至所述第二滑轮之间并且所述第一连杆的两端分别垂直连接。
进一步地,根据如下公式(1)和公式(2)调整所述支撑机构在伸展状态下的水平方向的重力臂、第一阻力臂和第二阻力臂的长度和位置,以减小所述支撑机构在伸展状态下的竖直方向的动力臂的长度:

进一步地,所述储物机构内壁上设有承重部,所述承重部距所述开口的距离小于或等于所述床体的厚度。
进一步地,所床体结构还包括:固定件,所述固定件设于所述床体的顶面。
进一步地,所述床体结构还包括:电源线;其中,所述电源线包括:接电柱、变压器、导线、接头;所述接电柱与所述变压器连接且呈“L”形,所述变压器与所述导线的一端连接,所述导线自然伸展方向垂直于所述接电柱,所述接头的一端与所述导线的另一端连接,所述接头呈“L”形。
通过该技术方案,可以充分利用床体床底的空间,用于存放物品,可以增加储物空间,提高卧室空间的利用率,使卧室整体更加整洁。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
图1为本发明实施例一的床体结构使用状态立体结构示意图,图2为本发明实施例一的床体结构侧面展开结构示意图,如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的床体结构包括:床体1、翻转机构2和储物机构3;所述储物机构3设有侧壁和底壁构成的开口向上的中空结构;在闭合状态下,所述床体1覆盖于所述中空结构;所述翻转机构2设于所述床体1和所述储物机构3之间,在打开状态下,所述翻转机构2使所述床体1沿与所述储物机构3的侧壁相接近的旋转轴向上旋转。
床体1设于所述储物机构3的顶部,床体1通过翻转机构2可相对于储物机构3抬升或放下,即以储物机构3的一端为转轴,在其相对的另一端抬升或放下床体1,实现打开和关闭储物机构3。根据存放口的位置的不同,翻转机构2设置在相对于存放口位置的另一端,翻转机构2平行设置在床体1两侧。存放物品时,只需以翻转机构2为支点,抬起床体1的一端就可以存放物品,充分利用床底的空间,可以提高卧室空间的利用率,增加储物空间,使卧室整体更加整洁。
优选地,翻转机构2设置在欲作为开口端相对的另一端,越接近该端的端点,抬起后存放口越大,存放大件物品也更加简单。
储物机构3可采用板材围合制成,选用四块板材竖直摆放并首尾连接成一个四方体,也可采用若干弧形板构成圆柱体、椭圆体或者其他不规则立体结构,储物机构3的高度取决于板材的高度,最后底部用于四方体底部开口匹配的板材封闭形成一个上部开口的储物机构3。
具体地,所述储物机构3的侧壁设有通孔,所述通孔中设有通风机构。
储物机构3一般处于封闭或半封闭状态,空气流动较差,尤其是封闭状态且内部物品较多时,储物机构3内部通风不畅、潮湿,容易滋生细菌导致霉变。此外,通风机构除了加快床体1下方空间的空气流动,还有利 于床体1整体的散热,尤其是配合通气性床垫时,有利于床垫的散热,保持使用者背部的透气。
具体地,还包括:隔离件,所述隔离件设于所述储物机构3的所述开口。
通过隔离件将储物机构3的开口封闭,遮挡储物机构3内的物品,在床体1工作时,防止外部物品落入储物机构3,防止灰尘进入,保持储物机构3内部清洁,人也无法看到储物机构3内的物品,更加美观。该隔离件可选用伸缩式隔离板。
如图2所示,所述翻转机构2包括:第一支撑件21和第二支撑件22;所述第一支撑件21的两端分别与所述床体1和所述储物机构3枢轴连接,所述第二支撑件22的两端分别与所述床体1和所述储物机构3枢轴连接,所述第一支撑件21与所述第二支撑件22沿所述旋转轴至所述床体1相对端的方向依次设置。
第一支撑件21的长度比第一支撑件22的长度短,可限制床体1抬升的高度。第一支撑件21和第二支撑件22联动配合,可以实现床体1一体稳定的抬升和下降,提高对床体1整体的支撑力度。
如图2所示,所述翻转机构2还包括:第三支撑件23和第四支撑件24;其中,所述第一支撑件21的两端分别与所述第三支撑件23和所述第四支撑件24对应的一端枢轴连接,所述第二支撑件22的两端分别与所述第三支撑件23和所述第四支撑件24对应的另一端枢轴连接;在闭合状态下,所述第三支撑件23平行设置在所述床体1的底面,所述第四支撑件24设于所述储物机构3且平行于所述第三支撑件23;所述第一支撑件21与所述第四支撑件24之间的夹角为钝角,所述第二支撑件22与所述第四支撑件24之间的夹角为锐角。
第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22、第三支撑件23和第四支撑件24之间首尾连接在一起,由于四个支撑件长短不一,呈不规则四边形。床体1的质量较大时,就要求翻转机构2能够承受较大的重量,保持升降过程的稳定,避免大起大落。此外,新加入的第三支撑件23和第四支撑件24有利于分散床体1的重量,减少第一支撑件21和第二支撑件22与储物机构 3连接点的压力,防止压力过大损害储物机构3。
优选地,可采用低副机构中的四连杆机构,四个刚性支撑件用低副链接组成的,各个运动构件均在同一平面内运动的机构。该结构是面接触,压强小,承载能力大,耐冲击,便于加工,可以进一步优化翻转机构2的承载能力和耐冲击能力,且通过调整构件的相对长度可以满足不同运动轨迹的设计要求,方便根据客户的需求进行定制。
进一步地,所述翻转机构2还包括:第一驱动机构25;其中,所述第三支撑件23设有沿所述旋转轴至所述床体相对端的方向延伸的延伸部26;所述第一驱动机构25两端分别与所述延伸部26和所述第二支撑件22枢轴连接;所述第一驱动机构25用于推动所述床体沿与所述储物机构3的侧壁相接近的旋转轴向上旋转。
当床体1较重时,仅依靠人的力量抬升相对困难。在不改变第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22、第三支撑件23、第四支撑件24连接关系的情况下,第三支撑件23朝存放口方向延伸形成延伸部26,后将第一驱动机构25接入该支撑结构中去,用于抬升或者放下床体1,使用者可以不费力的抬升或放下床体1。此外,床体1距储物机构3靠近旋转轴的侧壁距离最好控制在30厘米以内,以使储物机构获得更大的储物空间。
优选地,所述第一驱动机构25采用做直线运动的直杆电机。
第一驱动机构25做直线运动相当于在支撑结构中加入一长度可变的支撑件,既可以优化该结构的受力,也可以提供动力,且该方案实现起来简单,避免了更复杂的传动结构。例如,气杆或直杆电机,气杆和推杆电机都是做直线运动,运动升降不需要复杂的传动机构,直接安装即可使用,减少驱动力的损耗。
进一步地,所述床体1包括:底座13、支撑机构12和至少两个床板;所述支撑机构12设于所述底座13和所述床板之间;在所述床体1的伸展状态下,所述支撑机构12在所述床体1侧面的投影落入所述床体1侧面截面的范围内。
床板11一般由多块不规格床板组成,多块床板依序于交界处相互枢接且水平排列于底座13的顶部。床体1的伸展状态即床板平铺于底座13 顶面,此时支撑机构12处于收缩状态,床体1体积最小、厚度最薄。多块床板通过支撑机构12可以实现变形,以更好的适应人体的曲线,增加舒适度。
图3为本发明实施例一的床体的仰视结构示意图,如图3所示,进一步地,所述床板11包括:第一床板111、第二床板112、第三床板113和第四床板114,所述支撑机构12包括:第二驱动机构5、第一连杆6、第二连杆7、滑轮组件8;其中,所述第一床板111、所述第二床板112、所述第三床板113和所述第四床板114以所述旋转轴为起点依序于交界处枢轴连接且水平排列于所述底座13的顶部;所述第二驱动机构5的两端分别与所述底座13和所述第一连杆6枢轴连接,所述第二驱动机构5推力的水平方向与所述第一滑轮82至所述第二滑轮83的水平运动方向相同,所述第一连杆6平行于所述旋转轴,所述第二连杆7固设于所述底座13上且平行于所述第一连杆6;所述滑轮组件8包括:支撑杆81、第一滑轮82和第二滑轮83;所述第一滑轮82与所述支撑杆81的一端枢轴连接,所述第二滑轮83与所述支撑杆81的中部枢轴连接,所述支撑杆81的另一端与所述第二连接杆枢轴连接;所述支撑杆81的中部向所述床板11方向突起呈钝角,在所述床板11处于所述伸展状态时,所述第二滑轮83与所述床板接触且可在所述床板底面滑动,在所述床板11进行变形时,所述第一滑轮82和所述第二滑轮83均与所述床板11接触且可在所述床板11底面滑动;所述第一连杆6的两端分别设有所述滑轮组件8,所述支撑杆81位于所述第二连杆7枢轴连接点至所述第二滑轮83之间并且与所述第一连杆6的两端分别垂直连接。
图6为本发明中支撑部件局部结构示意图,如图6所示,支撑杆81可以采用弯曲结构,即中部呈钝角,该钝角选用150度左右比较好。第二驱动机构5工作时,带动第一连杆6以第二连杆7为轴心转动,第二滑轮83跟随在对应的床板上滑动,推动床板翻转,在床板相对于底座13翻转至20度至30度时,第一滑轮82也与该相应床板底面接触并可在床板11底面滑动。仅一个滑轮时,床板翻转20度至30度时会出现非常大的阻力,增设另一个滑轮可以克服该阻力,保证床板11平稳翻转。
当支撑机构12负责推动第三床板113时,第三床板113通过支撑杆与第二连杆枢轴连接点以第二连杆7(图3的下端)为转轴翻转,翻转的水平方向与第一滑轮82至第二滑轮83的水平方向相同;此外,如第三床板113在第二滑轮83至第一滑的水平方向上设有第四床板114,且第四床板114的一端与其枢轴连接,那么第四床板114与第三床板113的枢轴连接端也会跟随第三床板113相对于底座13翻转,此时,仅一个支撑机构12就可以促使两块枢轴连接的床板一同翻转变形;再者,还可在第四床板114的另一端增设第三连接杆,通过第三连杆与底座13枢轴连接,第三床板113翻转至一定角度时,第四床板114的另一端会以第三连杆为旋转半径翻转至一定高度,第三连接杆的长度根据床体1具体结构调整,过长或过短都会导致第四床板114的另一端无法翻转抬升。这样,可以减少床体1内部支撑机构12,且不影响床板11翻转的功能,还可减轻床体1重量,缩小床体1体积,降低生产成本。
进一步地,根据如下公式(1)和公式(2)调整所述支撑机构12在伸展状态下的水平方向的重力臂、第一阻力臂和第二阻力臂的长度和位置,以减小所述支撑机构12在伸展状态下的竖直方向的动力臂的长度:

其中,L1表示第一阻力臂,L2表示动力臂,L3表示重力臂,L4表示第二阻力臂,G表示床板负重,F表示推力,F1表示阻力;
其中,第一阻力臂在第二阻力臂上方。
阻力F1即自第二滑轮83与床板接触点起垂直于底座13的力,负重G即垂直于第二滑轮83接触的床板中点的重力,重力臂L3即与第二滑轮83接触床板的中点至该床板旋转轴的直线距离,阻力臂L1即自第二滑轮83与床板接触点至至该床板旋转轴的直线距离,动力臂L2即自支撑杆81与第二连接杆连接点起至推力F延长线的直线距离。
动力臂L2长度与支撑机构12厚度成正比例关系,即动力臂L2长度越短,支撑机构12厚度越薄,进而影响床体1的厚度。例如,增加第一阻力臂长度、减小重力臂长度,以减小阻力,在减小阻力的情况下,减小 第二阻力臂长度,以进一步减小动力臂长度等。在F<3000N、G>1285N时,即床体承受人体重量的情况下,通过受力分析,模拟更改力臂位置,计算受力的变化,找到最佳的力臂,优化床体1力臂结构,减少床体1的厚度,使其变薄。
图4为本发明实施例二的床体结构侧面结构示意图,图5为本发明实施例二的床体结构侧面透视结构示意图,如图4和图5所示,此外,还可将驱动第一床板111翻转的支撑机构12进行优化,储物机构3和床体1之间不单独设置驱动机构,而是利用床体1内的驱动机构与储物机构3连接驱动床体1相对于储物机构3翻转。将前述“第二驱动机构55的两端分别与所述底座13和所述第二连杆7枢轴连接”改为“第三驱动机构9的两端分别与所述储物机构3和所述第二连杆7枢轴连接”,同时,第一床板111上固定设有锁定机构10,用于将第一床板111和底座13固定连接。这样,当锁定机构10锁定时,第三驱动机构9可驱动9抬升整个床体1;当锁定机构10未锁定时,第三驱动机构9可驱动抬升第一床板111。减少了床体1结构所需要的驱动装置和重量,同时还节约了成本。
进一步地,所述储物机构3内壁上设有承重部31,所述承重部31距所述开口的距离小于或等于所述床体1的厚度。
在床体1未抬升时,床体1平行于储物机构3,承重部31可以为床体1提供支撑力,防止床体1下坠,也可以保护翻转机构2,防止其损坏。承重部31距所述开口的距离小于或等于所述床体1的厚度,可以获得较大的储物空间。例如,在储物机构3的四个拐角处分别设置承重部31,承重部31距离开口处的距离等于床体1的厚度,就可以将床体1置入存物箱开口内,有了承重部31的支撑,床体1可以平方放在储物机构3开口内,同时也减少处于非升降状态中翻转机构2所受的压力,同时床体1放入储物机构3开口内,整体上更加美观。
参考图1所示,进一步地,所床体1结构还包括:固定件4,所述固定件4设于所述床体1的顶部。
固定件4至少设置一个,床体1使用时,会配备床垫,考虑到存放物品时,床体1翻转至一定高度后床垫会有滑落,增设固定件4以固定床垫, 可防止床垫滑动。固定件4可采用防滑杆、魔术贴等,采用防滑杆时,最好在床体1翻转方向的两端分别设置一防滑杆,可以防止床体1翻转或床板11翻转导致床垫相对于床体1发生位移;采用魔术贴时,可设于床板11顶面,优选设于距离旋转轴最远的床板11上表面,在床板翻转至高点时,可以防止床垫向下滑动挤压床垫,此外魔术贴最好设在脚部板上,如如果设在头部,魔术贴会被拉扯掉,设在脚部板上则不存在这个问题。
进一步地,所述床体1结构还包括:电源线;其中,所述电源线包括:接电柱、变压器、导线、接头;所述接电柱与所述变压器连接且呈“L”形,所述变压器与所述导线的一端连接,所述导线自然伸展方向垂直于所述接电柱,所述接头的一端与所述导线的另一端连接,所述接头呈“L”形。
传统的电源线,多采用直插式并在电源线的中部配置变压适配器,类似于比笔记本电源线,电源线掉在地上,影响美观,有电源插头插不到底,插头尾巴太长,电源线太短储物框无法靠墙等问题,使用新款带插头电源,配L形接口可以很好解决这个问题,方便、美观。

    所述储物机构设有侧壁和底壁构成的开口向上的中空结构;在闭合状态下,所述床体覆盖于所述中空结构;
    所述翻转机构设于所述床体和所述储物机构之间,在打开状态下,所述翻转机构使所述床体沿与所述储物机构的侧壁相接近的旋转轴向上旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述储物机构的侧壁设有通孔,所述通孔中设有通风机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的床体结构,其特征在于,还包括:隔离件;
    所述隔离件设于所述储物机构的所述开口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述翻转机构包括:第一支撑件和第二支撑件;
    所述第一支撑件的两端分别与所述床体和所述储物机构枢轴连接,所述第二支撑件的两端分别与所述床体和所述储物机构枢轴连接,所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件沿所述旋转轴至所述床体相对端的方向依次设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述翻转机构还包括:第三支撑件和第四支撑件;
    其中,所述第一支撑件的两端分别与所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件对应的一端枢轴连接,所述第二支撑件的两端分别与所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件对应的另一端枢轴连接;
    在闭合状态下,所述第三支撑件平行设置在所述床体的底面,所述第四支撑件设于所述储物机构且平行于所述第三支撑件;
    所述第一支撑件与所述第四支撑件之间的夹角为钝角,所述第二支撑件与所述第四支撑件之间的夹角为锐角。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述翻转机构还包括:第一驱动机构;

  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述床体包括:底座、支撑机构和至少两个床板;
    所述支撑机构设于所述底座和所述床板之间;
    在所述床体的伸展状态下,所述支撑机构在所述床体侧面的投影落入所述床体侧面截面的范围内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述床板包括:第一床板、第二床板、第三床板和第四床板,所述支撑机构包括:第二驱动机构、第一连杆、第二连杆、滑轮组件;
    其中,所述第一床板、所述第二床板、所述第三床板和所述第四床板以所述旋转轴为起点依序于交界处枢轴连接且水平排列于所述底座的顶部;
    所述第二驱动机构的两端分别与所述底座和所述第一连杆枢轴连接,所述第二驱动机构推力的水平方向与所述第一滑轮至所述第二滑轮的水平运动方向相同,所述第一连杆平行于所述旋转轴,所述第二连杆7固设于所述底座上且平行于所述第一连杆;
    所述滑轮组件包括:支撑杆、第一滑轮和第二滑轮;
    所述第一滑轮与所述支撑杆的一端枢轴连接,所述第二滑轮与所述支撑杆的中部枢轴连接,所述支撑杆的另一端与所述第二连接杆枢轴连接;
    所述支撑杆的中部向所述床板方向突起呈钝角,在所述床板处于所述伸展状态时,所述第二滑轮与所述床板接触且可在所述床板底面滑动,在所述床板进行变形时,所述第一滑轮和所述第二滑轮均与所述床板接触且可在所述床板底面滑动;
    所述第一连杆的两端分别设有所述滑轮组件,所述支撑杆位于所述第二连杆枢轴连接点至所述第二滑轮之间并且所述第一连杆的两端分别垂直连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的床体结构,其特征在于,根据如下公式(1)和公式(2)调整所述支撑机构在伸展状态下的水平方向的重力臂、第一阻力臂和第二阻力臂的长度和位置,以减小所述支撑机构在伸展状态下的竖直方向的动力臂的长度:
    F1=(G×L3)÷L1                       (1);
    L2>(F1×L4)÷F                       (2);
    其中,L1表示第一阻力臂,L2表示动力臂,L3表示重力臂,L4表示第二阻力臂,G表示床板负重,F表示推力,F1表示阻力;
    其中,第一阻力臂在第二阻力臂上方。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述储物机构内壁上设有承重部,所述承重部距所述开口的距离小于或等于所述床体的厚度。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所床体结构还包括:固定件,所述固定件设于所述床体的顶面。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的床体结构,其特征在于,所述床体结构还包括:电源线;
    其中,所述电源线包括:接电柱、变压器、导线、接头;
    所述接电柱与所述变压器连接且呈“L”形,所述变压器与所述导线的一端连接,所述导线自然伸展方向垂直于所述接电柱,所述接头的一端与所述导线的另一端连接,所述接头呈“L”形。
