Description

一种床架以及应用该床架的电动床 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动床,尤其涉及一种可拆卸安装的电动床。
背景技术
美国市场上UPS运输分为165"和130"两种标准,其运费差非常大,相差约四百元,存在的利润空间十分可观。UPS包装尺寸的计算方法为包装长度+2*包装宽度+2*包装高度,最常用的Queen尺寸(1524x2032)床包装完以后的尺寸远远满足不了UPS的要求。目前为了可以满足130"的包装标准,现有技术专利号为202021786184.6,专利名为“电动升降床及其应用的组合式升降床”,将电动床分为三部分的床体,并通过中连接杆加围框连接首部床体与尾部床体,实现整床的安装与拆分。
如图1所示,只有电机与床板的铰接点连线在床板转动点与电机连线的上方时,床板才能在电机的推动下正常转动。为了使得脚部电机存在足够的力臂,电机与框架的连接点需向下移动,使得电机必须突出框架底面,从而需要加高床腿的高度才能实现;同时,为了使得床架升起一定角度,电机的行程必须满足电机的可制作范围,即电机的安装尺寸≥电机行程+电机最小尺寸(不可伸缩)。因此整体框架尺寸需要加长,从而使得整个电动床的尺寸变得更长。
综上所述,现有技术的缺点:
1.现有的驱动电机为了获得足够的力臂,需要加高床腿的高度;在相同的负载,相同推力条件下,该电机在高度方向上样需要更多的空间。
2.包装时,床体突出部分难以包装,需填充相应高度的填充物(增大包装尺寸)或者将床底部突出物拆卸,提高安装难度。
3.为了满足电机的运行范围,电机的安装尺寸会使得安装电机的床架尺寸 相应的变长,从而加长了整个电动床拼装完后使用的长度。将此电动床拆分打包后,包装尺寸仍不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上问题,提供一种具有在使用状态下,同样长度的电动床在拆分打包后,包装尺寸更小;在不影响电机运行的情况下,降低床腿的高度,进一步减少整床打包的尺寸。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种床架,包括框架和支撑装置;所述框架所构成的围框两侧分别设有互相平行的支撑装置;所述支撑装置可以用来延长框架的长度。
进一步地,所述框架包括第一横框、第二横框、第一纵框和第二纵框;所述第二纵框由中间部、第一延伸部和第二延伸部一体成型;所述第一横框、所述第二横框、所述第一纵框和所述中间部围成多边形框架;所述第一纵框与所述第二纵框由床首向床尾依次分布;所述支撑装置与所述第一横框活动连接、所述第二横框活动连接。

本方案的有益效果是:
1.通过在床尾框架两侧增加支撑装置,可以满足电动床整体长度不变的情况下,将床体拆分后,大幅度减少打包尺寸的大小。
2.通过驱动机构的无干涉结构设计,使电机在运作时,在满足床板升降高度的情况下,不会向床底突出,不会对床腿高度的选择起到任何限制作用。
3.通过在中部床体两个连接杆相对距离的设置,并在连接杆上设置销钉,将首部床体、尾部床体依次重叠放置在中部床体板上,通过销钉和通孔装置的固定连接以及连接杆和支撑装置的限位功能,使整床打包更便捷,体积需求更小,更容易运送。
4.通过采用支撑装置,支撑装置采用滚轮,可以实现用普通人力使床架在地面轻松移动。

如图2所示,一种床架,包括框架1和支撑装置2;所述框架1所构成的围框两侧分别设有互相平行的支撑装置;所述支撑装置2可以用来延长所述框架1的长度。通过在床架两侧增加支撑装置2,可以在使用时延长整体床架的长度,如不使用将支撑装置2收起,又缩短了整体床架的长度,可以减少打包尺寸,方便运输,降低相应成本。
进一步地,所述框架1包括第一横框11、第二横框12、第一纵框13和第二纵框14;所述第二纵框14由中间部141、第一延伸部142和第二延伸部143一体成型;所述第一横框11、所述第二横框12、所述第一纵框13和所述中间部141围成多边形框架,本实施例1中框架1采取传统的多边形形状,优选矩形;所述第一纵框13与所述第二纵框14由床首向床尾依次分布;如图2所示,所述第一横框11与所述第二横框12的围框外侧分别设有支撑装置2;所述支撑装置2与所述第一横框11活动连接、所述第二横框12活动连接;一般支撑装置2与所述横框的连接点设置在横框的中线与尾端之间,这样可以使支撑装置2向尾放置用来延伸整体床架1长度的情况下,减少支撑装置2本身的长度。

第一种方式,所述支撑装置2可以连接点为轴心360°旋转;当所述支撑装置2朝床尾方向放至与所述横框处于同一水平线时,所述支撑装置2可搭接于所述第一延伸部142与所述的第二延伸部143之上,且所述支撑装置2长度ac大于连接端至第二纵框14的长度ab。支撑装置2向后伸出整个床架1,可以增长整个床架1在使用时的长度。同时,如果要将床架1打包,则将支撑装置2向床首方向旋转,支撑装置2长度ac也不会朝向床首超出整个床架1的界 限范围,缩短了整个床架1的长度;在包装时可以采取更小体积尺寸的包装件,方便运输,降低相应成本。所述的支撑装置2还可和所述横框可拆卸连接,不需要使用的时候,可将所述支撑装置2取下,更进一步的缩小打包尺寸,方便快捷。
第二种方式,所述支撑装置2可以连接点为轴心360°旋转;所述支撑装置2的横截面上设有一圆孔,所述第一横框11与所述第二横框12也相应的设有一大小相同的通孔,当所述支撑装置2朝床尾方向放至与所述横框处于同一水平线时,所述支撑装置的圆心和所述横框的圆心在同一点上,并可用螺钉或销钉插入所述圆孔与所述通孔,固定所述支撑装置2的位置。使用的螺钉或销钉可以使用链条连接在床架上,可以在支撑装置使用时插入,休息时,悬挂在框架上,不易掉落。
第三种方式,所述第一横框11与所述第二横框12外侧套接一插槽件,所述支撑装置2可插入该插槽件中并往复伸缩,以此来调节框架的长度;如图11所示,或者将所述第一横框11与所述第二横框12的尾端设置成内部为空腔结构,使所述支撑装置可以插入其中,并可伸进及拉出,实现框架长度的延长和收缩。
如图3所示,进一步地,所述支撑装置2包括:杆部21与支撑部22,所述杆部21一端与所述横框铰接连接,另一端与支承部22固定连接;所述支撑部22可选用刚性铸件。支撑装置2通过传统的铰接方式连接在所述两个横框的外侧,可较好地使支撑装置实现360°旋转。所述杆部21和所述支撑部22为一体成型的L形铸件,并采用刚性铸件可以有效的支撑后期使用的床板。
进一步地,所述支撑部22可选用滚轮装置23,采用滚轮支撑,不仅可以大大地提高床架1对床板的支撑力,而且滚轮减少了板与支撑装置2之间的受力范围,防止对床板的损伤,增长了床板使用寿命。
如图16所示,所述支撑部22可选用滚轮装置23,其不仅可以在电动床使用中,起到更好的支撑作用;而且当抬起框架并垂直于地面时,使所述滚轮装置中的滚轮接触地面,所述支撑部22侧面由螺钉或销钉固定,可用人力推动床 架在地面移动。这样支撑滚轮接触地面,可以依靠普通人力就实现床架的移动,方便省力。
如图4所示,一种尾部床体6,包括如上述任意一种床架1,以及设置在所述床架1上的腿部支架3,所述腿部支架3与所述床架1活动连接;所述床架1内连接有用于驱动腿部支架3升降的腿部驱动机构4;所述腿部支架3为铰接结构,其处于且平放状态时,其整体结构的长度以所述床架1的整体长度为限;所述腿部支架3上连接有床板机构5。带有支撑装置2的尾部床体6,不仅使得整个尾部床体6在电动床使用时可以延长整个尾部床体的长度,在拆分包装时,又可以减少包装时的尾部床体6尺寸。尤其是使用带有滚轮部的支撑装置2,其对床板机构5的支撑力较没有支撑装置2时,框架1对床板的支撑力整整增加了4倍,支撑性能有极大幅度的提升。
以下是支撑滚轮的支撑性计算论证:如图10所示,靠近脚部的床板机构5受力,两种负载力大小对比;F1为框架与床板的最大支撑点在无支撑装置的框架尾部与床板的接触点;F2为框架与木板的最大支撑点在支撑滑轮与木板的接触点。G至G1点的距离为246,G1点至F1点距离为206;G至G2点的距离为380,G2点至F2点的距离为72。
计算公式如下:

所以增加支撑轮后,支撑性能为无支撑装置的4倍。
进一步地,所述腿部支架3的一端与所述第一纵框铰13接连接,另一端可自由升降。所述腿部支架3在做升降运动时,铰接连接可以使所述腿部支架3与所述床架呈一定角度,满足客户对升降角度的需求。
进一步地,所述床板机构5包括左右并排分布的第一床板51与第二床板 52;所述第一床板51和所述第二床板52为独立的床板,两个床板之间可以没有连接关系,方便拆装后折叠打包;并可拆卸的连接在所述腿部支架3之上,所述第一床板51与所述第二床板52的大小设置可与腿部支架处于铰合或升降状态时适配。由于有了支撑装置2的存在,所述第二床板52的整体长度不需要与现有技术一样,必须与床架1的长度一致或只能超出少许。因为如果现有技术中床板尾部大幅度超出床架尾部,会因为支撑力的问题,导致第二床板尾部端受力时,所述第二床板另一端会突起,影响使用效果;或在有人横躺时,床板超出框架部分的上方也会受到来自人体脚部的压力,床板能够承受的压力远小于安装支撑装置2时的支撑力,具体关于支撑性能的公式上面已详述。所以,进一步地将所述第二床板52朝尾部的一端超过或齐平所述支撑装置2朝向床尾放置的界限位置。这样就可以采用较短的床架1与较长的床板机构5搭配使用,较传统现有技术有了明显的改进。并且可以使尾部床体6拆分后打包的尺寸更小,节约了成本。
进一步地,如图11和图12所示,所述第二床板52尾部下方设置提升装置11,所述提升装置11可在所述腿部支架3提升时,使所述支撑装置2与所述腿部支架3一同提升,使此时的所述支撑装置2的长度ac不超出所述第二床板52的尾部界限位置,不会露出床板尾部而碰触人体;不仅起到了美观实用的作用,而且安全可靠。
如图5所示,一种组合式升降电动床,包括上述任意一种尾部床体6,这里所说的尾部床体6,可以理解成整个电动床床体的尾部;所述首部床体8、所述中部床体7与所述尾部床体6由床首至床尾方向依次连接;所述首部床体8包括首部框架81,设置于首部框架81上的背部支架82,所述背部支架82与所述首部框架81铰接连接;所述首部框架81内连接有用于驱动背部支架82升降的背部驱动机构83;所述背部支架82上连接有背部板84,所述背部板84的大小以所述背部支架82的整体框架范围为限;所述中部床体7包括沿电动床床长方向平行设置的第一连杆72和第二连杆73,所述第一连杆72、所述第二连杆73上部可拆卸连接中部床板71。将整个床体分为三部分,通过将床架拆分为前 中后三部分,实现各床体体积最小。前后部分均可独立运动,前部实现背部升降运动;后部实现腿部升降运动。以1500x2000尺寸床架为例:现有双折叠机构尺寸为折叠后产品尺寸为:1500x1000x170;本发明机构折叠后产品尺寸为:1500x600x200,原双折叠机构的体积为现折叠机构的1.417倍。现改进过的组合式升降电动床在空间利用上较原先产品提升了41.7%。
如图8所示,进一步地,所述首部框架81由第三纵框813、第四纵框814、第三横框811、第四横框812组成多边形;所述第三横框811、所述第四横框812的围框外侧与中部床体7对接处设有通孔装置10;所述第一横框11与所述第二横框12的围框外侧与中部床体7对接处设有通孔装置10。
进一步地,所述中部床体7的一端通过所述第一连杆72、所述第二连杆73与所述首部床体8可拆卸连接;所述中部床体7的另一端通过所述第一连杆72、所述第二连杆73与所述尾部床体6可拆卸连接。连接三部分床体主要是通过中部床板的所述第一连杆72和所述第二连杆73的两端设置凸起物,向下插进首部框架81与尾部框架1上设置的通孔装置10;然后将背部床板84与背部支架82可拆卸连接,将腿部支架3与所述床板机构5(床尾)可拆卸连接,使所述背部板84、所述中部床板71和所述床板机构在电动床未驱动升降时,形成一整体床板。
然后,所述第一连杆72与所述第二连杆73之间的间隔距离大于或等于所述第一纵框13、所述第四纵框814的长度;如图6所示,且所述第一连杆72的边缘两端、所述第二连杆73的边缘两端都安装有销钉74,所述销钉74垂直安装并朝向所述中部床板71的相反侧;通过将所述销钉74扣入所述通孔装置10,完成所述中部床体7、所述首部床体8和所述尾部床体6的连接。
所述通孔装置10的顶面与所述第一纵框13、所述第四纵框814的顶面相差的距离小于或等于所述销钉的长度。
中部床体7为安装在所述中部床板71上的双连杆组成;连接整床时,通过连杆上的销钉74控制前后框架,固定其位置;同时将所述中部床板71与前后框架使用螺丝连接固定,控制中部床板71与前后框架的上下位置。由于通过所 述中部床板上平行设置连接杆用于与前后部分的床架搭接;在实际使用中,中部床体7其本身无需在其下方增设床脚或床腿,以此增强床板的支撑性。
该连杆在将整床拆分打包时,也有一定的妙用。如图9所示,首先将所述中部床板的连杆面朝上放置在地面,随后将首部床体8(未安装背部板84)、尾部床体6(未安装床板机构5)依次堆叠于所述中部床板71的上方,由于在所述首部床体8设置有通孔装置10,而这时所述第一连杆72与所述第二连杆73中间距离正好是纵框的长度,所以首部框架81两侧的通孔装置10正好可以插入连杆上的销钉74,可以在打包时,限制首部床体8的左右位移,以此将首部床体8与中部床体7很好的固定连接。进一步地,我们将尾部床体6置于已经固定连接完毕的首部床体8与中部床体7;通过将床架1(尾部)两侧的支撑装置2降落下来,使其摆落在下方首部床体8的两侧,从而又可以限制住尾部床体6与首部床体8的相对位置,从而将中部床体7、首部床体8、尾部尾部床体6连接为一个整体,不会发生左右位移等情况。使整装打包的体积更小;之后在包裹运输途中,稳定性更高,不会产生左右位移而导致整体产品在运输过程中的散落问题。
如图5,6所示,进一步地,所述第四纵框814与所述第一纵框13上侧设有至少一个第一通孔131;所述中部床板上开设数量与位置对应的第二通孔132;可使用轴销或螺丝穿过所述第一通孔131和所述第二通孔132,加固连接所述中部床体7、所述首部床体8、所述尾部床体6。在安装整床时,之前是利用中部床板71的销钉74扣在首尾框架上的通孔装置10上固定,在此之上,仍可通过在第一纵框13和第四纵框814上增加2~3个第一通孔,在中部床板的连接杆上也设置相应的数量的第二通孔,用螺丝或轴销旋进,加固连接首部床体8、中部床体7、尾部床体6。使整床的结构更强,使用时更稳定。
如图7所示,进一步地,所述腿部驱动机构4和所述背部驱动机构83均包括:两个滑动杆91、翻转杆92和驱动部件93;两个所述滑动杆91分别设于所述翻转杆92的两端呈类H字形;所述滑动杆91的中部朝向所述床板突起呈钝角V字形,所述滑动杆91的首部设有可转动的第一滚轮94,所述滑动杆 91的中部设有可转动的第二滚轮95,所述滑动杆91的尾部与框架铰接;所述翻转杆92位于所述滑动杆91的中部至所述滑动杆91的尾部之间;所述驱动部件93的两端分别与所述翻转杆92和所述框架铰接连接,所述驱动部件93的推力水平方向与所述第一滚轮94至所述第二滚轮95的水平方向相同;所述第一滚轮94至所述第二滚轮95的水平方向指向其所在的翻转装置驱动床板的转动轴线;所述第一滚轮94、所述第二滚轮95、所述滑动杆91、所述背部板84、所述中部床板和所述床板机构5六者的转动轴线相互平行。腿部驱动机构4和背部驱动机构83都可采用此种结构。滑动杆91与底座铰接,滑动杆91采用弯曲结构,即中部呈钝角,该钝角为120°至170°。驱动部件93推动床板翻转时,翻转杆92带动滑动杆91以滑动杆91与底座铰接点为转轴转动,第二滚轮95在对应的床板底面上滚动,推动相应的床板相对于底座向上翻转,在被推动的床板相对于底座翻转至20°至30°时,第一滚轮94才与床板底面接触并在其底面滚动,仅一个滚轮时,支撑组件翻转20°至30°时会出现非常大的阻力,增设另一个滚轮可以克服该阻力,保证床板平稳翻转,且该驱动装置的结构降低了智能床的厚度,智能床更薄。
进一步地,翻转杆92上固定设有U形耳攀97,驱动部件93通过所述U形耳攀97与翻转杆92铰接,所述背部驱动机构83中的滑动杆91与翻转杆92的夹角处设有强化板96;所述强化板96呈圆弧状。通过弧形加强板与U形耳攀联合使用,可以使增强驱动机构的结构,在使用时更稳定牢固,也方便生产和组成。
此实施例中的驱动结构设计称为床底无干涉驱动机构,其相对于现有技术有以下技术优点:(1)现有技术中,整床体安装时,该床对于所使用的床腿高度有限制,床腿最小高度≥电机突出床底面高度;现在的无干涉驱动机构,整个机构并没有突出床底面,对床腿的选择面较大,整个床体对床腿的适配性更高。(2)拆分包装时,现有技术中驱动机构的床体突出部分难以包装,需填充相应高度的填充物(增大包装尺寸)或者将底部突出物拆卸,提高安装难度。现在包装时,由于床底面无突出物,在包装时,只需采用常规的包装盒既能完 成包装。(3)现有技术中,电机的工作面突出床底,在床体的围框在适配性上要求更高,在电机突出底面处和运动轨迹之上不允许存在物件。现在可以搭配更多的床架,适配性能更高。
进一步地,所述床架1与所述首部框架81的底部可拆卸连接床腿。基于床底无干涉驱动机构的使用,可以选择更多型号的床腿用于搭配电动床。
实施例2
如图13、14、15所示,在本实施例中,电动床采用中部床体与首部床体固定连接、与尾部床体可拆卸连接的方式完成拼装。
具体的,所述首部床体8中第三横框811与第四横框812的通孔装置为凵形,与所述第一连杆72与第二连杆73铰接连接,使所述第一连杆72、所述第二连杆73以与所述凵形通孔装置151的连接点为圆心,在电动床的床长方向旋转。
当向床尾方向旋转,转至水平时,可以正好搭接在所述第一横框11与所述第二横框12的通孔装置10上,并可用螺丝或销钉固定;再在所述第一连杆72与所述第二连杆73安装上中部床板71;在所述第一连杆72与所述第二连杆73的上各开设至少一个圆孔,在所述中部床板71,相应位置处设有与所述圆孔相应大小的通孔,用螺丝或者销钉旋进加固。
当向床首方向旋转时,所述第三横框811与所述第四横框712中间部分两侧还设有定位件212,所述定位件212为槽型或L型,开口向上;所述第一连杆72与所述第二连杆73转至与所述第三横框811、所述第四横框812水平时,可以放入所述槽型开口内,固定连接所述第一连杆72与所述第二连杆73。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种床架,其特征在于:包括框架和支撑装置;所述框架所构成的围框两侧分别设有互相平行的支撑装置;所述支撑装置可以用来延长框架的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种床架,其特征在于:所述框架包括第一横框、第二横框、第一纵框和第二纵框;所述第二纵框由中间部、第一延伸部和第二延伸部一体成型;所述第一横框、所述第二横框、所述第一纵框和所述中间部围成多边形框架;所述第一纵框与所述第二纵框由床首向床尾依次分布;所述支撑装置与所述第一横框活动连接、所述第二横框活动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床架,其特征在于:所述支撑装置可以连接点为轴心360°旋转;当所述支撑装置朝床尾方向放至与所述横框处于同一水平线时,所述支撑装置可搭接于所述第一延伸部与所述的第二延伸部之上,且所述支撑装置ac长度大于连接端至第二纵框的长度ab。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床架,其特征在于:所述支撑装置可以连接点为轴心360°旋转;所述支撑装置的横截面上设有一圆孔,所述第一横框与第二横框也相应的设有一大小相同的通孔,当所述支撑装置朝床尾方向放至与所述横框处于同一水平线时,所述支撑装置的圆心和所述横框的圆心在同一点上,并可用螺钉或销钉插入所述圆孔与所述通孔,固定所述支撑装置的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床架,其特征在于:所述第一横框与所述第二横框外侧套接一插槽件,所述支撑装置可在所述插槽件中来回伸缩,可用来延长框架的长度。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种床架,其特征在于,所述支撑装置与所述横框可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床架,其特征在于:所述第一横框11与所述第二横框12的尾端设置成内部为空腔结构,使所述支撑装置可以插入其中,并可伸进及拉出,实现框架长度的延长和收缩。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种床架,其特征在于,所述支撑装置由杆部与支撑部组成,所述杆部一端与所述横框铰接连接,另一端与支承部固定连接; 所述支撑部可选用刚性铸件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种床架,其特征在于,所述支撑部可选用滚轮装置。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种床架,其特征在于,所述支撑部可选用滚轮装置,其不仅可以在电动床使用中,起到更好的支撑作用;而且当抬起框架并垂直于地面时,使所述滚轮装置中的滚轮接触地面,所述支撑部侧面由螺钉或销钉固定,可用人力推动床架在地面移动。
  11. 一种尾部床体,其特征在于,包括如上述权利要求1~10所述的任意一种床架,以及设置在所述床架上的腿部支架,所述腿部支架与所述床架活动连接;所述床架内连接有用于驱动腿部支架升降的腿部驱动机构;所述腿部支架为铰接结构,其处于且平放状态时,其整体结构的长度以所述床架的整体长度为限;所述腿部支架上连接有床板机构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种尾部床体,其特征在于:所述腿部支架的一端与所述第一纵框铰接连接,另一端可自由升降。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种尾部床体,其特征在于:所述床板机构分为左右并排分布的第一床板与第二床板;所述第一床板和所述第二床板为独立的床板,并可拆卸的连接在腿部支架之上,所述第一床板与所述第二床板的大小设置可与腿部支架处于铰合或升降状态时适配。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种尾部床体,其特征在于:所述第二床板朝尾部的一端超过或齐平所述第一支撑装置与所述第二支撑装置朝向床尾放置的界限位置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种尾部床体,其特征在于:所述第二床板尾部下方设置提升装置,所述提升装置可在腿部支架提升时,使所述支撑装置同所述腿部支架一同提升,使所述支撑装置的长度ac不超出所述第二床板的尾部界限位置。
  16. 一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:包括如权利要求11~15所述的任意一种尾部床体、首部床体和中部床体;所述首部床体、所述中部床体与所述 尾部床体由床首至床尾依次连接;所述首部床体包括首部框架,设置于首部框架上的背部支架,所述背部支架与所述首部框架铰接连接;所述首部框架内连接有用于驱动背部支架升降的背部驱动机构;所述背部支架上连接有背部板;所述中部床体包括沿电动床床长方向平行设置的第一连杆和第二连杆,所述第一连杆、所述第二连杆上部可拆卸连接中部床板。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:所述首部框架由第三纵框、第四纵框、第三横框、第四横框组成多边形;所述第三横框、所述第四横框的围框外侧与中部床体对接处设有通孔装置;尾部框架的所述第一横框与所述第二横框的围框外侧与中部床体对接处设有通孔装置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:所述中部床体的一端通过所述第一连杆、所述第二连杆与所述首部床体可拆卸连接;所述中部床体的另一端通过所述第一连杆、所述第二连杆与所述尾部床体可拆卸连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:所述第一连杆与所述第二连杆之间的间隔距离大于或等于所述第一纵框、所述第四纵框的长度;且所述第一连杆的边缘两端、所述第二连杆的边缘两端都安装有销钉,所述销钉垂直安装并朝向中部床板的相反侧;通过将所述销钉扣进所述通孔装置,完成所述中部床体、所述首部床体、所述尾部床体的连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:所述第四纵框与所述第一纵框上侧设有至少一个第一通孔;所述中部床板上开设数量与位置对应的第二通孔;可使用轴销或螺丝穿过所述第一通孔和第二通孔,加固连接所述中部床体、所述首部床体、所述尾部床体。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:所述腿部驱动机构和所述背部驱动机构均包括:两个滑动杆、翻转杆和驱动部件;
    两个所述滑动杆分别设于所述翻转杆的两端呈类H字形;
    所述滑动杆的中部朝向所述床板突起呈钝角V字形,所述滑动杆的首部设有可转动的第一滚轮,所述滑动杆的中部设有可转动的第二滚轮,所述滑动 杆的尾部与框架铰接;
    所述翻转杆位于所述滑动杆的中部至所述滑动杆的尾部之间;
    所述驱动部件的两端分别与所述翻转杆和所述框架铰接连接,所述驱动部件的推力水平方向与所述第一滚轮至所述第二滚轮的水平方向相同;
    所述第一滚轮至所述第二滚轮的水平方向指向其所在的翻转装置驱动床板的转动轴线;
    所述第一滚轮、所述第二滚轮、所述滑动杆、所述背部板、所述中部床板和所述床板机构六者的转动轴线相互平行。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于,翻转杆上固定设有U形耳攀,驱动部件通过所述U形耳攀与翻转杆铰接。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:所述背部驱动机构中的滑动杆与翻转杆的夹角处设有强化板;所述强化板呈圆弧状。
  24. 根据权利要求16所述的一种组合式升降电动床,其特征在于:所述床架与所述首部框架的底部可拆卸连接床腿。
